Irresponsible, unprofessional people who do not prioritize the patient. Total nonsense! I had a visit with the doctor, “Juergen Eisermann” I canceled in advance because my husband had a work trip and couldnt accompany me. On the day of another medical visit, they called me the day before to tell me that if I DIDNT HAVE DOCUMENTATION from my other doctor that I COULDNT GO and that they would cancel my appointment automatically. What do they want me to say? They canceled my appointment the day before BECAUSE THEY DIDNT NOTIFY ME BEFORE that I couldnt be seen if I didnt have the documentation and that I was forced to fill out the online form (which I NEVER DO) if you dont use the computer you cant being treated by these people, a lack of respect for the patient!! I couldnt go to the appointment. Now that I have all the documentation, I call the clinic and they tell me that I am prohibited from seeing this “so-called” doctor because I CANCELED THE APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME DAY!! Like this??? Irresponsible professionals prioritize themselves before anything else, in other words… God free me from this clinic and this doctor. They were disrespectful to me more than once and put the blame on the patient due to the clinics lack of organization and respect. THINK, IS IT WITH A TEAM AND A DOCTOR LIKE THIS THAT YOU WANT TO BE CARE FOR? Im out, God free me from you!

Love, love love everyone this office and Dr. Eisermann! I followed every step here until I had my baby girl :) Dr. Eisermann was always very knowledgeable and caring. His team especially his nurse and assistant are awesome. My husband and I will never forget them!!!

Dr. Eisermann is a miracle doctor for me and people I sent to him. He changed our lives and help our children to meet us- mother’s and fathers. Regardless of all prognoses from previous doctors, I was able to have a child and most important- to keep my pregnancy .I lost 3 babbles before. I was dying with each of them. Who went through this- knows what I am talking about.God bless Dr, Esermann and his team for their hearts and talent and knowledge. My child 18 yo now!And people I recommended to him- about 4 of them- all became a parents! I wish the best to all people who going to see my Doctor! I know you are going to be well🙏❤️

Dr Eisermann is great but the wait times are outrageous- I have never been to his office without waiting 1-2 hours. It’s a bit unorganized and there needs to be a better system instead of keeping patients waiting for over 2 hours

Dr. Eiserman is amazing! He is very personable and great at what he does. My husband and I have a baby girl as a result of Dr. Eiserman and his team’s help.

I went a few years back with Dr Eisermann for IVF. I knew this is what we needed since day 1.He did a completely unnecessary procedure that just made me get my period 3 times in a month. When I called the office they could care less. I felt used as my silly unnecessary procedure cost over $5000 for nothing. He then mysteriously lost my blood work and wanted to redo it again. I go up and left (and I’m happy I did!). I was a patient of Dr Eisermanns for 4 months.I ended up going elsewhere where they had to normalize my periods as the procedure had wrecked havoc in my reproductive system.I got pregnant after one ivf attempt at the other place.

Front desk lady was rude and no helpful at all.We planned the appointment from out of state and they never told me that I needed a referral. We missed the appointment and our work day.We dont have PCP in Florida. We just moved.

The best doctor in the world the most professional the most human the one with the best heart. from the first day he transmitted peace and security to me. trust him from day one. God always bless you. and all his team are excellent too

I am so blessed and happy to have met him. Within 4 months of seeing him I was pregnant. Mind you, I have PCOS, and I had tried with 2 other fertility doctors for close to 3 years total as well as 2 failed rounds of artificial insemination. Third round we didnt even complete since there were issues with me ovaluting properly. I got pregnant with just heavy monitoring through Dr. Es office and raising VitD. Office staff great as well and follow up is awesome. Currently 37w3d pregant and anxiously awaiting my baby girl. Good luck! Highly recommend Dr.E!!

I love Dr Eisermann. He tells it like it is which maybe difficult to hear. But the truth is always appreciated. He will work with your specific needs and answers all your questions. Excellent Doctor. I highly recommend him

Unfortunately, I just called the Dr.s office to inquire about my insurance and services and I wasnt even allowed the chance to speak and was shut down, clearly that receptionist in Cooper City didnt care and lost a potential patient. Dr. Juergen, change that reception, God knows how many patients you have lost due to that receptionist!

This establishment is it!The staff is very polite, professional, clean knowledgeable, they respect your privacy and most importantly your time. Dr. Eisermann, the staff and the office are all amazing!

After 4 different treatments with different Dr. we finally were able to have our little miracle... Thanks for my little miracle Dr. Eisermann! We owe you so much!!!

Hello15 years ago, I, with my tubes operated, divorced and remarried, my new husband wanted to have a child.I looked for several doctors, I went with one first, but very expensive and without much hope, I did not give up and continued the search and found Dr. Eisermann, simply the best!!Today my son is going to turn 14 years old. I will always be happy that I found it!!

She had been undergoing treatment for years to get pregnant, and through very good references we learned about Dr. Eisermanns experience in Miami.We contacted each other and traveled from Ecuador to Miami for the first date. We left very optimistic and in November 2017 we returned with my husband for IVF treatment.I am now 16 weeks pregnant, we are expecting twins and my pregnancy is going very well.I recommend 100% to my friends and anyone who wants to put themselves in the hands of Dr. Eisermann.Very good care from the nurses and doctors, the treatment is very cordial and we returned to Ecuador very grateful and happy.

My experience with Eiserman is excellent, I have gone through many doctors and bad experiences, others only think about money, he loves his profession and is an extraordinary human being, just talking to him gives you peace and calm that is so needed in these treatments if you are thinking Dont think twice about going, you wont regret it. I had my first child thanks to him and the second arrived alone without treatments!!

I love the professional treatment of the doctor and his nurses and his group in general. I have never felt so comfortable and confident, I would always recommend them to me, they are more than a family.
