FemCare Ob-Gyn, LLC

I was in need of a new Ob-Gyn doctor and my insurance company listed Dr. Jason James as an in-network provider, so I called them and made an appointment. The front desk is friendly and welcoming.Nurse Jessica walked me in to an examining room, took my vitals and asked me several family history questions. Dr. Jason James examined me, he was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I couldn’t have had a better experience for my first visit. I appreciate his professionalism and expertise. He answered all my questions and concerns. Overall great experience with the doctor and his staff.The only downside is that they don’t have call waiting feature on the phone system so you get a busy signal when they’re not available. It’s very frustrating when you are in the most vulnerable position and need to be treated by a doctor and nobody answers the phones. I called 3 times before I got through and someone picked up my call. 😞 I hope upper management can address this problem soon! For this reason I rate this facility 3 stars. I will follow up with next appointment.090324

Dr. Paredes is the best!!!! Customer service is excellent and has the gentlest touch. Allison at the check out counter has amazing energy and is so caring and kind. I can’t go to any other doctor now. Facility is clean and pleasant to be in. I recommend everyone here.

I recently visited this facility and was quite disappointed with the overall patient experience. The staff seemed impatient and moody, treating me as if I wasn’t paying for their services. The treatment comes with facial expressions and passive aggressive tones. Communication was poor both when I arrived and left, as well as during phone interactions. It felt as though they were not interested in providing a pleasant patient experience.Perhaps increasing their pay could improve their demeanor, as they appeared quite unhappy in their roles. I overheard staff members complaining about patients in the hallways, which is highly unprofessional and uncomfortable for those within earshot.On a positive note, the doctor I saw was excellent, providing top-notch care and attention. However, the negative interactions with the staff overshadowed the good aspects of my visit. There is significant room for improvement in how patients are treated and communicated with at this facility.

I been coming to this office for 2 years now and been seen by Dr Parades and love her. I made the appointment for my annual exam. I asked the lady over the phone since it was a new year if they still take my insurance. I told her I didn’t change it’s still the same eatna cvs. She did confirm the office still takes my insurance. She did schedule me for an appointment in 3 months. When I get to the office the day of my appointment the front desk lady is telling me they do not take my insurance. I did explain to her the phone conversation I had with her coworker who confirmed they do take my insurance. I haven’t be able to see Dr Parades after waiting 3 months for my appointment. What a joke this could have been avoided if the staff was professional. I took a day off of work and drove 1h to get to them office for nothing. I’m very disappointed about the office it is totally unprofessional from them.

My absolute favorite doctors. Dr. Senemar delivered both our daughters and made each experience so memorable, comfortable and easy. Dr. James, Dr. Salazar-Valdez and Dr. Paredes really truly took the best care of us all throughout the processes from the start. Our family is so lucky to have welcomed both our girls with the love and support from this amazing group.

Probably the rudest receptionist I’ve ever come across. I ended up hanging up on her before even make a first time appointment. This practice should probably look into that because they lost a patient before even walking in the door.

Dr. Jason James is the best OB-GYN in town. I have been with him for 20+ years. Patients are seen on time based on their appointment. Dr. James always takes his time to answer your questions thoroughly, and you never feel rushed. Excellent bedside manners. Staff is very professional.

This place is an experience. The staff is professional from the moment they greet you all the way through your visit. The office is beautifully decorated, clean, and serene. The bathrooms, especially, are thoughtfully organized and stocked. I only have experience with one doctor at this practice, but she is fabulous. Dr. Senemar is friendly and she listens to concerns, as well s takes time to answer questions. Overall, a fabulous practice .

The front desk staff is rude and impatient. They will literally roll their eyes, they do not show any sympathy and they have no idea what the patients are going through. I saw Dr. Jason James and I felt like he was rushing, he didn’t try to get to know me at all, he barely even looked at me. I wouldn’t wanna be treated like this if I was giving birth. To add insult to injury, calling the office is a hit and miss. They do not have call waiting so their line just sounds busy when they’re unavailable, I have to call multiple times in the span of a couple of hours before I can get through to anyone. This practice obviously has way more patients than it can handle and their staff is burnt out. I’m happy to say I found another OBGYN with a kind staff and I will never go back to FemCare

Dr. Geoffrey James is the best doctor! He has been mine well over 15 years. He is patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. Dr. James always try’s to listen to your concerns and he introduces a variety of help to assist with your health and circumstances! I highly recommend Dr. Geoffrey James to anyone wanting the best in his field.

I have nothing but compliments for every single person who works in this office. Dr. Paredes is absolutely amazing. She is kind, takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense, and clearly cares for her patients. FemCare has the #1 BEST office staff I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with in a medical office. They are all so nice and make me feel so welcome in the office! Highly recommend. I come from over an hour away and they are worth it!

I decided to leave this practice mid pregnancy, after become violently ill one evening (while 5 months pregnant) and not being able to get ahold of or ever hear back from an on call doctor. Their doctors could not be bothered to return an urgent voicemail left by a pregnant woman in tears nor did anyone from the office call back the next day. I ended up at the OB center at baptist in Kendall for emergency care. When I explained to Dr. James what happened, he proceeded to tell me that he understood, because had been sick enough to go to the ER for an IV once himself. So callous, very poor bedside manners. AFTER all of this… they billed my insurance 1,300 for absolutely no reason what so ever, other than the fact that I left the practice and they will no longer be getting that huge delivery bill out of me! You can absolutely bet I will be fighting out this claim, and will not be paying one more dollar to this negligent office.

Dr. James is an outstanding physician! He has excellent bedside manner & is very pleasant. I moved 2 hours away & still kept him as my OB. My reason for not giving 5 stars is office staff, particularly Ana. I contacted the office because I received a bill for a visit from several months ago. Ana identified herself as the billing mgr & told me my insurance denied the claim. I immediately contacted my insurance company who advised the claim was never denied but was still processing. I called Ana back & told her I had the insurance company on the line to clear up the billing discrepancy. She told me she couldnt take the call because she was busy with patients & I needed to call back at 430. I told her this was unacceptable & then asked for an office manager since I had the insurance company on the 3 way call. She said I am the office manager. I said wow you are billing manager, office manager, and you see patients!?! She said yes, I am in the middle of a procedure with a patient. I told her I would recommend that Dr. James hire additional staff since they are clearly under staffed.

Dr.James is a caring and knowledgeable physician. He and his staff are very accesible.I have been his patient for many years and he has my trust and gratitude.

I love them and know they are EXCELLENT! They always exceeded my expectations.I too had issues with several pregnancies. The way they helped me was on a very personable level of care. I speak highly of them all the time. I am so proud to have them as my doctors.If you are looking to change doctors, or need one, before you make a decision, call the office and ask if you can meet the doctor. This will help your decision making and you will get a better feel of the overall atmosphere and doctors knowledge. You will not be disappointed.

The most fun a womens visit can be LOL. The staff is always prepared and organized. The offices are clean, professional and prompt. I feel like they are respectful of my time and appreciate my business. Dr. Jason James is such a good doctor. I had to have surgery last year and he made me feel safe and kept me informed. My recovery was excellent and his bed side manner is top notch.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with all of the staff and the doctors at FemCare. I had a lot of complications through my pregnancy and I always felt informed and at ease (as much as one can be in my situation). During my pregnancy I ended up in triage multiple times and the staff at Baptist had very high opinions of my doctors. Each time they would reach out to them for guidance, the doctor would respond immediately. My initial Doctor was doctor Valdez, (who is absolutely amazing) but on the day of my delivery, Dr. James was the one who was on call. He was very professional, informative, and his bed side manner was exactly what you would want during your pregnancy. I highly recommend them.

My Dr. Geoff James is a very kind and I love him. I have to make an appointment with him in December. My visits are always with him on a yearly basis. I am looking forward to seeing him. My daughter Alexandra is also his patient but presently is in California where she has a job as a Graphics Designer. She visits him on December too. Hopefully, she will pay us a visit on Christmas and I will bring her with me to Dr. James office. I always look forward to seeing him. He has such a tender loving care to all his patients. He is always a caring person and I have never met such a good caring doctor. He goes out of his way to assist you in giving samples to his patients and that is a very good thing as I am reluctant to take medications if I don t try the sample. Seeing you doc in Dec. Ruth

I have been a patient of Dr. James for about 7 years.He has helped me through two great pregnancies.Him and his son are great. ! He takes his time and answers all my questions. I never feel rushed. Very professional.I would recommend to anyone.Everyone in the office is friendly.

This is a top notch practice, all around. The staff, from the front desk staff to the nurses and ultrasound techs, are extremely friendly and helpful. They even know me by name! Most importantly, the doctors are all amazing. They are all very knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive. I have never felt rushed; on the contrary, they go above and beyond to ask if I have any questions or concerns and they take the time to explain from multiple perspectives--common practice/occurrence, research findings, and their own experience. Dr. Salazar-Valdez is my main doctor and delivered both my babies. She is truly one of a kind. I highly recommend her. She is young, exuberant and compassionate, with a unique ability to make one feel at ease. Dr. Senemar is also amazing. She has a soft-spoken, reassuring and gentle personality. Though I have only seen his a couple times, I highly respect Dr. Jason James as well. He is incredibly knowledgeable and evidently up-to-date on current research. Dr. Benn is new to the practice (so I do not know her as well) but also appears very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. This is a great practice that is well-known and highly respected in the medical field. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I’ve been going to Dr Jason James for over 15 years. He and his staff are always welcoming and kind. It seems like this is one of the offices that do not overbook.

I have been a patient of Dr. Geoffrey James for over 25 years and he is the best doctor a patient could ever want. He is very professional, takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns and is extremely knowledgeable. In fact, when my daughter had a problem in the early stages of her pregnancy, she flew down from New York to consult Dr. James. His staff is also very professional and the waiting time is minimal. I highly recommend Dr. James to anyone looking for a great Gynecologist.

My experience this time around has been absolutely fantastic. The Staff is very friendly and professional. They usually have me see two doctors depending on who is available the day I schedule my appointment. And let me tell you that all the doctors are amazing. It’s a joy every time I see dr.senemar or dr.salazar. They are so down to earth and the absolute sweetest. They genuinely take an interest in my care and my baby. I love this office. I feel very comfortable when I am here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and tidy. It is a great doctors office. I highly recommend Dr. Karen Salazar Valdes. She is awesome! I feel the most comfortable with her. Even though I only see her once a year she is very personable and kind.

Dr. Salazar is absolutely great! She truly is doing what she is meant to do. I would have never been able to go through my pregnancy without her. She even called me back at a very panicked moment I had in the emergency room. She walked me through the process. She is a fantastic doctor. I 110% give her and Dr. J James my approval.

Dr. Geoffrey James has been my doctor for 34 years. I have recommended many women to him and the doctors that work with him. He is kind, compassionate, his attention to detail is amazing. At the age of 26 (Im 59) I had a pap smear done and Dr. J sent the results to an outside lab. He was not happy with the results based on his physical exam of me and 3 results later - I was positive for pre cancerous cells. I had a procedure done and Thanks to Dr. J. I never got cancer. More than 9 women in my office and my daughter in law go to FemCare. FemCare has delivered 12 babies I know. Staff: Ive never ever waited more than 20 minutes and if an emergency comes up - they call you! Very few offices run as smoothly as this one and my family are doctors.

From the first visit with Dr. James I knew that he was the chosen one. He is such a great gynecologist. Dr James is friendly, Attentive a great listener, most of all he keeps a smile on his face making sure all your needs are met.

This was my first appointment and Dr Paredes was so genuine and comforting. She is a really nice and down to earth doctor. My tests were done very efficiently and everything was explained to me. After feeling a little queasy after one of the tests Dr Paredes and the nurse that assisted helped to make me feel better and put me at ease. The practice was very clean and well run. Everyone wore masks and temperatures were taken on entering for COVID precautions. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Geoffrey James for two years and I am so glad to have finally made the switch to this practice as Dr. James and his staff are extremely professional, friendly and go above and beyond to assist you in any way possible. I was use to calling to make an appointment only to be given appointments 3-4 months but not with this office. Appointments are given within a reasonable time frame, the actual wait time when youre there is award worthy. I am in and out while on my one hour lunch break! I used to wait up to 3 hours to be seen at my last Ob-Gyn office. Dr. James is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. I was recently seen by Dr. Teri Benn for a breast concern that came up and was so pleased with her care. A+ practice!

Dr. Paredes is truly amazing!Within the first 5 minutes of meeting her I knew that she is someone that truly loves what she does and she is truly interested in your health!Not only is she knowledgeable in women’s health but she takes the time to listen to you and address every single concern, she doesn’t let you leave the office until you’re 100% satisfied and all questions are answered. Dr. Paredes and her staff were incredible! Dr. Paredes was very detailed during our visit, ensuring all my concerns were addressed & made me feel at ease during the procedure. Ainsley was the nurse that took the time to ask me questions, and draw blood (pain free); very amiable and professional.

Dr. Geoffrey James and his efficient staff were, as usual, very professional and caring during my most recent appointment. There was no long wait (like most other doctors offices) and everyone was so pleasant. Dr. Geoffrey James is the best.

I have been going to this office for several years for regular yearly check ups, most recently for my 1st pregnancy. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and have made the decision to leave this office due to rude staff and length of follow up. Dr Jason James was always pleasant and helpful but I cannot say the same for his staff and follow up manner. I went to the emergency room (OB triage at Baptist) early this past Sunday with contractions 5/6 minutes apart, at 29 weeks this was far too soon in my pregnancy to give birth. The hospital attempted to call the OB on call doctor several times to no avail. On Monday I called the office at 9am and explained what happened Sunday and that I still had not been feeling well and thought I may need to return to the ER. 2 hours later I still had not received a call back from a doctor. I called the office again at 11 saying I was concerned I was having contractions again and had not received a call back. Again I am 29 weeks and a premature baby at this stage is not ideal. I was told the doctors were busy and would call back when they could, I said I sure hope I don’t have this baby at home, the receptionist Monique replied with “If your having a baby you’ll know it”. This is my first child I didn’t even know I was having contractions or how to identify them on Sunday, until after calling a family member and googling. I am a concerned first time parent who was just admitted to the hospital for contractions and given steroids to stop them, and diagnosed with a short cervix. I think a doctor should make this a priority. That answer upset me to the point where I called and asked for my records to be copied and ready for pick up as I was determined to find a new doctor that day (which I did luckily). The person I was transferred to on the phone Anna said she was sorry they were backed up because they had their holiday party over the weekend. That was the last straw and confirmed to me that I was making the right decision to leave their practice. If they can’t handle having an office party and answering a patients call with an emergency I do not want them anywhere near me or the delivery of my unborn child. I will never return and I will never recommend this office to anyone.

Let me start off by saying My doctor was AMAZING. She explained everything thoroughly and is always happy to see her patients. The staff was also good too except for the ultra sound tech. I understand the ultra sound tech can not say much however she has terrible bedside manners and comes off cold. She Does the ultrasound very quickly. Wont let you see the screen whatsoever. Didnt even show me the last ultrasound. And as soon as shes done, she sits in her chair and starts doing her report without saying a word to you. No bye, no nothing. We just leave the room in awkward silence. To top it off, at my last ultrasound she asked me if my doctor explained to me about the last ultrasound. I said yes and that my doctor explained as of now we will proceed because things are still progressing. She gave me this face of doubt and was like ok if the doctor says so. From there on, I know it wasnt good news. My anxiety went through the roof and I just waited for my doctor to deliver me and my husband the bad news. I understand my bad outcome wasnt her fault but thats definitely not how I went to receive my bad news.

Manager at reception is terrible. During every visit, they charge more than what my actual copay is. I have to produce the proof of my insurance details everytime after processing my claim ( after a week of visit) to get the refund of overpayment. Also, they charge copay for lab which is not part of my insurance plan. When I ask them the refund they said, its courtesy pay.My suggestion to whoever visit here, you should tally your payment with insurance claim paper for every visit.

Dr. Paredes and the staff were so welcoming. It was my first time at the gynecologist and I was extremely nervous beforehand but they made me feel very comfortable. She took her time to hear all my concerns and answer all my questions. I’m so happy I chose this office!!!

Dr. Jason James and the whole staff were extremely pleasant. They were nice, quick and very helpful. By far the best experience I’ve had at ANY doctors office. Will continue my visits, looking forward to the next :)

Dr. Paredes, Dr.James, Dr. Salazar and Dr.Senemar are outstanding. If you are looking for a practice with amazing OBGYN this is it. Professional, knowledgeable, comforting, helpful and efficient. I have been going to this office since before thinking of having kids. The care, dedication and treatment during my pregnancy and delivery was outstanding.

Amazing doctor! Ive been his patient for over 15 years! One of a kind. Absolutely love him! A visit to an OB/Gyn doctor is never something women look forward to, but Dr. GeoffreyJames has a very rare gift of making his patients exam easy to get through. Dr. Benn and Dr. Salazar are amazing they BEST. VERY PROFESSIONAL they make you feel very comfortable . DR. BENN is perfect love the staff there. I wish I can give them 100 stars. My wife wont use anyone else as long as she lives .

Very sad experience. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Senemar and was told on 3 different occasions that someone could go inside the visit with me. When I arrive to my appointment, the head witch in the front says no one is allowed unless it’s a husband with a pregnant wife and called me a liar. Not even asking if I were pregnant or had any issues, the office manager tried to trick me into going inside to see the doctor on my own. Normally I don’t have an issue with this, except the person going in with me was my partner, was treated like trash AND the doctor (whom has seen me before) didn’t even have the decency to speak to me. These people are NOT family or LGBT friendly. 1/10 do not reccomend this place. Very shady.

Although going to the Gyno is not one of my favorite things to do this office makes it very pleasant. The staff, nurses and doctors are very nice and polite. The doctor takes their time to discuss any questions/concerns you may have without feeling rushed.

What an amazing first experience! My friends highly recommended her and she definitely did not disappoint! So sweet and understanding! She answered all my questions and really eased me as I start this new journey! So excited to continue seeing her during this pregnancy!

I LOVE ALL THE DOCTORS IN THIS GROUP . THEY ARE SO CARING AND COMPASSIONATE , THAT GOES FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE AND THE MED ASSISTANTS ,NURSES, AND SECRETARIES, IT IS ONE OF THE FEW OFFICES WHER A REALLY PERSON STILL ANSWERS THE PHONE INSTEAD OF A MACHINE I HOPE IT STAYS LIKE THIS.

I love Dr Salazar, she takes the time to explain everything, I never feel rushed. I look forward to having her deliver my son in February. The front desk and all the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The doctors are amazing. The doctors deserve a 5 STAR!!! I can’t say that about the check in/ check out staff. I was there today and I was so disappointed to experience such bad attitude and unwillingness to be helpful. I found it weird because they were much welcoming and friendlier the last time I was there which was about a year and half. I hope the manager or doctors can fix that because that does affect the patients that go there. It’s nerve wrecking to go to the gyno lol. But the staff does play a huge role they are the front line and represent the office. Please take this has constructive feedback. We just want to be able to deal with pleasant people when we go see the gyno. Lol If you don’t like working with the public then you need to consider a different job. Just saying. But the doctors are amazing and the nurse assistants. Thank you for all you guys do!

The office staff is very helpful and Dr. James is great. He cares greatly for his patients. The office staff responds to concerns in a timely manner and are always respectful and show concern. I love it here.

Awful! As a young first time mother, I wanted to know what was going on with my body and I wanted someone to take the time to explain it to me. Benn didnt have an ounce of compassion during one of the scariest times of my life. Instead, she only made it scarier by strongly suggesting that medical procedures that I wanted to stay far away from were going to be mandatory, while simultaneously judging and condemning my partner, my choices to be a vegetarian, my plans for a natural, drugless birth, and my desire to limit my intake of prescription drugs throughout my pregnancy.The worst part of my experience was when I asked questions - I wanted details that she couldnt give me because this isnt med school or when she didnt know the answer I got there isnt enough research out there. Often times, simple google searches or findings in the What to Expect When Youre Expecting book (in their own waiting room) would get me better answers.Benn was the only doctor that was available after work hours (I didnt want to use up any more sick time or let my pregnancy get any more in the way of my managerial responsibilities at my office) but she passively yet aggressively insisted that I see another doctor for my fourth visit. I wasnt comfortable with a male doctor and none of the other doctors had hours that suited my needs. I knew this wasnt the team of people I wanted to help me bring my life in to this world.Benn specialized in botox and other cosmetic procedures at the practice that she transferred from - this is clearly her area of expertise, not obstetrics. After finding a few other doctors that were a bit more personal, knowledgeable, honest and compassionate, I finally decided to switch to Miami Maternity Center for a natural birth and Ive never been happier.My experiences with this practice are still haunting me because office staff failed to tell me that they were not in the network for my insurance. Even though I asked multiple times if I was covered and if they accept my insurance, I currently owe over 10k for a total of four visits where she sat and talked to me for about 15 minutes. (Once I waited for an hour and a half.)What a sorry excuse for a doctor for women. All they teach in medical school is how to prescribe medications and other unnatural medical procedures. These doctors dont understand the magical potential of the human body, especially the womans body.

Ive been a patient since 2005 and my experience has always been exceptional. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Jason James is a keeper in my book!!

I recommend FemCare to anyone who is looking for an honest, caring, well-run OB-GYN. They always take such good care of their patients, and each of their doctors in the practice are really great. Waiting times are minimal, they always answer the phone and are easy to work with. All of my friends and I now go to them!

Dr. Salazar Valdes is excellent! She really made me feel comfortable and calm during what could be a very uncomfortable experience. I would recommend her and FemCare to anyone! Very happy with my experience.

Love this office. Never have to wait long. The office staff is very welcoming and I love Dr. Paredes! She is so amazing! She takes her time and I felt like she answered all my questions. Dr. Paredes made me feel so comfortable!

Dr. Paredes did a great job at my first visit. She is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. The staff is friendly and professional too. I really had an excellent experience!

Dr. Geoffrey James has been my OG-Gyn since 1980 when he delivered my first born. He subsequently delivered my other two boys. He is the best doctor anyone could ask for. Not only is he a gentle soul, but a wonderful caring and loving individual. My last child had to be delivered by C-Section prematurely due to pre-eclampsia and toxemia. When he saw me that morning he was so nonchalant about my blood pressure being 220/110 that he very gently said to me, Rosa, I think I want you to go to the hospital just for observation. Little did I know that I was about to have a C-Section the next day at 32 weeks gestation. Even though Andy ended up in the neonatal unit for a whole month he is now a Junior at the University of Florida. I highly recommend Dr. James as well as his son, who delivered my two grandchildren.

I have been so happy with the folks at FemCare OBGYN. They delivered my daughter and took excellent care of me through my pregnancy and afterward. I recommend them to everyone who asks me for an OBGYN. I feel very safe and supported by my doctors there.

During Covid-19 pandemic, going to any medical facility is a daunting task, everyone at FemCare made it much less so. Office was super vigilant in making sure all protocols were followed. Also, the Dr. and nurse took their time to listen to me FINALLY. After having visited my fair share of doctors offices, i finally felt like i was being listened to and my concerns were being addressed. Thank you! :)

I Love the Staff, & I Love Dr. James the service has always been exceptional. Its unfortunate he doesnt take my current insurance. As soon as I am able to change insurance plans I will return to his office.

I have had my prescriptions lost or not called in several times spoke to a Janice that wasnt even apologetic. I love my doctor who is amazing though. I wouldnt recommend ANYONE going here if customer service is what important to you.

Dr. Senemar was referred to me and I am so glad she was. No woman enjoys going for their annual visit to their ob-gyn, but Dr. Senemar made the experience as comfortable as possible. She is extremely caring and takes the time to listen to your questions or concerns.The only reason I am giving her 3-stars is because the staff could definitely use some changes. The front desk staff is not the friendliest and certain people there seem to have difficulty returning phone calls.

Dr. James, Sr. is an amazing physician with the best bedside manner. He takes his time to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend him and his son Jason James as well.

Very few times in my life as and adult have I gone in a GYN Office and have felt so at ease. He is by far the most professional and kind, with a great staff to back him up loved my visit without exaggeration.

This practice was once great but ever since it changed owners or whatever happened a couple of years ago, it is garbage. The office staff is rude, they make you wait an hour to see the doctor even-though you have an appt. Then after all this time waiting the dr spends 15 minutes with you, at most, spitting out a bunch of information while inflicting enormous amounts of pain, so who can remember any of it? Finally, I am trying to move to a different dr and they cant seem to find a way to fax over my complete medical history, want me to pick up the records and then want to charge me for this. It is incredible. Their site says they have 4.95 stars. That is not true not even a little bit. Stay away all their flashy advertising and magazine article or just that flash. Their service is awful.

I have been going to see Dr. Geoffrey James for over 25 yrs. He is a very warm and caring doctor. He takes his time to explain any issues and makes you feel really comfortable.

I made an appointment for a regular check-up and once I was in the waiting room, I over heard two employees saying (for everyone to hear) that one of the patients they had just seen had a disgusting odor down there and the other one say that it was due to the fact that the patient had Gonorrhea. Immediately I grabbed my purse and left. I will not be seen by anyone that doesnt think patient confidentiality and trust is important.

My sister recommended Dr. Bass and let me tell you since I started going there he has done everything he can to help me. He is an awesome ob/gyn I would recommend him to anyone…

You are my absolute favorite Gyn doctor but unfortunately I had to switch insurances and you are not on my list of providers. I will have to hold onto this insurance for another year--its Preferred Care Partners with Medicare. Hopefully you will be on my provider list next year because I have not been to another Gyn doctor since I saw you last. I know--not a good thing.

I made a last minute appointment because of a serious concern and I was quickly accommodated. The staff was so friendly, the facility extremely clean, the technician and doctor Paredes were very comforting and easy to speak to. Thank you!

I went for a consultation. I literally had one question to ask. I was charged as if I had a complete evaluation done. Wehn I called to clarify this, the office staff person was extremely rude. She basically could have cared less and did nothing to help. I´m not going back...My consultation with doctor Seminar was fine, no complaints there but the staff needs to seriously reevaluate their customer service skills. Rude!

My first visit to a gynecologist in Miami and after lots of research Ive come across this wonderful beautiful location .I love my gynecologist Dr.Geoffrey James!!!!Super patient,knowledge,caring,informative and most professional!!😃The front desk girl was a bit rude but Ive stated this to my nurse Janice whom was so sweet,attentive and caring and she apologized on her behalf she also went out of her way to check my blood pressure as I told her I wasnt sure if I was going to be able to take certain birth control due to high blood pressure in the family.I couldnt believe how nice and well mannered she treated she made my day! After my AMAZING consultation experience ,I received a call from Janis I hope I got it right!To make a second appointment to start on birth control online but there were issues with the scheduling.She was so sweet and wonderful enough to save me the trip of 45 mintues and sent my prescriptions to my nearest pharmacy!😃💚💚💜Ive never knew I would find such a gem of a place in all of Miami !!So thank you to all your wonderful and attentive staff and doctors!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE NEW IN TOWN AND WANTING PHENOMENAL SERVICE.🏆6 Stars!

Super unhappy .. I was going to be a new patient and The office literally called me 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel it .. when I already left work and was on my way. Then after they cancelled my appointment they said there were no available appointments till the end of august with none of the doctors in the office its a shame because I read some good reviews.
