Dr. Salazar is an incredible doctor and friend. She is professional and personable to her patients. Whenever I visit, I do not feel like another number waiting to be seen, but genuinely cared for by my doctor. Her office is impeccable and the staff is kind and operates in a timely fashion and seems to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Salazar delivered my son and it was a great experience throughout the entire pregnancy! I highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Dr. Salazar for a few times now and I feel so comfortable with her and her team! She is amazing and she answers all your questions. She is sweet and takes the visit very personal. She knows every detail about you before entering the room.The office is clean and it has a beautiful design that makes you feel comfortable. She also does labs and ultrasounds so that is very practical.I am very happy to find her, honestly she is the best OBGYN I ever had.

Just had my baby and I just want to take the time to thank Dr. S and the whole staff at her office for the amazing job they do everyday. Dr. S is extremely skilled and knowledgeable and she is also one of the sweetest doctors I’ve ever met. She really cares about her patients and no matter how crazy her day is going, she would take the time to make you feel how important you are as her patient. I know how hard is to keep up with everything in healthcare but she is always striving to give her best version. Every waiting time was worth it. I’d recommend her 120% and more!! ❤️

Can I give a 10 star rating?!?After an unpleasant experience with a large medical group I was looking for a more personal, one on one experience for my first pregnancy and delivery experience. I was recommended Dr. Salazar and after reading a few reviews it felt right, so I made an appointment with her. After the first few seconds I knew this was the OB for me, even my husband commented on how great she was! She is extremely personable, warm and makes you feel confortable and ready for the birth experience! As the weeks past she was always there to answer any questions and was open minded to whatever I wanted my delivery journey to be while guiding me to best options. I had a natural vagina birth and my delivery experience was smooth, we were texting as contractions started and she guided me the entire way before I got to the hospital. Once I got there she was already waiting for me. She was patient and made me feel calm the entire time! I feel lucky to have found her, my birth story was just as I pictured. Alejandra is now our family OBGYN to my sister, mom and myself! I would recommend her to the world.

This was my first visit to see Dr. Salazar and I was immediately put at ease by the office staff. The ladies in the office are very nice and Dr. Salazar’s bedside manner was exceptional. Happy with my new choice after 14 yrs of going to the same dr.

Very clean office. Staff was super friendly and professional. Wait was minimal. Most importantly I felt cared for and seen by the Doctor. I didn’t feel rushed, or like another number to meet the quota. Overall would definitely recommend Dr Salazar and her helpful team.

I want to start with the fact that the Dr herself is absolutely amazing. She is so sweet and knowledgeable.However, the front desk and nurses are subpar, rude and don’t know what they are doing. I called three different days to ask for an itemized bill for my balance to be emailed to me. I called again today and the lady proceeds to say it’s an invoice. I said okay whatever you want to call it and she goes it’s not whatever I want to call it it’s an invoice. Okay… I would think as an accountant I would know more than that lady at the front desk about the difference between an invoice and an itemized bill. I asked for an itemized bill specifically because I want to know how much each and every single service that I was charged for cost. Obviously, by the attitude and the lack of promptness it seems like you don’t want to get paid. That’s fine by me. I’m not going to beg you all to send me the bill that I wouldn’t have if the lady at the front desk had charged the correct co-pay instead of the incorrect one. Not only that but every time I talk to the same lady she is “girl” this “girl” that, whether on the phone or in the office. Sweetheart, I am not your “girl” learn some professionalism.Additionally, The last appointment I had I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to even get into the room. Why would I schedule an appointment and still wait an hour and 15 minutes to be seen. Obviously you are overbooking on time slots if you have over 4 patients in the waiting room waiting to be seen.If it wasn’t too late in my pregnancy to switch doctors I most definitely would find a new one with better staff. I have honestly debated not even getting prenatal care anymore if it means having to go to them. But I guess these rude and incompetent people will have to suffice, unfortunately.

I absolutely love and recommend Dr. Alejandra Salazar! She is truly one of the best doctor and human being I’ve ever encountered. I’ve suffered from endometriosis for so long and she has been the ONLY doctor that from the moment that she saw me she heard my concerns and cared about me and my wellbeing. I’ve experienced pain for over 17 years and she was the only doctor that has truly cared and supported me. Plus her office staff is magnificent from the amazing front desk girls, to the amazing Maria and Natalie who are always supportive and efficient.

Typically my obgyn normally would be male, I’ve been to female gynecologists before and I despised how rough they were.I needed a new ObGyn and my coworker recommended Dr.A to me. I took a chance and went and I promise that this was the BEST gamble I took. Dr. Salazar is different from any other physician I have ever met in the USA. She was so kind, a good listener, very knowledgeable, very professional, and honest. Dr Salazar, is very knowledgeable in her specialty . I had a hysterectomy with her 4 years ago. I just went for a checkup and she listened and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend her to all my family and friends.

I saw Dr. Salazar a while back. Due to insurance issues, I was not able to continue seeing her. I am thrilled that she accepts my new insurance, and I am now able to see her again. I find Dr. Salazar to be an extremely caring and knowledgeable physician. She makes me feel like I am her only patient. She takes her time, offers guidance, and answers any questions posed to her.

My wellness check was very thorough. My doctor, Dr. A. Salazar is a very good communicator. I can depend on her expert health advice. The wait time was very short in a very comfortable waiting room.

I came in expecting to have the best day of my life and it turned in to the worst. She delivered the bad news in the most compassionate way I have EVER received news from a doctor. Im speechless to her care, empathy and incredible knowledge as well as advice for my super sad situation. She really helped me through the process, even outside of the office, being ]available in seconds when I needed her. I cant WAIT to have her see me through a pregnancy one day and deliver my baby. Apart from always having to wait an hour for a 15 minute appointment, I never feel like my health is prioritized by Dr. Salazar. She put me on a medication that does not have refills and every month when the medication ran out I had to call daily for about 3 days until finally, I was able to get my refills. Then, and this is where I draw the line, Dr. Salazar talks all caring that we will take care of your problem, I am here for you blah blah blah and then never follows up. I did blood work and after 3 weeks of not hearing back from her about the results (which I called the clinic about multiple times and all they said is that they would put a note about it in the system) I get a call that my blood work is finally in and that the doctor reviewed it with me at my visit. How is that even possible? How could she review my blood work with me the day I took the blood work? So I call back and I tell them that my blood work was not reviewed with me at all and they said I would get a call from the doctor by the end of the day. Yea guess what? That call never came. Never coming back.

Love this place, she makes you feel at home and so secure with your decisions, I feel zero judgement or shame. She listens to every concern I had and made my pregnancy and after care amazing.. I will be coming back here for as long as I can.

Dissatisfied is an understatement to describe my experience with Dr. Alejandra Salazar. Her negligence has caused me to spend more money than necessary. She prescribed the wrong medication and I had to wait a day to receive the new one. Considering the law prohibiting pharmacies to accept returns, I now have spent additional funds due to her negligence. As well, during my exam a gentleman walked into the room and asked to speak to her and she walked out - unprofessional. I asked their office to cover the additional expenses I was forced to pay due to her mistake when writing my script and they said I needed to talk to the pharmacy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER! Go see Dr. Ellen Schwartzbard instead, much more competent and professional.

CHANGED MY LIFE! My insurance changed this year and my old doctor was no longer in network. I struggled with a bartholin cyst for more than 11 years. I had a marsupialization done 7 years in and the cyst came back after my 2nd pregnancy. It interfered with so many aspects of my every day life. I had the cyst drained more times than I can remember and each time was like a minor surgery. My previous doctor did not want to remove the glad. She said it bleeds too much and it is too small ect. The FIRST time I met with Dr. Salazar, she examined me and saw the scars and said I was a good candidate for the gland removal, she was so confident! She said she had done it several times before, and I decided to trust her, Im so happy I did! Originally, I was so nervous because I had read so many things about having so much pain after the removal ect. I had the surgery about 3 months ago and I am a new person with NO PAIN! NO CYST, like it was never there! She was able to remove the cyst and the gland successfully, it was a quick outpatient procedure. I will be forever thankful that my health insurance changed and that I landed in the hands of Dr. Salazar. I can now ride bicycle with my kids, roller skate, and feel so much more confident when I am with my husband. I will be forever grateful. Any person under her care should feel so fortunate to have her as your doctor! Thank you a million times!

It is the first time I have seen Dr. Alejandra but I went to her for several recommendations. I found her to be an excellent person and professional. She was very warm and respectful at all times, she explained all the details of my health and procedure. You can tell that he knows and loves what he does. The work team that assists her were all very friendly, especially her very dedicated assistant! Thank you !

The doctor is truly the best and a love just like the people at the front desk. The problem is the billing department. I only went to the office twice, made the payments right there on the same day and spent almost a year receiving emails from the billing department charging me for what I had already paid. It was impossible to contact them for hours on Telf with no response when my insurance was calling directly. When they finally answered they said that they did not see my payments even though I sent them my bank statement. After 7 months my insurance was able to settle with them and verify that my balance was in fact 0. They just sent COLLECTIONS a hormonal study that I paid for through them because in their own words “we dont do the hormonal study I will have you We have to charge the additional fee for the laboratory to do it. That additional fee was sent to collections, quest diagnostics says that the office never paid them and the person they put me in contact with from the office now says that it was not the laboratory as they told me but a convenience fee after already paying it. Because EYE, they charged me $125 (which included the convenience fee for drawing the blood, which was $25) when the blood draw itself was $60. And another charge on the same day of $25 for diagnostic quest that they now refuse to honor. I asked for insurance documentation with the co-payments and they even refused to take them into account because “she only gets the bill and she doesnt have more time because she has to see patients” when they directed me to her because she was supposedly in charge of billing. In conclusion, excellent doctor. Terrible organization he is in. It makes no sense to spend almost a year resolving two visits, much less ending up in collections.
