The service was amazing up to the point where i met the actual doctor, which was terrible he didn’t introduce himself, very dry cutthroat snarky attitude & the sarcasm was through the roof! definitely won’t recommend the White doctor. sassy pant attitude throughout the roof. disgusting and that incident literally happens withal a minute of meeting him

The ladies in the front were kind to me made me feel comfortable we laughed and all. But the actual doctor that does the procedure was rude he didn’t make me feel comfortable at all he just need to hear me say I needed an abortion asked if I had any questions the quickly put the needle in my arm and that’s all I remember. I would give the place less then 3 stars but the procedure was quick and relatively cheap and the lady’s were so sweet. Overall it was okay.

The women answering the phone are rude, unprofessional. Hung up on me for no reason other than just being incompetent.

I know a a lot people have bad reviews but I actually don’t sooo I loved my experience they’re almost like family the doctors are Haitian and cool tbh and I love l the receptionist

At first from reading the reviews I was doubting this place, but my boyfriend told me those reviews seem more personal so let’s give it a try. I came in, 30 min after I was called to the back. All the nurses were nice and helpful, the doctor was ok. He went straight to business! They accept walk ins but it’s true doc don’t come in till around 11- 12 so I wouldn’t recommend coming early. I would come in 10-11 . To avoid long waiting. I got my medicine. I felt no pain at all which what I was exited anout

Please dont take the risk of paying for a cheap procedure with a medical professional that isnt certified from the Board of Medicine.Please dont go into the back and pee in a Styrofoam cup for a professional pregnancy test to do a surgical procedure that they proclaim takes only 3 minutes and you only feel a little pressure.The receptionist and staff are great. They are just doing what they are told. Its humiliating to have a medical professional treat you like a statistic or say unprofessional things like open your legs wide... or harshly banter you about being terrified about the procedure. To be written of as A black or Hispanic girl that got pregnant off her own whim. Or an overreacting statistic is appalling and definitely not the type of support you need.Yes, Its cheap. Please dont let the concept of affordable make you choose between your health and emotional comfort-ability. You need someone thats on your side, not someone who sees you as a check.Trust your first instinct about this place. I had a very horrible experience and I was glad that I found another clinic to properly educate and accommodate me with my procedure. Do your research. Look around. Protect yourself and your health. Down there is a very special place and you want a medical professional who takes very good care of your body and approaches the situation with dignity and respect towards you.

What a waste of time. They except walkins from 8 AM until 12:00 PM. We arrived at 9 AM. Come to find out the doctor will not be here until 11 AM. So we waited two hours. It turned out at 12 o’clock there was still no doctor we have been waiting for three hours and I’ve already paid and they did theDid the ultrasound. Still no doctor. The doctor will be here in 30 minutes. It is 12:44???? still they have no answer of when the doctor will be here. I asked the lady for a refund. She told me they will refund everything except for the ultrasound which is $130. And if we have to come back it will be another $50. This should be illegal. When you pay for a service that they cannot complete it comes out of your pocket. I would’ve not come for an ultrasound I came for a service. That they could not perform with no doctor. Ended up waiting here was not out of here until After 3 o’clock. Very bad business. Not professional at all. I think it’s part of the game to make people wait so they can take your money.

I came here because I’d been here twice in the past. My experience both times were excellent . Not the fanciest establishment but clean and discrete. The staff was always very caring but the doctor was THE BEST!! OMG from having a sense of humor along with exceptional bedside manners, to the most delicate hands IDK ....but I was disappointed to find out he is no longer affiliated with the clinic and practicing general medicine . I wish I wouldve done a little HW after learning the news but put my trust in the new DRS hands. This time around my stomach (uterus) has been hurting for almost 2 weeks and it’s still difficult to walk long distances and bend down to pick things up off the floor . I’ve been reassured twice that what I’m feeling is normal and symptoms and recovery time often change from procedure to procedure. So I believe I’m just in the healing process. I hope I heal and everything goes back to normal soon!! This type of situation is never easy (at least not for me) So I guess what I’m trying to say is If u are unsure about the choice you will make in your case , I would recommend looking up a few drs first if you don’t have a recommendation or a referral from your own . I originally went to this particular Clinic because Of a high recommendation which came from a friend. If I knew I was going to feel like this bad I would’ve chose life and I want to give the biggest shout out to DR DAVID BROWN for the treatment and empathy he gave me in the past !! You are truly an amazing DR and wherever you are I hope you are doing well and are happy and healthy!! Stay wealthy and wise and May GOD Bless you and your family.

Very quick and easy appointments on both days. All the workers there were great and so very sweet! Got me in and out of there quick as i was hoping. :)

I was with a friend whos appointment was for 9:30am we had been there for 2 hours and the doctor kept saying that he was on his way. Finally at about 11:45 we got tired of waiting and just decided to reschedule the appointment. The hours of operation are from 9am to 3pm, so it is utterly unacceptable for it to be 12 and the doctor was still not there..... Just choose a different place, prices are pretty much the same

The receptionist was very polite while I had to sign the consent form before the process but the doctor who actually does the abortion is RUDE ! It’s important to make your patient feel comfortable and not make them feel bad 👎🏾

Honestly, longest waiting experience without anyone even checking up on you to apologize for the long wait. Only reason Im not leaving is because I already paid them and would not get half my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. And my poor boyfriend has to sit in the waiting room for almost 3 hours now. Guess I should of used a condom. Lmfao

I would give this place 0 stars literally doctor was super rude and disgusting didn’t make me feel comfortable at all the nurse in the front was super nice the other 3 was super rude people kept coming in during procedure and they didn’t follow the law they let someone get the procedure done the same day he’s just a money hungry doctor and god will take care of him .

The doctor here is terrible rude and a fake as* doctor I just got a ultrasound sound done before I came that said I was 8weeks n 5 days in when he did my ultrasound he said I was 11-12 weeks so I had to pay more and the exact same thing happened to someone else he saw today this place is a scam but the nurses are awesome nice and patient they get 5 ⭐️

Staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and caring. Very discreet and honest. Very affordable and service is excellent,! Great team work!!!! Will definitely recommend.
