Connected - Fertility Monitoring

This clinic is a godsend! I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. The practice manager, Annie is so organized, communicative, and responsive. This is an extremely stressful process but she puts you at ease. Even when there are delays, she communicates them. The appointment times are early but they worked for our busy schedules. If you need a satellite monitoring clinic, I highly recommend this clinic. THANK YOU CONNECTED for your kindness and dedication to IVF care.

I have nothing but great things to say about the team and staff at Connected Fertility monitoring. The cost was affordable considering everything Fertility is expensive. All my appointments were booked quickly and Anna is very responsive and prompt . My doctors have received all results the same day as requested . I am quite happy with their service and highly recommend them. They only ask that you show up on time or a little early for your appointments.

Absolutely wonderful to work with! Joyce and Joanna are the most amazing sonographers I have ever gotten the pleasure to meet! They truly treat you like a real person and make the entire experience very comfortable! I will miss them so much!

My experience with CFM so far has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone is so kind, pricing is fair, and theyre very attentive to make sure your IVF clinic gets the results they need, when they need them. Annie is quite helpful and responsive, and I dont remember the names of the sonographers but they were all wonderful as well! I live in Spartanburg & there just isnt anyone in Spartanburg or Greenville that does monitoring. Theres one place but I did not have a great experience with them so Connected Fertility Monitoring has been a blessing to me and my husband, otherwise we would have no one to do our monitoring. Highly recommend CFM!! 10/10

I do not know where to even start with how much I love connected & the staff.Annie- what a rockstar! Putting up with all of our hormones & mouths; either good or bad! She has been nothing short of amazing and truly going out of her way for me! She is prompt with emails, notifies prior to collecting payment from my card & I always can get in last minute if need be based on my clinic changes things last minute!Joyce- it’s all in her name JOY! She is absolutely amazing & so easy to work with when it comes to ultrasounds and taking care of me first thing in the morning!! Always so happy to see me & able to make me feel comfortable during such an annoying experience doing IVF in general!Joanna- such a nice lady! Didn’t have as many appt with her but didn’t treat me any different than Joyce did! So thankful for her being so thorough during my ultrasounds!Thank you everyone at connected for getting me through not only one, but two IVF cycles & I pray my last- but if not I will be back for another month!This place is worth every dollar, the packages are reasonable especially with no insurance.Thanks Annie ❤️

Our journey to have a baby was very very tough. We had recently moved to Charlotte and used Connected Fertility for monitoring. After getting help from connected fertility, for the first time in many years, we have felt the warmth we always missed. All thanks to the nurses Joyce and Joanna, and Dr.Graham, and special thanks to Annie who was always there for us, even late at night. We cannot thank them enough for the positivity and love we felt no matter what situation we had. Connected Fertility is the best place for fertility monitoring for out-of-town patients.Fertility journeys and particularly, the monitoring, are expensive. We have done out-of-state fertility monitoring at other clinics in other cities also. The prices offered by Connected Fertility for scanning and bloodwork are very reasonable and affordable compared to other clinics.

My fertility clinic is out of state and this is the second time I’ve had to do fertility treatments, but the first time I’ve use connected. Everyone here is amazing! And the process has been so streamlined, Communication is always prompt. They send my labs stat and I’ve had a wonderful experience with them. It has made going through the ivf process much easier this time around! I recommend them to anyone.

It was extremely hard to find outside monitoring for fertility treatment here in Charlotte. Connected is the reason we were able to move forward with an embryo transfer that resulted in our daughter. We had an amazing experience with the staff and will use them again when we do fertility treatment in the coming years.

I cannot say enough good things about Connected Fertility. I recently relocated to Charlotte from NY. There was no other clinic that was willing to conduct satellite monitoring for out of state patients. Dr. Graham and her staff have made this experience seamless, from answering all of my questions to providing much needed reassurance. It will be bittersweet to leave their office and graduate to an OB/GYN.

Dr Graham and her staff are beyond professional and accommodating to all of my needs. I tried for months to find a proper doctor that would help me run my ultrasound scans, and bloodwork for my IVF clinic as I am a travel patient. Dr Graham was the only one that was willing to help me and to top it all off at a reasonable price.I wouldn’t waste my time with anyone else. Connected Infertility is the only way to go!!

Finding fertility monitoring is HARD! I was going through IVF at a clinic in New York (CNY Fertility) and needed local monitoring here in Charlotte- not just monitoring, but a clinic that could get me in before 9am with barely any notice AND get the results back SAME DAY to my clinic! CONNECTED Fertility Monitoring was my answer to prayer! They did all of that and MORE. Not only is their office so conveniently located, but the hours were perfect (you can get in and out before work) and the staff was phenomenal, knowledgeable, and friendly! They allowed one visitor which was a huge blessing because not every office does! You definitely want and need support through this journey, and they understand that! The space was clean, inviting, warm, and intimate! The doctor treated me as if I was her only patient and genuinely cared about my journey! She rooted for me and my fertility journey! She was empathetic and kind. She was patient with my concerns and needs- and if any issues came up, she was quick to jump into action to help me resolve them! One of my favorite parts of the experience were the small details - like new fuzzy socks at every ultrasound! No detail was overlooked for your comfort or the ultimate experience! They know having a baby is hard enough, so they do everything in their power to make it easier, smoother, and more enjoyable! I can’t recommend them highly enough! Every single person I send their way raves about their experience! You can’t find a better place for fertility monitoring in North Carolina or beyond!

The best of the best!!! I’m so happy I have found Connected. Joyce, Annie and Joanna are great. The have help me in every step of my fertility process. Is so great to have a clinic that help travel patients.

Connected has made monitoring locally for out of town clinics possible and much less stressful! Especially during covid many clinics started refusing outside monitoring so this couldn’t have come at a better time. The staff is wonderful and always very accommodating of last minute scheduling. I can’t recommend them enough.

This practice is professional and efficient. They were able to accommodate every appointment request and provided my results on time. I’m so grateful we found this practice after we were turned away by other Ferility Clinics locally
