The doctors, a couple of nurses and one ultrasound technician are good. Everyone else in that practice is unprofessional and incredibly rude. Feels more like a factory and a money grabbing business rather than a practice that aids people through the thought process which is infertility. Zero empathy towards the patients.

After a 6-year fertility journey, we found the perfect ally in Dr. George Attia and his team at UHealth Center for Reproductive Medicine. Their caring, positive, and knowledgeable approach made our dream a reality. Each team member took the time to know us personally, offering continuous encouragement. Dr. Attias inclusive guidance, detailed explanations, and proactive follow-ups ensured our involvement in every decision. I love the staff. Everyone treated me great. Milagros is the best. George Roshdy Attia, MD was also amazing. Explained step by step as to what was going to happen. I am so thankful for them. My IVF was a success with my son being born 2023. I recommend this doctor to anyone. I will be seeing them again soon I hope.

My husband and I arrived at Dr. Attias office on February 2022 via a referral from a family member who used them and had a successful result. His team is incredibly diligent and they have their required steps first to understand your fertility condition before coming up with a recommendation. Dr. Attia is thorough and clear in his messaging. His outmost priority is to ensure you as a couple are succesful. I had my heart set on starting via IUI, but he was clear to us that would not be the best approach with our scenario. We trusted him and his staff fully and began our journey. It took 8 months for our journey to yield viable embryos and a successful pregnancy. My husband and I couldnt have done it without the support of his amazing nursing staff, especiallly Milagros. His incredible embryologist, his wonderful ultrasound technician, Janet, his front line staff and the lovely Rana. Everybody here felt our highs and lows and were with us every step of the way. We cant wait for them to meet our daughter once she is born in September. Thank you!

Thank you so much to Dr. Attia and staff for making our dream come true. The process from beginning to end went so SMOOTH and stress free especially compared to the first fertility clinic we were at. We let the doctor/staff pick the embryo to transfer since both were perfect. Now I’m almost 4 months pregnant with a baby boy. De. Attia and the team were amazing. Always resolved our issues and worked with us to make sure we felt comfortable through the process. Thanks to them we welcomed our baby after 4 years of trying. Special thanks to Sandra and Nathalie, the biggest cheerleaders through our IVF cycle.

I’ll start off by saying doctor Attia is great. I’ve been seeing him and I do trust he is a great doctor. HOWEVER, the way this office operates is horrible. Back in February a whole genetic panel was ordered and the office failed to get pre-authorization from my insurance. The person ordering this didn’t even bother to check the insurance card in which this was clearly stated, or at least let me know that some of these test might require pre authorization so I can do that myself. Fast forward to now I have to pay a $4000 bill because obviously my insurance denied the claim for that reason. And this is not even the worse thing about it. I’ve called for weeks now and haven’t been able to get an actual person on the line. I get sent straight to voicemail and my voicemails never get answered. I truly want to do IVF with doctor Attia but I can’t even imagine going through IVF and having to deal with an unresponsive staff like this if i ever need a question answered or need to simply consult with them.

Thanks to Dr. Attia Im a Momma! My daughter is 17 months now, and healthy as can be.My experience with the staff was great. With the exception of a nurse ( lily) but its my understanding she no longer works there.Dr Attia is straight forward. No babysitting or holding your hand. I was ok with that because I wasnt paying a premium price for treatment.Its a teaching school which means students will participate in some of the exams. Didnt bother my husband and I since we hope these students become great Doctors like Attia and help other couples have a family!I wish I wrote this review sooner. Seems like an eternity has passed and I cant remember all the details. But over all 100% happy !!

Unfortunately the process has been badly executed with a poor follow up and bad medical advices. They have too much patients and not enough staff. Our nurse went part-time and we had to wait extra time to have some medical results. We had 2 embryos and asked us if we wanted implanted fresh or if we wanted to froze them without explaining the difference. We implanted them fresh (you think it’s always better fresh right?) without knowing that is better to froze them before the implantation so that the uterus has time to restore (this has been explained by the new clinic). A process that usually take 3 months have been done in 3 weeks. Can’t recommend it.

We came to Dr. Attia after a cancelled IVF at a different local clinic. Right away Dr. Attia was able to identify and set out a plan customized for US! His ability and knowledge are impressive! He has impeccable bedside manners and immediately made us feel at ease during this journey. The night before the test came out positive, I felt as if my period was coming, I told my husband that even if I got my period, I was convinced Dr. Attia had done everything in his power to make this a successful cycle, and there was nothing more ANYONE could have done. Wait and behold I am now 13 weeks pregnant with a baby girl due next summer! I will forever be grateful for Dr. ATTIA and his entire staff ! Our wonderful nurse Savannah is the best!

Thank you to Dr. Attia for his impressive knowledge and skills and his team for aiding us in becoming parents. We are expecting our first boy. The office was always very professional, they treat you like family and make sure that you have a comfortable experience. They explain the procedures and everything it involves. The prices are very reasonable and I never felt rush to make a decision. Thank you again.

We went to see Dr. Attia for our treatment. Even though he is not a talkative person he cares about his patients. We had our miracle on our first try with Dr. Attia, the staff was very good too, our nurse was involved in the procedure and asked all questions we would have along the way. If I had to do it again, I will go to UM without a doubt.

Dr. Attia and his team (Savannah, Sandra, Maria, Maggie, Janet, Mayra, Diana, Nicole and Rana) are absolutely amazing and are true angels. After several years trying to conceive he and his team made our dreams come true. We are expecting our bundle of joy in June and could not be happier. Thank you Dr. Attia for this miracle.

Actively being ignored by staff when I ask for a follow up on something I was supposed to get a follow up for months ago. Avoid if you want to have your money actually go towards fertility health.

Couldnt have asked for a better doctor or clinic staff. Have been with them for two years and can only speak positively about them.Thank you for taking care of me and my family.

If I could put zero stars, I would no one ever answer the phone no one ever calls back after you left a lot of messages I paid my money and I can’t get a call back to reschedule a procedure.

It was great to find a clinic that cares more about the patient and results than the money. The team was great and I would highly recommend.

I only have good things to say about Dr. Attia and his staff. I am currently expecting a pair of twins! THANK YOU!!

My experience was not the best with this clinic and Dr Attias. After 4 failed processes. It is simply a place to waste money because in my case from the beginning there were tests that other specialists could not perform and he did not give importance to a study that was very important. My process was painful and traumatic, I do not recommend it.

Terrible experience and a lot of lack of vocation of the health personnel, except for the minority that tried to help us. It is very sad that someone like a doctor or any health personnel does not feel any empathy or concern for their patients.
