Hope was easy going and informative. I felt relaxed from the start of the appointment. My husband came to the appointment with me and felt included in the conversation. It was my first time getting acupuncture and left feeling relaxed. My husband came with me to see what it was all about and is also interested in starting acupuncture. Very welcoming staff and environment.

Hope is absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my consultation and first session! Everyone on the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. After just three sessions, I’ve already noticed a difference in my mental and physical well-being. Hope is very straightforward and honest about what acupuncture is, and approaches treatments based on scientific knowledge. I could not recommend this place enough!!!

The staff here is Phenomenal!! From the front desk to the back, everyone is always do welcoming and helpful! Erica is the BEST Acupuncture Practitioner Ive ever dealt with hands down!! I started receiving acupuncture treatment here a few weeks ago. My VA doctor recommended I go for pain I was experiencing.I’ve NEVER been a fan of needles since childbirth so I was a bit nervous. I now look forward to my appointments here.I have experienced relief since receiving their services. The office is very welcoming and the staff are friendly and very professional. The rooms are very relaxed almost like a spa experience.

I have been seeking acupuncture treatment at Charlotte Acupuncture & Wellness for a few months now and have really enjoyed my experience. The ladies who work at the front desk have been beyond helpful ad welcoming from the first time I called to set my consultation. Special shoutout to Jennifer who has taken the time to get to know me personally, as well as let me learn about her. She is a prime example of someone who truly cares and it is clear through her interactions with me. I have been seeing Erica Rosen as my acupuncturist, who I also really enjoy. She makes me feel very comfortable and does a great job talking through exactly what she is doing and why....and trust me, I have a million questions for her. I have been able to bring a handful of issues that Id like to work on and she puts thought and compassion into the treatment plan. If youre looking to check out Acupuncture, I recommend them!

A very professional environment that values patient care to the fullest. I really appreciated the intake session that allowed for plenty of time to discuss all of my health issues. Todd takes his time and his attention to detail is really great! My back pain and over all stress levels have improved and I really look forward to each session!

Everyone at Charlotte Acupuncture is wonderful from the staff to the acupuncturists to the massage therapist. Erica is an amazing acupuncturist to work with. Her calm, caring demeanor and her ability to pinpoint the real issue has made me a true believer in the benefits of acupuncture. Chasity’s neuromuscular massage is phenomenal. This woman is the real deal! Not only does she make you feel comfortable and relaxed, she is able to explain in layman’s terms what she is doing and why. Her massages are second to none, and those wonderful warm towels...heavenly! Do yourself a favor and go see Erica and Chasity. You won’t regret it.

Super hero duo. Cannot praise Hope enough for how amazing her facial acupuncture treatments are! My face looks younger and naturally refreshed. And thanks to Todd, my neck pain no longer wakes me up at night when I turn over. Truly caring professionals who listened to my concerns and knew just what to do. Highly recommend them both!

Still on the fence. Not getting the results expected compared to what I had before when I used their services. I guess I will give it more time.Reviews are important for businesses and it is only fair to clarify this one. I stated previously I was willing to give a more accurate response after allowing more time. With consideration to the situation it wasn’t more time but the new coverage I am using that limits Charlotte Acupunture and Wellness Center from doing the outstanding job they had previously done.

Todd is fantastic, caring, and knowledgeable. Hes very laid back, easy to talk to, informative, and very good at what he does! I am so grateful that I tried acupuncture as a last result before going to get a steroid injection in my knee. Its helped immensely with that issue and many others that I had as well!As an equestrian its very important for all of my muscles to function correctly and Charlotte Acupuncture and Wellness has helped IMMENSELY with this. My riding has improved, my performance in the gym has improved, and my quality of life is much better than before.Highly recommended!

I have had two visits with dr. Todd so far. he is a knowledgeable acupuncturist that takes time to get to know you and your issues before he begins treatment. His technique is gentle and not painful. I would recommend him to others seeking relief of pain.

Todd Geirge has treated my son for a traumatic brain injury which resulted in left side neglect or paralysis. He has been a wonderful acupuncturist and has achieved results that doctors have not thought possible. As a result of his treatments, my son has increased movement, increased sleep and reduced pain. I highly recommend his office. He and his entire staff sre friendly, accommodsting and encouraging.

I see Chasity for massage and she is the best! She gives a relaxing massage while still working out all my knots. The front desk is a always friendly and helpful!

Erica is a life saver! There’s also a guy .. can’t remember his name but he’s good too!
