Dr. Igbide is a wonderful doctor. She is very professional, easy to talk to and gives you great professional advice/direction. I am glad to have her as my new primary care physician.

Always have to wait 45+ to see Dr when I follow directions to arrive early, and then she spends about 10 minutes actually speaking with me. Just feel like a yearly physical that you might want to give the patients a little more time. Also, she always finds some other procedure that I need, and always turns out to be nothing. Kind feel like they are trying to pad thr bill. My insurance pays for preventative visits and not diagnostic. Kind feel like should ask me if I can afford whatever procedure they think I need.

Always a great experience with Dr. RouseVery professional and I appreciate her willingness to listen and her solutions to my issues and or concerns.

Dr. Rouse and her staff are amazing. She is very friendly and personable, I was comfortable with sharing my concerns and she followed through with everything we discussed. The ladies helping run the office are awesome as well.

My first visit was great. I was able to get a visit within two weeks. There was no emergency. I saw Nancy and she was so warm and bubbly. She answered all of my questions and was attentive to any concerns that I had. She was gentle and patient during my visit. I would definitely recommend this office.

My original doctor did not have any immediate appointments so I was blessed to have Dr. Gibson and her nurse. They both made me feel soo amazingly calm and relaxed. She answered ALL of my questions and listened to me. She helped get me on my way to referrals and better health.Thank you ladies.

Dr Huang, is a great physician. He’s compassionate, listens, and is very knowledgeable. When I first saw him I was taken aback bc he was so young. Very quickly his knowledge and expertise won me over. I would recommend this doctor 10,000 times over. Big bonuses for this particular obgyn practice includes the very nice building and staff, cleanliness, and how personable they are.

My experience was very good and I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Dr. Rouse and the team at Atrium Mountain Island OB/GYN are top notch. I cannot recommend Dr. Rouse more. She takes the time to listen and always provides helpful information and feedback. I feel truly heard and that my health is a priority when I enter her office. It is very obvious that she keeps up with updated information in her area of practice and it is also obvious that she truly cares about the health and well-being of her patients.

I loved my experience hereI saw th PA Marie Gibson and She was Absolutely Phenomenal she made me feel so comfortable considering this was the the last place I wanted to be Gynecologist are so awkward for me lol . I would definitely recommend her to anyone she has a very pleasant demeanor.

I had an appointment with Ashley Bice. She listened to all my concerns and was able to put together a better conception plan than my other OBGYN/Fertility Specialist. I was treated with such compassion and kindness. The rest of the staff (Shout out to Mrs. Tiffany) were also very friendly and accommodating. I’ve never had an OBGYN care for me so much and make a plan to make sure I get pregnant. She gave me skills and tools to use and even has some plans in action just in case plan A doesn’t work. 20/10 would recommend this facility to anyone who has an OBGYN who isn’t listening to your needs or concerns.

Dr. Rouse is awesome. She takes her time with you and explains everything that you can understand. She is never in a rush and answers all of my questions.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I am a pregnant Medicaid patient. I called several weeks ago to set an appointment (making sure they were taking new Medicaid patients) and the appointment was set only for another nurse to call me back leaving me a voicemail that they wouldnt accept me. I called for weeks looking for another doctor and my search brought me to Dr. Kelley Rouse which I wasnt aware was apart of this Northcross practice. I called making sure that she accepted Medicaid and had room for a new patient. The nurse said they did but that I had to change my Medicaid so they could cover me. I spent over an hour on the phone with Medicaid changing over to pregnancy Medicaid only to get a call back from another nurse at the practice telling me that I was told by mistake that I didnt have to change the Medicaid. So another hour plus was spent calling Medicaid fixing the mistake. I received an appointment from the practice set a week out. Today was one of my hardest days to get out of bed with how sick I have been during this pregnancy. I got my two children together and we go in to the practice and was met with a unfriendly receptionist by the name of Whitman whom barely even looked at me. She told me I had cancelled my appointment which I most certainly did not. After clicking around for ten minutes she tells me that them giving me an appointment was a mistake as they have no room for any more Medicaid patients. I was dragged around for weeks by these unprofessional people. Weeks I could have spent finding someone else to take care of my unborn child and myself. I am completely discouraged and would suggest to any expecting mother reading this not to even call these people.

I have no complaints about the actually medical professionals themselves but the scheduling folks and office management need to do better. How do you ask me to drive all the way to a location more than 30 minutes away because one of your providers did not show up on the day of.Do you expect that I have nothing else to do than show up at Ob GyN offices all over Charlotte? I am 3 weeks away from delivery- and my health and that of my child is seemingly of no concern to these folks. All Atrium cares about is charges and ridiculously high fees. Do better.

Love going here, the customer service is excellent and they have very nice doctors, nurses and midwives!

Dr. Bundyl did not keep me waiting. Very pleasant experience. Her nurse assistant was also very kind. I would recommend this practice.

I recommend Atrium at Couloak. Dr. Rouse is an exceptional doctor! She listens, ask questions, and develops a plan of treatment. Her wealth of knowledge and passion for her profession unmatched.

The process from start to finish was quick. Check in & check out process was easy, registration staff was nice and attentive. The MA answered any questions or concerns I had. Ashley Bice is a wonderful CMN. She listens and is very knowledgeable about a concern a had.

Im so disappointed. My 1st pregnancy with this practice has been so cold and unprofessional. Usually, I end up waiting forever to be seen after being told to arrive early. This says to me that my time is not valued. Of all the appointments, Ive only had one nurse extend an apology for the wait time. When I finally go back, the doctors seem in a hurry to push me through.Initially, I was looking forward to the switch from Dr. Morrison back to Dr. Rouse, but its been no better. I am now 37 weeks pregnant and supposed to be on and have already paid for weekly visits. When I had to reschedule due to illness, the phone operator casually told me there was no availability until November 21st. When I mentioned my pregnancy and where I am, her response was, oh well shes booked so...Theres so much more Id share, but no one wants to read a review that long. Id suggest going elsewhere if you want to feel like your OB is really interested/ concerned.

A friend referred me to this practice. She said that she had never had a bad experience. I wish I could say the same. I was relocating from TX to NC and contacted the office to ask what the process would be. The young lady advised that I would have to send my medical records for review and it would take 7-14 days for them to be reviewed and a decision as to weather the office would be able to see me to be made. I faxed my records to the office on 2/24/17. I called and followed up on 3/13/17 because I had not heard anything back and the young lady that I spoke to was rude and unsympathetic. She advised that I needed to give them more time to go over the records and there was nothing she could do. I advised her that I was High risk and I needed to be seen sooner rather than later. She said well theres nothing I can do and told me to call back in a week. I have NEVER in my life heard of a patients health and medical condition not being taken into account for care. God Forbid something was going on with my baby cause I am still waiting on that damn call back with a decision. This may be a good practice but I would NEVER know. If you are transferring and considering this practice I would Say Dont. They have absolutely not compassion and could care less about the health of your unborn child if you are not an established patient. SHAME ON THIS OFFICE FOR THE WAY THEY HANDLED THIS SITUATION

Scheduling here was such a nightmare. So many last minute changes, getting scheduled for the wrong appointment type, delays to start the appointment etc. The doctors and midwives are mostly great but it sucked to see a different person every appointment because of scheduling errors.

Everyone in the office was SO nice! I felt very comfortable in at this office and they efficiently and effectively took care of my questions and concerns.

My daughter and I both use this GYN.. Dr. Rouse is amazingly talented and takes great care to make sure her patient fully understand even the smallest details. I have had occasional wait times but nothing out of the ordinary.

The energy and vibes are messed up in there. The assistant to the doctor that I was supposed to see was rude and not welcoming. No warmth to her just cold and rude. As I am explaining my symptoms this woman gives off this big sigh and huffing like Im being an inconvenience to her. Smh, If your heart isnt in the right place then Healthcare field isnt for you.

I would give a minus if I could. I had surgery by Dr. Rouse. Follow up care was horrible. It was not up to standard of care. Office was very short staffed. MD was too busy to listen to post op complications. She said just not possible Thank God for a second opinions. Another MD found out very quickly what was wrong and stated standard of care had not been followed.

If I could give a ZERO I would. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I set my appointment two months in advance, they call me on the day of saying the OB/GYN had prior engagements. So, you mean to tell me you all didnt know this ahead of time? No, the staff is just extremely slack SMH. Then, the woman tried to schedule another appointment out a month more, and got confused when I didnt want to wait so long. And a supervisor has yet to call, terrible service. I will not be ever recommending any of these establishments. Go somewhere else; I have a ton of better options.

Friendly staff, little or no wait time, excellent providers, extraordinary physician leader. It is no wonder that Dr. Rouse is so much in demand.

Sounds like your administration staff is costing you business. After reading the reviews, we will not be darkening this doorway. Even if the medical staff is fantastic, if the admin is horrid, the whole experience is ruined. This is a scary, exciting, and stressful time for women. We don’t need a hassle just because the front office staff is apathetic, unprofessional, and by the sounds of reviews, lazy.

I went to see a gynecologist about potentially starting the process of freezing my eggs.I waited for nearly an hour even though I had an appointment. Then waited another 20min in her office for her to even walk in. She made me feel like I was dumb for even asking because Im apparently too young to even think about freezing my eggs. (I was 33 & dont plan to have children anytime soon) I asked her if I could still get the tests needed to see if Im even fertile & would even qualify for the procedure & she sent me downstairs to the lab where a very rude girl told me I would have to make another appointment at another lab.I paid $200 for after the consulatation then got a bill in the mail for another $150.Worst waste of time & money. I guess Ill save money by never having children so silver lining I suppose?

I highly recommend seeing the midwives and Brookes Vaughn at Charlotte OB. They’re personable, take their time with you and have provided fantastic care for over 9 years.

Getting an appointment always takes forever, even if it’s an urgent issue, and you’ll most likely wait for an hour for every appointment before you see a doctor!

Been a patient here since I was a teen and they’ve always taken excellent care of me!
