If I could leave a zero I would. Based on my experience, very misleading and unethical. BEWARE of the male enhancement procedure, they offer a not FDA-approved procedure and could cause significant long-term damage. Google it!! Review all the documents ahead of time with your primary doctor. Ask a lot of questions about the product being used and long-term health risk. You will probably change your mind. Again based on my experience.

I called for my husband because he was having problems with relations. So I called to set the appointment up and spoke with Bri who started the whole process. Bri was extremely helpful from day one trying to fit our busy life into their schedule. Once there Bri greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were comfortable. Once my husband was seen by the doctor Bri came in and explained all the prices for their program and she did it in a way that didnt make us feel ashamed. Went in because my testosterone was low, but not low enough for my PCP to do anything about it. The doctor was super nice and helped me understand my treatment options. Even better is that I dont have to deal with my insurance and my testosterone was shipped directly to me. I feel like a new person already. I got the MaxX done here, and wow was I shocked at the size I gained. The staff is extremely friendly and really eased my nerves before I made the commitment. I couldn’t feel any of the injections during the procedure and the soreness afterwards was bare-able. I was able to see 1.5 inches in girth and even 2 inches in flaccid length! Truly a life changing experience this has greatly impacted my sex life with my wife in a positive way.

What a scam! $2800.00 for “ pure “ testosterone cream for my problem. $450.00 for 8 Viagra pills. Terrible results after 8 months, but they kept pressing me to renew another year’s treatment. Stay away from this company!

I had a great experience at the Mens clinic. The staff was very friendly and the max X procedure is legit. It was one of the best investments Ive ever made.

Spent over $700, they couldnt get the formula right in three attempts. I was charged each time. On the forth attempt they wanted another $250. The product caused extreme pain for up to 6-hours. High pressure sales to push zero positive results. Very expensive lesson - STAY AWAY!

This was a great experience. I love how caring and detailed the staff were. They help reduce the sigma of what ED is and that I am not by myself in this. I recommend any male to take the time to visit.

First dose of medicine did the job in less than 10 minutes! We’d been having problems for years and this stuff started working almost immediately. After a couple of weeks I added a PRP procedure to my treatment. I got bigger in two months! Hands down the best money I have ever spent! I wish I had not waited so long to fix my ED. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. The only thing I could say negative is the coffee machine was out of service last time I was there for my follow up appointment. They have really good coffee when the machine works. 4 Stars. Lol

I felt tricked and they wouldnt refund my money. I was given the medication and I achieved a limp erection and while I was in that state I was offered treatments totaling over $4700.00. Not good or honest business.I found out that i needed more important treatments so I decided not to start the treatment and they refused to refund my money even though I couldnt use it till my other medical problems were resolved. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!!2

Initially my husband & I were apprehensive about these mens clinics you hear about on the radio...but boy am I glad we took the chance with this one! We have been struggling for YEARS and were beginning to lose hope... They offered several affordable treatment plan options & the one we chose has changed both of our lives for the better! I originally got an appointment here to have an opinion on my premature hair loss at the young age of thirty-nine. I did not want to slowly go bald and just except it!! I had plenty of questions starting with how to prevent future hair loss, before getting into the actual procedures they offer. Ronnie and his staff answered everything I had on my mind before even talking cost of procedures. Great staff that know their stuff! My hair is starting to grow back and excited to see the future.

Get told one thing over the phone to get you in. You come in and they want to sell you on thousands of dollars on treatments and push. I was told things over the phone that weren’t true. The lady who came in to make the sell at the end was very rude and bothered that I just wanted to leave.

I am going to give you my opinion with my on-going evaluation of the Carolina Mens Clinic. I say on-going because my first appointment was Friday, January 19 and as of today, January 31 I still have not received any of my prescriptions. I was told I would receive my first order in 3 to 5 business days and it has been 8 business days. Still nothing.As I wrote, my initial appointment was Friday, January 19. Living in the Clemson, SC area the drive was 2.5 hours to get to the clinic. I am a 67-year-old healthy man with serious ED. So, having tried all the medicines out there with NO results I decided to give CMC a try after reading the reviews and video testimonials. I made my appointment on January 4. On the day of my appointment I was welcomed by the Receptionist and had to fill out the customary paperwork. Then, taken back to the Exam Room where one of the PAs came in and discussed the paperwork / my symptoms. He was very nice and told me what was going to happen. Next a Lab Tech took blood samples. The tests were to look at Testosterone levels and signs of Prostate problems. Again, I was told the tests results would arrive back on either Monday or Tuesday of the following week (January 22 or 23). So, after the test sample was injected into me, there were very good results and I was quite pleased. I decided to try it because the reviews I have read regarding the Tri Mix medication seem to work. After reviewing the various pricing options, I decided to go with a year’s supply. Folks, it is NOT cheap, but neither are the OTC pills either and the various pills (I have tried them all) are not healthy. After running the cost of pills verses the Tri Mix the costs were very comparably.At not hearing ANYTHING from the clinic I sent an e-mail to my Patient Councilor on Sunday, January 28 that she read on Monday, January 29. She called, left a VM and responded to my e-mail as well. She told me that she had tried to call me, but kept getting a busy signal. Anyway, she presented my blood test results (all good) and told me there had been a delay on my medication order and I should receive it in “one or two days.” Well, today is Wednesday, January 31 (the 2nd day) and both USPS and UPS have run. Still Nothing. At this point in time I am getting concerned.February 1, Thursday morning. Yesterday, after posting my review I sent an e-mail to my Patient Counselor explaining my frustration. She called me right back this morning and repeatedly apologized for my situation. She explained the entire process and why my order was delayed. I certainly appreciated that and after hearing it I fully understand what happened and it certainly calmed my nerves. As a gesture of good faith he has upped my free shipments from 1 to 5. I appreciated that as well because as I wrote above I live over 2 hours from the clinic. So, not having to drive there saves me time and money (gas). In addition, she promised that my order would arrive by Friday. So, I have raised the review to 3 stars and will update again over the week.February 7, Wednesday afternoon. My medication did arrive on Friday as promised. Even the issuing pharmacy called me the day before to let me know it was being shipped. So, that part of the communication process went well. After all the fits and starts I have raised my Star rating to 4 from 5 because I think the clinic deserves it. I would like to give 5 Stars, but can not do it because the initial communication needed to be much better.

I was charged $250 dollars for 3 Tadalafil. I went to my doctor and was preferred to Stanley Specialty. I got the same exact prescription which was a total of 10 troches for $80.00. Please do not go to this clinic they are a rip off.

This clinic is the best. Mgmt and Dr went above and beyond for me in a time of urgent need. Product works and I am excited to try the new product up and coming.

STAY AWAY!!! Cost of medicine is ridiculous. Once they have you locked in, you cant an appointment to get medicine adjusted for timely refills. They will try to send you to some lab facility for follow ups. Medications work, but not as promised. Do not waste or time or money!!

This is a money grab, said my levels were extremely low. Wanted me to buy 3k worth of meds annually. Got all my labs done by my primary, including T levels, and reviewed by a Endocrinologist My levels were in the normal range for my age. Stick with real MDs men.

As far as Im concerned this place gets -1 Star and this was determined before even getting in for the 1st appointment. As I called to inquire regarding their general practice , I was hung up on multiple times, once I finally got a phone response (after calling 6 times) a rude associate answered and just placed me on hold for 5 mins before returning to the line. If their initial contact with a potential patient is of this magnitude, I hate to encounter the provided customer service in person!

Their hair loss treatment is a scam. After treatment, they do not even follow up to review whether the treatment worked or not. This place is a joke. Once they get your money, they dont care. Go to Bosley or a reputable hair loss center if you want results. Otherwise, you will pay thousands of $$$ for a procedure for which the results cannot be guaranteed.They NEVER tell you the results are not guaranteed during the consultations.

Since I started going to the Carolina Mens Clinic in December 2018 I have had tremendous results in sexual activity and I have also lost 17 lbs without even trying. I am more active from where I was just feeling sluggish and tired all the time. I even sleep better at night and the agitated feeling that I was experiencing is gone. I am very pleased with the service and the results from the Carolina Mens Clinic of Charlotte, North Carolina. If you are having some or all of the same feelings that I once experienced please give the Carolina Mens Clinic a try and Im sure you to will be very please with the results.

After having been a client (customer) for awhile, I really believe there are better alternatives. Maybe NuMale....but definitely online options as GetRoman or Bluechew.There is no real value-add by using Carolina Mens Clinic. When you call, it seems they dont really listen and only minimize your issue with quick, in-effective suggestions. Supposedly, Mike Meyers (sp?) is the office manager but he is never available and never returns calls. The clinic also cant seem to prescription changes correct. Their phone etiquette has gotten worse as well. Again, no real value-add here.I can only assume that after paying several thousand dollars up-front, I am no longer important to them. If this is the service you want, well go ahead. You have been updated. Its your time and money.

The people were nice but of the thousands of ed merchandise on the internet they dont know about things like maca root or plant which have been used by the Chinese for centurys and will it bring back prostate cancer then i had 6 staf ask me 6 times the same thing if theres anybody outthere that really understands this stuff i would love to know and the prices are out of sight not for the normall joe.
