We went to the Miami IVFMD clinic and not disappointed. The waiting room is very nice, comfortable, clean and welcoming. My wife and I had a great experience with a nurse practitioner named Bianca. Not only did she make my wife feel at ease but also she talked us through the process and made sure that she was doing alright. This experience with Bianca was amazing, and very impressive. If we could have her soly as our nurse practitioner that would be heaven sent. Im sure there are many other nurses and doctors that are also great at the Miami IVFMD, but for our family Bianca stood out and was amazing.

Thank God for IVFMD and Dr. Enrique Soto what an amazing team they are very professional and organized from the first meeting with Dr. Enriquez Soto. He was very confident and professional told you worst case scenario first and always had a solution. I went to three other doctors and struggle for four years to get pregnant nobody can get me pregnant one round with DR. Soto and boom I had my baby you will not regret going to this clinic. The nurses are amazing and you will for sure have your baby shout out to nurse Jenine for finding my veins when nobody else could thank you so much for our blessing.! if you were thinking of coming to this clinic, go book your consultation right now words cannot describe how grateful I am .

Marta Montenegro is hands down amazing. With her help of reviewing bloodwork and my lifestyle, she came up with a plan to achieve our goals without having to do anything medically. I am forever grateful that she looked to find the reason for the issues I was having and a way to fix it by making lifestyle changes. She helped me become a healthier person and a mother.

Our journey with IVFMD started in July 2018, but it wasn’t until the summer of 2019 that we met Marta Montenegro, their Lifestyle Fertility Counselor, after experiencing challenges. Following an early miscarriage and a failed frozen embryo transfer, Martas guidance and support were a game changer for us. Working with her for three months before our third frozen embryo transfer led to the birth of a healthy and happy boy.In the fall of 2021, we turned to Marta once again as we wanted to expand our family. Her nutritional expertise proved invaluable as we underwent two successful egg retrievals to bank embryos and a successful frozen embryo transfer giving us our happy 1 year old baby girl.As we prepare to grow our family again this summer, we are returning to Marta with full confidence in her unmatched knowledge, compassionate guidance, and genuine care. Marta Montenegro (alongside Dr. Bustillo) helped me have the embryos we have today. I am a mom today thanks to Marta Montenegro who navigated my infertility by helping me make lifestyle changes and reduce inflammation. I was able to have a successful retrieval and get pregnant naturally after 5 years (right before our scheduled transfer) thanks to Marta. Im currently working on baby #2 with Dr. Thompson and Marta. It has been a wonderful experience considering infertility is tough and emotionally and financially burdensome. I love the team and they make it easier on us as we go through the journey of infertility. Sasha is also someone I really appreciate so much. I highly recommend IVFMD!

At the beginning everything was beautiful i was so happy with the clinic and the customer services. After I done with the initial visit and labs, it took almost a month and a half for the follow up visit to know the labs results. The day before the follow up visit, a lady called me to say that the appointment is cancelled because there is a missing lab test. I went to the clinic to make sure of what happened and yes they confirmed that the patient coordinator never noticed that the lab test was missing. BTW the patient coordinator has a bad actitud her name is Gricel.They go ahead and did the lab test without letting me know first the cost of the exam. When I went to the checkout window they informed me of a bill of $1200 for a blood test. I just took off and will never go back.What a shame, this clinics take advantage of the people situation.

No words to express how grateful I am to have come across Marta Montenegro on my IVF journey. I’ve had several metabolic factors work “against” me in my journey. Her expertise in managing metabolic conditions is truly invaluable. From the very beginning, she took the time to thoroughly understand my unique needs and tailored a nutritional plan that was both effective and practical. She always made sure to follow up on my bloodwork and update my vitamins and needs consistently. Be prepared to do the work! Trust me it wont be easy, there were days I felt like giving up but if you follow her instructions to the best of your ability you will get results. Besides her expertise Marta is truly compassionate, your pain is her pain, and your happiness is her happiness. She genuinely cares about her patients and wants to see them succeed. I’m delighted to say I now have my miracle baby boy thanks to Marta’s contribution, I truly feel I could not have done it without her apart of my journey.

I have been through six rounds of IVF, three of which were at one of the top rated clinics in the country. I have never had such personalized care as I did with Dr Palmerola. So much so that I just finished celebrating the second birthday of the son she helped me make. I was a tough case because I was completely healthy but needed personalized care and that’s what I got with Dr Palmerola. I am eternally grateful to the practice. Also, I have seen and heard several of the physicians in the practice who are genuinely invested in their patients.Dr. Palmerola is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and invested in her patients success. I now live out of state and although I have IVF clinics close to my home, Im considering flying back just because I cant imagine getting as great care as I did with IVFMD and Dr. Palmerola and her team,

Dr. P. explain everything with details. Always providing what is better for you. She made a meeting with a bunch of Fertility Doctors to talk about my case and was really helpful to avoid some mistakes in my IVF treatment. Her team is great!

Dr. Palmerola was great. She took a thorough history, explained everything very well, and did her best to expedite my care. I trust her expertise and appreciate her kind demeanor. As a side note, she was also running on time, which is always a plus!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at IVFMD South Miami. After waiting for two months for my appointment and confirming multiple times that they accepted my insurance, I arrived on the day of the appointment only to be told that my insurance was not covered and I would need to pay over $400 out of pocket.The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, showing zero sympathy and being passive-aggressive with both her words and facial expressions. This lack of professionalism and compassion is unacceptable, especially in a place where couples come already heartbroken, stressed, and emotionally exhausted. IVFMD never called to inform me about the insurance issue, despite my efforts to confirm coverage beforehand. I do not appreciate the dismissive attitude of the staff, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility treatments.

I spoke to someone my first visit and she was super friendly but the next appointment I had was for a blood draw only. They were over na hour delayed. They left me a huge bruise on my arm from the blood draw - I have see through skin and have never had an issue before. They then surprised me with an ultrasound and stuck me in a room with no instructions and got mad at me 5 minutes later because I wasnt aware what I needed to do. So they were late and didnt communicate anything. I then went in for a pap and called to see if they were running on time but they kept confusing my appointment saying it wasnt there. When they finally got back to me 25 minutes prior to my appointment they said they were running on time. I show up and after waitibg 45 minutes I asked again and they kept saying almost. So I left. Horrible service, very disorganized, bad communication, and not respectful of others time. I took off work to do this test and honestly didnt have the trust in them to do it.

We are so happy we found Dr. SotoNever had a doctor dedicate so much of his time to explain and sympathize with you.Dr. Soto thank you very much for being so kind and detailed.. we look forward to continue our journey with you. !

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kimberly Thompson! She is both professional and genuinely caring. Dr. Thompson takes her time to explain things in the simplest and clearest way possible, making you feel relaxed and confident in her care. Its not just her; the entire team is exceptionally courteous and professional. We were greeted with nothing but smiles and professionalism. I couldnt have chosen a better clinic or doctor!

Dr. Palmerola is wonderful! So caring, kind, and patient. She didn’t mind me asking questions and explained things well. You can tell she truly loves what she does and does it with heart!

The IVFMD team is incredible and I highly recommend their services. I’m still on the journey, but so far I am extremely pleased and grateful for the doctor and all of the nurses who are supporting my husband and I through this process!!

Dr. Palmerola is an excellent doctor who demonstrates superb bedside manners and clinical knowledge. I highly recommend choosing her for your health journey. She goes above and beyond to listen and thoroughly answers questions. She is so caring, understanding, gentle, and a pleasure to work with. It’s obvious that she loves her job and has the skillset to excel at what she does. It is an absolute blessing to be able to have a doctor who deeply cares for her patients as much as Dr. Palmerola. Jeanine and the rest of the staff at IVF MD are also wonderful and kind.

Dr. Thompson was incredible! She is so kind and caring. She truly listens and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease.

I cannot say enough great things about this practice. Dr. Palmerola was so caring, empathetic, understanding, and knowledgeable. She guided us through the whole IVF process diligently, thoughtfully and with so much care. We worked with Marta Montenegro (MF, MS, CSCS, SFN, NSCA-CPT) Fertility Lifestyle Counselor as well after a disappointing result on our first IVF cycle. She is caring, understanding, knowledgeable, and really takes time to listen to her patients. She was such a great support for us throughout our second IVF cycle, and she made all the difference in our very successful outcome. She played such an important role in our IVF journey that we cannot thank her enough. I would highly recommend Dr. Palmerola and Marta Montenegro to any couple who is looking into IVF - absolutely wonderful practice.

Dr. Palmerola would say one thing about the timeline, but her staff would contradict and deny what she originally said. Getting answers from the staff via the Prelude app always takes several days, and the responses are often incomplete, requiring additional follow-up questions and more waiting. They treat the patients time as expendable, which could be avoided by simply sharing the timeline in advance, even a generic one. It makes me wonder how they can handle something as complex as fertility support when they cant manage the most basic aspects correctly.

The best experience at this clinic I owe it to Marta Montenegro, the lifestyle specialist/ nutritionist. She help me naturally conceive after 3 years of trying, 2 unsuccessful rounds of IVF ( 1 cancelled, 1 with zero embryos obtained ) and 3 IUII am a 35 YO with Hashimoto’s disease. She was able to spot inflammation in my body after a detailed examination of several blood work. She gave me a plan to follow and recommended me a bunch of suplements to help balance my organism. No one does that!! No Dr. ever goes to that extend to find the root of the problem; on the contrary they are really quick in recommending egg donor. Really!!! I am a 35 yo woman. That is just not common.Today I am happy to say that guided by Marta Montenegro I was able to conceive NATURALLY. She is 100% recommended.The experience with the clinic admin/ staff was not so pleasant, it is too messy and impersonal. They shoot text through the prelude app without even signing their name. but I wont get into all of the details

Amazing experience! Sasha is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. She made us feel comfortable very nice and she understands our situation and concerns.

Please steer clear of this factory. You will not receive personalized treatment or evidence based care. I want to save you all the pain I went through, changing facilities was the best decision I ever made. Dr Palmerola is still far too new to the field to be making the decisions she does. Please save yourselves the heartbreak and wasted time and go elsewhere.

The staff is useless and dumb as a bunch of rocks. Dr. P was amazing throughout but bc of her incompetent staff, we will be going to another facility for our 2nd embryo transfer. Im forever grateful that she got us 9 healthy embryos.... but every other part of the process has been issue after issue. From getting wrong medications, incorrect dates and timelines, to missing my start date on multiple occasions.... TO SHIPPING MY EMBRYOS TO STORAGE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT while I was still undergoing treatments. Im at a loss for words at this facility. Its terrible, save yourself headaches and heartaches. I really wish dr p had her own firm but oh well... moving on. I feel like I wasted a yr here. Other issues include.... charging my insurance and myself twice, not giving proper refunds for services not rendered... and lastly, the incompetent nurses causing me to have severe infections from faulty procedures like hsg. No wonder the nurses come and go like a revolving door.

Sasha was outstanding. She was prepared, technically sound, but able to provide insights in a clear and meaningful way. She placed me at ease immediately and I was thoroughly encouraged following the consultation.

I had 3 friends recommend this clinic to me so without doing research I decided to check them out. The nurse I met with, Sasha, was great - really informative, friendly, and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. However their front office staff is unwelcoming, speak to patients with attitude and look like they hate being there. They don’t like to answer any questions and are just trying to get rid of you. Overall, I was not thrilled about my experience there.

I’m convinced that every person I interact with at IVFMD is part angel. The whole staff is very professional and Bianca was amazing.

I loved speaking to Bianca, I felt like I was talking to a friend versus a nurse practitioner. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease

Dr Palmarola is a great doctor, both knowledgeable and caring. We were one of her first patients when she joined IVFMD in 2019. She got me pregnant first try with an IUI after talking me out of IVF. She is honest and doesn’t make you feel like she’s only in it for the money. We moved so have been with another clinic for 4 years but now we are back because we haven’t gotten the results we want.

I had a really terrible experience in the short time I went here. First of all, plan to wait more than an hour for any appointment. Secondly, you can only communicate through an app, which is fine 90% of the time, but there are instances when it isnt. The doctor I saw mistakenly messed up a medication ive been on, and messed up my cycle (after asking several times through the app if the doctor was sure on the meds). There were too many mishaps and misunderstandings - I ended up switching to a different clinic as I genuinely dont think I could trust this place.UPDATE:::: after telling them I’m switching providers, they send me a past due bill for something I already paid for. I sent a screenshot of the payment and they said “oh sorry, you’re right” this office is such an unorganized mess.

Excellent communication, had a appointment with Bianca Hernandez, really satisfied with the attention received from her highly recommended.

The most unorganized office in South Miami. If you’re looking for any service they provide, you should seriously consider your options. If you have an appointment don’t expect to be seen until at least an hour has passed. If you’ve paid your bill, keep track because THEY WILL send duplicates asking for payment.

Irresponsible, unprofessional people who do not prioritize the patient. Total nonsense! I had a visit with the doctor, “Juergen Eisermann” I canceled in advance because my husband had a work trip and couldnt accompany me. On the day of another medical visit, they called me the day before to tell me that if I DIDNT HAVE DOCUMENTATION from my other doctor that I COULDNT GO and that they would cancel my appointment automatically. What do they want me to say? They canceled my appointment the day before BECAUSE THEY DIDNT NOTIFY ME BEFORE that I couldnt be seen if I didnt have the documentation and that I was forced to fill out the online form (which I NEVER DO) if you dont use the computer you cant being treated by these people, a lack of respect for the patient!! I couldnt go to the appointment. Now that I have all the documentation, I call the clinic and they tell me that I am prohibited from seeing this “so-called” doctor because I CANCELED THE APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME DAY!! Like this??? Irresponsible professionals prioritize themselves before anything else, in other words… God free me from this clinic and this doctor. They were disrespectful to me more than once and put the blame on the patient due to the clinics lack of organization and respect. THINK, IS IT WITH A TEAM AND A DOCTOR LIKE THIS THAT YOU WANT TO BE CARE FOR? Im out, God free me from you!

My husband and I came to IVFMD thru a referral of a family friend. After having a horrible experience with UM fertility center with a failed IUI. We started treatment in the Fall of 2021 with Dr. Palmerola at first for our first IVF cycle. She is a wonderful Doctor and is very caring and knowledgeable in her field. However, she knew after my failed cycle I was diligent in wanting to continue my treatment so I then moved with Dr. Kimberly Thompson. She is the most humble and humanitarian Dr. I’ve ever met and never did I feel as a patient that my questions or concerns weren’t valid. They all were! Dr. Thompson took her time with us at every visit and was honest in her approach to helping us attain our dream of being parents. She didn’t sugar coat anything and told us exactly what we needed to know in regards to what could be our treatment options were in a delicate and caring manner. Something I appreciated wholeheartedly as dealing with an infertility diagnosis is draining, life changing, physically, emotionally and financially demanding by both partners and family members walking along the journey with you.I also had the pleasure to have on my team Dr. Montenegro and after our extensive fertility nutritional plan and supplements in preparation for our third IVF cycle. I then became pregnant and delivered safely at 39 weeks gestation, our miracle baby boy.The only problem I had unfortunately with IVFMD was the financial department. I highly suggest to keep record of every receipt and statement. I had to be on top of this during my treatments. I am very grateful to the hands of God for guiding us to the “dream team” of Dr. Thompson and her staff. 💙🤗

Dr. Thompson is wonderful and some of the staff as well. Sadly I have to give 1 star for the following reasons:1. I had surgery this past summer and as of today December 13,2021 my husband and I have not received our surgery deposit refund of 500.00. We have called and emailed multiple times. This practice group is a disorganized mess. We are going to file a complaint.2. Each appointment I waited up to an hour to be seen even when it was simple blood work. Other women I spoke with there had similar experiences. It seems like they are always taking new patients but do not have the proper staff to accommodate the numbers.3. When we voiced our concerns no effective action was taken. We do not recommend this practice group.

I had an unsuccessful egg retrieval in the Cooper City office and in hopes of optimizing my second chance, I decided to work with Dr. Montenegro. In a matter of 3 months, she put me on a supplemental and diet regimen and to our surprise, we conceived NATURALLY in 3 months all thanks to her! She is caring, knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to make you feel safe, at ease, and is extremely patient and kind. I cannot recommend her and her assistant enough, because thanks to them, we are now expecting! THANK YOU, DR. MONTENEGRO!Dr. Woods staff in the Cooper city office are also wonderful, both Lily and Chloe. I cannot say the same thing on the financial team, in specific Victoria. It would take me more than 2 weeks to get a reply from her. At the end, we were told we had not paid for a test we had done back in September. Fertility challenges are DIFFICULT and the added stress on financials does not help. Trying to get a response for weeks is disappointing and draining. I would put 5 stars, but her lack of response and friendliness was awful.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Enrique Soto! He really takes his time to explain the procedures and fertility treatments options. We are very grateful for his guidance and support! Our journey was very long and somewhat painful but he made us feel that we were not alone. He always expressed a positive attitude and encouraged us to to stay hopeful . Thanks to him and his team, we are now blessed and expecting our princess. I highly recommend him! 💖

Dr. Soto is an amazing doctor. He is kind, nice and very patient. Answers all of your questions. Doesnt let you leave his office until you have understood what was going on and if you agreed with the treatment option given to you. Awesome doctor.The office staff is also wonderful. Every time I went, I usually never waited over 10 minutes for my appointments. The girls learn your name and are super sweet.Love the entire office.

Katherine Palmerola deserves 0 star. I waited more that 1 month for the appointment, the we arrived 10 min late, just parking and traffic in miami, no phone call no msg to alert… nothing and Katherine need to go to a “meeting”… no courtesy waiting time, not even 10 min only and now need to wait another month… woow incredible… I will go to another place, truly a very bad experience.

If you find yourself at the end of your rope (or hope), unsure of your next step, out of time and out of answers, I wouldnt hesitant to book a first appointment with Dr. Katherine Palmerola and heres why: There arent many doctors like her in South Florida. Ive never met someone more willing, patient, and kind. Apart from very clearly having the knowledge and experience to do what she does, she brings a human touch to what is ultimately a very raw, human and often gut-wrenching experience. Ive never met a doctor who is so willing to go the distance, stick by your side during the highs and lows (there will be a lot of them), and *enthusiastically* answer every last question (and email!) I likely took too much advantage of the access she offers but words cant describe the peace of mind each email, message, and call brought me. Theres no greater medicine than that. I dont know what your journey looks like but if you are seeking a doctor who will tackle your case like a squirrel with a nut and do it all with the greatest knowledge, empathy, grace and optimism...look no further. I dont write reviews often and Ive never written a review for a doctor but she deserves all the praise and applause. She restored my faith in this field and practice. Shes that good. Best of luck to you, whoever you are!

I am giving the 5 stars only because they have an excellent ultrasound tech , her name it’s Sasha and when I have an ultrasound with her it’s the best , she has a deep knowledge of what she is doing , excellent manners and high professionalism. Some ultrasound techs are rough but Sasha has an excellent hand and explained with perfection what she is doing , I highly recommend her to anybody that want the best ultrasound experience possible . The office do need some work , specially with the front desk , but after having such a great ultrasound I feel happy. ( wife)

They are really good, front desk staff is friendly, if you leave a voicemail or send and email before 3pm youll get a response the same day. I was treated by Dr Thompson for the fertility part and Dr Montenegro for my thyroid and nutrition side. After trying 2 other clinics before, this was the 1st place that didnt treat us like a number, you can tell they really care about their patients, we were never rushed on the appointments and with 1 treatment with them we finally got our miracle baby.

Dr.Thompson and the staff at IVF have been amazing and always so accommodating. I recommend this clinic to everyone who is trying to grow their family, you won’t regret it. They always find realistic solutions and the nurse is great at returning calls. The appointments are on time and they don’t waste your time. Dr. Thompson was caring and empathetic to our situation and Explained everything so my husband and I could Understand. She wrote the steps clearly and was great at following up. They are the best!!!

There arent enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for the services I received here at IVFMD with Dr Soto, his nurses and the entire staff that dealt with me during my visits. The front desk Rosie and Danielle are the best even when they were taking my payments lol, it was always a pleasure, never a dull moment. Top of the line coordinator Nicole M. every single time I had an issue whether big or small one email sent to her and she was on it as if she was sitting there waiting on me to email her with my problem. Dr. Soto, the real reason Im able to sit here and write this months into my pregnancy with the greatest hope of seeing my little miracle is by far the best Ive came in contact with. There were other doctors I went to and their services always seemed as if my money was their main goal and not me having a child. From the very first day Ive met him he was very informative, he was patient, he explained everything and made sure I understood exactly what I was up against weather it was going to be a good outcome or not so good. He didnt sell me a dream he did whatever it took with the knowledge he have to make sure the dream of mine come true. Again I say Thank you to the entire staff at IVFMD. May God bless you all😊

We are very grateful to Dr. Soto and there are not enough words to express our gratitude and appreciation for services provided by him and IVFMD staff. After looking and doing research we are very happy that we made the decision to choose him. I been working in the medical field for a few years and Dr. Soto is not only a doctor/patient , he make you feel like a friend or part of his family, he is a special person who take his time on each visit to answer and clarify any concerns. IVF can be overwhelmed do to all the steps, medication, and cares that each patient needs, but during our first and each visit Dr Soto was very informative and patient and make sure we understood exactly how the process is and each step that will be done.Front desk Rosie, Allison, Danielle are wonderful, always with a smile and willing to help, Yosie my coordinator she is amazing, every single time i emailed or left a v.m with a issue whether big or small, she always answer me, same with Bianca she help me a lot too on my last part of the treatment. All the nurses are special, Jessica is wonderful, she answer and help me with each question and concerns. Alda and Annie they are very sweet and kind. Ninosska from suite 405 she is a beautiful and kind nurse too, very sweet during each of my lipids. Again, I would like to thanks the entire staff and Dr. Soto and God always bless you all, keep working hard.

This office has terrible customer service, I gave the benefit of the doubt going back after my first appointment ended up in a nightmare because a good friend had recommended it, but from the beginning to the end I had the worst experience a woman can have when seeking fertility treatment. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

Dr. Joelle Taylor and her staff are absolute angels!!I felt so comfortable and knew that with Dr. Taylors assistance, I would achieve my dreams of becoming a mommy. My initial appointment was on 2/5 and by 4/5, I got the exciting news that I was pregnant! I highly recommend IVFMD, a truly amazing experience!

Had a consultation on February 2021 and the doctor was great, but the team in charge of the treatment procedures and payment never responded my messages or my phone calls, very unclear on the instructions. Decided to put it on hold until this year. In March 2022 I call in to schedule a new appointment only to find out that I had a pending balance that no one told me before - apparently my insurance didnt cover some of the cost of my initial consultation and the office never called or emailed me about it. I paid for it but will not move forward with IVFMD, if they are so disorganized with charging for a consultation, imagine what the bill will be a year after I go through the actual treatment!

Very kind gentleman, extremely knowledgeable and made my wife feel very comfortable. Great person, very happy to have him helping us.

Dr. Soto, the best doctor ever . He made an amazing job helping my husband and me to achieved our most beautiful dream in life . I also want to thanks to the nurse Nino and the ultrasound technician Sandra . They were really caring people . I feel blessed to have my healthy bb with me today . My experience overall was wonderful in terms of goals and procedures. thanks God I was in perfect conditions biologically speaking so my IUI was successful from the first try. I am carrying a baby boy inside me strong and healthy!!!! financially yes I did have some angry moments because of some misunderstandings that I hope they can resolve in a proper manner. I know we all make mistakes, that does not mean it is a very professional place!!But I wanted to highlight the professionalism and the team work of the doctor and nurses. Doctor Kimberly was very knowledgeable and doctor Soto was super delicatedand nice and took very special care during procedures. I went to Dr. Palmerola. She is amazing however the front of office, staff and nurses are an absolute disaster. I, on average, waited 1 hour for all appointments, including the monitoring blood work and ultrasounds scheduled for 630, 7 and 730 am. You would think that at that time things would still be on time. For regular appointments they were generally 1-2 hours late. Be prepared to wait. Getting called ahead of time to be notified and of the delay would be a nice courtesy to take into account that I have a job and other commitments.

IVFMD made my dreams come true!I had been trying to conceive for about 2-3yrs. I live an hour away from Dr. Connie Alford office in Naples. I had gone to a specialist closer to home and was told my LAST options were iui, ivf, and Adoption. All this due to his lack of attention. Became a patient of Dr. Alfords for a second option. Was put on a routine, by the third month was pregnant with my first child. I could not thank Dr. Alford and her staff anymore! They are amazing. To the team you see starting the process, to the day you walk out knowing the goal you set was just months away. My little is now 4mths old. I could not be happier. THANK YOU!

Dr.Alford and her staff are the most kind, empathetic team one could hope for during this difficult time. They always take the time to triple check your ultrasound and bloodwork before making any decision. They genuinely care about making choices best for you and your baby. The front end staff is extremely organized and always have timely responses for insurance or scheduling questions. The nursing staff puts you first and you always feel like you are in the best hands possible. Dr.Alford is willing to try new treatment approaches or look at every possible alternative to safely get you pregnant. Their devotion to me as a patient will never be forgotten and I will sincerely miss them as I am 13 weeks pregnant. There is no question of where I would recommend anyone struggling with infertility to turn to. They make what is the most challenging experience seem doable with their help.

My favorite doctors office - from the staff, to the nurses, to my doc (Dr. Eisermann), and even the doctors on call! Nurses were always personable and nice. My calls were usually returned in a timely manner. I didnt like that there was no direct connection to a nurse; you always had to leave a message. However, I had an emergency one time and the operator/front desk was able to get me answers right away. I honestly have no complaints, only gratefulness for this office. God lead us to Dr. Eisermann and I am forever grateful. Hes the absolute best! He makes my husband and I feel comfortable and explains everything thoroughly. Hes patient and always gives me undivided attention. And best of all, in just a few months, he made our dreams come true, after struggling with infertility for 4 years! We had a great experience with Dr. Eisermann and the entire staff, they were caring, compassionate, professional and meticulous. They explained every step, provided plenty of resources and were always available to answer any questions.Our treatment was successful and we hope to welcome our little one in December.After several failed attempts with other providers we were thankful to find IVFMD and Dr. Eisermann, the difference was abysmal, I just wish I would have known sooner.

The whole staff at IVFMD are incredible. I had my baby girl in June and if it wasnt for Martha it wouldnt have been possible. Between the nutrition plan, exercise regimen and supplement it was the perfect combination. I lost over 30lbs and my hormonal imbalance completely changed. I will always be grateful for such a wonderful job she did and all the encouragement she gave me.

My husband and I were first referred to IVFMD by my OBGYN; however after a few conversations with friends, we discovered several had also seen doctors at this facility. After receiving a few mixed reviews on their experiences, we became a bit skeptical and contemplated our options. Our first appointment however, changed all of that. Walking into the beautiful office is impressive and although our guard was up, we both agreed that we would give it a chance, reassessing all after our first visit. Between the staff, the nurses, and my doctor (Dr. Thompson), I have yet to find something negative to say. Apart from spending a lot more money than wed like (though the end results are ultimately priceless), we have the utmost confidence in this facility. Should be sued for malpractice. I have never been to a more self serving doctors office. Doctor is far more concerned about making money off of every test than helping you have your baby. Beware of bait and switch policies. RUN from this place!

My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for over a year, and—particularly due to me being in my VERY late 30s—I finally had to face the fact that I was having issues with the “I” word: Infertility. It was upsetting to face up to the problem, and difficult to make that first appointment, but I am so, so glad I did. In the intervening three years we have gone through three rounds of IV with Dr. Roseff, and the process has been one of the most intense, emotional, challenging, and rewarding experiences of my life. Throughout every step of the way, being in Dr. Roseff’s care made a HUGE difference not only to the outcome of the IVF, but also to the experience of going through it all. Dr. Roseff is an incredible medical practitioner. He always showed tremendous care, compassion, respect, thoughtfulness, and sensitivity. I never felt hurried, I never felt that my opinion didn’t matter. I always felt well informed, and I always felt clear about my choices. Dr. Roseff offers comprehensive and holistic care. His approach embraces cutting edge medical treatments paired with acupuncture and fertility-focused nutrition. Over the three years of treatment it was clear that he was constantly evolving and making adjustments based on the most current research. His level of commitment and dedication was always amazing to me, and I feel extraordinarily lucky to have found him. An added bonus is that Dr. Roseff has an amazing group of people working on his team. In particular I would like to recognize nurse Kristi, who is one of the most wonderful health practitioners I have ever encountered. She is an amazing communicator, incredibly attentive, and has a true gift for putting people at ease. I would encourage anyone who is struggling with fertility issues to make an appointment with Dr. Roseff. There are no guarantees in this journey, but Dr Roseff did everything he could to help us be successful, and our third round of IVF worked!2) Marta MontenegroI highly recommend anyone who is working on fertility issues to consult with the brilliant Marta Montenegro. Over the last 2.5 years she has worked with me every step of the way through my IVF journey to help me optimize my health for pregnancy. I am now almost six months pregnant and I’m not sure that this would have been possible without her expertise. Marta offers a highly collaborative approach. She is extremely sensitive to the needs of the individual whilst utilizing her vast knowledge to give advice based on cutting edge research. Marta develops personalized meal plans that are as detailed and as flexible as you need them to be. She advised me to take a range of supplements that were customized to meet the needs of each step of the IVF process. I could see the results of her work all along, as she continually monitored my health through extensive blood work. Many times I made nutrition and supplement adjustments based on her advice, and quickly saw changes in my test results. In addition to her skill as a nutritionist, Marta is an extremely dedicated, warm, caring, and responsive person.

Dr. Eisermann is second to none. Hands down, the best fertility clinic in South Florida. 2 successful pregnancies with resulting births, I have zero complaints. I’m saddened once my journey with them is over and have to transition to OB/GYN because they always treat me like family. I have recommended countless couples to this practice, and they are equally satisfied.

I absolutely love this place, especially Dr. Marta Montenegro! She has been my nutritionist throughout the entire IVF journey and even now when my baby girl is already 4 months old. She has helped my tremendously and has not only taught me about proper nutrition and healthy body and mind, but has also always been there for me to offer the emotional support that is so much needed through this journey. My pregnancy was a success and I was blessed with a beautiful and healthy baby girl. I have learned so much through this journey and she has been instrumental in making sure I am healthy, happy , and achieve my goal of being a mommy. I am forever greatful to have found her and consider her not only my lifelong friend but also an awesome auntie :)

We went to the south miami location and Do not recommend. Extremely overpriced and you never see the doctor, only nurses. Theres no sympathy after being told again and again that youre not pregnant after several procedures. At least they dont show it or verbally give condolences, which is very offputting. They rush you. They dont offer discounts for multiple procedures. I heard they have some kind of package through another patient but was never offered by the staff, ever. Weve spent thousands. The clinical staff is NEVER available right away. You have to wait till end of day for calls back with results. We will be looking elsewhere.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 18 years (yes, its true!) and we had had many referrals from friends to see Dr Roseff. I am also a midwife myself and several of my colleagues and clients of mine also had seen or worked with Dr Roseff with amazing results. So, we finally decided to take the next step and make an appointment with him and I was very impressed with this office. The office was welcoming, the staff was pleasant and friendly, we waited less than 5 minutes to be seen and Dr Roseff came to greet us in the waiting room himself. He took plenty of time to explain things and educate us (which I appreciate very much as a healthcare provider myself) and was thorough regarding the testing procedures. We have not yet begun this testing but will do so this week. I feel very confident that Dr Roseff will be able to help us with some answers. I hope to be back here soon writing a review after receiving my positive pregnancy test! Highly recommended. #ivfmd

I have been visiting IVFMD located in South Miami for over 4 months and I cannot say one negative thing (except that I wish that entire office was geographically closer since I live and work in Broward 😬). Nevermind that! The drive is definitely worth it.From the gentlemen valet attendants, Marta Montenegro, Dr. Bustillo, receptionists, nurse staff--👏EVERYONE 👏 has been so kind and courteous. Im embarking on a new journey and appreciate the candor from doctors and positive support from those working in that office. I know how crucial they are on my journey and anticipate it will be adventurous with IVFMD as my support.

After speaking to many friends, my frustrations seem to be common across all IVF clinics, here being no exception. If you read through the comments many other people do have frustrations but seem to give 5 stars simply because they got pregnant or they are super early in the process.My review is based on my experience thus far (Im 11 months into this), which has been OKAY at best.1. Do not expect them to manage your case, you will need to put on your best project manager hat and manage your situation from day 1. This includes writing down every test you need & when, keeping a detailed calendar on hand at all times. I showed up one day for a test, they sent me to wait downstairs and 30 minutes after my appointment had passed said they didnt know what test I was there for. I had to let them know myself.You will need to choose the best treatment for your needs, they will not always point you in the right direction or give you your full range of options. Ask questions over and over again. If it doesnt seem right, ask.2. Do not expect them to call you to review your results or explain anything in the beginning. You will need to call them to get an overview and ask very detail oriented questions, no one will explain anything in detail unless you ask. ALSO- even if you think youve asked all the right questions, you may get incorrect information. Its happened to me, multiple times.3. Ask to speak to an insurance expert at all times to review what everything will cost in advance. Keep track of everything you pay, sometimes the finance department will over charge you.The front desk doesnt always know, nor do they care how EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE everything is here. A coordinator laughed and said Florida is more expensive because we are a pro life state, not sure what that has to do with the price... Be prepared for them to be annoyed + frustrated when you ask for a detailed price or an estimate. Ive had to wait 1 month for this information which was given days before my scheduled treatment. This doesnt allow for any budgeting.4. Sympathy and empathy are really lacking here, most times I felt like I was just another person on a factory line to make them $$$$.Everyone is busy running around and in a rush dealing with the large number of patients that flow through here daily, attention to detail isnt something youll get. Youre just 1 of 100s.5. Getting an appointment with the doctor can be up to a 30 day wait or more and even when you get into the system 95% of the time you will be consulting with the nurse. You will only see the doctor a handful of times for your entire treatment, even if it lasts a year.So for all those people reviewing that they had a great experience with their doctor, Dr. Thompson is also wonderful when I actually get to see her.. you havent gotten to the fun part yet - dealing with the day to day woes of this process with the office.6. Shop around for medications! This seems like a no brainer but they make it seem like you dont have choices, you do. Checkout Rarx, sometimes Freedom Pharmacy is okay also. There are also international online pharmacies like IVFSmart.If you are going through insurance also ask your insurance company what your max limit is on medications.7. Your time isnt respected here. On multiple occasions Ive had to wait 30-45 mins past my appointment time just to do a simple blood draw. I learnt that if you get there after 7am this is guaranteed to be the case. Now I wake up at an unreasonable hour to get there before 7 just to avoid this.If youre looking for alternative, checkout international clinics. Barbados is a good option for people who have no insurance coverage and need to pay cash.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Eiserman. He’s very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. He also has a great sense of humor. I had a laparoscopy myomectomy for the removal of fibroids with him. I got pregnant in not time after that following his advise. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their appointments are on time. Beautiful and clean office.

Dr. Eisermann was referred to me by a coworker. The experience with him was phenomenal for my husband and I, this was our fourth cycle with him being our third doctor and he helped our little blessing come forth!!! Him and his staff was awesome and we would recommend him to anyone looking to go through IVF services.

We were referred to IVF MD NAPLES by my regular OBGYN after a year of trying with no success. Let me start by saying that I cried when I graduated from IVF MD because I am going to miss the staff that much. I have never been cared for SO MUCH by such amazing people. From start to finish, our experience was above and beyond excellent. Dr. Alford gave us straight to the point information and advice, even when it was hard to hear. She promised us she would get us answers, and she did. She never gave us unrealistic expectations (which I truly appreciated), she was incredibly sensitive even when we felt crazy, and honestly CARED about solving our dilemma. Jennifer and Vicki are two of the best nurses on the planet. They were so caring, gentle, and thorough. I went in with a fear of needles, and left without one thanks to them. They held my hand and hugged me while i cried after every negative test, and after our positive test. They were as excited as we were! Not to mention, they were ALWAYS available to answer my stupid questions, give advice, and keep us informed every step of the way. Stephanie at the front is the sweetest woman ever. Not only was she caring and calming, but she knows everything about insurance and helped save us a lot of money. I cannot say enough good things about everyone in the Naples office. I just hope they are all still there when its time for baby #2!!!

I wanted to like this place but they made my attempted egg freezing process confusing and expensive. Was also very disappointed by the customer service and am now struggling to get my medical records which I urgently need. Would not recommend

I had an HSG done with Dr. Palmerola. She was amazing! I was so anxious and nervous prior to the procedure. She explained everything step by step and put me at ease. I highly recommended her for anyone that has to go through this procedure. The experience was way better than expected.

When it comes to IVF the one thing I recommend is patience and listen to your selected Doctor at IVF MD. I had Dr. Eisermann and he was wonderful. We spent two years with him and finally opted for IVF in the end and have no regrets. What I liked about Dr. Eisermann is his honesty and truthfulness when it comes to age, your situation and IVF. A lot of things in life cannot be the way the patient wants it to be, theres a difference between what the patient wants and what is reality with the patients situation. I cannot stress enough to listen to your Doctor. Due to patience and listening to Dr. Eisermann, I am now pregnant with my first child after struggling for so long to get pregnant. After 3 years of trying to conceive, our ob/gyn referred us to Dr. E and his amazing team. They explained everything so carefully and patiently that we decided to follow his advice and start testings and treatments. 6 months later we were expecting our first baby! One and half years later, we went back looking for baby number two and in a matter of days he made it all possible once more time... They made our dreams come true and for that we will be forever grateful. They are the best team of IVF specialists in the area! Highly recommended!

I have been going through IVF for 4 years, my egg reserves keep getting lower. I feel like although the staff nice but It’s all about the money for the company , my procedure cost 18,000 plus meds $6,000, plus surgery I will have with them . I asked if I can pay $9,000 to Start and I will finish paying for my treatment before the Egg retrieval . I was told I need to come up with the entire $18,000 before they start anything. I had no problem signing my car over to them until I finish the payment 😢

My husband and I tried to conceived naturally for many years without success. Then, we learned that In-vitro would be our only option- after many doubts and hesitation we made appointments with couple doctors, finding in Dr. Eisermann the best option. We appreciate his professionalism, high ethic standards and transparency- he treated us with respect and we felt we were not a transaction (which we felt in other places). We wanted to find somebody that could commit to our journey and dreams and thats exactly what we found in Dr. Eisermann and his team.Today we are blessed with our son (almost two) and I am currently 12 weeks pregnant- we are over the moon and forever we will be grateful with IVF MD South Miami team and especially Dr. Eisermann.

My review is for parking in specific, patient should not be paying for parking as they are already paying more than enough to IVFMD. The Vallet parking in premises introduced me with new concept that I’ve to park my own vehicle!! Felt special!! If facilities can’t accommodate parking then it’s better if they look to relocate somewhere else.

If there was lower than a 1 star rating I would definately give this organization that after the disappointing experience. This organization does not value the patients time. Turned away and given a appointment another 30 days away from initial appointment. I do not recomend this place, especially their Pembroke Pines location. They do not care about patient!!!!!

I am happy to share my successful journey of IVF, today, with my baby girl Victoria by my side, 16 months old... They are shady with the finances. They dont present any options upfront. They lack communication. The financial manager is worthless. Husband and I got charged financial consult, didnt talk to anyone just got pulled into a room with a receptionist and handed a bill. I will reiterate communication is HORRIBLE!

From my first appointment with her I felt super close support and she managed to resolve a severe thyroid problem that I had been diagnosed with. He helped me change my eating habits and get my body to the necessary preparation to achieve a successful transfer. Excellent place from the moment you call to make the appointment they are very responsible, from the moment you arrive at the clinic they are super friendly, the girls at the front desk are very attentive and give you all the pertinent information, I had the opportunity to have my first contact with The nurse from the Medical team named Sasha, I can tell you that she is a lovely person, she cares from the first moment you feel comfortable, she explains everything to you with great patience, she is a super warm person and helps you with all your questions from the moment you enter. to the office, I can say that she is an excellent human being, she helped me dispel some doubts that I already had from my former doctor, I can say that in Miami you do not find many people in the medical field who are as explicit and affectionate as her. Finally, the last appointment to find out the result was late due to traffic and the Doctor left without contacting me.
