I would recommend that people avoid this clinic (I feel awful saying this, but this was truly a bad experience).1) They do not bill insurance companies, so depending on your policy, you will end up paying out of pocket.2) Communication was incredibly poor and the facilities were dirty. For example, while I was there, the bathroom was disgusting, and the nurse who saw me took notes on the back of a used envelope and never returned to even tell me what was going on (I wish I was kidding). When I left, they prescribed me medications that had nothing to do with my symptoms and also suggested I book an ultrasound with no information as to why that would be necessary, particularly since I came in due to extreme exhaustion and am not pregnant.3) I was not planning on returning, but they automatically booked me for a follow up appointment, which I found odd. They also tried to sell me on making this clinic my primary care physician, which makes no sense given that they are supposed to be an urgent care facility.4) From what I can tell, you will also never see an actual doctor.I have family and friends in the medical community and have a lot of respect for the hard work it takes to work in this industry, but this was by far the oddest experience Ive had and a complete waste of money.

The staff is so nice here! Love the front desk and all the nurses/PA’s. They got me in and out. The place is always packed with people but they do a good job for the high volume. I needed an EKG and they got it done for me!

Terrible terrible terrible place to receive care and to work as an employee. Management is horrible, the clinic is dirty, all equipment is old, and they dont really do urgent care.Many different patients come in for stitches but all of the stitches are expired or the providers just wont do it. They always refer patients to the ER. Also, if you call the clinic number you never actually speak with one of the clinic staff. Instead you talk to an outsourced call center in Africa that is hard to understand and regularly makes scheduling mistakes. For example they regularly schedule patients for services that are not provided at the clinic such as x-ray.The clinic staff care about their work but the doctor and upper management do not. They just care about the paycheck.

Been going here for almost 2years I love it here I didnt it at first cause I seen someone different every month I didnt like that now I see Regina Norville every month she is awesome she laughs with you she jokes with you she is caring goes over everything with you and a serious doctor all jokes aside she is serious with her job and patiences the staff are ok some are friendly n nice the office upgrade so pretty they call when something is wrong with your blood work right away they call to see if your doing well Im gonna stay Im gonna novant hospital and there connected to that hospital

The waiting room was updated nicely. The new staff was friendly and professional. I was thinking about leaving after going here for 5 years with my son, but I will stay now that they have updated their services to the customers. Someone was listening to us. Thank you.

This place is dirty. Scheduling for an appointment here is terrible . Their was no lock on bathroom lobby door. No medical pamphlets in the room. And dr. Regenia was very persistent. And not hearing my complaint. And would not give me a doctors note to return back to work. (I never want to be seen by her again. ) only my premier doctor Benedict OQuavika. And return back to my Monroe location where it’s better over there . I only give 2 stars for CNA Jessica who was very kind, caring and Professional. She need to find a better Location to work. I had a pleasant experience during my appointment, the nurses and providers were very kind and attentive. However, I unfortunately had a lot of frustration recieving my follow up medications. I was told I would recieve a script for an antibiotic but that was never sent over to the pharmacy, I called the number provided at minimum 4 times and each time was told “I will send another message to the provider”. Finally I drove back up to the clinic to see if someone could help me and they said they would have this taken care of, but I still have not recieved any updates on this very necessary prescription. On top of that, the medications that actually were sent to the pharmacy are STILL not filled and it’s been over 30 hours. This is very concerning. I was very ill during my appointment and spent the entire next 24 hours still feeling poorly because I did not recieve the medications I needed. If this were to occur in another more serious case, I can’t imagine how dangerous this could be.

Do not go here! I went twice. They are unprofessional and keep you waiting. I was told my insurance was accepted the first visit but my second appointment a few days later was cancelled because they said my insurance was no longer in-network. But when I checked with my insurance, they said this location is in-network. So what’s going on??? On top of that, I’ve called the place two times last week and no one returned my calls even though I left voicemails. Today I called twice and the first time they said they would transfer me then the call ended. The second time no one picked up and I had to leave YET ANOTHER VOICEMAIL! Not a single one of my calls was ever returned so I was forced to go in person to get help for something that can be done over the phone.On top of all of this, the people there are incompetent, they recorded both the order of my first and last name wrong and the wrong birth date. And they scheduled another appointment without my knowledge or consent.But wait there’s more! They still haven’t faxed an urgent doctor’s order I requested yesterday. I literally can’t get the medical care I need because I keep having to contact this horrible place and they take forever to do anything. Forget calling, you literally have to go in person to make them do their job. I’m actually in shock at how incompetent this place is.Go anywhere but here. Worst experience ever. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with an establishment in my whole life.

The whole staff including NP was great, attentive, thorough, kind, and patient. I had a pleasant experience except for a long long wait. First in the waiting room and then inside for the NP. It took me 2.5 hours total for a simple visit. Maybe its normal when it comes to medical services, I thought it was very long.

My first time here..check in was easy and very friendly as well as when you get weight check n blood pressure..my PN was awesome..friendly n caring ..n the flobotinist was gentle n did a great job!!! Absolutely amazing. Dr. Emma and her team are so kind and patient, and I felt genuinely cared about. Ive had serious sciatic pain for over a year and though its not completely gone, I got a steroid shot today and Im hoping for the best. They treated me with such respect and made my time being at the doctor less panic-inducing. Thanks to all of you!

I saw the awesome people over at First care today. I honestly didnt know what to expect due to the other reviews. I am 100 percent honest about this and not a fraud poster. They were great, and thorough. Took great care to make sure i was taken care of with a smile. I recommend them whole heartily. Dont sleep on first care. Ill be back again

This place is completely so terrible I truly feel bad for the check in lady and the assistants. I walked in, Someone came in after me who had an appointment. Okay no problem. She was taken back. The lady who was checking me in was told to have me pee in a cup in the front waiting room. I was not taken back and then proceeded to the bathroom in the back. She asked me if I still wanted to see the doctor upon the test coming back negative, when clearly yes I do, that was my entire point of coming in to begin with because my tests at home say otherwise. I see the doctor and she’s hiding behind the wall telling the check in lady that she isn’t taking walks in and if I want to see her I have to come back after her lunch. So I asked the lady helping me what was her name because I couldn’t believe what I just witnessed or heard. She asks me if she can go back and talk with her. I said sure. She comes back and then all of a sudden claims she feels like she is about to pass out. Lol as a doctor if that’s how you really felt, you would have not came in to work at all that day. Not only that, I watched and heard you tell the front desk lady I could come back after your lunch and if you really were not taking walk ins, you would of never had me pee in a cup at all. That doctor’s name is either Taylor Messinger or Tatum Messinger. Upon asking I swear I heard Tatum but the piece of paper I was given says Taylor. So to whoever ms. Messinger is. Do better. You don’t deserve a doctor title.

Took nearly two hours to get seen for a scheduled appointment and within one week, someone scheduled an appointment for me later without my consent. The first number listed was disconnected, and the second I was on hold for 20 minutes, left a message to tell them and to cancel the appointment, it said theyd call back within an hour, and they never called me back. Better off going somewhere else.

Today around 10am to 1130am I arrived to be seem First Care Clinic off the Plaza in Charlotte, NC. The desk assistant looks at my insurance card from Aetna. Few minutes later she told me she had to wait on a fax for insurance information. After 20 minutes of seeing people go outdoor for being service and 1 person asking me you still waiting, I ask the desk assistant have a fax come through yet. She stated it can take another 30 mins. I had to call my own insurance to get information and gave her the phone to communicate with insurance person. Then she still hesitates and went to back office and came back with paperwork to sign for $88 and I didnt reach my deductible this year. When my insurance stated I dont have to pay a co-pay. I had to leave without any services.

I made an appointment for 3:30. Filled out my patient paperwork online and everything. First I couldn’t initially fit in the parking lot. I then had to park somewhere else and had to walk with my four children. You’re supposed to wait in your vehicle and call a number if you’re getting tested. I continuously called with no answer so I had to go inside. I let the ladies know I had an appointment at 3:30 but could not fit in the parking lot. The ladies looked at me and the each other like a deer in headlights and ignored me. So after standing there I just walked out. I was eventually able to fit in the parking lot and after calling back to back able to reach someone on the phone who didn’t sound like they were even at the location. She stated they would not be able to honor my appointment because how busy they were and I would have to just get in where I fit in.I get being busy. But I think customer service is very important as well rules and policies.Not a good experience!

Literally do not go to this place. I saw the terrible reviews online, but it was right around the corner from my house, so I told myself how bad can it be? I had an appointment at noon, and I was there for over 2 hours just to get a covid, strep, and flu test. It took forever for the NP to see me, because she was on her lunch break. THEN WHY DID YOU GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT ON HER LUNCH BREAK?! Like I get medical staff need breaks and to eat as well, but just dont give me an appointment during that time??? And then they asked me to come back in two weeks at checkout and I said no thank you, well they made me an appointment anyways without my consent, so now Im having to wait on hold for forever just to cancel an appointment I didnt even make to make sure I wont get charged.Seriously, do not come here.

I’m going to end up switching from this office they are super slow and no body is in here they also couldn’t pull up my appointment today she was clueless about me being scheduled due to them not being able to pull up any appointments, and when I walked through the door all eyes were on me it was about 3-4 employees standing up front by the counter you would at least thought they would have greeted me but I had to be the first to say hello then to top it off the lady just asked what’s the reason for my visit which I clearly stated during my last visit. Also while in the waiting room for my exam no one came in to assist me the doctor was even surprised overall my experience was terrible!!

My girlfriend and I recently scheduled appointments for covid testing. Upon arriving for our scheduled appointments, we were told that they cannot test us because we were previously tested months ago. When trying to explain that we were both exposed to people who recently tested positive, the response was thats just our policy. I would understand this policy if it were explained to us when we scheduled our appointments. We both work in a setting where we interact with the public constantly and are trying our best to keep everyone as safe as possible. Now we both have to miss work because there are no other places with open appointments today. Thanks urgent care.P.S. Dont bother sending me the same automated response that has been sent to all of the other bad reviews on this site.

I needed a doctor today get my blood pressure medicine & another medication refilled. I called at 2:00 was given an appointment at 3:00 at 4:30 I was out the door and on my way home! 2 Thumbs up & five stars. Dr Anderson was great. Thorough and caring. My BP was up she asked it be checked a 3rd time before I left. Very pleased! I was only looking for a place to get my medications refilled but I believe I will continue to go here and use Dr. Anderson as my primary care physician.

This has to be one of the laziest staff of so-called medical professionals I have ever seen.I mad an appt online, 3 days before my actual Saturday appt, even included all of my insurance info. I walk in 15 minutes before my appt and the first girl doesn’t even say hello, she turns her back and does something else. The nurse comes over and asks if I have an appt. I say “yes at 4:00”. I proceed to give her my insurance card which is Cigna. She looks at it and says they can’t see me today because they have to “call to verify my coverage and Cigna is closed on weekends”!! So I say well I’ll just pay myself then. And she says they can’t because they’ll be questioned as to why they charged me if my insurance ends up covering it. So basically... I can’t be seen because I have insurance. I go to my car, call Cigna myself and get a live agent in less than 3 minutes. I proceed to tell him what happened and he called the clinic himself. Turns out they don’t take Cigna but that not the point. She didn’t even bother to check. Just dismissed me... because it’s the end of the day and a holiday weekend, I’m sure. Totally unprofessional to blatantly lie to a patient.I made the mistake of reading the reviews AFTER I went. Don’t make that same mistake. This place doesn’t give two cares about the patient. And I’m not sure why they’re still open after the numerous negative complaints about them. I plan on making a formal complaint to whatever medical board I need to.

The online portal for appointments and info was very user friendly. The staff were super nice and the Nurse Practitioner McKenzie Saunders was absolutely amazing with my daughter! She put her at ease, was thorough with her examination and diagnosis. She is extremely knowledgeable, and professional! By far the best care we have received at a medical facility in a long time! I will definitely bring my family back to see McKenzie!!!!

I made an appointment at 11 and called to check in at 10:56 am. I was told there was a 20 min wait. I came for a rapid COVID test. An hour passed, then a lady came to my car looking for someone else. I asked her why am I still waiting? She said she didnt know and that I should go inside. When I got inside there was no record of me calling. Thats so unfair to see people drive in to get tested and leave and Im still sitting there with an appointment. I will never go here again or recommend this place to anyone. Call first care in Gastonia and ask them what theyre doing because theyre doing it correctly.

Since I started going to this clinic I’ve never had a problem. The staff are friendly and helpful. The doctors provide me everything I need to stay in good health, from referrals to specialists and medications I may need. They don’t hesitate to help me, answer all my questions. They have walk-ins and are open Saturdays too. No complaints from me, thats my personal opinion I don’t speak for everyone else.

I was a walk in and they had me in and out within the hour! Super convenient to have a cvs right across the street! Had a little trouble with insurance at the cvs. After calling the doctors office to get the insurance approval expedited, the doctor actually called me off her personal phone to make sure everything was alright. Avoid this place if you actually need medical attention.I was running late to my appointment ( getting into the parking lot is extremely difficult) so I called to let them know 10 min before my appointment time, no one answers the phone. So I call another location they can’t get anyone else on the phone either. I arrived 10 min late and was greeted by a locked front door. After 10 min of knocking and waving down the people inside who were ignoring me I found an open door on the other side. I was informed the doctor had already left for the day so I had to be rescheduled. She told me she also saw I arrived late but didn’t hear me knocking at the door somehow. The doctor left for the day way before my appointment but I was never informed and their solution was to just lock the front doors and not let anyone in. The rude women at the front desk left about 20 min from closing time so I guess she had better things to do than help patients. Like I said AVIOD this place if you actually need medical attention bc they will let you DIE.💀💀

Overall I did not have a bad experience. This was one of the only places where I could get a Covid test so I chose to wait in my car for over an hour. After I had waited an hour I was informed that my insurance would not be excepted and I would be paying $130 for a rapid test. I am just trying to understand why we are charging so much for a test that cost so little when there is allegedly funds set aside by the government to cover people who are uninsured. Reminder I do have insurance. Not a negative review of the people that work there or the facility, this is a negative review of predatory charging practices in a time of crisis. This facility is certainly not alone in this but thought I’d share my experience.

Predatory billing practices.They WILL NOT bill you as an urgent care, despite describing themselves as one multiple times on their website and social media channels.Incredibly misleading and unethical - especially for families or patients who are tight on cash.Instead, theyll charge you as a New Patient and youll have to pay hundreds out of pocket.I went in for a strep test expecting to pay a $60 copay, but was charged $596.Check my bill photo to see the garbage they added.They claim to offer urgent care services so they can charge you, but do not self-identify as an urgent care when it comes to billing.Very scammy.They literally call themselves Urgent Care in Charlotte NC on their Google Maps listing. That name is EXPLICITLY set by the business.They know what theyre doing.Example:Imagine I ran a business claiming to offer car repair services, but then when someones car insurance asks for money I say Oh, this isnt a car repair shop! I just offer car repair services. and then charge an arm and a leg to an unsuspecting customer.This is basically what they do.Please, avoid at all costs.

I scheduled an appointment online, received the confirmation email and email to check in and fill out all paperwork. When I arrived, the reception area was a wreck and a lot of people were waiting. I was checked in and waited about 15 minutes. Then, they called me to the front to let me know they didnt have me in their system and the doctor had left for the day. When questioned about the other patients waiting to be seen, I was ignored. The ladies up front did not have masks on. The nurse from the back came to the front several times with gloves on, removed them, then pulled her mask down. My gut is that the doctor was running behind and either he did not want to see any more patients, or the staff decided that for him. They did the same thing to two other people before me. We were all told that they are having problems with their call center, but my appointment was made online and they could not explain why I received the emails. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and in the days of Covid, seemed very dirty.

Hello. I was at your location yesterday for a refill check-up. They usually just weigh me, listen to my heart, and check my blood pressure. Yesterday, the nurse who saw me checked my lungs and heart. Ok, that was normal. But then he checked it through my left breast, pushing into it. I told him that I was uncomfortable and this felt very invasive. He reassured me that it was a good thing to have someone listen to all four valves of your heart and to get a thorough exam. Mind you I never asked to have a thorough exam nor was I asked or told I was going to get one. The exam continues.. he then moves to my stomach and is pushing into it checking for pain or swelling as well as checking my liver. Again I say how uncomfortable I am. He reassures me its ok. Next he checks my ears and my eyes, where his face is so close I could feel his breath on my cheek, mouth, and nose. He then proceeds to check my pulse in both of my hands then moves down to my feet- UNZIPS my shoes and removes my socks to check the pulse in my feet. All this time I am repeating how uncomfortable and invasive this is. Especially since I was only there for a refill. I feel like this was very unprofessional and unnecessary and needed to share my experience in hopes that no other person would have to feel as violated as I did yesterday. I called before visiting location and was informed I would only co pay $4, when I got to office receptionist got my insurance information and I asked how much I would pay out of pocket and was told nothing cause my insurance would cover visit. After I spoke with doctor and they explained the exams they wanted to perform so I again asked how much exams would cost and was told my insurance would cover them, few minutes later nurse walks in with a price quote that I had to pay for each exam which included an office visit for an amount I didn’t have. I am disappointed I wasn’t given the correct information the first time I asked.

STAY AWAY:If you care about your safety and your money do NOT get close to this lab. They took tons of my blood after 4 times try 3 days ago then called me today and asking me to come over for a redo!! I was shocked. I already have my arm bruised so bad from their sampling efforts! And couldnt move it for the past 2 days and now they are telling me they ruined my blood samples and want to do it again. I told them NO, just refund my money if you cant give me the result!!After a lot of calls back and forth their Dr said we can only redo it but we won’t refund your money!!They charged me 400$ to leave these bruises on my hand!!! Worst lab I’ve ever been to.UPDATE:They never answer my email or call me to solve the issue! Do yourself a favor and read this before your visit!!

One of the most painful experiences. I had a noon appointment just to get my annual physical, waited 1 hour, and the front desk lady was extremely rude when I asked for a timeline of when she thought I would be ready to go back. She told me she needed to call to verify my insurance and it was going to be another 30 min. I asked her what was going to take 30 min to call since I had been sitting here for 1 hour, she shrugged and said we need to verify it. I left. I read reviews about this, but figured I would just try since it was close to my house. For the record, I have Cigna so based on other reviews I don’t think they work with Cigna and continue to play this game.

It took nearly 2 hours after my appointment time to be seen by the doctor; everything was very disorganized and they asked for my insurance info 3 separate times. They charged me out of pocket for my strep test, and when that came back negative they said they would have to charge even more for my covid test...which is an absolute scam (my insurance covers those tests). Not one to leave negative reviews very often but this clinic needs to get it together. I can’t give an opinion on the physicians, because I never saw them. It was very apparent the staff up front was very new and inexperienced and could not handle any volume of patients. They were very disorganized and we’re rattled by having to onboard new patients. My information, paperwork, and insurance situation was told and given to two staff members. Over an hour later after my confirmed appointment, I’m told I’m not even eligible to be seen today. Even though I could pay out of pocket at this point, who cares, I was not going to be seen. I get it, I’ve been new to a job and stress gets hold, but when you’re an urgent care in a metropolitan city, there’s probably going to be patient volume higher than other clinics. To have waited that long with all the chaos, and to not have just been told that from the beginning, without all the antics, I would have simply found and booked another doctor in the 2 hours I wasted. Which I will certainly do next time I’m sick.

Ive unfortunately had a bad experience ere with Dr. Okwara he takes days sometimes weeks to call in my medicine and is never in the office when I made an appointment to see him on purpose. I will have an appointment for 2pm and he wont even be in the building. He will be in a meeting! This has happened more than once! Why would you go to a meeting when a patient has requested to see you? Then if I do see him its just for a quick minute. A nurse practionar usually sees me. I have ask to see him specifically every month and its never him. I have not had this great experience everyone else has. But that was at the Monroe office and Im going to have to start going to the Plaza office so hopefully Ill have a better experience.

Worst experience ever. I came for medical clearance for surgery . They are nice but not trained in giving medical clearance. Had to come back 4 times to get my paperwork corrected.. . My lab results were not completed that they gave me . Was given 1 price over phone and paid 3 times more . Was given no proper information on everything I needed. Just very bad and I missed my surgery appointment in Miami because my paperwork was not completed in time

This place is an absolute disaster. I scheduled my appointment online for covid 19 testing and received an email confirmation of my appointment date, time, and provider BENEDICT O OKWARA. As per the directions in the email confirmation that I received, I pulled into the back parking lot and parked in a designated covid testing parking space. I called the number that was provided to notify that I had arrived for my scheduled appointment as per the instructions in the email. I was received with an extremely rude woman on the phone that seemed bothered that I was calling and asked whats your insurance. Maam, United Healthcare is closed, we cant verify your insurance. Youre supposed to have this verified beforehand. Well first of all, United Healthcare doesnt close at 6pm, just because you want to leave by 6:00. So I said, umm maybe try to call them? Weird? Someone from the insurance company answered when they actually decided to do their job. They came back and said that the covid test wasnt covered by my insurance and that I would have to pay $100 out of pocket. I took the liberty to do their job for them and also called United Healthcare as I sat in my car. The representative stated again to me on the phone that the test was in fact covered at 100% and with no limits as to how many tests I receive until January 2021. I went ahead and ripped my paperwork up and will be taking my business elsewhere. Its a shame that you have to do some peoples jobs for them because they are either too incompetent to perform such elementary tasks or that they seemingly do not want to be bothered. I exclaimed that the testing was important to me as I will be trying to visit with elder family members for the holidays and I was met with rudeness and a zero willingness to help. If youre so miserable with your life, please do the community a favor and just dont work in healthcare. Based on my experience along with all of the negative reviews, it wont be long before this facility and all of their lackluster employees go under. Happy Hollidays.

I had an appt at 9:30. Checked in at 9:20 and one of the three women at check in had her mask pulled down exposing her nose and mouth the entire time I was inside. They told me to wait in car. By 9:40 I started calling and no one would answer. I finally left a message for Ariel in Administration at 9:55 (25 mins after appt) saying I was leaving. They called me at 10:35 (65 mins after appt) to see if I was still outside and I said no, I tried to get in touch with a live person for 15 minutes and ended up leaving. They charged my insurance for a Covid test I never had! They are trying to commit fraud or made a huge error. My insurance is investigating now. I have never had an experience like this in my life! DO NOT GO HERE. Just wait to get an appointment for a Covid test at a reputable medical facility.

I am new to the Charlotte area and also have a new medical plan, so selecting a care provider was especially challenging. During my first few visits to The Plaza clinic, at the very beginning of 2017, I was struck by an apparent sense of distance between the staff sitting behind the reception counter and the clients standing in front of it. As I have returned to that counter in subsequent months, there seems to be a bit more of a compassionate tone and feel--not just toward me but toward other clients whose presence I have observed. Most notable has been the presence of a strong, capable manager named Callie. Her work with the staff seems to be making immediate, positive changes, and her personal approach to interacting with clients is greatly recognized and appreciated. If she is given even more responsibility to instill change, this clinic will become synonymous not only with First Care, but also with First Class. One final note . . . please, please find a way to provide additional coverage to the First Care main telephone number. I cant tell you how many times I have been put on hold for periods as long as 7-8+ minutes at a time--and the poor admin working the phones is clearly overwhelmed! This is a crucial part of your service and should not be too difficult to fix--and it will be a very wise investment. Thank you, First Care Medical Clinic!

After I got off work I called knowing this place closed at 5 to make sure I would be able to see a doctor when I got there at 4:10 (according to my GPS). They insured me as long as I was there before five. Driving in pain I arrived at 4:07. After running in this facility and requesting to be seen by a doctor they informed me the doctors stop taking patience. I was the only one in the waiting room so I tried to plead with them, I was in so much pain I started crying hysterically begging for someone to see me. She still refused. First Care Medical Clinic is not an Urgent Care facility even though it clearly says so on their signage. I just visited them this morning and after filling out the patient information and waiting for over an hour I was told I had to pay $109 for my visit before seeing anyone. I tried to tell them that my co-pay for Urgent Care was $50. Thats when they told me they are not an Urgent Care facility. I walked to the front window and read it directly off there sign and they said well, we are not an Urgent Care. I said OK, Ill go somewhere else and they couldnt care less. I asked for my paperwork back and they gave me another patients complete registration form and medical history (I hope they get well soon). Of course I didnt notice this until I got home and had to drive back to get my paperwork and give them their patients paperwork. Please be very careful dealing with this clinic. Im sure HIIPA regulations frown upon giving confidential patient information away.

Absolutely terrible service. I arrived on time and had to wait 1hr 15 min before asking how much longer it was going to take. Front desk would flat out ignore me and not give me any answer. After 1hr 35 min of waiting they finally said I could come in. After the appointment, I was told someone would reach out to me within 2 weeks but no one did. I had to keep calling them for a week before someone said I could pick up the results. Once I arrived at the office, they had the wrong paper work ready for me so I had to wait another 45 min for them to get my paperwork ready. Absolutely terrible, never going back....I dont recommend anyone going there.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is a walk-in clinic so the biggest issue I expected was to have to wait a little to see the doctor. I called n scheduled an appt about a week ago. I specifically asked if they needed my insurance, the African lady told me just to bring it to the appt. My wait time was three and a half hours. I really just wanted to get home and lay down. The restroom didnt have any soap or paper towels and the hand dryer didnt work. When I was finally called to the back the treatment room, the paper from the pervious patient was still on the table . When ms. They looked up my insurance and stated that I had no co-pay and then proceeded to tell me I’d have to pay out of pocket for the appt. when I asked why, she said “because you have no copay and we need payment first”. And I said “that’s what insurance is for... you get your money from them”. Then I asked how much the appt was going to be (I was there for a sore throat and earache). She told me $109 just to see the doctor. That didn’t include tests or treatment! I said no thank you and walked out the door. Sounds like a scam to get money, to me. They act as if they dont no what there doing and cant answer your question on the phone they hang up because they cant understand what your saying half the time im going to change doctors soon as possible
