5 star service from the moment you enter starting with the lovely receptionist Ms. T who is so warm kind and friendly. No matter what your orientation is. You will feel comfortable here and in good hands. The Director is a little shady though. Not as friendly as the staff and very short responses when attempting to have a conversation with him. -1 star

The team at RAO are awesome. They made the entire sign up easy and breezed me through all the forms. I truly appreciate everyone on the team.

Perfect experience! San Juan Caffey Jr keep me at ease as he notice I was nervous. He keep me calm and perform seamless puncturing skills. Tiara also gave great service and gave me some much needed condoms. Thank you guys for everything!

Customer service and patience care here is great! Very affirming and comfortable. I definitely preferred this over going to a planned parenthood, special shout-out to Tierra, Tarik, and San Juan who have all done a great job communicating with me and helping me through the process of getting tested and verbalizing all of the options available for whatever possibilities take place post testing!

The entire staff was super friendly and helpful! James especially made sure that I was comfortable (I get woozy during blood drawing) and honestly I didn’t feel a thing! He was super friendly and made sure I knew everything I needed to know before leaving. Would 10/10 recommend!

My experience it was amazing. I felt open about my my decisions of being tested. San Juan made my experience so welcoming. The lady at the front desk was welcoming as well. I definitely recommend coming here.

This was my first time, and I’m really appreciative of the staff and the professionalism. From the moment I came in, I was greeted with smiles, and directed where to go. SanJuan assited me and was extremely supportive and communicative. He answered my questions while also educating me along the way. This will definitely be my primary health center going forward. I went there and got in literally lasssst minute and quite honestly expected the receptionist to have an attitude. She did not. She was quite pleasant and even said “oh great you made it just in time!” Things like that make a difference. In addition everyone else I came in contact with was nice and had a smile on their face. It seems like people there actually like their job for a change and reciprocate that to their clients. I have zero complaints about this place plus they are thorough and clean!!!!

Ms. Teresa is God sent. She has helped me when I had nowhere else to go. She listened and never judged. I will forever be grateful for her.

James is awesome!! Very personable and cares about his patients. RAO has great service and very accommodating. The late clinics every 2 weeks is beyond convenient!

I am really grateful for this place. When I moved here I didn’t have insurance and couldn’t afford PrEP and RAO has really taken care of me and kept me healthy. Everyone there is always friendly and it’s a pleasure every time I come back.The parking lot can be a bit tricky to find if you’re new, but it’s easy to get to when you know where you’re going nonetheless.

I love this place. I honestly felt more comfortable than I ever have with any other healthcare provider. Staff were personable and very informative. Location is discreet and the environment is very clean. I highly recommend!

I literally came here and left in a better mood. The place is so clean. The staff had worked 11 hrs and still asked how my day was and expressed gratitude to be working. I never had a black health staff and they were so nice, i felt so comfortable. And the pharmacist was cute.

They were very welcoming as soon as I walked into the door. Very polite and friendly. I do recommend every one to visit this community center which is free. The staff was wonderful and very professional. Kudos to them.

It was my first time here and San Jaun and Tiara were VERY welcoming and friendly They never gave me mean looks or made mean comments they treated me with kindness and respect if I were in charge of giving raises trust n believe I would shout give them a raise ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙌🏾Also I felt comfortable here as well that’s how great it was

Clean and efficient. Thank you for taking the anxiety out of getting tested. I was able to have someone hold my hand which was a big A+ because I am afraid of needles. As someone else mentioned it was nice to have black and brown providers. Also, they had parking.

I went for STD test and saw James, he was really great. Gave me really good information and made me me confortable. I recommend everyone yo come to this clinic.

So its free but they take 1 to 2 weeks for labs to come back...and they told me specifically 2 days. also they will not treat you regardless of what symptoms you have. need you wait for a test for 2 weeks and by that time you might as well die! no kidding. it sucked. they lied

Jawharah and James did a great job the phlebotomist/nurse practitioner was great I would recommend anybody to go there and get checked out.
