Great Dr and Great staff! Doc takes the time to get to know you as a person and treats you as such verses just another patient. Also they make it easy to talk about things that would normally be uncomfortable to talk about. I dont have anything bad to say about anyone in the office, I honestly think they have put together an amazing team!

Dr.Trombley is an absolutely great doctor. He has always made himself available for any questions, comments and advice. My very first visit with Dr.Trombley was so next level that I was 100% sure that I was in good hands and I have never looked back. Im so grateful for his level of care and especially grateful that he has made my quality of life so much better.Thank you Dr.Trombley for making my health and quality of life so much better!!!Office staff has always been helpful and has always returned calls or emails. I just cant say enough about this office their staff and the doctor.I have read other comments where some are not satisfied with the service, but from my experience and hearing some of the conversations with rude costumers while waiting for my appointment, the saying the customer is not always right has been the point of the conversation. The saying you cant please everyone is 100% correct. I give qudos to the staff on how patiently they handle difficult costumers.Great job Vitality staff!!!

Ive called this company 3x in a course of 2 weeks and no one has returned my attempts. In addition, the times I have called a recording comes on alerting the office will be closed at 2:30. If this is the support new customers receive, I would hate to be an existing customer in need of assistance.......

Derron, first I want to thank you for putting up with everyone & everything along with Bret, & Brenda.I don’t know what I would do if you guys weren’t the calm level headed office you are when dealing with strong 💪 patients who love/live to be vibrant & bold.This Vitality Center CHANGED MY LIFE! 😭🙏❤️‍🔥Before Vitality, I had no idea what was wrong with me. I was fatigued, I had low t, & then I learned and found out through my blood work that was requested by Vitality that I had a low functioning thyroid.Richard made sure I was on the right medications & since we’ve been able to adjust & change without issue. i save this mans picture on my phone because I am so grateful to him. I know it is weird. Haha I just know I can count on him.I have now been with Vitality Center three years & I can honestly say that without this clinic I would not have the life I have today. After getting treated for everything, I have been able to get my schooling finished.I’ve been able to think clearly. I no longer have brain fog the way I used to. I look forward to things again, my sex drive is up 10,000%. I know that I have a group of friends at Vitality Center that understand me & I can deal with my mood swings when I’m worried about whether or not I’ll be able to continue this way of life. Dr Trombley is always very upbeat and willing to discuss any questions or concerns that I may have. The office itself has always been very flexible with me and my constantly changing work schedule. Ive had to move appointments around due to work and personal reasons and theyve always worked with me to make things work. Very pleased overall

I am so glad that I decided to go visit Dr. Trombley and his staff. Everyone there is so nice and they make you feel so welcome and at home. Once I got the compound that was put together for what my body was missing, I feel like a new person. Im able to rest well at night without the hot flashes. What a difference in my life. I would recommend them to anyone that is reachingthe change of life stages. We dont have to suffer like our grandmothers did back in the day. Thank you so much Dr. Trombly !!!!

Cant say enough good things about this place. They have helped me change my life around ten fold. Dr. Trombley has to be one of the most compassionate, knowledgable people I have ever met. He takes his job seriously and it is very clear that he cares about his patients wellbeing. Anytime I have had something going on in my personal life and brought it up to him, whether it be a health issue or a major life event, he knows how to talk me through it and relates it to his own personal experiences. Just a very well ran and friendly place of business. From the front desk(Brett and Duran) to the nurses, there is always an awesome energy and compassion throughout. They make you feel like family instead of just another person. Extremely thankful for the care and advice I have received from them.

Ive been going to Vitality for 4 or 5 years, and Ive had mostly good experiences there till recently. My interaction with the new office manager (?) Not sure about his title.... has shown me that I need to go elsewhere.I had run out of medication, and called to request that they call in a refill to keep me healthy till I could get an appointment to see Doc Trombley. This happened once a couple if years ago, and the staff at the time took care of it and set me a new appointment and it was all taken care of quickly and painlessly.The new staff though, informed me that it was too much trouble to call in a prescription since they now have over 2000 patients, when I told him that I needed him to take care of this so that I could stay up on my meds, he seemed to get angry and told me that was a priviledge and that I was asking him for a favor and he didnt do favors. I pointed out that I can find another Doctor if my health meant that little to the practice, to which he replied, Then maybe you should do that.I asked to speak to Dr. Trobley, but was told that I had to speak to the office manager and that no one speaks to the Doctor.I asked once more for him to just call in my prescription so that the practice didnt lose a patient, and he again refused.It took me every bit of 5 minutes to find a Doctor online who offers similar services at a lower price, and ill be seen in 2 days.My advice? Stay away and choose a practice that values patients and prioritizes patient service and healthcare.

Womens Wednesday is great! Works great for my schedule and Doctor Trombley is an awesome down to earth doctor that takes the time to listen to his patients concern and takes my concerns serious. His office and staff are very welcoming and pleasant. Over all the best in Chalotte.

I absolutely love vitality , DR. Trombley and the staff there are the best in the business. Not only did they improve my quality of life they helped my wife as well. If your sick and tired of going to doctors who dont care about you and only have two minutes to answer only one of your problems. Then this is the place for you. Dr. T spends as much time as it takes to listen and help you. When you there you feel like you have a friend that cares and treats you like your somebody whos life is most important. You owe it to yourself to go see Dr. trombley and the friendliest staff around and never once have I had any issues with my medicine or refills. I cant thank them enough and given the chance you will too, so much that i tell everyone thats interested in changing there life for the better.

I must say i have never been to Doctors office as awesome as Vitality.. They are extremely nice and DR. T is hands down the best DR I have ever been to.. You will not find a better staff that works together as this staff.. I actually enjoy going to the DR!!!!!!. That is very rare...

They want to store your CC in their system. I told them I’ve had someone at a doctors office steal my personal information and it cost me thousands to straighten out so I did not want my card stored. The office manager was rude and told me he has to store my card number and refused to just call me when payment was required. I told him that I find it hard to believe he would not accommodate a customers request. He had the gall to tell me I’m not a customer..........I’m a patient. Stay far away from this place. The manager has no business being a manager.

Dr T, is the best! He had literally saved my life. I would recommend everyone to see him! Thanks for everything. The staff is like family when I go! Great people.

Great people and staff!!! Went in to schedule an appt after I had to reschedule two others because of work. They had a cancellation and fit me right in. Front office staff are very helpful and rest of staff make you feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend!!

Ive been seeing this doctor for almost a year now. From the staff to the Dr. Theyre like family. They support you, take there time with you and in my whole life ive never had such a great place to come or a Drs appt i actually look forward to!! Defiantly recommend!!

Disclaimer stated & everyone proper sorted (Sorry* if not.) I promise as soon as I have a break, I shall update the information and details associated with this review. I didnt fancy being That Guy and leaving a Rating w\out a review, or leaving a banal & token review no one cares reading.Our of respect to the Staff/Team, Ill refrain from using names (I could if I fancied. BOOM!) in hopes to maintain privacy. I havent any qualms name-checking Dr. Trombley, though, and I proudly call him MY Doctor, a title and relationship spanning years and Zip Codes.Dr. Trombley takes what it means seriously regarding how to build trust as a physician & speaking with a patient. He knows your name before grabbing your chart. He genuinely cares and shows compassion towards all patients. He and his Team emulate the legacy created decades ago, during the apex of the real medical practice/Doctors Office. All of the previous behaviours and expectations many of us remember (some better than others) as commonplace. Kindness, respect, compassion, speaking with & to the patient, shutting the Hell up and listening, staying one step ahead, not afraid to smile, making 100% certain youre okay and surrounded by the best damn Team who are happy assisting Dr Trombley & ensuring youre okay. Even the seemingly smallest gestures, unexpected, can change a day from horrible to Okay, its gonna be all good. Its tough, but Im tougher, Dammit! Everyone there has Your Six. Theyve become friends, but remain professional, allowing a chance to laugh after alls finished, even Dr. T. dropping in to hear the latest joke. Humour is a High Virtue in case some in the back arent following along.No Offense meant*, but the best of luck getting ⅛ said treatment visiting CMC, I mean Carolinas Med..., I mean Atrium. (Or is it Time Warner™?) Anyway, Dr. Trombley and his Team are the best. Seriously. Id cite ONE Gentlemans reference and credentials; however itd require a post longer than this. LOL, people think Im joking! Nope!Neither am I joking about Dr. Trombley. No matter what, hes my Dr. If outta town, in the ED, admitted with an illness etc., his number is the second Im calling, daytime or leaving a message at night. If the latter I wont stress and worry as most do waiting for the Dr., Callcenter and Staff to address your message, respond and contact you. Maybe. I know if that was the situation, that message, like any other patients emergency message, will receive ALL attention and Ill hear one of those reassuring voices telling me: Hey, Mister , Its all good, Brotha! We got you! And Im grateful every day Ive such a Doctor and Staff watching my Six. Five Stars my arse, 10 Stars!PVH*Umm, Im lying. I dont particularly care. Your choice! Cheers!

Do yourself a favor and skip this office. RUDE office employees. And now apparently the doctor is not allowed to take calls or call you back. Ive never EVER been to a legit doctors office where the doctor would not take your calls. This place is strictly about taking money out of your pocket.

Some other people have left negative comments on the office staff, however my experience is this place is great, not perfect but for the amount of money you pay it’s excellent. My Doctor listened to my concerns, answered questions, and my phone calls were answered or returned properly. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

If you schedule online it is a waste of time. You get an email responding to your request. However, as me and another gentleman found today, that online is only a requested time and you are supposed to wait for a phone call from reception. To thing is, no one called. So, I arrived at my “requested” time to be turned away. If you look online there are plenty of times but in reality there no availability until the middle of the month.Fix your website to be accurate and make it a priority to call and tell people, “that you actually don’t have those appointments available. Don’t waste my time and gas. Pretty damn unprofessional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Trombleys now for five years. He is very knowledgeable about Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for men and women. Initially, my husband suffered from being tired and not being able to put on muscle mass when he worked out at the gym lifting weights. So, he went first to Dr. Trombley to get tested for low-T. After a couple of months of being on hormone replacement, my husband had tons of energy, his skin coloring looked better, he had a better memory, he starting putting on muscle mass, and he thought I was a Goddess, again. I figured I had better go get my hormone levels checked so I could keep up with him! I got tested and my hormones were very low. It took a while to get mine balanced but once we did, I had the gusto and creative drive like I did in my 20s and mid-30s! My energy level matched his. I never knew how much HRT could make such a difference in my quality of life and even in my marriage! Since then we both have been regular, happy patients. We both feel energetic, and the romance is like it was when we first got married! I highly recommend HRT for anyone that has declining hormones, and Dr. Trombley for his expertise in HRT, and as a medical doctor. Also, Dr. Trombley is attentive to your needs, a great listener, and a kind person. I completely trust his medical guidance and highly recommend him and his practice for anyone seeking quality care.

Talk about the shade tree mechanics of doctors. Be highly aware of them over prescribing medications and trying to sell you medications you dont need.dont even get me started on how rude the front desk person is. Skip this fly by night doctor and go to a real one.

Excellent! As a newcomer to Charlotte, NC, from New York, I was worried about finding a doctor who really understood low T treatment. In the New York City area, despite the plethora of choices, it literally took me years to find someone who wasnt still stuck in the pre-Morgentaler era. Imagine my surprise to find, on my very first visit, a man who is really on the cutting edge of treatment. Fully informed in all the methods and a deep understanding of what it means to feel the way. What a relief! He has a t-level test machine in his office to get results right away. His pharmacy compounds a T formula to spec, and adds a estrogen suppressant on top.Men, stop smelling the flowers, and make an appointment today. Your mojo is waiting.
