Sometimes the wait times can be long so try and schedule your appointments when they open at 8 and the receptionist can be rude but otherwise my doctor is very kind and straight to the point.

Website seemed user friendly and they help the community. Lots of my patients use the services and pharmacy and seem to value it.

Been coming to this place for 5 years, ne er had a problem, Poitier and all his staff are great with me.

For the most part you do get help. My experience with the staff is fine sometimes they come off rude but the doctors are great. The wait time is the worst thing about this place. Be prepared to have breakfast &lunch.

Dr. Torres is a sweetheart and about 3 other women that work there are kind as well. but the other staff are ridiculous. I speak very nicely and respectfully to everyone there but they are are so rude. The wait times are ridiculous. No privacy, not enough seats, no security . Its a mental center they need security there! Bathrooms are dirty and the place looks a mess.

My girlfriend visited this place, she left crying. MOST of the staff, are rude and will literally ignore you whilst you are trying to get their attention @ the counter. The doctor is messy, (walks around with his coat unbuttoned and dress shirt unbuttoned revealing an old tank top under). He literally looks drunk from his appearance. He was quick to jump to conclusions for a diagnosis. By just asking my gf her birth date, he concluded she has anxiety.The entire building is run down. The inside is stuffy, with no air circulation... I literally felt like I was suffocating. And I WASNT even a patient! They council patients in an OPEN room right next to the waiting room, I was able to hear some elderly mans entire story. This place is only a good place for those looking for a quick fix of drugs.

Its ridiculous that this place has many employees and no one ever picks up the phone.

Bad service call a few time to let them know that our number has changed but no one answers I left multiple messages and nothing I called again today and still no answer I think the state of Florida should know that this clinic it’s not on top of their Patients to see if they’re doing OK or not. Very disappointed. Bad service

The staff is great here. The only bad thing is that some doctors leave whenever they want to.

Horrific experience, lowly staff gets a kick out of tormenting the patients. No peace in the barrack style sleeping quarters. A guy wandered up and down the hall screaming all night long. Left with a scalp infection that took months to get rid of. So, if a ghetto experience is what you are looking for, this is the place for you. If you like getting pushed around by sociopath staff members (chick with long black curly hair Im looking at you), listening to ghetto dwellers slam dominoes as they play prison style, and eating one hard boiled egg and one dry piece of toast for breakfast, again...this is your place. If you want to be treated like a human being, however, I would look elsewhere.

Poor staffing not there for the kids no help management poor the doctor DONT never talk never no lab work make sure no side effects with medicine case management VERY poor governments needs to shut it down its not help full they talk about the patient they make promises to the child un trained staffing felons recovering addicts oh they come in to your home and very disrespectful they text back improper un professional they cant relate to your problem 3years no help no kind of services no case management no therapist it takes months its not safe no trust no privacy they laugh as long as theu get that pay check no understanding no feelings theu dont care about our pain.

I had to wait an hour and half longer than what my initial appointment was, and the doctor I was sent wasnt very helpful.I dont recommend this place at all.

The front desk lady who answers the phone was very rude and hung up on me while i was asking her a question. If you dont have a heart to work with people with a mental disorder then go find a job that you can do like walking on a tread mill and you know who you are. Fat lady. Written by eddie hill

Dr. Poitier is patient, soothing and very good person to talk with.

Today my boyfriend and i waited for 3 hours for them to call him and his appointment was 9:00 am isnt that crazy very very unprofessional rude staff and they ignore you....very sad Doctors are no good neither

I find this place to be the most accommodating for ,my families needs. everyone is so friendly.

Horrible service! They only want your money. Im surprised they still qualify for government subsidies. They are a disgrace.

It should be closed. They dont help anyone but themselves

I think this place is wonderful for the community to help the individuals that needs the Help. Please continue with the good workd you guys are doing
