Today I was so nervous about going to see and meet yet another doctor about some scary test results . Dr. Edens gentle ways soon put me at ease. His patience, not rushing, going through material. explaining in detail in such a kind way , that when I left, I was more relaxed then I have been in some time. He is so very nice and his nurse is also. They make a good team. Im so happy I went and didnt cancel.

Dr Eden Is One Of The Most Caring Drs. I have been seeing him for 15 years or even 20 not sure to be exact . He not only does what hes suppose to do , but is also very explanatory on anything he does or says , he is also a Dr that will sit and let you talk and listen . Hes always got the best advice . I think he deserves to be recognized as one of Springfields best Gynecologist.. 👌

Wonderful! Dr. Eden went way above and beyond what was expected. He took the time to clarify my history and my family health history. He reviewed all relevant reports from years past to insure he didn’t miss anything. He was very caring and made exam experience as easy as possible.

I’m a relatively new patient to Dr. Eden. Since transferring to him he has got me on track to get all of my preventative testing done as I get older. Dr. Eden has excellent bedside manner, remembering details from the previous visit and making you feel that you’re a patient and not just an appointment. Thankful to have found him as a provider.

It was first visit with Dr. Eden and my experience was superb! He was very attentive professional and made sure I understood everything. I had never seen an X-ray, ct scan or sonogram of results. This was my first time seeing Dr. Eden. He took the time to talk and answer my questions. I like him and felt very comfortable talking with him.

Dr. Eden answered all questions thoroughly and if he were the only factor, Id give 5 stars. Having his assistant stare, unblinkingly, while my feet were in the stirrups made me extremely uncomfortable though. Ive never had a support staff member watch an exam. I wasnt asked, or informed that a second person would be involved.

Dr. Eden was nice and treated me OK during my appointments. However, the communication is very poor. I had to wait over a month for my results because they “had been trying to reach me and were unable to” even though they had other ways of reaching me. A nurse read me my results but gave me very broad information and ZERO explanation of what that meant and what that looks like for me moving forward. I had to figure this all out on my own and that’s disappointing to be honest.Unfortunately, I will not be back but I hope that they work on this because that was truly disappointing.

Dr.Eden is a great Obgyn I couldn’t see him in Jacksonville on June 19 th I had to have a ultrasound in Springfield then after that I had to see him on June 20 th at hisoffice his nurse Allison was very kind and caring and I could talk to her about my problem and then Dr .Eden came in and he explained the results of the ultrasound and he was very kind and caring as well and he took time to tell me that the problem that I have he is a very wonderful Doctor and I am so very grateful to have him and his nurse Allison who is so very easy for me to talk to.I Highly recommend them to any one who needs a good Obgyn and gynecologist .MendyBaptist

Dr eden said he accepted Medicare patients but made me sign a paper saying that I would pay what Medicare didnt pay then he coded the insurance so Medicare wouldnt pay and when I called Medicare and the Springfield clinic they both just kept saying you signed a paper saying you would pay! Needless to say I am no longer a patient of the Springfield clinic or dr eden!

Placed my IUD incorrectly and it was an overall awful experience getting it placed. Had to get it removed after it shifted because it was placed incorrectly, worst pain of my life to date, will not return.
