Terrible Experience – Avoid This Clinic!I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this clinic, and I can’t recommend it to anyone. They’ve canceled my appointments multiple times without any notice, leaving me scrambling to find care elsewhere.To make things worse, when I tried to call and sort it out, they hung up on me! The staff is rude and unhelpful, and they speak to patients in a loud, disrespectful manner. I felt more like a bother than a patient.If you’re looking for a place that values your time and well-being, look somewhere else. This clinic has been nothing but a headache, and I truly regret ever reaching out to them. Save yourself the trouble!

Dr. Manuel Peñalver is a very knowledgeable, friendly and caring Oncologist Surgeon in Miami. He saved my life when he performed my ovarian cancer surgery in 2017. I am very grateful and I recommend him 💯%.

I would love to give 5 star only for the doctor because the office customer service is not good at all. To communicate with the doctor is impossible they don’t answer the phone never and is not they have to many patients calling is that their phone doesn’t ring because I was there and I never heard a phone ringing.This is a medical office and we are seeking care please be more responsible.LOVE THE DOCTORS don’t get me wrong but the front desk staff is very unprofessional.

The doctor is the best doctor ever.. but the office service is not good. I been Calling this number for around 2 weeks because i need a letter from the doctor. They never answer me. My appointment was early, the doctor was punctual, staff was professional, this was a dream appointment. Doctor is renowned, he has been a medical professor, has had a long time practice and yet is very down to earth.We are observing a medical condition and well decide in 3 months the next steps. He seemed reassuring.

Office is social distancing in the waiting room, which made me feel very comfortable and wait time was short. Office staff was very polite and respectful towards my privacy. Dr Penalver is and has always been very gentle, caring and kind. I have so much respect for his amazing skills in robotic surgery, as he was the one that did my total hysterectomy surgery and was so patient with me and kept me informed and at ease. I recommend him to my family and friend needing an expert!

What an incredible place, from the reception greeting and an amazing staff! Dr. Peñalver is an amazing doctor that actually cares and his assistants are very professional, attentive and so pleasant. I was referred to Dr. Peñalver by my general Dr., and was extremely anxious about my visit. I found Dr Peñalver to be extremely kind and gentle, and most importantly professional. I felt very confident in his explanation, diagnosis and treatment plan. He was reassuring and open for any questions I had. Dr. Penalver recently operated my mom, it was a very successful operation. Most importantly, she felt extremely comfortable around Dr. P, and in her words, He gave me the confidence I needed that I was in good hands. Dr. P was attentive, supportive, and went the extra mile to check up on my mom and our family before and after the operation. While in the hospital, multiple staff members told us he was the best doctor for the surgery she was having. We are all very happy everything turned out better than expected. Thank you Dr.

Very responsive and responsible. In 1996, my mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, stage 2C. All the doctors told us to say our goodbyes. Dr. Peñalver said that he would keep her alive. It is now 2021. She is now 87 years old. She has had 4 operations, but is still alive and doing well. Thanks to The doctor she is still alive and making our lives miserable (just kidding). Now, my wife needs him. I trust only him. You should too.

Dr. Peñalver treated me with great professionalism and made sure I understood my options. The staff was very nice. Very refreshing to be cared by a great physician and his staff.

Going to see a gynecological oncologist for the first time is a frightening experience. But Dr. Peñalver made me feel comfortable and secure that I’m in the right hands. He’s knowledgeable and empathetic and came up with a plan of action that is manageable for me. And added bonus…his office runs smoothly and efficiently (not necessarily why I pick my doctors but it’s such a pain when this isn’t the case). I have been with:Dr. Manny Angel Penalver since 1991 when I was diagnosed with vaginal cancer...I saw six doctors who said they wanted to take out my complete uterus...I was recommended to see Manny and a miracle happened he did many tests whereas the other doctors did not do anything more than just take a biopsy...The six doctors all said this must be done ASAP immediately without any waiting for the surgery to be done...Dr Manuel Angel Penalver carefully looked at all the other tests and compare them to his and you said to me he is not getting the same results as these other doctors...Manny called me up on Christmas Eve and said to me I have an early Christmas present for you and he immediately blurted out Eileen you are cancer-free...I cried for joy and blessings from God for the beautiful miracle in my life as a result it is now going to be 2023 and I am still cancer free with my doctor still and always will be*Dr Manny Angel Penalver*...I do believe he REALLY IS AN *ANGEL in DISGUISE*♡😇♡Thank you Manny for always being there for me all of these beautiful healthy years you have given me with your SUPPORT and CARING HEART ❤🙏❤

Very good team… all doctors are very good but the waiting time is terrible… I really would like to be respected with my time frame

The most painful experience my mom has ever had with a gynecologist! She is scared to go back for her follow up after he performed a biopsy of her uterus without any anesthesia, she cried and screamed from the pain and she completely felt the entire procedure where he cut inside her three times! I can’t believe the reviews are about the same person who would do what he did to my 66 year old mother. I would never recommend someone like this to anyone, he should have stopped and never continued the biopsy without anesthesia!

I was referred to Dr. Penalver by my own obgyn because Dr. Penalver specializes in oncology and is also a obgyn. My dr office gave me another number where I was able to speak with Dr. Penalver directly (because I wasnt able to get through their main office number) and he was able to have one of his office staff give me an appointment. My appointment is tomorrow. Lets see how it goes!

Every opinion varies depending on personal experience. Dr. Penalver has been my Dr. for many years and will be as long as he practices. He is extremely experienced, kind with excellent manners and very humble as well.

I when to see Dr Peñalver for a second opinion and he was really nice, he explained everything to me in a way that I understood, he did a hysterectomy, I stayed in the hospital for a day, the following day I when home and he call me to see how I was doing, i recently when to his office and he treated me so well, the staff is very friendly and the office very clean, I highly recommended him, very special doctor.

Don’t like Dr Peñalver he has favoritism to just pretty woman because when ask questions after my results he was just greeting to pretty and well dress woman I was with my work uniform and generally don’t use any make up I’m a simple Latin brown woman but very clean and I paid my coopyament just to listen how good was Dr Peñalver trip , he made feel that he does not care my concerns , I still go that place because other female doctors are very good, I don’t know about the other male Doctors tough. Don’t ask for him and if you do good luck and thanks everyone to read .

The staff doesn’t call back for appointments. They keep forwarding calls to a specific person without a response. 3 weeks later, still no appointment. And once I was in the office, I had to wait for 2 hours to get called, turns out, I was skipped!!!Whoever is responsible to do appointments need to get it together.

The doctor is really excellent, very concerned, kind and professional, however being able to contact the office is a great challenge, he rings until the call is dropped and no one answers, it also happens that he rings and then busy busy, anyway It tarnishes the doctors brilliant service.

The Doctor is excellent but his staff is terrible, he does not accompany him, today they canceled an operation scheduled for more than a month because they did not process the authorization with the health insurance in due time. Today was the same day of the operation and after all the preparation and waiting to enter the room theThe hospital informed me that it did not have insurance authorization and that the operation had to be suspended. This morning the staff at the doctors office began the process with the medical insurance. It is inconceivable that a surgery is canceled on the same day, waiting in the hospital to enter the room. It is mistreatment of the patient without notifying you in advance and without completing the procedure in time with the health insurance. It is a shame that such a good doctor does not have a good team to help him and do his job well and fulfill his responsibility. Furthermore, they did not apologize and at all times tried to make me responsible for the cancellation due to the late processing with the insurance.
