Top notch staff who cares about your health and well being. Always on top of my charts and dates of when to check labs and making sure I am getting the correct amount. They also ask how the previous weeks have been going, making sure your not fluctuating or any side effects are going on

I am not happy with this particular clinic , I feel like I get treated different , all staff is good people like doctors except front reception .since newly changed. I understand that a business closes at a certain time. But I was 1 minute late and I was told no. When the other day a customer was more like 10 or 20 min late and they let him in. I was going out of town and now wont be getting my weekly shot . I understand I was late one time in last 2 years. I guess I am just to get treated different , I will find a another clinic that wont favorite there clients and treat everyone equal

Failure after failure… testosterone doesn’t work so you get other meds and that make the situation worse. The hold music claims high quality pharmaceuticals that’ll boost energy, mental acuity, mood, and libido… their shots do zero of this.Response: update with “real name” as in my full name…. On a public search engine…. To a TRT clinic…. I had to go to another company for treatment because your treatments don’t work… I’ve spoken to your staff, we discussed increasing dosage and when the dosage did nothing, I went somewhere else.

Super friendly staff who is always helpful. I’ve been to the woodlands location and the Katy location but the spring location off of 99 has the best staff and the quickest in and out times.

I have been coming here for over a year and the level of care is unparalleled to anything else you may or may not receive elsewhere. I even have, through my insurance, to get the testerone and self-inject, but they do regular blood tests and an ANS test, (look it up), that I feel helps with the total care picture and not just the the low-T. The staff is amazing, caring, and always kind. You will find no better place to take care of your needs.

I don’t know where to begin! The staff and Dr’s here at top notch. Not only do they know what they are doing and what they are talking about but they don’t try to overplay things and they give FACTUAL data, devise a plan and they execute. I’m still continuing my journey to getting back to where I need to be and there is no doubt in my mind that this entire team will be the ones to get me there!By the third week of me coming in for treatment once a week, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and called by my name without a schedule appointment. Not only by the nurses at the front desk but by the doctors as well as the nurses administering my shot that to me spoke volumes because my primary care Doctor Who I have been seeing for years who also sees my wife still doesn’t have a clue who I am even with a scheduled doctors appointment multiple days in advance, that goes to show that the team here at SynergenX spring see you more than just a number and a revenue stream or they see you as the SynergenX family. The way I see it I it’s a very comforting feeling when the people who you and trusted with your health, made it a point to know who you are!Again, nothing but good things to say about this team and this company I know most of my review has focused on the integrity of this team but they also have five solutions for every one problem that you may have. They have credible resources that they will get in front of you to help find the best fit for you and your situation.

I switched to this location as soon as it opened and I am so glad I did. Caitlyn and her staff are warm, welcoming, and accommodating. From when I walk in and I’m greeted by Xandria (who always knows who I am) I find the staff to always be friendly and they do a great job of getting me in and out of there. The office is very nice I really enjoy going here. There is more of a personal touch at this location than the rest of the sites I have visited.Initially, I changed to this location because it’s closer to my house, but i find myself going there even on days when I am working on the Waterway even though the Shenandoah location is closer to work.I highly recommend this location and I can’t say enough about the staff!

I normally don’t do reviews but today was extremely difficult at this clinic. I would go to Dallas but I was visiting family and needed to refill my semiglutide. First they told me they couldn’t ship when I’ve had it done before then it took forever to get checked out. I’m hoping it’s a bad day but it was ridiculous

I was already patient at SynergenX but they opened this Spring location and it is closer to my house so I decided to start going to it.So far, I love this clinic as much as the other I was going to. The staff here is great and always willing to answer my questions.Its nice to see that their company customer service values are the same at all of their locations.

I never leave reviews but this place is Awesome!I have gone to some other places that offer some of the same services but this place puts them all to shame. They always have me in and out and have respect for my time. The staff is always professional, kind, and helpful.They seem like they really enjoy their jobs which isnt something you see very often these days.

POSTING FOR MY WIFE JILL F: I transferred from the well-established Vintage location to the Grand Parkway location since it was closer to my home. This brought a sense of anxiety leading up to my visit. From the moment I opened the door, I was put at ease by Caitlyn and her staff. They make your visit quick and easy while spending as much time as you need to discuss your treatment plan. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience. I began my treatment with the team here last Fall and have had many benefits: better mood, drive, energy and focus plus more stamina - especially in the gym. I was able to put on 15 lbs muscle - I feel 20 years younger - highly recommended !

Caitlyn Serrano and her staff in Spring have be fantastic and very informative during our health transformation journey. My husband and I both started back in October of 2021 and I’m down over 20 lbs and 5 lbs away from my goal. More importantly I feel great!!

Very poor explanation of how they bill your insurance. Make sure you are aware that the medication is NOT billed to your insurance at all! I was told it was billed but most insurances will not cover it because it is experimental. Knowing how good our insurance is, i was not concerned. Comes to find out, a little too late, they do not bill your insurance for the medication part AT ALL! Apparently you pay a self-pay amount for it because insurance has not paid synergenx for it in the past so they stopped billing for it, period. It has been one bad experience after another since my husband convinced me to visit this joke of a program. Never even got to visit with the Doctor. My first visit was with a gentleman who openly admitted that he knew very little about womens hormone therapy and is used to seeing dudes. I had a better phone call with someone a week later and chose to get the pellet. The pellet process hurt badly, the lady started cutting before I was numb, dropped the first pellet and had to holler for someone to bring her another, all the while Im sitting there with my butt out. Couldnt lay on my side for 2 weeks. And its been a month and I still have a bruise and bump where they inserted. I do not feel a lick of a bit different. No energy, no improved sex drive, no nothing. Beginning to wonder if maybe the 2nd pellet was dropped too. Simply put, synergenx is an overrated, overcharged, JOKE who try to hype you up on life changing improvements only to take your money. What a disappointment!

I’ve been a patient of Synergenx since the beginning, and I’ve had the pleasure to visit all but two of the Houston area centers. I just visited the Spring (99) location for the first time, and I can honestly say from my experience that this center is on par with the excellent standards of care and customer service that are set and upheld by the other centers. It’s hard to be impressed when you are already expecting something great, but I was impressed with the staff at this location. I recommend Synergenx to everyone!

Best decision I ever made for my hormone health. Being menopausal and not having any success with traditional GP care, I was told about SynergenX. They not only have taken care of me hormonally, but my thyroid hasn’t been this balanced in years. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient when I have questions. I highly recommend SynergenX for anyone who is experiencing what I have included above. Thank you Caitlyn and staff for taking such good care of me.

Great clinic!! The team listens to your concerns but also gets you out quickly on your way. SynergenX helped me lose 20 lbs! I would highly recommend.

The staff is really friendly and I was able to make an appointment very quickly, but I really feel that this place is just trying to get your money. Before my appointment, I had to pay over $500 for the consultation, bloodwork and hormone treatment. I understand paying for the consult and bloodwork up front, but paying for treatment before the results are even in seems odd to me. I decided against hormone treatment based on the side effects, but the fees are not refundable. I paid for treatment that I won’t be receiving. In addition, I felt overwhelmed during the consult because they were offering different medications for weight loss that I could try. They were not pushy, but definitely trying to sell me on as many supplements as possible. The NP is knowledgeable and my TelaDoc appointment was very helpful, I just feel this is a business trying to sell you treatments rather than fully understand what’s going on with your body.

Being coming to this AMAZING office since they opened ..I have met all the ladies here they are wonderful and very professional.They treat me as family.And also privilege to be their UPS delivery driver!!Keep up the outstanding job !

Can’t recommend them enough. I started a few years ago on the recommendation of a co worker. So glad I did. Before I was struggling with my energy and I was working out and eating healthy but not making much progress. After being on the TRT for a few months the weight flew off and I put on a bunch of muscle. I have more energy for my work outs and other daily activities. I’m surprised more people don’t know about this and more Drs don’t treat with TRT.

Be wary of dealing with SynergenX. They told me that due to my deductible, the cash price would end up being more expensive than billing through insurance. And being relatively healthy my entire life and not dealing with insurance claims on a consistent basis, I accepted this information as true and started getting my regular injections through them. Only to find out months later the issue has nothing to do with the deductible, the issue is they are not contracted with my insurance company. After checking with another clinic, I am now able to get injections at $5 per visit instead of $60. Lying by omission. Avoid this company.

Love the staff at the Spring location, they genuinely care about their clients!! I found to SynergenX tjanks to my husband who visits a different clinic near his office.. I need a new place to get Hormone Replacement Theraphy. I. So glad I found SynergenX, they are the best!!!

I’ve heard a lot of good things about SynergenX so I decided to book an appointment about 2 and a half months ago. My weight had gotten out of control at 184 lbs and I wasn’t confident anymore. Caitlyn, the Nurse Practitioner, suggested that I take phentermine (an appetite suppressant) and pair it with a healthy diet and exercise. Now, two and a half months later I am down to 158 lbs. My weight loss journey isn’t over yet but I am so happy with the results so far. This is a judgment free environment and even though my self confidence was low Caitlyn made me feel very comfortable. I highly suggest anyone struggling to lose weight to try this clinic as they have multiple weight loss options.

Caitlyn does such a thorough job, always going above and beyond. She really has her patient’s best interest in mind and always makes time to make sure you understand your options.

I’ve called four times now just to try and get an appointment set up and each time I call it sends me to the call center so they can just take down my info and have the location nearest me call me to set up an appointment. No one’s called me back. I even called the exact locations direct phone number multiple times and it just sends me right back to the call center. Who knew just trying to get an appointment with you guys would be so difficult 😞
