I have been trying to get pregnant for a few years now with more than 5 IVF cycles and have been unsuccessful, wether it was losses, not sticking or simply many abnormal embryos. I started working with Ivelisse as a coach and consultant and she was great. She looked at all my blood work, she saw the overall picture that was key to define what I could do different to improve my egg quality to get a better result. She recommended a different diet, IV, acupuncture and questions that I could pose my Dr. All of this helped to get a better outcome, today I received the news that I have 9 embryos reach blastocyst stage (previously it was an avg 3). This the best result that I have had so far. I am now waiting for the genetic testing results but I think it is very promising

Ivelisse has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She not only heals your body but also your mind. I noticed a change in my cycles after 2.5 months of treatment. Just as she predicted. At first I was hesitant to try acupuncture. Im not a fan of needles, no matter the size. But Im so glad I tried it. She does a wonderful job relaxing you before treatments. My fertility journey changed my life. It drastically changed how I viewed myself and the world around me. It led me down a road of painful physical and emotional experiences compiled by feelings of inadequacy and despair. I was feeling very discouraged given my low ovarian reserved and my poor response to traditional IVF medications and procedures when I met Ivelisse Dejongh. I still remember the hope I felt after our first initial consultation. She believed in me and in the things my body would be able to do with the right treatment, consistency and dedication. She made me feel that I was not alone and that she would walk alongside me throughout this difficult journey. She was honest and communicated openly about how long it could potentially take to get my body to the right place. Dr. Ivelisse was a blessing. Once you start acupuncture, you have to let go and trust the process. At the time I was 36 and my OB-GYN was recommending IUI. I knew that was not the route I wanted to take yet. The first day I went to begin acupuncture I was filled with emotion and was a bit nervous on where this would take me on my fertility journey. Dr. Ivelisse told me It is not a matter if you will get pregnant, it is a matter of when. That stuck with me. I started with Dr. Ivelisse in January 2020 through Covid. At first, she would follow my chart and recommend a certain regime of herbs to follow. Once covid restrictions were changed, we started to do in person acupuncture sessions in August of 2020. After three months of following everything Dr Ivelisse wanted me to do, I was pregnant. We couldnt be happier. I continued to do acupuncture during my pregnancy. I couldnt have had a more perfect pregnancy, and delivery! All thanks to Dr. Ivelisse. She is amazing at what she does!

After one miscarriage, fertility doctors advising to find an egg donor because of my age and month after month of disappointing negative pregnancy tests for about two years, I found this practice and took a leap of faith with acupuncture.Ivelisse helped me relax and visualise my baby with guided meditation. Fertility & Prenatal Acupuncture Center has been my point of peace throughout my IVF journey. I had never tried acupuncture before, but I dont think I will ever stop now. The sessions have been able to calm me to a point where I fall asleep every time I am on the table at the center. Dr. Ivelisse has angel hands. Honestly I was notReady for IVF yet and wanted to try a more holistic method first. I know that with the right adjustment we are designed to get pregnant naturally. I met Ivelisse through a OBGYN we mutually knew. She saw me towards the later part of my pregnancy in while she was also pregnant and i had such a beautiful experience. Not only did she help relieve my pain and relieve my stressful mind and body while pregnant but she helped my daughter position correctly. I remember feeling so peaceful and connected to myself and my child during my sessions. she recommeded me to use different oils for my delivery and i will always thank her for her kind words and my experience at her office. I wasnt able to get pregnant for 4 years. I havehashimotos and hypothyroidism. I came to Ivelisse after I tried accupunture with other places and went to multiple fertility clinics without success with IUI or medications they prescribed to me. Ivelisse was the first doctor to really focused in on my thyroid condition. She gave me a custom plan that included a custom diet and vitamins in conjunction with my accupunture treatment. This is the first and only acupuncture clinic I will go to. I was skeptical about acupuncture at first but Ivelisse DeJongh worked magic on my skin! I’ve had acne issue for years and my skin has never been so clear. I’ve tried all kinds of oral medicines and topical treatments, nothing showed results like acupuncture did. Dr.Ivelisse is a god send!! Shes very educated, caring, and sweet. Prior to being treated by her i struggled with irregular periods for almost a year, regular doctors were more concerned with just giving me medications to temporarily fix the issue instead of getting to root of the problem. Well i am happy to say that, i no longer have that issue Ive only been working with Dr.Ivelisse for two months and my period not only came naturally without any help from medication, but they have started to come regularly!! I was looking for a natural way to improve my fertility when I meet Dr Ivelisse. Before my first appointment i received a huge form asking me a lot of questions about my overall health and lifestyle habits, I loved the fact she made a complete study of each case and created a unique, effective and personal treatment for each pacient. She recommend me 3 books in the first appointment which resulted super useful with practical tips to change my bad habits. Also she was capable of improve my inmune system and cure me from my chronic allergies, asthma and sinus, which i had been suffering from more than 20 years. Any internal medicine doctor or otorhino couldn’t help me, she did it in just one day. She is also very human. I had an emergency during the weekend and she called me immediately and gave me clear and effective instructions of how to handle the situation, for me this is priceless. My experience at DeJongh Acupuncture Clinic has been extraordinary. I arrived there back in October in terrible shape, I had been diagnosed as pre-diabetic by my regular doctor, had unstable blood pressure, constant coughing, hemorroids issues, and overall feeling lousy. Ive had 8 treatments so far and the results have been excellent, my lab results now show all tests are in range, including my sugar levels. My blood pressure has stabilized, coughing is gone and hemorroids are no longer an issue.I find Dr. DeJongh to be an excellent health care professional, very honest, compassionate and caring.

I had a bad car accident where I was left suffering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). I couldnt sleep and I would wake up in the middle of the night in a sweat and with much anxiety.
