Low T Center Charlotte-Pineville Testosterone & Weight Loss

Been coming here for 12 weeks now give or take and its been wonderful. Increased energy, increased muscle tone, increase libido etc been awesome. Peter & the girls who work in the clinic are awesome as well. This place has definitely changed my life at 43, 35 yrs old I had a 91-113 test count. After 12 weeks Im between 800-950 with minimal estrogen and all bloodwork and ANS test are great! Ty low t center.

This place used to be good, new owners purchased it about a year ago. Cant get the shots mailed out in time, and then they want to charge you $75 per injection because of their inability to manage the business. Stay away from this place theres much better options. They also used to claim shots every 4 days for the best results. Now they only give every 7 day, because it is cheaper. Run away run away run away

I am very pleased with my service here, I have been a client for some years now and Peter and staff always go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of for any and all of my needs. Definitely recommend to others.

I have been coming to Low T center for years. I have enjoyed the care I have received over the years. This location specifically is awesome. I am doing self injections and come in routinely for follow ups and blood work. You can tell they care about their patients. Highly recommended!

Update 10/23/25 LowT center has unilaterally decided to change patient care without input from patients. They are are moving all at home injection patients fro a 4 day cycle to 7. Been on that before and it caused numerous issues. I left my 5th voice mail today. No response in the last week. Make no mistake this decision was not made to better serve patients. They cant get shipping right and now they will reduce shipping costs by half. No other way to explain this - they are attempting to increase profit at the expense of patients. If this isnt true they are welcome to call me back. I cannot continue care under a provider that has no actual interest in my personal health. I will continue to update so everyone will know how long it took them to fulfill my request and send me my medical records.In response to Low Ts non-response below. I am not an idiot and know how to use your app. I am fully aware that you changed your shipping priorities. Previously shots shipped after the seventh shot. Now they dont get ordered until after the last shot is taken. This causes purposeful delays. Since this company has difficulty with math I will break it down for you. 1 shot every 4 days equals 91 shots per year (365/4=91). 91 / 8 = 11 shipments per year. By delaying shipment until after the last shot is taken it means 1 shot is guaranteed to be missed every cycle. It also means the company is ripping its customers off. 155 / month is supposed to equate to 91 shots per year. Delaying the shipments by 4 days each time guarantees you will miss 11 shots or 1.5 shipments per year. Essentially buy 11 get 9.5. Great deal for them, not so good for customers. Anyone want to join me in contacting the consumer protection division in your state? Or better yet how a about a lawyer that might be able to get to the bottom of these shady business practices.Been a patient here for the last two years. First off the staff is fantastic. They care a lot and it shows. The problem is the inconsistent delivery of testosterone. Shouldnt be that hard - just need to ship on the second to last shot to ensure no interruptions in cycles. In the last 6 months I have received 2 on time. They repeatedly adjust the dates in the app when they mess up to make it look like everything is correct. I am currently waiting on another set of shots and was supposed to take one yesterday. Still hasnt shipped. The office staff cant help. Even they say they cant believe how bad the service is. If you are considering T therapy you may want to consider online. As much as I like the staff doesnt seem to be much point in staying a patient if they cant deliver . If you have never taken it messing with the timing of the shots can raise or lower your optimum levels to a point where at least for me it causes undesirable side effects. Be sure you consuder this if you are considering this company..I will continue to update this so everyone can see first hand the delays and decide for themselves. Today is 8.23.23 and they still havent shipped anything. 2 days after I was supposed to take my last shot. Original post was 8.21.23.8.24.23 Finally received shots and the clinic redid the timing of my shots on the app to make it appear they I didnt miss a shot. I dont miss payments. Not sure why they are okay with manipulating my records. I have now missed a shot and they didnt even make an attempt to rectify the situation. Just sad companies get away with this behavior.

UPDATE: I went in again to resolve the issues below. Great experience, until the end. Let me say Peter and the crew working with the labs are amazing and knowledgeable, however the woman at the checkout was quite possibly the rudest person Ive ever spoken with.She tried charging me 380 Dollars for my visit. Simple mistake, but didnt sound right so I asked for the breakdown. She rolled her eyes and slammed on her calculator: 130+85+15=380. Again, this did not sound correct, so I asked again, what is the total price. Same response. I showed her on my phone the total amount it should be. She proceeded to argue with me until she said fine, 230. I asked if I did something wrong because she was coming off as annoyed and aggressive. She proceeded to say have a great day in a very annoyed angry way. I asked to speak to someone and she proceeded to tell me I could not and everyone was busy. Other customers were just as confused as I was as to what was going.Look, we all have bad days, but we push through. I was playful and nice about the mix-up, but she proceeded to be aggressive and angry. I hope no one else has the experience I have had. I do wish there were other options in the area after these back to back experiences.In the past few months it has become extremely difficult to get medications on time. One example, I showed up to get a refill on my medication. They were overwhelmed, so they took my information and told me they would place the order. A week and a half later I have not heard anything. Finally I call, and it turns out the refill was never ordered and I need to come in to see a provider. Communication skills are severely lacking and I am not going to be 3 weeks without medication by the time I can get back in and they can ship the refill.This is just one of several examples I have seen in recent months. Unfortunately, this is the only TRT place I have found in the area.

Been a client for the past 4 weeks and it’s been amazing thus far. The provider Peter is amazing, staff is always pleasant and the results this far have been great. I have used other establishments in the past which weren’t as attentive to my needs.

Been going to Low T to see Peter for almost 3 years. He got levels straightened out after my primary doctor wouldnt even consider. Also got to love his staff! They are so friendly.

Apparently they have switched some type of ownership and the customer service now is garbage. They were great before but are not any longer I would find somewhere else.Shipments were always late.. Was told to come in and get labs tonight however no one communicated that they stop doing labs thirty minutes before closing. Customer service is Beyond sub par now, Was told by the onsite provider tonight that we are a sinking ship. Not very comforting. Go somewhere else!!!And for the record....i practice medicine.These people have put profits before actual patient care.

Been a patient for over five years .Great results . Seen several changes in staff over the years. Peter is by far one of the best. An Stephanie is another one of the best that Ive known for years. Highly recommend.

Went to several places to seek treatment. This is the one that I was most comfortable with. The staff is fantastic. It is definitely fast paced because this is a production game. The other option is going to a regular doctors office, and not getting the right treatment out of convenience.Specifically, I was worried about giving blood for my labs. Jalisa, one of the nurses, was awesome. She eased my nerves, and she was done before I even knew it was going on.Kate, who I think is a NP, was the only provider I had seen out of the other clinics that actually took the time to listen to me. She gave a level of care that should make her supervisors proud.Peter is super high energy and seems to genuinely care about his patients.Lastly, it is nice to be able to chat with the other guys in the waiting room about how their treatment is going. All around, this is just a friendly place. I hope it does not change.

The team and the Provider Peter are awesome. They really care for and assist their clients better than any I have experienced. You are in good hands here!!!

The people who work in the office are nice and relatively helpful. The billing department located in another state is horrendous. Watch out for recurring charges, they will bill you and not send what they are supposed to send. When they bill you and you receive nothing they will not refund you. They say you have signed something and when you ask for a copy they are unable to produce it. Do not let them just charge your credit card because they will do it over and over and not stand behind their services.

Peter is very educated and knows his stuff the staff is amazing and welcoming very professional. I was feeling down and no energy for couple of years after about 2 months getting treatment and working on getting the right dose i feel great super happy with the treatments and the overall results and easy to work with your schedule great atmosphere.

The issue isn’t the clinic exactly. It’s their shipping/tracking methods.My husband was a patient locally, and we moved. Since then, his shipments have come later and later and later. Whenever he needs bloodwork done before another shipment can come out, he isn’t informed. There’s no reminder or anything.Further, his last shipment was supposed to have been sent, and yet over two weeks later and it’s not here. He has called repeatedly and they keep telling him it ‘should be there tomorrow’. They have offered no assistance in tracking, filing a complaint, or finding a way to get him a script or dose in the mean time.The whole situation is a mess.

Dr Peter told me I didnt qualify for insurance and I have to do self pay. Well I checked my insurance and they have been charging my insurance and take my my cash payments. Also There are charges for medications I didnt even take. Im very upset. This is not right.

I was having issues with getting my shots sent out and was told by the pharmacy to contact the center. When I called the center in Charlotte to see what was going on they told me they were too busy for me and didnt have any time to help me.

This place is awesome, Petter and his staff are great. Anytime I e had a issue Petter gets back to me fast with a answer and everyone there is so friendly.

Low T Center of Pineville is professional and accommodating. Peter takes time to listen and offer solutions. I have a 30 min drive each way and I keep going week after week because of the attentive service. Wish they would open one in North Charlotte, but only if Peter runs it!

I felt tired all the time, so I went and had a simple test done. Unknown to me my t count was very low, I started treatment, and I feel a whole lot better, it like day and night. They also worked with my local Doctor to check on any items that may cause problems. I give Blood once to two times a month, treatment is always based on my count. As far as the people go, you could not ask for better, always friendly, care more about you then the treatment, and has time to address any questions. AAAA++

I started going to Low T Center in Pineville in my mid 40s when I started feeling tired and worn out. Dr. Fox and his team have been there the entire time and brought my testosterone levels back and have helped me lose weight in the process.

Peter is the best. He takes the time to talk you about how you are doing, and treats everyone like friends. Makes what can be an embarrassing subject for some feel comfortable.

Didnt inform me up front that you cant do your own treatment (meaning I had to spend $100 for bloodwork which Id informed them Id just done the week prior for my current provider), all is done through weekly/biweekly visits. Cost is nearly 300 a month if you set up auto pay. Current treatment (for the past 8 years) has been self injection with bloodwork and visit once every 6 months. Total cost for that is generally $200 for 6 months vs more than that PER month.

I’ve been going to LTC Pineville for just over a year. I started going because I was 41 and had very low energy. My testosterone was borderline low so I started treatments and have been very please with the results. I’ve lost about 25 pounds without any drastic changes to my diet And with the improved energy I’ve been able to get back to the gym and even started lifting weights again. I’ve lost about 4 inches around my waist and I’ve had to get the my pants altered twice around the waist. Muscle is definitely coming back, my biceps have never felt this good and lean. Dr. Fox and his team have been fantastic!
