Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care

Great new location. I have had many good experiences at Novant Health Urgent Care locations and this new location is a great addition to the group and even more convenient. Front desk team is very helpful and kind.

Novant is great, the third party contract with GoHeath is less than ideal. The changes due to it not being fully Novant include having to re-register a sick child in an urgent situation!The provider was knowledgeable, the care my daughter received from the lady at the front desk was caring. But the process was incredibly off putting. I chose that location because of the Novant name. I did not have a Novant experience. The GoHealth contract needs some work.

I was so excited that this new office opened right by our children’s school. It was easy to make an appointment and the clinician and PA were both amazing. They were kind and went above and beyond. We will be back!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The PA listened to my symptoms asked questions, and explained a treatment plan. I was very pleased with the location and wait time.
