Terrible phone service, they just put you on hold and you can’t get a hold of anyone. This is especially difficult if you need something urgent.

I switched to BMWH at 35 weeks pregnant because I was unhappy with my care at my previous provider. Turns out, this decision would be even better than I imagined. They made the transfer so easy and seamless, getting appointments have been really easy to do, and the midwives are phenomenal (Vanessa was only one I didn’t care for). I’ve seen both Curshelle and Sukey, and I couldn’t recommend them more. They truly take their time to listen and talk to you. I never had to wait very long, yet I never felt rushed once I got in there. I ended up having a C-section with this baby, so I didn’t have a midwife deliver, but I still would not hesitate to recommend anyone to the midwife team here. It’s so refreshing to experience healthcare where you actually feel like they care and you aren’t just another number.Bonus: they’re open late 2 nights/week which works really well for my schedule!

Had the most easy ,comfortable visit with Dr.Laura M ,love her sence of listening to a ner ours 53 female going through it all and she didnt make me feellike well is menopause deal with it .NO SHE was resourceful, understanding and gentle about treatment and medications trials.Thank youUra and the office team and nurse aid

I love the midwives! They’re all so nice, knowledgeable, and caring. If you’re able to go here I definitely would recommend. They even have evening appointments which was really helpful for me.

Been coming to them for 16 years now.... Wanda the nurse is Amazing. I only see her once a year but it wonderful to catch up. Make you feel like you there all the time & Family.

This is my second day pregnancy and I am very disappointed with the midwives at baystate. I went with the dr.s on my first pregnancy and wish I had with this one as well. They are constantly late even when youre over an hour early. Im sitting in an exam room an have been for an hour and a half. Im 37 weeks pregnant and very uncomfortable you would think they would be more attentive.

I had a great experience delivering with the Baystate midwives. Professional, knowledgeable , caring and supportive through the whole process of pregnancy through delivery.
