I am starting to lose my satisfaction with this facility. Initially, I had a positive impression and considered it a suitable location for my needs. However, my current sentiments have shifted. Additionally, I have concerns about the quality of care provided by my doctor. Unfortunately, due to the unique circumstances of their environment, I am unable to request a different doctor. Given these factors, I believe it is time for me to seek alternative options. If you are an individual with numerous health concerns, be prepared for the possibility that your concerns may not be fully acknowledged or taken seriously.

Mason square is in the habit of canceling my childs appointment without my consent. When my child was first born they would cancel his appointments so I would show up the day it was scheduled for just for them to be like we rescheduled it. Theyve done this time and time again. This place sucks and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

They promote to use the patient portal, but my doctor does not answer. I try to do appointments, and they say she does not have an agenda or appointments available. The doctor doesnt follow up on my labs and my health concerns.The worse managing prescriptions.

Im patient in this place and they dont care about my health and I dont want to see my primary doctor because he doesnt help me and they dont want to change my doctor and I need help I. Need help with my situation and ifeel stress out please help me with this situation they didnt want to receive my letter I hope someone do somethingneed to see someonehe

Mason Square has been mines and many low-to middle class individuals care providers since diaper wearing days. I truly never had a problem here because when I did go I was always young and still curious. Now that I’m older I will be switching my providers because this is unacceptable. I Called 4 weeks in advance to set up a Medical Clarence and lab appointment requested by my surgeon. I was told there was nothing available and I’d be contacted back when so. When not hearing back, I continuously contacted them back and was told about an email going around and again, “I’d be updated about availability shortly.” When I finally got a call, I didn’t get my desired date and would have had to push my surgery 2-3 weeks back but I was satisfied I finally got the appointment. When feeling relived, I get a call back not even 2 hours from the appointment confirmation call just to be told that you no longer provide evaluations for OUT OF STATE SURGERY?! I don’t understand how that even works, nobody is going to get surgery in Massachusetts! I wouldn’t say that the receptionists were rude or unprofessional, honestly they were patient and I understand they can only do so much in THEIR position, but as a medical field ITSELF, you’ve showed me uncoordinated work.

Staff are beyond incompetent. They tell you theyll get back to you at the end of the day but neglect to tell you they never received the paperwork you sent in to them and therefore have nothing to get back to you about. Theyll tell you theyll send you something but fail to inform you they cannot email and sharing of information must be done in person. You end up doing their work for them with how much you have to call and advocate for yourself. Long wait on the phone just to be transferred to the wrong person just to wait longer then getting hung up on.... the examples are endless. Staff do not know the difference between he and she when referring to a specific physician on the team therefore causing complications that shouldnt exist if they all understood how to do their jobs. Doctors are no better, making fake promises and never seeing through on them. Saying they would make referrals or prescriptions or complete paperwork that never got done. Not only that, but the building is in a bad neighborhood. You can see empty alcohol bottles litering the streets. Definitely leaving this place. Unfortunate. Never had a problem at any other Baystate facility but this one needs to hire more competent people. Its astonishing how these people are still working.

Ive had an appointment in February with a subsequent ultrasound for various concerns and Weintraub as well as Baystate has been ignoring me since. Do I have cancer? Who knows. Baystate and Weintraub will simply keep that info to themselves! Ive called, sent an endless # of private messages via the portal, made several appointment requests---nothing. Theres so much injustice when it comes to women and medicine and baystate is totally contributing to that. Id really like to have a lump in my breast checked out now, but alas, Baystate keeps ignoring me after 5 online requests for an appointment.

Front Desk Aly Is very Rude and Unprofessional. Kept answering my questions with “YUP” “YUP” very loud and rude , I asked for a supervisor after I asked to speak to me nicely and refused. Stated they’re is no supervisor at this time , saying it very happy as an basically hahaha to me.But it’s ok I’ll will be showing up in person 😘FYI guys I promise I wasn’t being rude, I work in the medical field so I get how these things work, But I would never to speak to a patient rudely for no reason. They need to stop hiring ppl that just want to work for money and not because they actually love their job 💯

This Drs office is the worse. You guys dont care about patients. You cancel appointments and dont let people know! Are you going to pay me for my time missed from work for a telephone appointment that I been sitting here the last two hours waiting for. Finally got ahold of someone at the office after about twenty minutes to tell me the person canceled. Nice of you to let me know. I honestly think the medical board should look into how you guys run that place. Theres always some kind of issue when it comes to you guys taking care of my health. Currently looking for another Drs office. Stay away people.Dont come here! Its impossible to get any type of referral that doesnt take months to get. No one wants to do their job and when you call them out on it youre the annoying patient thats just trying to be a Karen 🙄 Drs dont care and never follow up. I had to make an appt just to get them to notice that my lab work showed that my iron was really low.after fighting with them for a month about my low iron. Im fighting to get a Dr to listen and care that I havent been well and that theres something wrong with my body. Please go some where else please

This was my first time here and I usually do not write a Review. The staff were all very friendly and Doctor Cecily Wiswall was Amazing. She didnt rush at all and was thorough with every part of my health. She answered all my questions and even looked up a vitamin I was taking to make sure it was right for me! Even the woman who makes the schedule and man who weighed me and took blood pressure were kind and happy! I cant say enough how refreshing it was to have such happy people take care of all my needs!

I really think this place should be investigated for the way the handle patients. I needed a prescription changed because the one I was on was causing me some side effects. Instead of taking the time to look through my chart they called in a prescription I already have. Now Im going to have to wait until Tuesday because of the holiday to get the proper medicine I need. How can they run a Drs office like this ? Nothing but issues with this place.***EDIT***: funny when someone leaves a bad review someone writes a good one not that long after. Very unprofessional. I’ve been going since i was younger and I’ve always had bad experiences. Now that I’m an adult and i take care of my own appointments i can really see the unprofessionalism first hand. There’s been times i made an appointment and i get there and they tell me i don’t have one. One time i went for an emergency post covid and the nurse told me none of the doctors had returned from their lunch break when they were supposed to .. and i waited a long time before i left and still wasn’t seen. My last straw with this place was after they told me i would get a call to schedule my appointment because they couldn’t book me that far out and then never got a call. So taking matters in my own hand (because i really needed my appointment) i would call to try to schedule but i would always get the “we have to call you back to schedule” or when i would make a complaint about that i would get the “we will have the manager or nurse call you back” it was so much run around and i never got my appointment scheduled OR A CALL BACK.. Then out of no where i get a message saying I’m scheduled for this random day and time that they just gave me without confirming or calling me to see if that could even work that day. After that experience i had decided to leave the practice. I hope some day it’s handed over to a new team of management because i would never recommend this place to anyone.

I unfortunately have had to deal with these people for a very ling time now. Every time the experience vary as it is to expect, most experiences has been unpleasant with a few exceptions of some Doctors that have been kind and treated me like a valuable client rather than someone who has to come to a clinic like this due to the medical insurance one carries...Thankfully I now have a better medical insurance and will be looking to move my daughters from this establishment. They are poorly trained it seems. They are mostly rude and look miserable. Im sorry to the amount of people that will sadly still get mistreated due to the medical insurance they carry.

Me and my Pharmacist has been trying to get my doctor or any doctor to send in a prescription for Lantus Solor Strar Pen Insulin since February 3. Still to this day we have been calling they keep sending the pharmacy wrong prescription or not responding. I have been without Lantus Solar Star Pen for 11 days know. I made an appointment to go into the clinic to try and talk to a doctor to get my scripts filed. I was referred for a stress test and went to my appointment a few days ago only to find out that I couldnt get it done because the doctor at mason square wrote the wrong orders. They make appointments for you for blood test and specialty test and never follow up. I will see what happens tomorrow. Im looking for another clinic but no luck

Went here for a physical and to get a new primary doctor. Met Dr.Lumpkin and he seemed like a nice guy and really seemed to care about my symptoms and said we would start addressing them right away. Sent me for blood work and nerve test. Scheduled appointment for testing and had blood drawn same day..this was about two months ago and so far have not heard one word on blood test results or results of nerve test/ plan of action. Have tried numerous times to contact either the dr or any other dr in the practice for that matter. Today informed the secretary that I had really high blood pressure which the dr was supposed to call in script for me after original visit and was told my call would be labeled very high priority and I would definitely receive a call back today. Still no call and when I called them at 6:30 I was directed to an emergency line and was informed there was nothing they could help me with.... avoid this very unprofessional,don’t really care about anything but collecting your money place. I would send a dog here if you really need help with anything. So needless to say the search for a primary care physician continues and I hope this review will help other to not waste their time with this unprofessionally run money grab....

If you have a serious medical condition or are in very bad pain I would suggest that you do not go to this Clinic. I would venture to say that most people that go here only have Medicaid MassHealth and that they dont have any choice to go to a better doctor or clinic because most of them do not accept Medicaid. So you will get bottom-of-the-barrel service and Care here. Of course they will schedule another appointment and do nothing for your pain that works. They get more money out of you that way the more times you go to their Clinic. They really dont care if they help your problem. Probably most people that go here dont have transportation and they live in this area. I think you might even be better off just to go to the emergency room.They have a captive clientele because most of the people that go there lack transportation and do not have anything but Medicaid which money doctors do not accept.

Been going to this health center for 5 yrs now. Wouldnt change for anything. Dr. Grace Kim is the best. I now have my dad going here. My Dr is so helpful, courteous, & on point with everything. She stays on me in regards to my meds, appts, referrals & anything else.My dad & I see the same Dr. which makes it convenient cos Im his care taker.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DON’T WANNA FEEL EXCLUDED! I had appointment at 10:55 and they took me in after 50 mins later. They told me to wait outside and I been waiting for 50 mins standing outside and I told them that I have standing issues because of my leg muscles. They don’t care about you. What a poor service. There is bunch of rude employees and bad service.

They get rid of my back pain with the right medication on the first vicit, something that my anterior clinic (northgate medical) didnt do in 4 years..if u need immediately atention u are suppose to go to the ER. The only bad thing about it is the waiting on the phone. They need to improve that issue...

All the time I have been going there,I havent been experienced what I experienced last Friday. The lady who attended me seems to be a hurry and wasnt giving me time to tell my problem...she rushed me,and never did further tests, I wonder where was my Doctor?

To be completely honest my doctor Elizabeth Boyle is the best she always helps and attend to my care needs and Tanya Johnson is the very best employee up there she really loves and cares for her patients and will go to back for you if need be but just like every place there are some bad apples in the bunch but not every just a few but I been going to this place since they opened and would not trade them for nothing in the world

Usually pretty good on time sometimes late on appointments but staff are friendly nice and its clean

Dr chu worst doctor ever had if you look young she wont help my fibromyalgia is bad including my knee and she dnt care she said is because my depression but its whatever think Im gonna change my doc.who should I change it to?

I dont Recommend anyone to take them selves or their children here at all. They are the worst Clinic ever. They are slow they dont return phone calls nor take anything important as they should

I love this center .i have been a member for 4 years .most of the staff are very nice .my Dr. Is Dr Jason is the best .he has taken care of me for the pass 2 years or so .he is very caring funny he hears you out and understands me when i go to him with any of my health problems and always finds a solution for it.

Dr marie meckel is as rude and condescending as they come. I am not impressed. She wants everyone to take medical marijuana, and lives in a fairy tale world.

The place is awesome, the staff are very humble and caring towards the patients. I’ve been coming here for about 20 yrs now and wouldn’t change to no other place...
