8/27/24 - I’m so glad I didn’t let the low rating stop me from visiting this center. From the moment I entered, I was treated with respect and empathy. The front desk staff, Melania (I hope I spelled that correctly) specifically was so sweet and accommodating! The nurses were incredibly educating and didn’t mind the 1000% questions I had asked throughout my appointment. They truly made what was a very anxiety-ridden experience a little lighter. Thank you!Update: I cannot reiterate how incredible the staff at this center are. Making the choice to terminate a pregnancy is never easy. They really put thought into the layout of the facility. The room itself played soothing white noise and had a galaxy like projector. After the procedure I found it really difficult to keep myself together and several nurses offered me hugs and words of encouragement. Currently tearing up while writing this 3 wks later. Thank you for all the incredible women at this center 🫶🏽

I had an appointment here a few days ago and I wanted to say that all the staff from the front desk to the nurses, doctors and even the people I spoke to on the phone with questions were very kind, knew how to answer any questions that I had, and made me comfortable. The only concern that I had was that my appointment time was at 10:40 and did not get called back until about 12:15.. which was a long waiting period. Overall, I had a good experience here!!

Ive been coming here since 2015. The assistant didnt know anything about name brands or birth control or really about anything at all..she saidall birth control is somewhere between 90%and up that kind of misinformation can ruin someones life. Booking an appointment is an absolute nightmare online or in person or on the phone(I did all 3 in the months of trying to get an appointment). I also made sure to NOT book a telehealth appointment online because all the reviews and people said that they never answer their telehealth appointments. The last time I was there a year ago, I was told I had to book multiple appointments back to back if I wanted to do multiple things - so I did that this time. When I came in, they wouldnt see me because I was 10 minutes late even though I have a 15 minute grace period. So they booked me a month later, with three appointments to take care of all of my needs.(The light skin man at the front was super helpful and great!)but when I came back They canceled the two appointments when I got there and left the last one- my appointment was fast butI was in there an hour and a half(maybe cuz I was arguing to get the care I needed). So I guess that policy changed.They do NOT prescribe two types of birth control at any one time which is outrageous. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW OR WHAT DIAPHRAGMS ARE SO DONT BOTHER. They do not book consultations to talk about birth control or what your options are anymore so dont bother with that either.I only saw a nurse practitioner and did not see a clinician not even once... And I guess thats the standard.ik because of roe vS Wade that they are dealing with a huge influx of different accommodations and are leaning more towards helping women in the QUADSTATE AREA that need abortions but they shouldnt be lacking in the preventative side.My nurse practitioner was really great but also wasnt super informed or experienced either but was much more experienced in the assistant.which isnt saying alot.My significant other who is a male, really had an interesting experience because they do NOT do mens health here(even though they say they do it at this location on their website). They Wouldnt even give him a referral to a urologist..they just printed out a list of local ones🤔. every question we had about blood work(that they have listed on the site that they take care of)they said they specifically did NOT take care of it. And refused the care we asked for.Everything we both asked for, they told us to just go to our family doctor. What a shame. Id also like to mention that an OBGYN is considered a GP/internal medicine/family doctor/primary so if they offer it, they can do it and can even be your primary care Dr. We did our homework, looked on the website for the location and combed through our Medicaid insurance to know what was covered exactly. It makes it hard to see if something is covered if they dont know the brand names of the prescriptions.OVERALL, the visit is quick and they are professional in a lot of ways because Ive seen a lot worse. But they have cut down a lot of the things theyve offered and all act like they dont know whats going on with up to date info. 🤷🏼‍♂️Men are not seen here unless you have an sti.The online portal makes it easy to get your medical history,screen results, medical records, HIPPA release..etc.. but you do have to TALK TO THEM ABOUT IT IRL AND GET THIS STUFF WHILE YOURE AT YOUR VISIT BECAUSE IT GETS HARDER TO DO IT AFTER YOUR VISIT.

I TRULY HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I really think the bad reviews are from anti-abortionists. The clinic escort volunteers were so amazing! My appointment was at 8am right when the clinic opens and I was taken to the room around 8:25am. Pretty normal wait time for a doctor appointment. I was out of the clinic around 9:10am. The visit was much faster than I thought it would be. EVERYONE from the front desk to the nurses and RN in the back were VERY KIND and EMPATHETIC!

Not sure why this place has bad reviews because my personal experience from start to finish was nothing less of amazing. From the check in employee to the nurse and the doctor I saw. All amazing staff. And the doctor I saw was Natalie I believe and she was so warming and personable. My appointment was @920 and was called back about 15 mins later. Great job staff

Got told one price, came in, completely different price. Off rip dissatisfaction and disappointed, would never go to another planned parenthood location. update 08/06/24 : The bad reviews is not the pro-lifers, this place is ridiculous, so bad i wanted to write another review. I was told my price was fixed to my original price i was told originally just to come back and have the SAME issue, had to call around for them to finally get it situated. i overheard them trying to overcharge another customer. The wait times are ABSURDDD, waiting hours on end. & you’d think having pregnant women coming here waiting for HOURS they have a vending machine or something. went back once and could be gotten everything done the first time i went back but i had to go back to the waiting room, i been sitting in this lobby for 3 more hours after i already went back just to be handed some pills that i still have yet to receive.

Had an amazing experience at this location. The wait was a bit long but nonetheless everyone was professional and friendly. Front desk staff were awesome, and the NP’s were knowledgeable, explained everything and were super sweet. Highly recommend this location!

My boyfriend was provided with a mask when he came in however, when I came in five minutes after him I was told I’m not allowed in without my own mask. (Discrimination). Financial help is unavailable. If you don’t have insurance or $200 to $355 plus an appointment fee of $70 This place will not take you. It took them an hour to call his name. I was not able to go in the room with my partner while he spoke to the nurse. The nurse denied him services because he was not showing any symptoms and she also made it seem as though they did not do the particular testing that we needed. Nurses are completely uneducated about pricing and testing. Staff is rude and arrogant. This place is supposed to help the community and it is sickening to walk in and not have any empathetic nurses or staff that wants to be there.

Staff was friendly, however as many others have listed, the wait times are atrocious. I got called back an hour after my appt time, and then the wait after was additionally lengthy. This all would have been more manageable if the staff was communicative. I was anxious to go to my car in fear Id miss being called back.

Was a little nervous to come based on some of these reviews but I had a great experience. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment, got checked in, and was called up around my scheduled appointment time. My nurse, Natalie, was very sweet, funny, and calming. She did her job quickly and had me on my way within probably 20-30 minutes. The office itself is nicer than the PP’s I went to in my old state, and had ample parking availability.

I understand the influx of patients but to have an APPOINTMENT @11 and still haven’t been called back at 3!!!!! Is outrageous went to the window to see what was going on and why people that came after me was getting checked in and she couldn’t provide an answer just I’ll be in the next group which groups was called a hour and half in between.

It took way too long and the staff was very unorganized. I paid for IV sedation and arm was set up for IV. After waiting for a long time, I was told that the person who do IVs was not in so I could not get it. Very unprofessional and not communicative at all.

Planned parenthood is such an important resource! They helped me access birth control when I did not have insurance and it saved my life honestly!

Sisters appointment was supposed to be at 11. Still waiting an hour and a half later for her appointment to finish. It took half an hour just for her to be seen. If we have an appointment at a specific time Id expect her to be seen--at most--10 minutes after that time. Not thirty minutes. And then another hour just to get through said appointment. Hope nobody else has things planned for the day if they need to come to this location.

This is the only planned parenthood I’ve been to so I can only compare it to a doctors office for this review. I don’t recommend booking ANY online appointments, 90% of the time no one shows up or they do after 30-40 minutes of waiting. If you call them half the time they hang up on you before you even get a few words out to explain why you’re calling. There are protesters outside (not their fault at all) that will come up to your car/block you/etc causing you to be late & they won’t take you. Unfortunately this is the only place I can get HRT so I keep going but it’s just an awful experience each time. I can say I’ve booked probably… 10.. ish? Online appointments and they only came to one, all the others I waited 40mins to an hour and gave up. For example I had an appointment today at 2, it is now 2:40 and I’ve been looking at the waiting screen this entire time. I take breaks from work each time and each time it was a complete waste of time and money. Please try and go to a different location or better yet, an entirely different place for anything hormone related

Don’t listen to the negative reviews! I was very nervous to get my Nexplanon removed here because of the bad rapp, but the staff were very kind and supportive. I showed up 10 mins before my appointment and barely had to wait at all. I felt very safe!

Such a great experience. Initially, was scared away because of all the comments but so glad I still went. They were pretty busy but I got there 40 minutes earlier than my appointment since I expected a long wait time but I was at the clinic for a total of an hour and 20 minutes which I thought was pretty good. Staff was super nice and informative and made me feel extremely comfortable with the insertion of my IUD.

The workers here were disagreeable and treated me as if I werent even a human being. My friend was 5 minutes late to her appointment and they refused to let her in or explain their reasoning as to why. Instead they threatened to call the police on us for being on property. I kept a level head and treated the worker with respect and politeness while being treated as sub-human when all I had wanted was a simple explanation as to why we were denied access.

I’ve never felt more safe as a woman than here, i feel so unjudged and cared for by the staff. Wonderful place if you’re looking for an IUD, super easy and fast process in the sense of getting ready for it. They walk through every step of everything and are very supportive no matter what choices you go for 😊

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $500 right when I walked in, just to be told that I would have to come back “due to technical difficulties” after I had already been waiting for 2 hours. I come back when told just to wait another 2.5 hours. THEN after it was all said and done, (an all day event) I get to the pharmacy I told them I wanted my medications sent to and they say they have nothing for me. This place is extremely unprofessional and they do not have anything together. I’d travel elsewhere if you want to have a smooth experience. It’s already hard to be there & they only make it worse.

Was a little hesitant to come here based on some reviews but overall I had a good experience. Wait time was longer than expected but I did eventually get seen. Staff was polite and accommodating, everything was explained to me clearly and I was encouraged to call with any questions or concerns. Big shoutout to the volunteers— what an amazing group of people out here doing the Lord’s work. 😉❤️

Very surprised by the amount of negative reviews! Came here to start HRT and the wait time was 20-30 minutes, and was very reasonable. I was treated with great kindness by the nurse practitioner and phlebotomist and had HRT prescribed to me today. My first appointment here was a little pricy (~$230), but the care I received made it all worth it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy after I told them where I needed it. Calling for my prescription took forever to even get in contact with somebody and they never sent it. Even questioned me on the phone as to why I needed it as if I didn’t have an abortion procedure. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. If you do go make sure to have your own Tylenol ready.

Worst location, my appointment was at 11:00 am been here for 2 hrs in counting and still haven’t been seen.

I was seen here a few months ago for a pap smear. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Especially if you are a WOMAN OF COLOR. They are trying to take our ability to reproduce. They said my pap came back abnormal and wanted to do a biopsy. So I went and had that done. The younger Caucasian lady kept trying to assure me that I was fine and everything looked normal, but the older Caucasian lady insisted that something “may be wrong” so they called me back like a week later saying the same thing and that they didn’t find any precancerous cells but think it’s pre-pre cancer. Like what even is that?! And that they “may have missed something” so they wanted to do a LEEP procedure on me! This procedure makes you not be able to carry a child to term because they clip your cervix! Why would you recommend that for someone who’s results are not consistent with someone who has precancer cells? They were hell bent on trying to make me have this procedure done and they keep sending me things in the mail about their “recommendation”. I’m glad I listened to my gut and the younger Caucasian lady and went and got a second opinion because everything came back normal with my OBGYN. Do not let these people touch you, test you or anything. They are using us as Guinea pigs.

Whatever nurse you get, do not get NATALIE BRADSHAW-SMITH! This nurse was awfully rude and lacked any possible manners of hospitality with her words, body language, and tone…..Apparently I was too early for a follow up appointment and she made me feel as though I should never come back to that building again! Saying statements like, “ You’re too early, your not supposed to be here, I can’t see you, I’m not supposed to see you today!” made me feel so insufficient. I understand that I may have been alittle early but I deserve professionalism and respect just like everyone else. The other staff at this building were so kind. But unfortunately, I’m very unsatisfied with my first experience here due to Smith and not to mention this appointment was on my birthday!….UNBELIEVABLE

Had an online visit for bc. They never sent me the link. Called twice for over an hour to talk to someone who rescheduled it for the afternoon. After I showed up, even ten minutes early, doctor never came after half an hour. Called again and waited for twenty minutes where they then checked me in and I was finally on the call. The doctor was nice and it took less than ten minutes. I was told they had some last minute issues with some staff not being able to come in, which I understand, but it still should have been handled better..

Cancelled 2 of my appointments without notice. No appointment confirmation (text, call, or email) after it is booked online. Left a message yesterday at 9am and no call back. Cant get in touch with anyone over the phone. Had a phone appt today at 9:30 and have not been called yet (it is 10:35). I am on hold right now due to high call volume and it has been 15 min. Tried to get transferred to medical admin via the automated system and hangs up. I would walk in if it wasn’t over an hour away. I would say terrible service but there is literally no service at all.

Staff is lovely, place is very clean.I arrived early to my appointment but they didnt check me in until 10 mins after my scheduled appointment time.I am still in the patient room. Its been 45 minutes. Im starting to think they forgot about me again.

Such a kind and welcoming experience. From entering to Leaving. Each person I encountered met me with nothing but kindness & pure love. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Let’s not forget the workers & volunteers outside who make sure you are escorted safely & privately into the building while drowning out the protestors. Thank y’all for all you do & what you do with compassion.

Pro: They offer $20 contraceptive pills.Con: They close way before scheduled time, they can close at 2:50p when scheduled to close at 4p

Had a virtual appointment just yesterday for symptoms because I live far from Charlotte. Appointment was unprofessional, unhelpful, and whoever was helping me did not go into any details about my symptoms at all and gave vague answers and told me to come in that same day but did not say why. I had to make an appointment for next day. I called repeatedly that same day and the day of my in person appointment to cancel because I decided to just go to urgent care instead and no one ever answered so I was forced to leave a voicemail. I’m hoping I don’t get charged a cancellation fee when I wasnt able to reach anyone to cancel it in time.

Very clean and very efficient. I went in to have my IUD removed as it has recently begun to cause complications for me. The staff are all very polite and were willing to accept my license though it was expired because I am still waiting on my new one. There was a very short wait and I was in and out very quickly. I have an appointment soon for a replacement IUD

This place was professional and clean. The staff were very welcoming and put everyones safety as first priority. I highly doubt there was ever a roach in this facility and even if there was well thats life and anyone who is petty enough to mention this doesnt deserve to write a review because as I stated before it was clean and quite possibly the best planned parenthood I have ever been to. To the staff thank you for everything and please continue what you are doing.

I had a virtual visit Wednesday July 14th to get a new birth control prescription. I was told that it would go to the pharmacy I chose, I went Friday to pick it up and they never got the prescription. I called the number listed and never got through to anyone. I have left three voicemails and called multiple times. I cant get through to anyone, I have called all the pharmacies in my area and cannot locate the prescription. I am over an hour from the Charlotte office so I cant just casually drive up there. This is why I prefer in person appointments and I dont understand why that cant be an option at this point.

Moved to Charlotte 3 weeks ago from Ohio trying to inquire about birth control prices since I don’t have insurance here yet. I have literally called this location THREE times over these last 3 weeks right at 10 am when they open and they have never picked up the phone. You’re literally just sitting on hold. How is your call volume “higher than normal “ when you just opened.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I have to after my appointment here. The staff was all around nice, sweet, supportive, and helpful. I was comfortable and the wait time was long, but i’m really patient so that did not bother me. They answered all my questions and I left feeling a huge relief.

If i could give this place NO star, i would. would not recommend for ANYONE. and im sure the rest of the women that were there with me today(1/07/23) feels the same way. or any other day honestly. the staffing is GHETTO AND RUDE. and business is SLOW!!! definitely hope i literally never have to come back there again.the whole process was way too long and unprofessional on top of THAT.

Horrible. First appointment was told that it was a physical exam and Id be given an ultrasound. NOPE. They dont do ultrasounds other than the day of the abortion and they dont do physical exams. If youre in pain, too bad. I will be going to a different doctor and the ER to deal with my issues. The receptionist is very rude and very short with me. They are very against the abortion as well. Just overall rude and not helpful. Not to mention crazy expensive. $420. No wonder so many teens carry to full term.

I made an appointment online a week in advance. I was called the afternoon of my appointment and told I had to come in now or I would have a long wait because they would be short staffed. I explained that I was at work and could not leave. I asked to reschedule and was told I should just come as early as possible. So I talked to my boss and was able to leave a little early. I arrived at 315. My appointment was for 4. As I sat in the waiting room it began to fill up and people who checked in after me where being called before me. To me that defeats the purpose of me coming in early. After over an hour of waiting I asked about how much longer it would be. I was told there was a person ahead of me and it would be another 20 or so mins. However no one left in the lobby arrived before I did so I didn’t feel the need to keep waiting. Very unhappy with the lack of service. That is my first and last visit. I missed out on hours at work to sit in a hot lobby with flickering lights.

The receptionist was very rude and threatened to call the cops on us for asking for an explanation on policy. Never had police threatened on such a harmless question. Nightmare. Dont go here

This visit was the worst experience i’ve ever had at a planned parenthood. Wait times before and during service were ridiculous even tho the office had little to no patients. DR BRENDA PERFORMED MY PROCEDURE WHICH TORE MY CERVIX DURING THE CHECK UP !! She rushed everything and was only in the room for less than 2 minutes. She did not make me feel comfortable AT ALL.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLANNED PARENTHOOD!!!!!!!!!!

This was the second Saturday in a row I was turned away. The first time I went to their website and it told me to make an appointment. When I got there they told me that I had to make two separate appointments one for a consultation and one for services. One of the ladies at the desk told me that they apologized for not contacting when I had made the appointment online because something is wrong with the system they use. I told them I had insurance and they made me an appointment for today and I was turned away once again because they neglected to tell me everything I need to bring. This is a waste of time coming here. I work during the week and can only come on Saturdays as it is and it so so far from my home, it more than an hour and an half to get here. This seems to be the only planned parenthood in the area. I have never had issues with planned parenthood before and if I can give them negative stars I would.

I will say the reviews did worry me but I can honestly say my experience was great from the moment I walked in nice environment clean building ..nice music playing staff was very polite explained everything to me step by step made me feel very comfortable also Amazing volunteers Thank you 😊

Horrible experience. Front desk receptionist were nice. I Drove an hour to get to the appointment. Then waited over a hour in the waiting room. They refused to service me because my blood pressure was slightly elevated. Definitely a waste of time and will never come back.

Everyone that I did get to speak to was very kind, but I had a virtual appointment at 5:20. My check-in was done by 5:25, and I was told the doctor would see me shortly. 6:16, the telehealth kicked me out, rejoined, and tried to call the front desk to no avail. Waited until 6:30 until I gave up, and still havent gotten any communication on why I wasnt seen.

The doctors here helped me through the painful process of getting an IUD implanted. They were kind and explained everything as they did it, which really helped calm my nerves about the whole thing. It was an enjoyable first experience and I look forward to my follow up appointments

Ive been going to this planned Parenthood for hrt treatment for the last year and the staff have been absolutely fantastic. Theyve been able to help with any questions or concerns Ive had regarding my treatment and even helped give advice on where I could get my medication filled cheaper. They have a ton of different resources available and do everything in their power to help. One of the girls who works there even helped me jumpstart my car after my last appointment when it died on me

The staff are all kind and informative, and I have no trouble getting my prescription refilled using the service number they provided me. The only drawback is that its very difficult to get through to an actual person by phone, but the online scheduling works well.

Scheduled apt day of. Upon arrival they stated not having my apt on the books. They verified the nmbr i called was their office and blamed the staffing agency for the error. They offered a first come first serve apt so i waited. The receptionist rudely insisted i provide an emergency contact despite my repeatedly explaining i didnt have one. She threatened that I couldnt be seen if I didnt provide one. She said she would ask her mngr to be sure. I waited 30min and she never got back to me.

Went to PP to get birth control and was told there was a 3+ week wait to talk to someone about it. I already had a current prescription from NY but the pharmacist cant transfer prescriptions out of state. I also brought with me all of my medical records to show I have had check-ups recently. I thought planned parenthood was a walk-in clinic, but apparently not. The website does say that to get birth control you should be able to just walk in and see someone and when an appointment is needed for any reason it can usually be made that day or the next. Not sure what happened when I went or how they could not have someone on staff that is able to write a prescription... Extremely disappointed.

If you have other gynecologist options, PLEASE dont go to the Planned Parenthood on Albermarle Rd. I havent been back since I saw a huge roach crawling in the waiting room. Disgusting, the doctors office is the last place you want to see a roach. When I told the front desk attendant, she didnt even make an effort to find a staff member to kill it.Also youre never seen on time, expect to wait atleast 30+ mins past your original appointment time. Alot of the nurses/doctors lack patient empathy and come across as very cold/dismissive. Ive switched to Carolina Medical Center gynecology & have experienced much better treatment & Im always seen on time. These positive reviews you see are probably written by the staff, because I cant see anyone actually liking this unprofessional doctors office.

My experience was wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to back staff was super welcoming. Tatiana & Daniel were very comforting & Dr Hauschka was great!

I drove to planned parenthood on Monday for something urgent that was an emergency. The website says it is open on Monday. The gates were all closed, there was no way to enter. I tried to get in (because it said it was open) but there was no way to get in. I called the phone number but nobody answered.... so I called again and corporate said this location is closed on Mondays. I told her the severity of my matter (sexual assault) and she hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE ON MONDAYS. Honestly I don’t even know what day to come, because this is not accurate at all.

Best IUD removal and insertion process ive had. this was my third overall first one done here. Pain was minimal and staff took very good care of me while I jabbered away.

Ive been to a few planned Parenthoods but this one is just so disorganized and unsanitary. Ive also never had such a painful pap. I would recommend another planned Parenthood not this location.Also want to add, its extremely unprofessional to try to diagnose a pt before actual test results come back. Not only are you making assumptions, accusations and clearly alternating the pts emotional status from saying such a thing, but its also a huge liability to issue a diagnosis before conclusive tests.Do better. I fully support planned parenthood, but certainly not this location.

Super nice, caring and compassionate people. I have nothing but good things to say and I have personally seen them go out of their way to help people who were distraught by getting them in to see a doctor as well as comforting them that everything was going to be alright. Shame to anyone disrespecting these fine folks.

Everyone was lovely. The wait may be longer than usual but it’s all for good reason. The staff was knowledgeable and made everyone feel comfortable.

This place is so horribly managed. I went there today to pick up my girlfriends birth control (after she called to confirm that they have it, and told them I would come get it for her) and when I got there the receptionist said Oh, we were just talking about her. We cant give it to her because she needs to come in for a new consultation. Why didnt they tell her this when she called?! To make things worse, this is the third time something like this has happened. Also, she has gone in for an examination before (scheduled weeks in advance), only to be told that the doctor wouldnt be there that day. Why didnt they call to let her know that she needs to reschedule, instead of letting her waste time and take off from work for no good reason. I support PP and think they are a wonderful organization overall, but this PP is terrible.

Nice building , modern decor and clean in the inside the staff was wonderful and the doctor so comforting and knowledgeable. Coming from someone who doesn’t have health insurance , planned parenthood has always been a positive experience for me getting my birth control and my yearly paps.

Extremely rude to my friend after they were five minutes late due to getting stuck in traffic. Threatened to call the cops on us for asking for clarification. Dont go here.

Website and social media pages all mention Low Income support or Low cost care for self pay, however this is not true.They do not offer any assistance for low income.Cost for STDs screening ranges from 200-400 how in the hell they consider that to be low cost blows my mind.They could not offer any other resources for affordable std screening. Over all a huge waste of time unless you have insurance or willing to pay a huge sum.

The staff are ok one lady always makes me feel welcome when I come in. I had an appointment at 2:30 and its 3:40 and Im still n the waiting room and a lady that got here after me was called before me! Ugh will not recommend this place to anyone

It took a little longer than expected but the nurses and doctors here are amazing and made me more comfortable than ive ever been in a doctors office!! the doctor i saw even made me laugh while she had a scalpel in my arm 😌

Other than being dead named I had an excellent time. IUD replacement. Clean, friendly, and painless as possible.

Love the location, only one nearby. Very quick appointment! No problems at all. Staff was nice. Barely anyone in there during the afternoon. Quiet and clean, inside and outside.

The staff and nurse were very helpful. This was the first time I went to Planned Parenthood and this location was wonderful! They listened to me and explained everything to keep me informed.

While Ill never need an abortion,I wont EVER take away my sisters rights away from her...And Im intelligent enough to know that WHAT others do is none of my business..And that abortion is only ONE service you provide to women..Thanks and know Im voting for YOU💜All these women complaining ..If you keep voting like you are, and this place closes its doors ..Then youre forced to do WHAT YOU dont WANT to do..For a man...😂😂😂😂😂

The Doctors at Plan Parenthood performed an abortion on me when I was sixteen years old. I was never explained how the procedure was done, never talked to me about other options, or told me how this mistake would haunt me the rest of my life. I made the choice so I have to answer to God for that. If you plan on getting an abortion please educate yourself on the procedure and the pain your unborn baby suffers.

Have been on the phone all morning trying to get in contact with someone about test result . VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! I’m recommend nobody go to this center.

I just moved from Florida, and went to this location and everyone was very friendly and nice. They answer all my questions and the price you cant even compare to other places! Keep up the great work.

I had an appointment set for today at 1020 and got here at 1015... pressed the button to get in for 20 minutes and nobody is here!!! I got a text lastnight about the appointment and this morning.... BUT NOBODY IS HERE! It was a long drive here and they are not even open.

Don’t expect to be seen at the time of your appointment, took over 2 hours past my appointment to be seen which is incredibly frustrating. why even have appointments at all??

The doctors at this facility are fantastic. Very helpful and care about your well being. Make sure you make an appointment before just going!

I was told they would call with results but nope. Have to actually keep on top of them. Results are only sent my mail or printed in person. Not great...

Front desk is very rude. This clinic also doesnt work with a lot of insurance so I had to pay out of pocket fees.

Doctors are nice and make you feel comfortable. Receptionist are sometimes rude, uncaring.

Every time I try to come to this facility, they have a sign saying they’re closed. But there’s no notification online and they don’t ever answer the phones. Trash

Service was awful and the employees are rude! And on top of that it was a hour wait to even be seen, I do not recommend this place at all

I had a hard time finding the place. I was 5 mins late, 5. LITERALY 5 minutes late and they sent me home. Wow.

It’s going here five times a week is wrong, I don’t want to be right.
