I never thought I would find myself at a fertility clinic or needing fertility treatment. However, it did happen to me and it may have happened to you and I am extremely thankful that I found Shady grove fertility. Dr. Shah and his staff, especially Amanda and Rachel, are absolutely incredible. Dr. Shah is by far the best doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. He is extremely knowledgeable and was so empathetic to my situation. I know he truly shared the same common goal of helping us to become pregnant.We began with various testing to decide the best course of action for our specific situation. Dr. Shah went above and beyond throughout the entire process, making sure all our questions were addressed and making us feel confident with our specific treatment plan. I can’t imagine I would have had the same experience had I gone to another fertility center. Dr. Shah took the time to call me after several procedures just to check on me, I was so surprised by this and really appreciated the level of dedication he provided to me throughout this entire process.Today I am happy to report I am 14 weeks pregnant, and I will forever be grateful to Dr. Shah and the staff at Shady Grove- Spring, including Maryanne and Cara at the Clear lake location. We worked with Shady Grove Fertility in Spring for about 7 months. Dr. Shah and his team did a great job answering our questions and letting us lead our fertility journey. It was very comforting that anytime I had a question or came in the office I saw the same three faces and had direct lines to each person we dealt with. We ended up conceiving naturally while we were on a break from treatment and they still allowed us to come in for early monitoring to help ease our worries. We had worked with other fertility clinics in the past, but overall SGF would be my first choice and my recommendation.

Dr Shah and his team are the best I can ask for! I have been to a couple other fertility clinics before I started seeing Dr Shah, I only have good things to say about his team. Dr Shah himself is always very responsive with any questions I had, I can’t only imagine how many time he answered some of the questions but he stayed patient and professional with the most details all the time.Amanda was the first person I talked to in his office, always super nice and greeting me with a big smile.Rachel was always informational and nice!

I couldnt recommend Dr. Shah more! He is not only a fantastic doctor but also a wonderful person. I never once felt like I was just his patient. He really poured himself into our journey and walked it with us. He has an incredible team of nurses that were there for us every step of the way. We did 3 rounds of IUI before moving on to IVF. Throughout our journey, I had a difficult time mentally and emotionally. He continued to provide resources to me and always checked in not just on how I was doing physically, but also mentally. We transferred a frozen embryo in March and it was successful! We just graduated our fertility clinic last week and out of all the days we have experienced throughout our infertility journey, this day was one of the hardest. It was a bittersweet goodbye leaving Dr. Shah and his team. They all work so well together and make for an extremely safe and comforting environment. We came to Shady Grove from a different clinic and were so much happier with our level of care at SGF. The biggest thing was the communication, portal messages were answered quickly, and my nurse pretty much always answered her direct line or called back within a few hours. This is so nice during the IVF process when everything is time sensitive. Additionally, with SGF scheduling appointments around my work schedule was so much easier. Dr. Shah and his team all are so incredibly kind, and truly take the time to explain every step of the process, which is again so different than our first clinic. I highly recommend SGF to anyone looking for a fertility clinic. We also were able to do their shared risk program which took a huge load of stress off. 2 egg retrievals and 2 transfers later we are 12 weeks with a baby boy.

My experience with Dr. Shah and his entire team has been extremely excellent. My first consultation was by video call, since I live in South Texas, but it was as if I were in his office. He explained the entire process to me, answered all my questions about the treatment and the prices and different packages they offer. I dont trust many folks, let alone one in a lab coat. I came into Shady Grove with the intentions to pick out every issue, every dissatisfying factor of the place to leave. Yes, my wife and I have been trying for years and years to have a child of our own, however have been disappointed.To my surprise, I have never met anyone more attentative and genuinely care about their patients and personal situation like this Dr. That being said, Dr. Jaimin Shah has been nothing less that flawless with his care and consideration to our involvement with Shady Grove and desire to have a child.This difficult process was easily managed due to the steadfast encouragement and bed-side manner by the staff at the Spring Location. Now, we did have a different experience at the Katy location and it was not a good one. We were very surprised at the huge difference in quality in service from the front staff, and intaking nurse. It was very uncomfortable for my wife and we felt like a bother to them. However they are not the reason for this score.Dr. Shah is one of the most professional doctors I have ever encountered and treated us as if my wife was his only patient. He payed attention to detail and remembered even the smallest details. I dont get impressed easily, and Dr. Shah blew me away.Their facility in Webster, where they conduct their procedures, is very clean, professional, and in my opinion, worth every penny. The nursing crew was stellar, and Dr. Shah is the only Doctor we would ever recommend.My wife is 26 weeks pregnant now, and Dr. Shah continues to follow up and check on her well being as well as our little boy.Dr. Shah, thank you, our family thanks you, for your care, and using your talents and skills to bless us and others making our dreams come true. Since weve been married, Joe has had a vasectomy, so we didnt really think the possibility of having our own child (from Joe and Maria, not a donor) was even possible. From our 1st virtual consultation appointment, Dr Shah gave us a sense of security about the process, recommending some of the best doctors for Joe and telling us what to expect at every turn. We walked away knowing 100% there was no other doctor for us from that first appointment. He answered all questions thoroughly, including ones that may have had difficult answers. We always felt in control and not pressured to do anything. One thing that he was candid about was that it may not work on the first try but to remain cautiously optimistic. As much as it hurts to hear its something that we needed to hear. It was never a bother to bug him with questions, even if they seemed dumb. He also did not do or make a move until he was certain things were just right to move to the next step. Because of that we had some delays, but it was the abundance of caution that made his care so amazing.One person that needs mentioned as well is one of his nurses, Rachel. From the start she was always caring, thorough and quick to respond when there were questions for her. Even so far as answering off hours. She really put Marias mind at ease through some of the difficult times in this process.All this being said, the entire team at SGF Spring is amazing and I wouldnt choose another facility or SGF location other than this one. Maria is now 10 weeks pregnant, first transfer, first cycle, and we couldnt be more grateful for the care and concern of the SGF Spring staff.

I really cannot recommend this Shady Grove Fertility enough, our experience was fantastic from the beginning and completely leagues above what we had been through with other clinics.

Absolutely recommend Dr. Shah and his staff! My husband and I went with a goal and we achieved it. Can’t thank Dr. Shah enough.

Literally the worst fertility clinic in the country. I’ve been through fertility treatment previously with a doctor in Dallas. I’ve never had such problems. They seem to not know what insurance they take. You will do all your testing and then find out they don’t take your insurance. Then you have to transfer to new clinic. Their billing department is a nightmare as well. They didn’t do all necessary blood work and testing to have successful IVF, so it was a blessing in disguise. Go somewhere knowledgeable, experienced, and with competent staff. The stress alone will keep you from getting pregnant. Additionally, they don’t allow children in the office. Super ironic since their purpose is to create children. CCRM or Kindbody are better clinics.

Being a new office did not make a difference in the type of care we recieved here. It is clean and the staff was attentive. As soon as you get in, the wait was not long at all and the entire staff always seem to be happy to help and answer questions. The commute and location are also super accessible.

I want to start by saying what a great facility Shady Groves is! Dr. OHern has been amazing throughout this entire process. Vanessa has been a great blessing and made me feel very comfortable during my visits with her Spanish translation. A journey to fertility is never easy, but they have both made this process perfect.
