Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Pediatric & Adult Urgent Care

This has been the best ER we been and a special comment for Mike Thanh Le, NP - he is an amazing doctor! He goes above and beyond to help your child get well soon. He even follows up with calls, not too many doctors at ERs do this. The place is also very clean, they help you very quickly. The rest of the staff is awesome too! The staff is very nice and respectful. The restroom is so clean. Dr. Martinez has all the patience to take care of toddlers. My daughter didn’t cry when he was looking at her. It was a great experience.

Beautiful, brand new modern facility with ample parking. Checked in right away and waited just a few minutes to get seen to. Staff and physicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Great service! (It may have been updated by now, but Google Maps took me to the new Ace Hardware location, whereas this Urgent Care is on the other end of the strip as Trader Joe’s and Nothing Bundt Cakes, and next to New Balance!)

I recently had a virtual urgent care visit with Elizabeth Condit at Memorial Hermann GoHealth Urgent Care, and it was a highly frustrating experience. It was my first visit with the urgent care section, although I’ve been with Memorial Hermann for years.Elizabeth Condit was condescending and dismissive throughout the consultation. Despite explaining that my symptoms, which included a sore throat, cough, and fatigue, started 08/28/24 and had a physical and lab done at memorial Hermann 08/29/24, she abruptly informed me that she would not continue the visit because she wouldn’t be able to discern what I was having. She proclaimed that I needed to come in person. When I mentioned that I had a recent lab test from Memorial Hermann on 08/29/24, she responded with a rude remark: “the 29th is the 29th. And today is today.” This dismissive and rather rude attitude was grossly unprofessional and unhelpful.Additionally, when I inquired if an in-person visit would be considered a second visit, her response was “that’s a question for Asia.” When I asked for clarification on who “Asia” was, she simply hung up.So I created an online account to see what her note was. Apparently she had “diagnosed” me with Acute URI (ICD-10 - J06.9)(aka acute upper respiratory infection!). Somehow that appeared to be a big secret from me. And I’d have never known that if I didn’t create that portal account which was different from the main Memorial Hermann Patient Portal account.How could she have diagnosed me with Acute URI (ICD-10 - J06.9) when she didn’t ask even as simple a question as if I had a productive cough; what color was it? Does it keep me awake at night? Did I take a Covid test? These are just questions that providers ask to help in their diagnosis.This interaction was far from the standard of care I expected and left me feeling disregarded and frustrated. It’s definitely worrisome that there’s a provider with Memorial Hermann who is allowed to not only behave like this, but feels free to (in my case) fabricate patients’ medical records. I hope Memorial Hermann reviews this behavior, as it does not reflect well on their urgent care services.

Recently I visited this clinic with severe trauma to a toenail. As embarrassing as it was, all the staff was very comforting. Sweet people. Elizabeth, Nurse Practitioner, knew exactly what to do. She gently mended what seemed like an impossible fix. I’m am so grateful! I thank God for medical professionals.

The checkin process was quick and easy, both the lady who checked me in and the nurse who triaged me were friendly, happy, and wonderful all around. Clean and well set up facility, bright and not scary like a typical doctors office lol.My diagnostics were performed quick. Bryan, my provider, was great! Super intelligent, explained things easily and came up with a good solution despite all of my test being negative.Great location and staff on hand!

The staff paid attention to my detailed medical experience. They put me at ease. I was taken back close to my requested time. The nurse practitioner looked at my problem and put me at ease about it. She told me how to care for it. I will definitely be back if I need to see someone.

The doctor at this location is phenomenal. The way he spoke and gained my child’s trust during a very intimidating procedure was quite amazing. We will be back with all of our urgent care needs!

Go to a diff location if your an adult and sick or find out have covid 1st time. They dont help w neaseau or call anything in. Pointless waste of $$ Uber. Still sick wont ever come to this location again. Go to one by Dairy Queen

Wish I had not agonized through so many days, this group is fast (both in pushing me through (more a function of the then current situation) and finding me a chest xray technician, kind and patient with my questions. They made a diagnosis that was accurate and I was on the mend within hours of leaving.

My 3 year old calls this urgent care “the gentle doctor” because they were so great with him the two times we’ve brought him! Very impressed!

I needed a last minute appointment and was able to walk right in and be seen within 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful and the HCP was kind and informative. I would definitely recommend.

The facility was clean and organized, the staff was pleasant the doctor was amazing and thorough and went above and beyond for my child.

Took my son there for urgent care on a cut, however the staff was more concerned about getting all the insurance and payment information lined up, before providing first aid to a bleeding child. Was there for 30 minutes and not one person even bothered to even take a single look at the injury. What kind of urgent care service is that?

I cant say enough good things. Wait was super fast and registration was easy. However, the best part by FAR was the staff. The kindness and interaction provided to my two by Dr. Martinez and his MA (I am so upset at myself for forgetting her name) was incredible. Ive never been treated so kindly in healthcare and you could tell they genuinely cared about my 2 year old daughter. The patience they had with her was incredible and they knew exactly how to get her to cooperate. It was truly an experience and I havent stopped talking about it. I wish we could thank them all again. We (my husband and I included) will definitely be back the next time we need urgent care. Thank you again, everyone!

We had to take our sick little girl who is only three to urgent care this past Sunday. We saw Dr. Alfred Martinez and I could not be more impressed. Talk about someone who loves their job. He was kind, professional, had toys and treats at the ready and made her exam fun. I never leave reviews but this was an exception because of his exceptional bed side manner. And again, this was a Sunday afternoon. We were in and out in no time, the front reception was kind and quick. This was the best experience ever.

IneptTook my daughter for an emergency. They were strangely staffed. There was no doctor on site and the people that helped us did not seem to know what they were doing. When I later took the test results to our doctor, she said that they were not correctly administered and that we would need to have them redone. Very upsetting and nerve wracking with your kids.

Ive wasted hours of my life at Texas Childrens urgent care. I decided to take my newborn here and was amazed. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and they apologized for the wait because 3 people arrived at the same time. I was still out within 1.5 hours(including a newborn blood draw!). The doctor called me with test results later that day. I brought my infant in again and was out within 30 min. They have my business!!

Minimal wait time, very nice office & wonderfully kind/helpful staff! They got my sick 2 year old in and out while being very thorough and sweet to both me and my kids. Definitely the best urgent care experience I have had.

This Urgent Care deserves 5 stars. Went there yesterday as my baby had really bad cold/cough.Registration is quick and painless thru their online appointment. The interaction between child (patient) and doctor was phenomenal. The necessary check has been done very effectively by Dr. Alfred Martinez. He has all the tactics to deal with little child to get the job done. The support from the nurse was also overwhelming.

Dr. Martinez made the experience so much better for my child. He was very thorough and both my husband and I appreciate that. Working in health care you often dont see this type of bedside manner anymore from physicians; however, he went above and beyond and made a scary experience not so scary for my 4 year old. Found our new urgent care in the area. Doctor and staff are phenomenal esp if you have a child I would highly recommend! Doctor Martinez was amazing with my 7 year old. Very thankful to have came here we will definitely be back!

Terrible doctor follow up, according to them it’s viral, did not prescribe antibiotics,Needed a second visit in another clinic to get the prescription that I needed to get better.Not going back, do not recommend this practice to anyone.

I took my daughter there when she hurt her foot so she could be checked out. They saw her quickly and made her feel comfortable. They didnt have a radiology person available but they did get her seen someplace else and called with in the same day for the results. The staff at both locations were friendly.

Had a last minute trip to the urgent care and could not have had a better experience! The reception area was clean, friendly and quick! The doctor was friendly, engaging and thorough! Highly recommended!

My wife asked if they could do an X-ray for my daughter and they said they had an X-ray machine. However, after my daughter actually saw the NP, they said they could not do an X-ray because they did not have an X-ray technician. So, they had lied to us to get us to do the visit when we could have gone somewhere else and gotten the X-ray right then instead of wasting time and money with this visit.

Our daughter hit her head late at night, this urgent care was able to take us in. The nurses here were WONDERFUL, and so caring. They definitely made a mom feel at ease, and helped me check in. My brain was mush after my daughters fall. They treated my 1 year old so kindly, even though she was super fussy.Thank you guys so much!

A new Urgent Care Center open close to home in the Woodlands just in time.My wife took one of those silly falls at night in the water closet area and hurt her arm late at night. Didn’t seem that bad so we went to bed.Next morning it hurt a lot more and she couldn’t move her arm. So we started the search for an Urgent Care close to home (Alden Bridge) that accepts her insurance.We found one Memorial Herman Go Health Urgent Care very close near Trader Joe’s in the Plaza on Woodlands Pkwy and Kuykendahl. Brand new beautiful on the inside great staff. Look on line schedule appointment ahead super nice.Highly recommend them.Rebecca Welz

I loved the PA Elizabeth. She was so sweet and made sure she was doing everything possible to get me on the right path to health.

Place is spotless, time wait is pretty much none and the people working there so kind and professional.

I scheduled online for my daughter to be seen for an injury. I arrived, checked-in, waited for 45 minutes to be taken to a room. After vitals were taken, I was advised that they do not have X-ray services and that I would have to drive to another location 25 minutes away for an X-ray. This was very inconvenient. Upon check-in (and before paying), I should have been notified that there were no imaging services available instead of waiting 45 minutes with my daughter in pain.

Very friendly, professional, and recieved great care.

I was so appreciative of the friendly staff when I was going through something stressful with my baby. Thanks Elizabeth for all your help!

Very clean and professional office. I really liked the interior and the nurses and Drs were really nice to me and helped me with all of my issues and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.

Easy to schedule, fast and friendly service from nurse and PA. Still not 100% well so not sure Im 100% satisfied with my final care yet. Had expected to see an MD.

The actual medical service was fine but they sent my prescription to the wrong Walgreens. What makes that mistake more incredible is that I pointed to the Walgreens they should use on the other side of the parking area but instead they sent my prescriptions to another Walgreens five miles away.

Typical, money hungry hospital. Doctors with no time for patient interaction. And now they have an “inspiration room” which is basically a dark closet they put you in.
