The nurses/clinicians were very sweet and efficient. One of them forgot to tell me to sit down and I had walked up to the counter but, not sure if that was the owner but she told me I wasn’t done and to go back in a very nasty tone. Everyone could have a bad day! Hey- I have them too; but you don’t make it very inviting or for someone to want to come back when you speak that way to somebody. There’s ways to address people or maybe tell your staff the protocols prior..

Great experience. Came here for a urine drug test and the staff was very accommodating and patient. Offered me a bottle of water and allowed me to take as much time as I needed. Chose to come here after Quest Diagnostics was full of people and wasn’t offering drug tests that day which is ridiculous.

Service was excellent, information was available to me at the time they said it would, very prompt. Highly recommend these people.

I have no healthcare insurance. If it wasnt for Any Lab Test Now, I wouldnt be able to afford the blood tests I need. This place is great for people like me. Kassandra was kind and knowledgeable and able to easily handle my rolling veins. Definitely recommend this place.

Update: 1 week after the visit my arm still hurts and it turned yellow. 😡😡The experience was not ok, could have been better. There were some things that i didnt like. Nice lady, the first thing was when she inserted the needle i felt nothing, smooth, but when she took it out she pressed down and i felt strong pain, the next day i had that area black so that wasn’t normal. The next thing i didnt like was she didnt put my information on the blood tubes, she said she would do it later. So i left worried, thinking what if she confuses my blood with someone else. Im still worried today that the results i got are trully not mine.

Ashley and Kassandra were amazing. I had a flat tire which made me late for my appointment but when i did arrive i felt very welcomed into the office. The service was great and they made me feel very comfortable about my service today. Im giving 5 stars because i love to give credit where it is due. And it is most definitely due to these 2 ladies. They were fast, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend anyone to this office. Plus the prices are amazing

I called to make an appointment, but the woman that answered the phone does NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. I asked her if anyone there speaks English, she said NO and disconnected the call!!!!! RIDICULOUS.

I called to verify availability, showed up without an appointment, provided my specimen for the drug test and paid. It was fast and easy. Was told the test results take about a week and I ended up getting them, with the required documents for my Captains License renewal the next day. I am very impressed!

I had a great experience here. By contrast, I had been at Quest recently, which was much less pleasant. The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant. The whole process took only a few minutes. Ashley and Kassandra did a great job.

This place is the best Lab I have ever been to. Little to almost no wait time. Ashley, the phlebotomist who handled my three kits with multiple tubes in each, was very mindful to detail. She had a system of labeling the tubes according to the box they came in to ensure they would make it back to the right box. She was able to do my blood draw with only one venipuncture. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness and her commitment to doing excellent work. Great service!

I went to Pinecrest location to have a pre-employment drug test performed. The assistant there was so friendly, efficient, and caring, unlike other places I had been to. I was having a difficult time passing my urine for the test. She assisted me with water, and informed me on what to do to help solve the problem I was experiencing. She even allowed me to stay there until I was able to urinate. The atmosphere was tranquil, and the facility was very clean. I will definitely do all my testing there going forward...I was very pleased👍🏻

This is an amazing place to get bloodwork done. Very affordable and what you should be paying for bloodwork. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

Spent a while with the fantastic girls who work here, Ashley and Kasandra, because I was a little pee shy. They are extremely professional and competent. Very patient and understanding.

So Ashley cute self looked out for me when she basically had put up everything and sent everything off to get tested on a Saturday 30 minutes before closing she took me in and helped me out. Great attitude / respectful / very helpful / no problems at all.

Needed a last minute quantiferon and came to Anylabtestnow. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Ashley was great at finding my vein and the whole process was practically painless. Would recommend.

Second time I drive to this location, the howlers of operation on the door and on the web sight says 6:00 pm.It’s 5:00 pm and they are closed. Again left work early, drove from Coral Gables🤬 Please adjust your towers of operation so clients don’t waist there time!!

If I could give half a star I would. I walk in at 4:01 PM , guy working says “we only take walk-ins until 4PM. There were ZERO customers in the store. If you are too lazy/incompetent to help people go work somewhere else. The fist time I went a lady working was confused and gave me the wrong test. Avoid this place go somewhere else for fingerprinting honestly. They overcharge you for the service anyway! Waste of time and money. I dont even bother writing reviews ever, but this time it was a must.

I’ve never been to the Actual Lab because I pay for home collections my mom it’s an old lady already and we prefer to do the blood draw here at home , prices are great 👍🏻 and the phlebotomist is excellent, he is a young man but very skilled at his job and a very nice person as well, I recommend using this service 200%
