I am so grateful for the care I receive at Blue Sky. My treatment has literally changed my life. Not only are my symptoms alleviated, Dr. Sykes educates me about my labs and what they mean. I highly recommend her and Blie Sky!

The staff at Blue Sky Medical are very efficient, willing to help and encouraging! After years of looking and looking for a group to understand my particular hormonal and weight loss needs, they figured me out right away. I highly recommend!

The process works...But the medical staff does not. I dealt with rude behavior from clinicians at this practice. I have called and complained to main office and I didnt get a resolution so I stopped going. Every time I tried to communicate the frustration on the weight loss journey they cut down my dose and asked me change nutrition schedule and they would revisit upping it up. That never happened! Even when nutrition was followed to the T, they just kept making up excuses. I dont know if this was to limit the amount of medicine they provided their patients or to keep billing my insurance the visits. I also kept getting scheduled incorrectly.

The nurse staff for med refills are incompetent. It is always someone else’s fault. I have spent hours on them phone for a refill between insurance, cvs and blue sky. Insurance confirms it is fully covered and after she spoke to blue sky and cvs directly told me it was sent in wrong to begin with. Still no resolution and the Blue Sky nurse has been rude, non apologetic for the issue and again said it was not their fault. Very frustrated.

Blue Sky MD in Charlotte NC is an amazing place with such great staff that personally helps you individually. Weight and hormones together to give you the best quality of life. Im so appreciative.

I gave this office a 1 star rating because, of the disrespect that I received from this office! Roslyn, she was very I mean very extremely disrespectful!! I called to inquire about the program and she shut me down by talking to me as if I did not have the right to ask questions! I was referred to this office by a very nice patient that had traveled to my area. So, since I am coming to Charlotte this week I wanted to come in and have a consultation. But, since I had spoken with that very disrespectful employee Roslyn, I will not be coming!!I hope that this company finds better employees then that young lady.I wish you all well.

I cant say enough good things about Blue Sky MD! I became a patient of Dr. David LaMond in 2014 when I lived in the Asheville. Now living in Charlotte Ive become a patient of their office and Im thrilled. The team is so friendly, welcoming and Ashley Sarvis is so knowable!

Unless you have thousands of dollars to spend this place is a scam. They lie and say they take insurance but the visit with the bloodwork is covered under insurance and then everything else will cost you hundreds if not thousands of dollars. They did absolutely nothing but charge for two visits! I am in no better shape than I was before I wasted my time going to this place and took a day off of work. What a waste of time. My insurance deductible has nothing to do with it. The medication is not covered by my insurance or pretty much any insurance company unless you can pay cash. This is not an ideal solution for weight loss, exercise, and diet. It is for me.

I am very grateful for Blue Sky MD. They offer personalized focused treatments that have offered me hope and I have felt heard and seen.

I have been incredibly happy visiting the medical team at Blue Sky. My thyroid is back on track and we are dealing with other hormones as well. I have learned a lot from them. Plus, they are friendly and efficient. I recommend them highly.

I made an appointment with Blue Sky in Charlotte per a recommendation from a friend. When I inquired, I had a text exchange to set up my appointment and so asked for the lab order. I got a text and email appointment reminder a few days before the appointment. I have a new job and had to take 2 hours of PTO for the appointment. Here were the issues:1) Lab orders were in paragraph form with duplicate labs ordered, some listed by name and others by number. It took LabQuest 30 minutes to figure out what labs they were supposed to draw, eliminating duplicates.2) The address and fax number on lab req is for a different location, which is where LabCorp faxed the labs.3) I showed up for my appointment and was told that it was cancelled because none of the labs were resulted. They apparently called the wrong number to notify me, and no text or email was sent to me...not sure why the inconsistent mode of communication or how they had the incorrect number when I had received all the prior texts.4) I called LabCorp because my labs should have been completed by the day before at latest (per LabCorp when I had them drawn) and all but one of the lab results had been sent to Blue Sky in time for my appointment.5) After I got the update from LabCorp that labs were sent, I left a message for the office manager, requesting a call back. As of three days later, he did not return my call. Instead, office staff called me back to reschedule and told me that it was LabCorp fault for faxing labs to the incorrect office. When I told her that they faxed it to the number on the order Blue Sky provided, she said the order came from a location outside of the Charlotte office.6) I have no doubt that the providers are great, because they come highly recommended. But I will not be going back due to the inefficient and disrespectful treatment by the office. Feel free to see photo below of the order that cost me a couple of hours of PTO plus over half an hour at LabCorp.

Can’t say enough great things about BSMD!! I don’t feel like just another person they are pushing through their doors… the providers take the actual time to sit with you and discuss your results and a path forward. I moved over an hour away and still make sure i don’t ever miss my appointments with Ashley. If you need hormone help, this is the place to go!

The staff at Blue Sky are AMAZING. They are uplifting and positive at every appt I have been to so far. They have your best interest at heart and it shows with their bedside manner. Would recommend to anyone.

Blue sky is great! The staff is so nice and knowledgeable about what you need and how to achieve your goals! Ashley is fabulous and so caring and so easy to talk to and really listens to you! I would recommend Blue Sky to anyone and everyone that could possibly need their services, which are vast!

I did some research and was skeptical before my appointment. Everyone at the office made me feel very welcome and Ashley was very thorough and answered any questions that I had. I cant wait to start feeling better overall. So far, bluesky is incredible and will continue going back.

I always have a pleasant and uplifting experience when I have my appointment s at Blue Sky MD. From the front desk staff to the medical and nutrition staff everyone is very personable and polite. They have come to kind me personally and welcome me as such. I feel very cared for when I leave my visit and confident that the staff is looking out for my physical and mental health.

I am looking into hormone therapy. My lab results showed very low levels of testosterone. I have really good insurance coverage, and my insurance company told me that they would cover the cost, if I was able to provide a certain form. When I called this office, and relayed this information, I dealt with someone who was extremely rude, would not listen to a single word I said, talked over me the whole time, and refused to answer my question or look into the insurance filing. Medicine and medical coverage is constantly changing, and certain practices just cant be bothered to stop and make a quick phone call that would save their patients hundreds of dollars.

These people are the best! Highly recommend this practice! Ashely took the time needed to explain everything in detail. Did a great job of setting expectations. Front office staff is very caring and meeting needs.

I Can’t recommend Dr Sykes enough. She is awesome and takes the time to listen to you..and actually cares about how you’re doing and feeling. The staff is always friendly and kind when I come in. Even with a busy schedule I never have an issue getting an apt or quick response to questions on the portal.I appreciate this office/staff and recommend them 10/10.

Great experience and people. Hip lobby music. The front desk staff and lady who took my blood were very nice and professional. For my consultation I had Amber Sykes N.D. that made my experience less anxious. Im 25 but have been experiencing some perimenopausal symptoms. She asked me in depth questions and went over my results. She told me her honest opinion with suggestions of supplements and products to try since my results werent alarming enough to start hormones at my age. She offered to answer any questions in the future through the portal and I could come back if want to retest again. 5 stars because I felt taken care of even though I wouldnt be a regular patient. Amber thankyou for being so lovely!

Absolutely love the support and individualized consults I get. Each provider and coach keeps me well informed of how to achieve my health goals which helps to make it a lifestyle and not a diet. Ive lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks and feeling great.

Best experience ever. Staff and physicians gives you the confidence that you need. Well explained and what will be best for you. The check up its better than the physical you get with your actual Dr. They listen carefully how you feel. And they go by that. I have recommended this clinic to all my friends and family.

I had a great experience going to Blue Sky MD! Finally someone who listened to me about all my symptoms! Explaining the labs in detail and making sure I understood what each lab result was. I am over the moon to be feeling better already after only a few weeks of them changing me from a brand thyroid medicine to an all natural one has made me feeling so much better! The staff is absolutely amazing, so nice and very thoughtful of my needs. Highly recommend!

Amber and Ashley are amazing. In fact Everyone is. It been less than an year and I feel better than I have in a very long time. My A1-C is 5.5 and I am down 35 pounds. Once we got my hormones regulated the rest followed suit. Thanks Blue Sky. You gave me Hope again!

I started with looking into bioidentical, hormones, and discovered they also do weight loss. They ran a full blood panel and did a metabolic test. Without getting into personal details I will say they have helped me with a lifelong struggle to lose weight. I am down 20 pounds in 11 weeks, I still have progress to be made but without there program, I wouldn’t be where I am. Every member of the staff has been very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and supportive.

Love it! Losing weight with their plan. Also got HRT and I finally feel normal again. I owe it all to the staff at BS. They are very supportive and keep me on track.

The appointments are quick. You get the one on one attention you need. They take time with you to guide you in the right direction for success. Everyone is always happy and positive. Its a great investment in your future if you need that extra push or guidance.

The whole team is great however I do need to give credit where it’s due…Ashley and Lydia got me on the straight and narrow with weight loss and understanding the process. The started me with baby steps and before I knew it I was crushing health goals week over week. 7 months later this is the outcome. I sleep better, I feel better, I move better (still not a good dancer thought) and on top of everything else my mental health has as well. I always have a great experience when I come here! Everyone is always so helpful! I went to multiple doctors and no one listened until I came here. They listened and didn’t make me feel like I am crazy. I’m now down almost 70 pounds!

Everyone has been wonderful in this establishment! They have helped me with my weight loss journey in the best way possible. Starting to see and feel my transformation and I am very grateful for their guidance.

I purchased semaglutide from Blue Sky MD clinic. I believe I was given a fake/ watered down version of the medication. I havent lost a pound in 8 weeks in fact I have gained 7 pounds.I purchased this medication from another clinic previously and I dropped 30 pounds in 4 months so I know what the real medication can do for me.I will not recommend anyone purchase this product from this clinic.

They’ve been very supportive and encouraging with the weight loss journey and with their treatment of my thyroid issues as well as HRT. I feel the best I’ve felt in years!

Please do your research before agreeing to any HRT protocol. My experience was not great and now I am having serious issues directly related to the treatment I received there.

They really helped me to loose weight my coaching me with better eating habits and to stay away from sugar. Made me aware of the amount of food intake is important, made me aware of why we eat, out of habit need or want, cause we are not starving. They offer appetite depressants and probiotics. I wasn’t pleased with the service there..Everything was rushed. It didn’t seem personal even though it was a one on one session. Being that I was seeking weight loss advice from them. They gave me way too much materials to take home and abide by. Which I couldn’t read the handwriting. I hated my experience. I hate I spent my money there. It was a big waste
