Your front desk agent Renan Fernandez is the worst front desk representative I’ve ever deal with especially for a clinic. Has a first timer to come to this Clinic there was a door which thought was for the front and I got stung by a bee behind my ear and when I came into the building when finally saw had to walk to the side of the building cause wasn’t no signs of watch for bees or even door on other side, I told Renan that I got a stung by a bee just outside and he completely ignored that and continued to ask me for my birthday but couldn’t be a human and even say oh I’m sorry or didn’t offer any kind of medical attention or even ICE. As well as when I got my medicine, he riped the labels ON PURPOSE as you can see in the picture I attached to this review Horrible human being and will being writing same reviews on ALL YALLS STUFF UNTIL I GET YOUR STUFF CONTACTS ME!!!

I attended the Thanksgiving drive and health fair in 2021 and the staff was friendly, proficient and informative. They completed a Health screening and assessment and ever staff member was respectful and courteous. Im so happy IMG is in the community doing great work.
