Extremely caring and compassionate all the way through the whole process. Genuinely showed they cared! The staff was attentive and highly informative aswell. So kind , they even help walk you safely to your car. I was filled with anxiety and fear, but they took the time to make sure you have the most comfortable experience. Thank you seriously to all the staff. You really made a difference! 🎀🎀

Honestly the easiest experience, I was terrified going in but as the visit progressed the staff were awesome and super considerate. Litzy and KJ were the best and able to make an uncomfortable experience bearable so thank you to everyone involved!!

Been the best experience. Super caring and attentive. Only of the girls was even holding my hand and fanning me I got too hot from the procedure. Would absolutely recommend them.

The NP who took out my Nexplanon and placed Paraguard was GREAT; she did an AMAZING job!!But there are many opportunities for them to streamline the process, and it seems they may have scheduling conflicts often. Expect to wait up to 45 minutes for the actual appointment to start and to be there more than twice as long as their call center tells you. I think they run behind a lot. At the end of the day, I was able to switch my birth control method quicker than getting an appointment with an OB-GYN, but the appointment took a long time, and the call center didn’t schedule my appointment properly.Although removing Nexplanon only takes about 5 minutes, and same with placing IUD, I was there from 11:10 am until ~1:15 pm: 3 hours. But the call center told me the appointment would be about an hour. So expect to be there a while! And if possible, make sure their call center books enough time for the appointment. One time slot=one operation, so you need 2TIME SLOTS to have something taken out and another thing put in instead!!!!Additionally, I wasn’t told when I booked the appointment that PP CAN PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION to/from your appointment, which would have been helpful!!

Absolute angels, I was experiencing worrying menstrual complications and wasn’t able to see any gynecologists around town for evaluation because they were all booked out — I called Planned Parenthood as my last option and they were able to slot me in the same day. Once I was there it was a very short wait before I was seen. Extremely grateful as I don’t think I would have been able to be evaluated anywhere else in Springfield & menstrual complications can become pretty serious as an anemic if not addressed.

Ive never had issues, always a good experience. I plan my day around being there more than expected; because they do have walk ins, it is a clinic and unexpected problems arise with patients and doctors. If you dont have insurance this is a great place to get check ups, testing and birth control prescription supply for 6 months. I cant believe we even have to have prescriptions still, thankful you can get them here.

The process is a nightmare. They will schedule you at 7:45. Office doesn’t open till 8am. You have to call about 750am they start answering the phones & get screened from your car( you don’t enter the building) you get screened and then your waiting for a call back to enter the building. It’s 9am now. From 7:45am. & I’m still outside waiting. Who knows for how long. At least explain the wait & process heads up. Total nightmare

MY APT WAS AT 9am !! It’s 11:49 and I have yet to go back ! Would no recommend no one comes and give an update ! They just keepYou waiting for hours ! It’s pretty sad ! They move so freaking slow ! Never seen nothing like this in my life !!!

Received a pregnancy test here a year ago and it was a false negative, not their fault it was just too early for the test. However they refuse to do blood tests which are more accurate and I feel if it’s requested by a customer they should do it.I just wish they had prices on their website for their services that we pay for out of pocket so we know ahead of time. Especially for those who don’t have insurance.

Awesome staff here! Jess was so sweet and made me feel comfortable during my appointment! I love this PPH they’re doing a great job.

11:30 appt. Opened at 11 had 1 1/2 hour wait time. Also no job no income thought it was gona be 10.00 ended up 68.00. Plus at pharmacy. Doesnt seem fare.

This is a wonderful facility. I am truly thankful for the staff that work here. I have been to this location for care several times since PP moved from their old building and I have had nothing but positive experiences.

The phone system is unacceptable. If I were someone in crisis I wouldnt hold or give a callback number. You can do better!!!

My appointment was for 9:15 in the morning and I was in the clinic till they closed at 3! The staff was very nice but the service is unacceptable!!
