My Office the Miami Beach office of Care Resource is Amazing. From Both my Doctors Goubeaux and Ahnan as well as Barbara and the entire team are amazing. Its awesome to go to take care of ones health and have an awesome place and team to go to.

I am writing this review on behalf of a family member you goes to this clinic , he has had problems with transportation.His last visit a new manager named Indra was nice enough to walk him down and make sure he got to transmutation safely.My family member was also happy with his dentist..

Very positiveDr Santiago has been my doctor for many years and he is very positive and always has time to listen and address any concerns and questions that I have. I can say that he has saved my life. Cannot say enough good things about him. Also, I congratulate the staff. They are very professional and always greet you with a smile. They try very hard to help when issues arise. Cant say anything negative about them. Very positive persons work there.

Ronald did my blood tests at Care Resource with professionalism and expertise. He explained each step clearly, made me feel at ease, and was efficient. I highly recommend him for lab testing needs. Five stars for his care and attention to detail!

Very illiterate girls work in stamatology on the frondesk! Yesterday I asked three times about the time of my visit, and when I came today, I was given completely different information! For such work, you need to hire competent workers! I planned my day and took time off from work, and this Spanish-speaking girl ruined my whole day!!!

I am truly thankful to Massiel Romero at Care Resource Midtown. She is both helpful and caring. Her genuine concern for my family’s well-being was evident, showing how much she loves her job and helping others. We are grateful for her assistance during our time of need.

Beautiful clean area with designated garage parking. Everything was inclusive, friendly and light hearted. If you’re looking for somewhere to go with great staff this is the place. I was at this office Tuesday 6/17 my case worker was off but she told me Friday she will leave my rent payment check with another case worker. I reach there the Spanish speaking lady sit up front I ask her to ask the case workers in the back who my case worker left the rental payment check with she came back within seconds saying no one. I know for a fact she ask no one . So I ask her to call supervisor in charger she claims no one in the office. Then come the Spanish speaking male rude and disrespectful telling me I have to have to wait until the next day and pick up check..i stay there for 30 minutes. Once I reach the case worker that had the check call me & I explain to her what happen. She was very apologized. If only the Spanish speaking lady would have ask some case workers who had the check.this would have been avoided she was not busy at allFOR ME I THINK IT WAS A RACIST ACT TOWARDS ME WITH BOTH WORKERS SITTING AT THAT DESK

Nobody likes going to a clinic -- god knows I wasnt looking forward to it. But I was pleasantly surprised by every aspect of my visit to Care Resource Community Health in Miami. The building itself is new, stylish, and clean. But I think what made the entire visit so pleasant were the people. Every single person I spoke to, from my first phone contact with Gueny, who helped me find the center closest to me and got me in touch with Wincy, who greeted me warmly as soon as I arrived and guided me through the process, was warm and friendly. There were a lot of people to support my visit, including Justice, who helped with my intake, and John, who clearly explained my treatment plan and patiently listened to and addressed all my concerns. And Dana in the lab made the usually unpleasant collection process an easy and reassuring experience. Even everyone at the front desk, including Sandra, Nancy, Roxana, Milagro, and Yashika were incredibly patient and friendly as they attended not only the other patients, but would immediately help each other out in order to speed up the entire process for me and other as well. The entire visit really opened my eyes to just how easy and non-stressful a clinic visit can be. Thanks to everyone for your support!

I am Michael Kirkman,I was a patient at the Broward location for just over 2 years, I didn’t have many issues at the location and if I did they were resolved fast.I had to transfer to the facility on Biscayne and i have had only problems,my very important prescriptions have become such a mess that I can’t even get them filled because of the confusion that was created from the incompetence from my doctor and staff, the “pharmacist “ has called 3 times her self and can’t get my doctor on the phone ,i had to spend 400$ on a private doctor with a private pharmacy to get my medication because of this office!I just moved to a new house and I spent my first 3 days sick and withdrawing !!The Biscayne (Dade county) office should be ashamed to get s review like this,I have never wrote a review (good or bad) this is my first review in be my life but I felt I had to in this case!Michael Kirkman-

I have been positive for 30 years and I have been affiliated with Care Resource before the name changed from Health Crisis Network (HCN). CR Provides comprehensive, medical care as well Behavioral Health Services and other social services to the diverse communities throughout Miami Dade and Broward County. Most saff are compassionate toward your needs. Some go out of their way to accommodate or solve problems that may occur during appointments, emails, and phone call. Thank you

I am pleased with the service, staff and care. Concerns are handled as swiftly as possible. My very top thing is that because I have little to no patience, fortunately, the wait is Reasonable approximately about 30min to an hour max! Truth!!

Every time I go to Care resource after a South Beach location office. I get the absolute best attention. From all the physicians but especially Dr Canas. Keeping in mind that they have many thousands of patients. I get treated like if Im the only patient they have. They always call on their own time which is unheard of to inform me of latest information of my test results and treatment plans

Got service by Ms Winnie at FIU, the most kind, loving, and attentive person ever. Best appointment I could’ve scheduled, I’m glad I went and it was such a welcoming environment.

I am extremely grateful for having met care resource 7 years ago when I arrived in Miami, I am very well attended and accompanied by Dr. Wendys and nurse Lazaro and Raiza and front desk Sandra, thank you very much for your attention and affection.

I have to commend Massiel Romero in the housing department. She has to be the kindest, most caring person I know. Not only has she helped me with housing since my cancer diagnosis, she has helped me immensely by listening and giving advice,etc. She even called me to check on me after my surgery. I always look forward to seeing her and feel like she is a friend as well as my housing coordinator.

Ms. Winnie at FIU is simply amazing! Whenever I know she is the one I am seeing I am immediately at ease, I am comfortable and I am happy. She is simply an amazing human being with a heart of gold. I strongly recommend everyone to see Ms. Winnie at least once in their lives. She is a staple at FIU.

I have had it with Care Resources. Getting a referral modified or any kind of info is like pulling teeth with these people. They gave me 3 referrals. None of the referrals worked. So the girl gave me her email address to make changes and for 2 weeks i emailed her daily and NOTHING!!! It got to a point where i drove down to see this girl because my appt was coming up. She had my emails all along and could have helped me. Then getting another referrals for a Dr I am already seeing was pure hell. I think they mean well but they are so over tasked, they cant give the care they claim they are giving. I then needed to speak to someone about the ridiculous lab bill I got and I waited days for call backs. Nothing. Left voice mails, nothing. So one day I write an email to everyone and they mother and I was able to finally get someone to help me. Its a nice facility and I really clicked with my Dr, but getting any thing done administratively, has been pure HELL!!It is always a run around and hours lost on the phone trying to get things done.

Lazaro Cruz is amazing at his job, very clear communication, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable, highly recommend everyone to come to this facility!!!

Everyone at this location is absolutely amazing Especially Dr. Ben Hersh he literally goes over and beyond for his patients. Cristal Deleon is also a wonderful person she literally went the extra mile to make sure my brother and I received all the information we needed to receive the services and treatment I love them here they are all so beautiful inside and out.

I went to care resource midtown location seeking help for my medication. I have no health insurance and can not afford it at the time . The universe sent me this Angel Myka Osorio she is a medical project coordinator. From the moment I met her she was so friendly supportive, and helpful . She assisted me with everything I needed ,gave and explained to all the information required. She is also in charge of project strength. That is a program that helps transgender people start and completing their transition journey . I am beyond grateful to her. If you are seeking help do not hesitate to reach out to care resource they have saved my life .

I was recommended to Ms.Winnie from a friend. This experience with her was such a blessing. I was anticipating that the experience would be uncomfortable as I have never done std testing. She was amazing and made the process educational and fun! Thank you Ms.Winnie!!!

My appointment with Ms.Winnie at fiu was a 1000/10 experience ! She was very informative and welcoming as she assisted me through the testing experience . Her patience with all of my questions showed that she cared about my well-being and overall understanding of the process . I would recommend her service to any one coming through and would DEFINITELY want her to aid me again .

Ive been a patient for years... Overall Im pretty happy there. I have no plans to change doctors anytime soon.

Terrible service, no empathy and no privacy at all.My experience: I called and told them what I needed, the woman told me to do the online registration and I did it, next day I get a callback and they tell me that for the service I need there is no appointment needed and I can just walk in as long as it’s before 3pm.So I go at 2pm, and first red flag, I had to say out loud in front of other 6 people the condition I had for the guy to give me a sticker with my picture and send me to the “check in” room, where again I have to repeat in from of other 6-10 people the reason why I was there, then they send me to the second floor, where I have to repeat out loud yet again my issue but this time on front of like 25 people, and then she tells me that walk in is never an option and appointment is always required, so whoever called me back after I did the online registration mislead me or the people working there dis not know what they were doing.So, after I had to expose myself in front of like 40 people, it turns out I needed an appointment and they did not have any for that day. That was so humiliating and hurtful for me in ways I cannot describe. I left without anyone even saying sorry for the inconvenience or anything, it was tremendously humiliating that now all those people knew my issue and even worse nothing was done for me.Never again, Care Resource.

My Doctor is Ben Hersh and man he is a really amazing doctor who actually understands and listens to his patients. Before care resource I went to a medical office that was subject to being judgemental and lack of care. Care resource has not been like that to me at all, I got a lot of help here and although soon I will be moving to Broward I will happily drive to Miami so I can keep my primary doctor. And the RNs and medical assistants are just amazing.

I went for my New Patient visit today and I am very happy with my experience. Beautiful and clean facility with great service. They make you feel welcome! Having the pharmacy on site is also very convenient. I am trying their Dental services next.

I wouldnt know about their service because I have been trying to make an appointment for two weeks with no luck at getting anyone to actually make it. I do their pre registration and no one has called me back. I call them and they take my information and yet doesnt help me to schedule it instead they tell me they will call me back and once again no one has. Horrible customer service.ETA: dont be fooled by their flowery replies after you leave a bad review. I emailed them through the email they provided and STILL got no reply after 3 weeks and re-submitted a form on their website and got nowhere, go somewhere else. If I could give them 0 stars i would.

The wonderful team up front (Sandra, Nancy, Carrie, & Yashiaa) is always so kind and quick. We’ve been seeing Dr. Goubeaux for years, he’s an excellent primary care physician who really cares about his patients. Also, my mother in-law is seeing Sanique Olkuch, ARNP and she is by far one of the best medical professionals we’ve ever dealt with. Another doctor who goes above and beyond in educating her patients when we’ve seen her is Dr. Lilliana Vazquez. She is super knowledgeable and provides great care! Overall Care Resource’s new facility is beautiful, convenient, and full of people who really do great work. Of course any Medical facility has its administrative hiccups, but overall, five stars!

My husband is ill - we found this spot via our insurance. Called ahead and tried to make an appointment. This was the only time we managed to actually get them on the phone without the line mysteriously disconnecting. Keep this in mind for the remainder of the review. We were advised to just come in. We were surprised and relieved to have found such an easy solution, only for it to blow up in our faces. We wasted time and energy getting to the office (about 45 minutes, and asked for time off of work) only to be told that they were fully booked when we got there a little bit after calling. Could we not have figured this out before we took over an hour to get there? What a terribly inconsiderate and unprofessional experience. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful brand new facilities located at 3510 Biscayne Boulevard in Midtown Miami Florida with comprehensive medical, counseling, dental and mental services… The staff do their very best to accommodate many needs and are highly effective.💯I have been seeing Dr. Steven Santiago as my PCP for 20+ years and he has only expanded his knowledge while he continues with his kindness, caring and generosity for me as a patient and a person… I am sure thanks to everybody for their great services to everybody treatment as well.I am always extremely pleased to enjoy the services of Dr. Casas and his wonderful staff in the Dental department. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, yet highly personable as well.I belong to an HMO, and am very grateful to the highly efficient and extremely pleasant Roxana who facilitates authorizations for specialists in record time to accommodate my many medical needs.EVERYBODY at the front desk in the main lobby as well as reception in Dental are extremely helpful, accommodating and professional. Kudos!!The staff in the lab is always proficient and gets me through bloodwork quickly. I regret I cannot name each person, but I am very grateful to all.My continuing experience of excellence from Care Resource is the reason I travel a great distance for each visit when I have many options for closer facilities, but doubtfully as good. “Care Resource“ truly earns the highest marks for their care.Thank you to everybody!😁👍👍¡Gracias por todo!

This is a great care community center. The ladies in the front desk are friendly, the place is clean and the staff makes you feel at home. The outstanding, hassle-free personalized service at Care Resource surpasses any of my past healthcare providers in my 17 years in Miami. Discovered them during a period without insurance, and even with coverage now, I choose to stay with them. The Biscayne facility is top-notch and state-of-the-art, eliminating the need to visit a subpar location for blood work. Highly recommended!

Today was my first appointment lots of confusion and not very food communication saw the dr for first time he sent me for labs in same building both were quick to be seen my only positive experience was with sweet lady that drew my blood she was and good didn’t even feel the pinch. Dr told me to dentist in same building to treat infection they saw me right away I had a root infection and other teeth that needed to come out they were going to do it right there and then but here came the curve ball they wanted 3k now to perform procedure. I told them I have no insurance or money they said sorry they can’t help me I asked if they had referrals or recommendations where I can go to get treated they said no they told me to go downstairs and speak to my case worker she tells me they don’t do valtures for dental only medical and meds how does a clinic expect uninsured or poor people to pay 3 k for emergency dental. Don’t advertise as a community health or assistance program and fool those that are sick or hurting i guess they are banking on the rich that live in surrounding area no communication or poor instructions.

Care resource on Biscayne and 35th is a beautiful facility. From the time you enter on the first floor youre greeted by security and valet providing directions if needed. All the staff were thoughtful and helpful. Dr Hersh is an excellent physician. He takes the time to explain vaccinations, diagnostic tests and specific recommendations for my age group. I would highly recommend Dr Hersh and Care resource at 35th and Biscayne. *****

Pilar Ricon (my Medical Case Manager) has been a lifesaver since the first time I met her at Care Resources. If you have a medical need, a mental health care professional to talk to, or food need. This is the person and organization you should see! She will guide you to make sure you are taken care of. She will also check on you to make sure you are doing well. Care Resources is a life-saving organization. They are a helping hand when you need the most.Thank you again!

The attention at this reception was spectacular. the four girls who attended me were super attentive. help and support very well. Usually going to the hospital has always been very stressful, but when the welcome is warm, when the environment is clean and healthy and when the medical staff is friendly, it takes away any anxiety you might have and gives space to peace of mind and assurance. This is how I could write about my experience at Care Resource Community Health Centers.

Working there in Dental department was terrible for manager was very unprofessional and the coworkers in dental front desk all get along and spoke Ill about how i worked and some even talked behind clients back. So after speaking to the director and HR (which were understanding and tried their best to solve the issue) I left the company. This was sad because Care resource overall is a great company and they stand with the LGBTQ and people of any race and these select employees dont contribute to that.. Some people in there are really sweet especially from other departments like Medical and Behavioral!

Today I visited Careresource and I was only here with my brother but I also registered today because everyone was so welcoming and nice and I decided to go get tested today and I met ms.Winnie today she such a nice person and very patient kind hearted person and we had a small conversation today and thought something I need led t hear and she was there with her opening arms today she’s a lovely person❤️ I will be back again

Horrible communication by the phone service . no call back after days of reaching out. Won’t put you in contact with the Dr, for correction on a prescription. Been going there before it was care resource In the early 90s. The past year it has really changed. They want me to do the work of the of the doctor and pharmacist.My doctor is excellent provider, it’s the backend that can’t get it together.

The lack of care is abysmal. from scheduling to the staff, their sense of urgency is none existent. i have visited 4 times and each time its worse than the last - thought scheduling the first appointment of the day would have them running on time... needless to say they are still over 40 minutes behind. how someone starts the day behind schedule is beyond!i wouldnt recommend this place unless you have hours to waste for mediocre medical care

Care Resorce has saved my life twice now once for HIV now from Hodgkins lymphoma theyre caring they really really want me to be well not only through prevention but also through detection

I mainly go to Care Resource because of my wonderful PCP Dr. Ben Hersh. I also love that they always have phlebotomist available for lab work so it’s a one stop shop. I’ve been going to Care Resource for approximately 3 years now and I’ve always had a positive experience. Everyone on staff are always extremely kind and accommodating. There is a wait to schedule an appointment by phone, but they’re busy helping other people, so put the phone on speaker while you handle your business or chose the call back option.I’m giving 4 stars because I’m horrified by the doctor I saw today. A man who has no business being a doctor. Not only for his lack of knowledge, but for his beside manners. When I expressed to him my symptoms he blatantly said that maybe they were in my head. I kept referring to my autoimmune condition as a possible reason for what I was experiencing and he told me “stop saying that, you don’t have hoshimotos” when I diagnosed with it a few years ago. When I asked him to proscribe me something for my anxiety that I could take during the day while working because I can’t be drowsy on the job he prescribed be Trazodone which is used by most people for insomnia and will knock you out within 30 minutes. Thank god I spoke with the pharmacist before taking it before work. This doctor was a mess, complete lack of empathy and obviously very frustrated his job. He needs to resign or take a long vacation, and also educate himself because he obviously doesn’t understand how autoimmune conditions work and that people also just don’t imagine symptoms. Makes me sad that other patients will experience what I did today and lose hope in doctors.

I don’t think I’ve ever been treated with such impecable professionalism and yet so personal and caring. A true life changing experience

More like Careless Resources!! Could not get out of bed and need help in a desperate way.Could not get a return call from my primary care still 48 hours later. Hours of wasted effort. I Recomend getting a less busy clinic.

Love this place, would definitely recommend others to seek care here, as it’s extremely inclusive which surprised me. The team on Project Strength did a wonderful job for making me feel affirmed and helping me get the right care I needed.

Funding was never the problem. They have a beautiful facility, they charge your insurance big time + the federal subsidies ... but patient services are constantly lowered by a sadly accepted and assimilated standard of mediocrity from doctors to front desk employees.It will never change.

The reception attention is horrible, not helpful at all, very bad attitude. all the staff in general look like they dont know what they are doing. Very nice facilities but they should work more on communication and information for patients! Great doctors just horrible staffing especially at reception. There’s a line for check in at reception then you’re blamed at for not being on time and get told you have to reschedule no doctor can see you by far the cherry on top.

Truly disgusted by the service in this facility. My appointment was at 11.15am . I arrived at 11.20am and then by the security guard told me I had to check in on the ground floor. After waiting a large amount of time inline and finally arriving at the desk, they then told me I had to check in on the second floor. I went to the second floor and was told that the Dr was now taking lunch and I would have to wait to 1.30pm. I waited for a Dr to come back from lunch after 1 1/2 hour lunch break, and then be told they were running behind and she could not see me until 2pm. Apparently this facility believes that taking lunch is more important than see patients who are waiting for them, and will make them wait 2 1/2 hours plus.I am still here waiting and I have not eaten as I have been waiting for the Dr to come back from lunch.If you believe this is a correct method of running a business , then come here. I believe my time is more valuable than your lunch. And you will claim on my Insurrance for this visit . I Will never return, and am appalled my their level of care and my insurance company having this company on their books.

Trying to get information or make an appointment is impossible at this center! My partner has spent entire mornings trying to make an appointment or at least receive information and to no avail! We wanted to say hello to case manager Edgar Rodriguez who is paid a salary for doing zero in his work! Its a shame that there are so many subsidies and people who bet on you! Kind regards!
