Access Now Urgent Care

This urgent doesnt look like much from the outside. In fact, it doesnt look like much as you sit in the lobby. But trust me when I say that I have been to few such facilities that operate as efficiently, effectively and coherently as this one does. From the courteous ladies at the lobby reception area, to the knowledgeable providers that have access to on-site X-Rays and other necessary equipment, this is a good spot to be when ill. I have even chosen to visit this facility OVER my primary care physician at times, when I felt that I was otherwise going to be referred to other facilities anyway for X-Ray or other services. The entire staff were quite friendly and complete professionals!   I was at this practice two years ago in 2022 and received the same level of personalized care!  Dr. Arora is such a pleasure to deal with.   He is a great listener and very patient when discussing things with him.  Moreover, he is so knowledgeable and makes the entire experience stress-free!

The staff was sensitive, friendly and efficient. Dr. Johanna took her time to answer all of my questions, went out of her way to share current research, and followed up 24 hours later to make sure I was doing okay!! Awesome patient care and attention!! Thank you 💕

Ive been in and out of hospitals for years and this was one of my best experiences. Staff was kind and attentive and really showed how much they care about each patient. My doctor was amazing, a former ER doctor who voiced her efforts to keep people out of the ER by coming to urgent care. So thankful. If you need care that you dont need an ER for, please go here.

This place deserves a 10/10. Everyone was super friendly and detailed. The doctor, called me on a Saturday morning with the lab result. It’s hard to find a doctor that will call you on a Saturday and speak to you directly about the lab result. I was also there last week for an x-ray due to leg pain, and the result came back normal. But the doctor called me today, to follow up on me, to make sure I wasn’t having anymore pain. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Access now has more competent doctors than CCI health services, Patient first and other medical offices in the area. They really should open another office for internal medicine because even if they don’t know about the issue you came in with, they will research it and follow up to make sure whatever remedy they prescribed worked! I haven’t came across caring doctors in decades!

I selected this urgent care location based on the positive reviews and wasnt disappointed. I was seen within a few minutes of arriving and the nurse practitioner was very comprehensive in her assessment and after consultation with the physician decided to refer me to the ER, instead of pursuing other specialist referrals. Turns out that was the right call, as I needed to be hospitalized. I also received a follow-up call from the nurse practitioner the next day to check on my status. That was a very supportive touch and also Id imagine helpful for the practice in confirming that their clinical decision making was spot on. Id definitely return to this site in the future.

They were very welcoming and helpful and very thorough in testing and ruling out certain issues. They explained carefully each time they were going to do a procedure. It doesn’t look like much from outside but they have very good staff!

This was the best Urgent Care I have ever visited. The staff are so friendly, patient, caring and professional. They really put you at ease and are consistent with follow-up calls to check on how you are doing. I saw Elaine and Johanna during my visit and they were so warm and very thorough. I wish Access Now could be my PCP. The clinical expertise is top notch.They offer physicals which helped us prepare for a surgery when our PCP was booked solid. We’ll be back!

Very communicative and the team here are listeners first. They care very much about their patients and making sure they live the healthiest and happiest life possible, while still being realistic about health. I have personally gotten to work with Katarina, who is a caring intellectual that takes her time with each patient.

4.5 stars. This is my go to Urgent Care in Montgomery County. I have been going here for 7+ years and have not been disappointed. They have great staff across the board. Very kind and they will follow up with you to see how you are doing.

The staff is great. We needed to get a rapid COVID test, and they got us taken care of quickly, and efficiently. I recommend them highly for urgent care needs as Ive sent friends and family there- and they also had wonderful experiences.

Great visit with the healthcare team. They were thorough and personable and took time and care in informing me what to keep an eye on. I registered from my phone on the way over from home. I chose this place because they had an onsite x ray but luckily we determined it wasn’t needed during my visit.

Both the front desk/nurse and Nurse Practitioner were wonderful! A nice experience when you’re not feeling well. They had kind and patient energy and listened well which made them ultimately helpful. I felt very appreciative and well taken care of. Thank you!

After spending 3 hours at another institution and left untreated, I took my wife to Access Now and she was immediately attended to by PA Katarina Juhaszova. PA Katarina was thorough, thoughtful, methodical, sensitive. My wife was suffering from an unusual migraine that induced vomiting and near loss of consciousness. PA Katarina went above & beyond the call. She administered medication that immediately brought relief. But she didn’t haphazardly discharge my wife. She observed her and ensured that she was fit to return home. She did a series of physical exercises to ensure my wife didn’t have cognitive impairment. The next day, my wife received a post care call from PA Katarina to ensure her migraine didn’t persist and that the vomiting desisted. PA Katarina Juhaszova is magnificent. Her ethic, care and devotion to the job is second to none.

I appreciated the doctors genuine care and follow-up to ensure I was doing okay after my visit.

Theres a procedure I need done about once a year. Usually intensely painful and several hours including waits is my experience at other urgent care facilities. Also a copay of 100 or 200 dollars. Here I was in and out in about an hour, minimal pain, no copay.Excellent, empathic and professional service, fast and cheap. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend.

Excellent, excellent service. I came to my appointment with an injured elbow and got seen right away. The doctor took an x-ray and gave me an antibiotic. I was in and out in less than an hour and the nurse practioner has called and texted me each day to track my progress, calling in a second antibiotic when I needed one. I will be coming back for any other problems I might have!An update: they also helped my daughter with her strep throat and swabbed each of us who were feeling under the weather in the same appointment (I came with all my kids). So helpful to get us all checked out because I had strep too!

I been feeling sick for a while & decided to go see the doctor at urgent care the doctor was super nice and caring also call me while she was off to see if i was doing better. even though i dont like going to doctors i would go to this one because she makes me feel like i need to care more n actually cares about my health and provides the proper medication not like others doctors

Doctor S. Arora is amazing ! I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and attention to patients. He follows up to make sure patient is recovering promptly. This urgent care is great too, quick schedule, went there in such a hurry, in extreme pain, and with other unknown symptoms, was taken care of by the doctor immediately. Diagnosed correctly, and started recovering in a couple of days. Has been at a docs office prior that , wrongly diagnosed and could have had wrong results cause of it. In short , highly recommend the facility and Doc Arora!

This the best Urgent Care experience Ive ever had. I made an appointment for the next morning easily online, they saw me right away when I arrived, and my health care provider Jacky was amazing. Her thoroughness and genuine interest was so refreshing and not something Ive found often with doctors. I wish she could be my primary care doctor because I had the best experience.

This the best experience I’ve ever had seeing a doctor. I’ve seen two different doctors here and they were both super attentive and NOT AT ALL dismissive or condescending like some doctors can be. I highly recommend this place.

I liked the convenience of booking an appointment and the wait time to be seen was less than 20 minutes. The nurse practitioner was so friendly and did extra research to ensure the diagnosis and treatment was accurate. And she followed up via phone call with me! I had a great experience.

There was a wait (I was seen 35 mins after my scheduled appointment), because there was one provider and several people waiting to be seen. However, I was very impressed with the quality of the staff and the provider. They spent the time needed despite being over extended and I got good care.

I have to say that the staff here is kind, and they will work hard to help you the best they can. I know that without there help on seeing me and going the EXTRA mile to help me with diagnoses and medication I would be up Schitts creek. I recommend

This is one of the best urgent care in this area. The place is well-kept, the staff are very professional and friendly, and the care is superb. I never feel rushed.Since I discovered them 7 years ago, I remain with them. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I drive 25-30 minutes from DC and I don’t mind at all. If I could give them 10 stars that’s what they would get.

Very easy to make an appointment. Reception staff was helpful, though not super friendly.. but nothing that would warrant a mark down by any means. The Nurse Practitioner was friendly and informative. Certainly makes my life easier to fill prescriptions that others would charge a LOT of money. Definitely coming back here for all my medical needs that an Urgent Care can handle.I just wished to add an update a couple years later. I have all my needs handled here. The team of medical staff has increased, and it literally has become even better! Reception still is par at best, the rest of the team literally has been amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Jacky was very nice, professional, and sincer. Besides, she was helpful with extra help when requested even busy.The frontdesk staff were also friendly and welcoming. They treated my kid promptly. I would say that this urgent care is a very convenience stop for people who are seeking for urgent health situations.

Great experience. The entire staff was very friendly- front desk crew, nurses, pa/np/dr. We were seen quickly and test were taken right away, so overall wait time was as minimal as possible. We even got a follow up call to check in the next day. I’ve taken my son twice now and can say both times have been my best experiences with urgent care.

My appointment was at 9:30 . I’m already home 10 Great doctor and staff hopefully feeling better by tomorrow.

Excellent, compassionate care. Whenever you have an urgent issue, and your primary care giver cannot see you fast enough, you are in very good hands at this clinic. My PCPs clinic with the prestigious name isnt any help to me if they cant squeeze me in for a month or more, or worse, only use the patient portal or a phone system that keeps you on hold for an hour. Access Now sent me an email to check on me after my last visit. Too bad this is not the usual business model today!

It only took 45 minutes from when I showed up until when I left, including an x-ray.

This place is something spectacular. Ive been several times now and the staff is phenomenal. I was seen within 10 minutes of walking in the first time, and I was out the door within an hour. The staff members are professional and personable. Each medical professional took the time to thoroughly explain the course of treatment, all results and their meanings, and allowed space for questions without feeling rushed. All of the nurses worked quickly and accurately. The blood draws Ive received here have been the most efficient and painless ever. Seriously, this place is the best run urgent care I have ever been to. Thank you all for your work!

I just had to write a review. This place is great. Ive been several times and received very good care. I was at Access Now most recently on a Friday and on Monday I get a call from the Nurse Practitioner inquiring about how I am feeling and whether my condition has improved. Wow. I was not expecting that from an urgent care facility that treats so many patients in a day. Super grateful for the great care on site and the really nice follow-up.

Outstanding experience. From the The moment I walked in to the facility, to the moment I walked out, the patient experience was excellent. There was only a short wait despite my being late. The staff was overly accommodating in allowing me to wait outside.The doctor was experienced, knowledgeable but most of all very caring about the patient and his staff. Each staff member is tested weekly, which is highly unusual in a clinic.This medical clinic deserves it’s outstanding rating and if you have a choice, I would definitely choose to visit this clinic because of the benefits offered to the patient.

I went in for a COVID test and was very impressed. The staff at Access Now Urgent Care were awesome. They were friendly, clean, and worked quickly to test my parents and me. All three of us were in and out in 30 minutes (all 3 with different insurances). The women at the front were all lovely! They were super friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

It was super easy to make an appointment. Everything went seamlessly from the moment I got there. I had sprained my ankle for the first time and was emotionally not doing ok worried about how bad it could be and how I could get anywhere when I couldnt really walk on my foot. My boyfriend got me there and they provided him a wheelchair to get me from the car to the facility which was so wonderful. As soon as I was done with paperwork, I was immediately taken back. There was hardly any wait time. The person who saw me was so nice and attentive. She listened to all my concerns and told me as much as she could with regards to examining me and what she knew and was able to provide. They were able to take X-Rays right then and there for me to ease some of my major concerns, gave me a treatment plan and referrals to Orthopedic doctors in case I wanted to follow up with them as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with this place and the efficiency of it all. I knew going in they may not be able to treat everything, but I knew I could at least hopefully get some peace of mind and guidance on what to do next. I definitely would recommend to anyone in need right away who doesnt want to resort to the ER, which can take even longer to be seen at and cost more, or anyone who cant get in to see their regular doctor right away.

Dr. Arora is one of my top doctors. He thoroughly examines what is wrong and gets to the root of the problem if possible. Im impressed that Dr. Arora knows so much about so many disorders. Dr. Arora put my mind at ease on many issues. Hes calm, friendly, and experienced. I have been his patient over many years. Dr. Arora has a true desire to keep learning. Im grateful for his care.

Very nice doctors and nurses. They were quick and efficient, I got a rapid test for strep and covid, they were very fast and professional. Rapid results came back after about 10 min. They gave me another test (more accurate testing) to see if the results changed, and they contacted me after 2 days. The Waiting area, and room was very clean.

Jackie and Catarina are the best! Jackie has been checking up on me every other day to see if I’ve been improved. She’s so quick to send meds to the pharmacy and so caring and attentive. I would definitely recommend!!!

Best urgent care ive ever been to. No problem making an appointment or getting seen, doctors are SO extremely knowledgeable and jump to do everything they can to help you. Same with the receptionists. At my feeling my worst over the past couple of week, everyone here made my visits extremely easy, helped treat my infection, made my visits as hassle-free as possible, and sent me on my way quickly and efficiently. Would HIGHLY recommend this to any other clinic Ive been to.

Best Urgent Care Clinic Ever! I walked in during high season for cold/flu and there was no wait at all. The administrative staff are friendly and competent, and the doctor was fantastic. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable he was, and his bedside manner was perfect - friendly, patient, and understanding. I plan to make this my primary care physician because the quality is at least as good as a more traditional doctors office, and there was no wait.

Second time to this location for a serious illness. The front desk/nurse was polite. And Dr. VanWagner is amazing! Great bedside manner and very caring and explained my instructions in great detail. It has not been 24 hours yet and I am feeling A LOT BETTER now! I will return to this location for other visits. Thank you all so much. And having availability the next day for a last minute appointment.

Great urgent care center! I was fortunate to be seen by knowledgeable, compassionate, and efficient PAs (Katarina and Rachel) and nurses on multiple occasions.Katarina deeply impressed me by creative outside-of-the-box approach. Presented with an unusual case, she examined relevant scientific research and developed individualized treatment plan that went far beyond simplistic standard approaches! I have never received such level of care in this country even from doctors. Highly recommend! A breath of fresh air after the thoughtless cookie-cutter treatment typical for the modern healthcare.

This place had better reviews than the other options I looked at online in the Bethesda/Kensington area. I had a very good experience. The team was patient and thorough. I will definitely be coming back!

The care I received here from Katarina was of the highest quality I could ask for. I wish she could be my PCP. She has top notch bedside manners, is incredibly emotionally intelligent, and gives personable, compassionate care. I never feel condescended, rushed, or dismissed, no matter how small the issue. I will continue to return to this urgent care.I have two minor complaints, one being a consistent 15-25 minute wait time despite having made appointments, as well as the excessive heat in the waiting room.

Front desk ladies were friendly and the doctor I saw today was great as well. Usually you make an appointment and you still have to wait an hour or two but I made an appointment at this urgent care location and they had me out of there quick! Only down side is that they dont have an online portal where you can view results. They call you with results and then only if you request do they email them to you. Waiting to see how that works out.

Every single staff member who cared for me during my two visits were phenomenal. I came in with serious asthma issues, and the nurses and doctor knew just what to do. They went above and beyond to follow up and make sure I was still doing okay. This is a really good urgent care in the area!! Highly suggested to those needing medical attention in a pinch.

This a new urgent care experience for me. I dont usually take time to do a review but this facility deserves it. No unnecessary waiting time during my visit. Dr. Arora handled my concern efficiently and professionally. Something that I rarely see a physician would do, much more a Medical director do in my 10 yrs of being in the medical field as well. I would definitely recommend this place despite the limited parking space.

I have been to Access Now Urgent Care and seen by Dr. Aurora 3 times over the past year and I am thrilled to have found such a wonderful place with a professional and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Aurora is knowledgeable, patient and caring and takes a personal interest in his patients. I was touched to receive an unexpected follow-up call from Dr. Aurora, two days after one of my visits, who just wanted to check in with me to see how I was feeling. Dr. Aurora takes the time to clearly explain his diagnosis and patiently explains his treatment plan. I never felt rushed or hurried as I have in other urgent cares. The office is bright and clean and equipped with fresh and modern equipment. Every visit I had was a very pleasant experience.

I visited this Clinic for my COVID rapid and antibody tests. The staff are extremely professional and workflow is well organized. There has been no waiting every time I’ve visited which is a big plus for me. The waiting area and rooms are very clean. The doctors had a very thorough review of my results. I’ve referred many of my employees here and they’ve been very helpful to them as well.Good job

The MOST helpful Urgent Care location I have ever been to! Some background: I have been suffering from symptoms of chronic illness for ~4 years, but because I have been on the move till now, Ive been unable to see a primary care physician & often rely on Urgent Care for support. Previous Urgent Care doctors have either just told me to take over-the-counter medicine or misdiagnosed me, giving me prescriptions that made my aching worse.After a pleasant front desk experience, I saw Dr. Katarina (sp?), who made me feel SO heard & asked follow-up questions about my history of chronic pain. She prescribed me with as-needed medication, did a quick exam, and had blood tests done for me on the spot. She was incredibly transparent+ communicative about what she was doing & how it would help speed up the treatment process with a primary care professional. She offered to refer me to a cardiologist/GI and gave me a clear timeline of when to expect results.I now have a better idea of what has been afflicting me for the past few years & am well set-up to continue with a PCP. Highly recommend! :)

Access now has great bedside manner, is quick and responsive, and able to provide many of the services (in some cases more) than your typical primary practice. They have good follow-up, are responsive, and accommodating. I would recommend their practice to anyone.

Staff is fast, friendly, and efficient. I always feel like I am in good hands. They are not one of those clinics that just try to pump U up with antibiotics and send U on your way. They really try to get to the bottom of what has caused your illness, treat U, and refer U the proper facility for follow-up if necessary. Beats sitting in an ER waiting room for hours. I am always in and out. And they always call to check up on how U are feeling a couple days later. Great place!

Very professional and helpful staff. Decided to drive further as closer Urgent Cares had worse reviews. Was almost shocked at how pleasant the experience was. They have also called several times to check up on my healing progress. They were easily better than my PCP and far better than any hospital experience I have had. Would make the drive again.

I chose Access Now because of all the great reviews & I’m glad I did! Al staff was very helpful & attentive. I was in & out within an hour with an exam, covid test, strep test and ear cleaning. Front desk and assistants were friendly and PA Rachel was great and listened to everything I had to say without making me feel rushed. Definitely will be using Access Now in the future if needed. Big recommend!

The nurse who took my blood for the antibody test was super friendly and helpful. The doctor (Katarina?) took the time to acknowledge all of my worries and was also very kind and courteous. First time going there and will definitely be going back if I need to. 5/5 would highly recommend!

I took my 5 yo son to get both doses of the Covid vaccine here and the staff was amazing. My son was terrified of the first dose and acted like a maniac for about 20 minutes until the dr came in to help me and the nurse just get it done. They were gentle and patient with us both. The 2nd dose was much easier on my son🤣 and again the staff was great!

Honestly, best urgent care Ive gone too in the DMV area. Quick check in, short wait if any, I made an appointment both visits but came an hour early for the second visit and was seen right away. The nurse practitioners are so professional and friendly, really they made my experience completely painless.

This was one of the only places I found to quickly get tested for COVID after being exposed. I was happy to find appointments for my family. However, i arrived about 15 minutes prior to my appointment time but was not called back until a full hour after my appointment time. I did not expect such a long delay after reading the reviews, and missed a work meeting because of the delay. And then the doc wondered why my blood pressure was elevated!

This is a great place to go for any urgent care needs. They are always quick and very thorough with anything you go for. Have never had any issues from front desk to physician care. I’m always happy to go!

Perfect!!! The office is almost invisible nestled next door to 7-11 but once youve claimed your free parking within a few steps of the Urgent Care and walked inside, you are taken care of quickly, efficient and professional. The staff went the extra mile to help me and the Dr. was nothing short of fabulous!!! I highly recommend Access Now Urgent Care!

This is a GREAT urgent care center! The services provided were super fast, efficient, and best of all - friendly! I really love the amount of time the providers spent with me - I was seen by both a PA and MD. There is no wait time - I was in and out very quickly as opposed other urgent care / doctors offices / emergency rooms. Highly recommended! I will be coming back here for all of my urgent needs.

Friendly and helpful front desk.Update: Had the opportunity to make appointments again for my family to have rapid covid tests done. Once again it was a seamless process to book online. No long waits to be seen. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the doctor we saw. I recommend if you are looking for a conveniently located and efficient urgent care.****************Made a last minute appointment for COVID testing. Online appointment booking was very easy and many appointments available. Location is great with bus and metro access. Small neat waiting room. The receptionist was efficient and personable and wait time was not long. The medical staff were friendly and approachable with a great bedside manner. The testing was seamless. I recommend this urgent care.

Best urgent care I have ever been to. In and out in under an hour. Clean facility. Every staff member was kind and welcoming. Doctor was phenomenal. He was friendly, thorough, listened to me, and didnt leave any details out.

Because of the great reviews, I came here following a car accident when my injuries took a few hours to appear. Dr. Arora saw me quickly, was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He even called me a couple days later at home to check on me, and later responded to my email. When you find a good doctor with a great bedside manner, its like finding a unicorn these days! You could not be in better hands.

Dr. Arora is easily the most accessible, competent, and empathetic doctor Ive ever been to. What more could you ask for? 🤔Oh I know, if a conventional treatment in the textbooks doesnt work he doesnt just throw up his hands in the air, say sorry theres nothing else to do, and kicks you to the curb...he thinks outside of the box and will work with you to ease your suffering. Its called practicing, not perfecting medicine for a reason, I wish more doctors would actually think about that statement and start thinking for themselves when approaching a patients illness or disease. Remember calculus in high school? A single problem often can have multiple solutions - the same applies to the art of practicing medicene.Seriously, Dr. Arora has given me more relief than several specialists in large practices because if a potential medical solution to your health isnt written in a textbook than there couldnt possibly be another one. Thats the mindset that I see with many physicians nowadays. Maybe if his mindset and approach to treating patients were utilized wed have not only more solutions to your health problem(s), faster appointment times because people arent as sick anymore, better communication with your doctor directly, increased velocity in the pipeline of possible novel surgery/procedures and medications that lead to lower mortality, increased quality of life, and less time sitting around in waiting rooms!Oh, before you go about your day, one last factcheck on his practice: this is a physician owned practice, he doesnt have overlords telling him what he can and cant do. I wouldnt bother writing a review just for kicks, I want to see less acute and chronic physical and mental problems in our community; this can be achieved by opening our minds for a different view. Lets learn from this successful practice.

OUTSTANDING, I drive 15 miles from my home and pass at least a dozen urgent care facilities to go here. The staff is friendly, personable, patient and knowledgeable. The Medical personnel is very thorough and take the time to explain every detail. I highly recommend this facility.

I came here several weeks ago for an issue that not even a specialist could help with. I am so grateful for Dr. Karina (?). I cried when I felt better the next day. She spent over 20 minutes with me and really listened to my concerns. Thank you so so much. The receptionists and medical assistants are very kind and calming, which helps when you’re not feeling like yourself.

I came in, they asked me if I had an appointment. I did and they gave me two pages of forms to fill out front and back. They weren’t too busy and they continued to communicate with me while we were waiting for the results of my x-ray to be analyzed. The lab tech offered me a cup of water. The entire experience lasted about an hour, which is a lot faster than a regular doctor’s office. I have CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield as my insurance, so the co-pay was only $20.

I did not schedule an appointment however fortunately it was not too busy when I walked in. Elaine who works at the fronk desk made me feel welcomed as soon and I entered and got me seen as fast as possible! She was very kind and set the atmosphere of how customer service should be when a patient walks in through the door. Katarina was also attentive and very informative with my needs and almost immediately you can tell she has a passion for this field! Although this is 30 minutes away from where I live, I am very pleased I found this urgent care at the last minute and will most definitely recommend to all my friends and family to come here if needed.

Went for a covid 19 test today and the nurse who did my test was very nice and professional. The Doctor who spoke with me was also very nice and he answered all my questions. I will surely recommend my friends to Access Urgent Care.

Took my son in to get stitches on a cut. The staff was great with him. The office was very clean and easily accessible. I had my other children with me and the staff helped me keep them settled so I could attend to my son. I have depended on Access Now Urgent Care for about 4 years and they have yet to let me down with their services, the staff and the facilities. I have already recommended their office to a couple others who feel the same. Dr. Arora is the best. I have asked him if he ever moves, let me know so I can continue being his patient.

Dr. Arora and his staff at Access Now Urgent care were very pleasant, professional and thorough. Took my entire staff there to get rapid COVID-19 test and we all got the results in 15 minutes. Short wait, have always gotten the acute care I needed from here, and they always call a few days later to follow up to see how Im doing. In network so has never been expensive.

I got an appointment online easily. At check in the reception was friendly and efficient. They handled insurance quickly. Saw a doctor pretty quickly. Doctor was friendly, listened and asked questions. Came up with an easy to follow treatment plan. I definitely would go back again if needed.

Absolutely horrible accounting department. Billed my insurance incorrectly, left several voicemails, emails, talked to the front desk, and nothing was resolved. Am being forced to pay incorrectly just to avoid collections. The care was good, but not worth it in the endUPDATE- 4 months later: after receiving a call from the owner who promised this would be resolved, I have continued to receive bills up until the current day. No additional help has been provided and my emails are ignored. This business is HORRIBLE. I am paying the bill just so they leave me alone.

Excellent, compassionate, caring provider and staff! I called on a Saturday after my son swallowed a lego. The provider, Dr. Katerina, took my call and advised me, and then even called me back the next day to ensure my son was ok. (The lego passed- thank God!). So grateful to Dr. Katerina for being so kind, calming, and caring!

When I was sick and new in town, I chose to seek urgent care at this clinic based on the high reviews, and I must say I wasnt disappointed. Every aspect of my experience was entirely satisfactory, from making the appointment and finding the clinic, to the actual care itself. Dr. Arora is very professional, clearly skilled, and most importantly, he communicates very well. If I ever need urgent care again, I will be going here.

The 2 doctors I have seen are great and were very informative with answers to my questions I asked. I visited for rapid covid test and was in and out in bout 30 mins or so! Brought my toddler in. Was seen five minutes after I finished filling out paper work. The doctor was amazing. They were thorough with testing. One star off because the place could’ve been cleaner.

Fantastic. I walked in, filled out the necessary paperwork and was taken right back. Doctor came in and spent a lot of time with me. Listened to me explain my symptoms and issues then he fully covered his diagnosis and treatment plan. He described everything in detail and answered all questions. The PA called me back the following day to go over my lab results and she took the time to give me the individual results for each test, rather than a simple all good. Absolutely great service from start to finish. Would certainly go back again if the need arose.

I had to wait a while to be seen for my appointment. There was a bit of a wait once I was in a room as well, however, once I was seen, everyone was thoughtful, professional, and made me feel valued. They also made sure I understood everything. Even though there was a wait for an appt, I would still go back as I think they did a good job.

Not sure why this place has such high reviews. The only positive was the speed in which I was seen. Everything else about my experience was terrible. Nurse continuously tried to up-sell me on tests and medications I didn’t need (already diagnosed me with strep) never followed up with my lab results from the strep diagnosis, and when I called to receive an update, I was told I would need to make another appointment and pay my co-pay AGAIN just to get the results of the lab tests from my first visit. So essentially I would need to make another trip to the facility, wait to be seen, pay, just to be told yes you have strep or no you don’t. Absolutely ridiculous. Almost seems as if the reviews are fake.

I would recommend this location to everyone. I have been to several Urgent Care locations (for myself & children) and hands down, Access Now is the best. I didnt have an appointment but was seen just as fast as if I had one. Dr. Aroras office took care of me & he even called me the next day to see how I was doing. I will return to this location when ever needed.

Poor customer service and very unprofessional. Me and my husband went to this urgent care to get COVID test If there is an option to give 0 that will be my choice . I decided to do a PCR test since its more accurate ..... After I did the test the dr came and talked me ... offered me a rapid test and I told her I will just wait 2-3 days for the PCR test... then after I discuss with my husband We decided to get a rapid test also, thats then when all drama started the front desk lady started arguing with us.... She keeps saying we already discharged you we cant do the rapid test this must be the only clinic will not allowed u to do the test u asked for especially since Im the one who pay.

I keep coming here for my free COVID-19 tests that I feel like I owe a proper review! For COVID-19 tests, you can get either the rapid test, the PCR test, and/or the antibody test all on the spot. Wait time is less than 15 minutes and test results are available within 2-4 days. You can only schedule on the same day or a day in advance. The facilities are clean and neat. Services are fast and efficient. Staff are nice, kind, and patient. In all honesty, I feel like this place was created out of genuine care and deep love for the community...and it shows! I am grateful for its existence!

I was just turned away from your facility, after telling them that I was there because I couldnt control my asthma and that my doctor directed me to urgent care. They told me that I needed an appointment and that other people were coming in, who had appointments The only information stated on your website is needing an appointment for COVID-19 testing. There was no care shown by the receptionist team. They matter factly stated that I needed to go to another urgent care with no apology or care.

This place is delightful. I was the first person there at 9am. I didnt have to wait and everyone was super friendly. I had to have blood drawn and often nurses have a hard time with my viens but not here! Painless and super easy.

I would not recommend this place. They have made so many mistakes with my care in the last 2 months. They charged me $600 for a weight loss program that did not work and they told me that my money would cover regular blood tests. I got a bill for the blood tests. I called the office and the receptionist told me that I had to pay for it. I told her 3 times that Dr. Aurora told me otherwise. She finally put me on hold and a different receptionist told me that I was right. No one apologized. Dr. Aurora told me that he would take care of it. I got a past due bill and called. No one would speak to me. I asked for an electronic copy of my lab results 3 times and told I would get it, but I never did. Now I am out another $335 for nothing at all.

Today I walked in and non of them greeted us . Two of the front desk workers gave me an attitude for no reason and one of them rolled her eyes at me . I just wanted to get a physical checked up for my job and leave . I feel like they should be more professional on how they talk to people.

Dr. Arora, is one of the few doctors left that I truly can say, is in this profession because he cares about his patients health. His bedside manner is very professional yet comforting.

First Class!The best urgent care provider in the Wheaton/Silver Spring area. Today was my second visit this year. Although I did not have an appointment. The doctor saw me within 15 mins, and I was out the door in half an hour. My prescriptions were sent electronically to my pharmacy.The staff are friendly and courteous, and the doctors are wonderful.I will never use Righttime or Medstar Urgent Care again.

Dr. Arora was kind, thorough, and instilled trust immediately. I went in with pretty bad pain and had a hard time moving. He never asked me to get on the table but instead let me stay in the chair and came to me. Every doctor could learn a thing or two from him. He explained very clearly what was going on, answered my many questions, and came up with a treatment plan I felt comfortable with. Thank you Dr. Arora!

I will never return here. First of all, what kind of urgent care does not provide patients with an online portal where they can look at their test results/MD visits? They say they only call patients with results. What sense does this make? Also, I got a COVID test here and it’s been 4 days, no result yet.

I hurt my back on Sunday and was in a lot of pain. So, I went to this urgent care hoping to get some pain medicine to help me. I met Dr. Arora and he was very professional, thorough, and super knowledgeable! He even followed up with me a few days later. My primary doesnt even do that. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

It was fast, extremely nice. They took good care of me. We had an x ray, they emailed it to a radiologist, and got the results within 40 min. They were fantastic.

Very disappointing!I had got into an incident and went to this Access Now for help. The customer service was good like expected but overall they said they could not stitch me up or help me at all with my injuries. The kicker is even though they did absolutely nothing for me the total charges before my insurance was $300 and w/ Insurance it ended up being $135. I find this ridiculous because I do not feel like I should have to pay $135 just for wasting my time when I could have went to holy cross and got the help that I needed in that certain event.I called and they informed me that regardless that’s how much they charge just to be seen which I found very disappointing. If you need help I advise you stay away from this place because of the charges.

My teenage daughter was in an auto accident yesterday and showed some swelling in her face but otherwise fine. We wanted to have her checked out to make sure nothing else was wrong but she didnt want to go through all the long waits and standard unrelated tests via ER visit at a hospital. We took her for an examination by Dr. Arora. He very quickly and expertly diagnosed the minor swelling to be related to the air bag and gave her a clean bill of health and recommended use of over the counter Advil for minor pain relief. Such an easy and pleasant experience. Thank you, Dr. Arora!!

Called the office at 1:30 looking for a COVID test. Not only did they get me in for 2:30 appt, but the whole staff was exceedingly helpful, fast, and efficient. I was able to get a rapid test, a PCR, and the required documentation for work. Even after waiting the 15mins for the rapid result, conferring with the doc two different times, and all the normal vitals, chats, check-in, etc, we (note: I also had my rambunctious 4yo with me who of course needed at least one potty break) were out of there in under 45 minutes. FANTASTIC JOB!! Thank you so much!

Got a COVID rapid test for travel today. Making an appointment online was quick and easy, they accept walk-ins as well. When I arrived, everyone was pleasant and prompt.

Got an appointment quickly the same day and I felt heard by RN. Ran multiple test and give me treatment options.

Quick and efficient cycle time in and out. You do have to physically fill out patient forms first time in, but with an appointment I got quick tests, with same day Covid rapid tests as well as pre-op measurements done quickly.

Really fast and friendly service. Went in for an electrical burn and Dr Arora was very knowledgable and had me in and out in no time. He was even able to refer me to a specialist in the area for a follow up appointment. It was much better than having to sit in the ER for 4 hours

Went there on Monday (Aug 17, 2020) for a Covid-19 test. They were friendly and collected the samples; everything was fine. I was told that they would call and email me the result in about couple of days. Someone called me this morning at 9:43 AM and left a voicemail saying to call her back. I called back and the secretary told me the nurse would call me back in the afternoon. As of now, I have not received any call or email from them. Imagine the tension! We’re talking about Covid test for God’s sake! Now, I can’t even sleep. People without empathy and sense of ethics shouldn’t be in healthcare business and/or practice whatsoever. I will file a complaint with the Maryland Department of Health against them and request them to check on their practice. I completely lost the trust in them and will have doubt in the result as well. Disgustingly poor sense of ethics and no sense of empathy!!!

Scheduling was easy and Rachel was great to meet with. Felt my concerns were heard and issue addressed. I got clarity on my health issue and advise on what I needed to do next

After a biking accident i decided to skip the trauma center/ER of major hospital ( i would probably wait many hours in ER because of non life- threatening nature of my injuries) and instead saw Dr. Arora who gave me a prompt diagnoses and was at home to have dinner and sleep in my own bed comfortably- instead of spending unnecessary hours in the ER. Had to go in for a Covid test before an operation. The staff was excellent and follow all the safety protocols. It was easy to make a reservation and was in an out within a half an hour
