Dr. Stadnick is the BEST doctor I have ever had. She is extremely thorough, kind and patient to all of our questions and concerns. I recommend her and this practice to anyone looking for an OB! You will be in the best hands. All my family is now going to Stadnick. Cannot say enough amazing things!

There arent enough good things to say about Dr. Clarizio. She is the first doctor that I actually look forward to my appointments. Our appointments never feel rushed and I feel like she genuinely gets to know you. She’s always made me feel comfortable, listens to my concerns, and provides sound recommendations and advice. My first baby came early, so sadly she wasnt able to deliver her, but she was at the hospital the very next morning to check on me and the baby before she started her day. She even brought a little hat for my daughter -- it was above and beyond. Ive now been seeing her for my entire second pregnancy, and its been the best experience. If you are looking for an OBGYN, I would highly recommend!

Dr. Clarizio is amazing! She has been with me through my ups and downs to get pregnant and truly cares about her patients. Every appointment I have had she takes her time and makes sure all of our questions are answered. I never feel rushed in an appt. I feel very comfortable with her and couldn’t have asked for a better doctor.

Well designed office. Darla NP was very kind, attentive and helpful.The only negative (which, to be fair, is somewhat substantial) was not seeing the provider until 45 minutes after my scheduled time — pushing my day so far behind that I couldn’t make the appointment I had scheduled afterwards.

Went to North Scottsdale Women’s Health and saw Dr. Clarizio for the first time. Office was very nice, clean, and pleasant waiting area. Staff was friendly and professional. I was seen on time and Dr. Clarizio was very nice and attentive. She made me very comfortable throughout my exam. I will definitely remain a patient here.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Clarizio for 4 years now and she is very personable, truly cares about her patients, and is helpful when talking through decisions. She always makes me feel super comfortable!

I have seen Dr. Tiffany Stadnick as my gynecologist for several years. She is caring and helpful. Her office always follows up on test results and they get my prescription refills in a timely manner. She spends time with me and is always kind and cheerful.

You will experience exceptional care and support throughout your pregnancy at North Scottsdale Womens Health. My experience has been fantastic from my first visit till now at 33 weeks pregnant. When I met Dr. Clarizio, I found out I was pregnant for the first time and I was extremely nervous. With her personable, kind and comforting demeanor she put my nerves at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Clarizio and North Scottsdales Womens Health.

Dr. Clarizio at NSWH is simply the best. I have been a patient of hers for the last 3 years and have had nothing but great experiences with her. This is my second pregnancy with Dr. Clarizio and she has always been very informative, willing to take the time to answer any questions I may have and really get to know me as a patient. It also helps that she is hilarious and always makes us laugh at our appointments. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new OB/GYN.

Enjoyed my time at North Scottsdale Women’s health with Dr. Clarizio! She was my provider for my first pregnancy and is for my second pregnancy now as well. She was also the provider for my sister with her pregnancy! Appreciate the diligence with the pregnancy complications that both myself and my sister experienced. Definitely recommend!

Can never get ahold of the front desk. I was interested in becoming a new patient since I have to change providers, but I can never get ahold of the front desk. This happened a couple years ago, and never heard from them! I enthusiastically wanted to seek care by Dr. Clarizio, since I’ve heard great things about her care service. So this is discouraging

I made an appointment several weeks in advance and was told my insurance was contracted with the practice. Upon arrival, I learned they hadn’t verified my insurance and that in fact I wasn’t insured. I had already began undressing for the exam when they notified me. It was a huge waste of my (and their) time. They asked me to be 40 minutes early to the appointment so between that and driving I wasted most of my morning.

NSWH is so awesome! They are all nice and helpful. I love Dr Clarizio. She actually sits with you and talks to you and cares about her patients.

Went in and this morning as a New Patient. I came in 30mins early as requested via email, text and Voicemail message about the importance of being Early to fill out Paperwork!My appointment to see provider Darla was at 9:40 , approximately 9:25-30 a patient walks in apologizing for being late to her appointment with Darla because of traffic and asks woman at desk can you still takeMe? They give her paperwork to fill out and they take her back at my appointment time at 9:40 am!! So I ask the receptionist how long will it be she says I don’t know? I asked why was that patient given my appointment and asked again approximately how much longer will I have to wait? She says ,” I don’t know it’s all relative “ I’m asking relative to what? She doesn’t have anything to say. I’m an understanding woman and reasonable. I’m expecting a representative of this practice sitting at front desk would be at least apologetic and understanding and wanting to be more proactive at communicating with me!!! Unfortunately I have to assume that this is the energy of this practice and how they conduct themselves with little communication and a lack of respect for me and my time and consideration. I said I don’t feel comfortable here andWill be looking for another practice. It’s sad because it’s seemed like a modern clean and lovely office and I’m sure Darla is an amazing and great practitioner,but I can only go my first impressions. To note while I was sitting in office I can hear a women training another woman behind the door explaining how no one is filling out the charts completely and this is how it needs to be done and even telling the receptionist the same thing you should listen to what I’m saying. It’s like not very professional atmosphere hearing all that.. maybe today was an off day , but just the first impressions was awful and unprofessional and didn’t feel comfortable at all.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience here with Dr Clarizio and the staff. Everyone has been polite, respectful, and make me very comfortable. I found my place here.

Dr. Mia and the nurses, ultrasound tech, and more were amazing during my pregnancy. Dr. Mia was always so cautious with our care and always was thorough in explaining different aspects of my pregnancy. Whenever anything of worry would come up, Dr. Mia would never hesitate to call me herself with next steps. She was always open to questions any time of day and made our challenging pregnancy less stressful. We truly appreciate everything she did and continues to do for our little family.

Dr. Mia has made me feel so comfortable and supported during my pregnancy. Navigating this for the first time can be difficult and she’s given me the information and support to feel empowered with my choices this pregnancy and with my birth plan with the want for a natural birth.I love the communication from everyone at this office and how kind they are. I couldn’t recommend North Scottsdale Women’s Health or Dr. Mia enough.

Dr. Mia is by far the best OBGYN in the valley. My second pregnancy was more difficult than my first having both preeclampsia and gestational diabetes. Dr. Mia explained everything to me and answered all of my questions at every appointment. She listened when I expressed concerns about my delivery and ensured everything would be okay by having a plan set in place for all possible scenarios. I never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointments and was in and out in less than an hour, including ultrasound and NST appointments. I have already referred her to several friends and family members and will miss my weekly appointments with her and her team.

Dr Mia and her staff really took care of my needs. I had a high risk pregnancy and she made sure I saw the specialists and took the meds that I needed to have a less stressful experience. While my pregnancy wasn’t successful, I can say that the care that I received and continuous support made me realize that the care I received was the best. Thank you Dr.Mia and I hope to continue my journey with you!

Beyond grateful! I have had womens reproductive issues much of my life, including reproductive cancer. It has been a truly amazing experience to meet Dr. Simone and be treated by her. I am always eager to find doctors who partner with me to be the very best version of myself and she is one of those incredible doctors who is still passionate about her career. The office staff is friendly, cheerful, with great attention to care and detail. The nursing staff is approachable, smart, caring, and friendly as well. As I new patient, I was thrilled at how comfortable they made me feel. Dr. Simone is empathetic, super smart, and phenomenal at patient care. When you picture a passionate healer, she is the epitome of that. So grateful!

I tried to call literally 4-5 times just to schedule an appt as a new patient. No answer every single time. They’re clearly understaffed considering every time you try to call no one answers. I Can only imagine how the lack of access to care would impact patient outcomes.

My experience was positive. I felt like the appointment and interactions were both genuine and thoughtful. I appreciated the way the Dr. took time to talk to me and go over any questions I had. The staff was very kind as well!

I’ll preface this by saying I really enjoy seeing Dr Simone and she’s very professional, kind and helpful. That is the only reason this is two stars and not one.However, the scheduling at this office needs serious work. If you want to schedule an appointment almost four months in advanced just to be cancelled on 15 minutes before then this is the place for you. I had an appointment to get an IUD, took preparation medications the night before and an hour before, took off work and had my boyfriend take off work to be there with me, and they cancelled my appointment while I was on my way there due to a scheduling conflict. I received many confirmations of my appointment leading up to it, and even called and confirmed a while before and they said it was all set. For someone who’s been waiting to do this since APRIL this is unacceptable. I’m now without birth control for two months while I wait on my rescheduled appointment. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Dr. Stadnick was my OBGYN for all three of my children. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and her calm nature puts patients at ease. She’s very sweet and cares deeply for her patients. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor or team. Her nurses and staff are amazing as well. I felt fully supported throughout my pregnancies, deliveries and post-partum care.

I have never been more frustrated with a medical experience than I have at North Scottsdale Womens Health. While everyone is more than polite, I routinely would arrive 15-20 minutes prior to my appointment, only to be seen 20-30 minutes late (with those appointments lasting at most 15 minutes). My concerns regarding the effects of my birth control (leading to them switching my birth control FOUR times in TWELVE months) has led to multiple ovarian cysts and extreme hormonal problems, which my new doctors are saying will take years to correct the amount of extreme fluctuations in my hormones. I brought these concerns up at each of my appointments, only to be told it was just my anxiety from being in my mid-twenties and to try breathing exercises and calming down, which will not eradicate the large cysts in my ovaries.Moreover, the front desk and billing team routinely do not ever bill me correctly and it always takes more than 30 days to rectify any incorrect bill. They are all polite and nice, but it is a very poorly run practice from top to bottom.

The staff at North Scottsdale Womens Health is incredible! From the front desk, to the MAs and doctors, everyone is friendly, considerate, and professional. Ive never felt better taken care of at an OBGYN than I do at NSWH. Ive been a patient of Dr. Clarizio for several years now, and I trust her (and the center) with all aspects of my reproductive health. She is always happy to answer all of my questions and takes her time explaining results and options; I never feel rushed out of the office. They are always promt with check-in times, and its rare I have to wait longer than expected to see the doctor. Any time I leave a message with the doctors assistant I receive a call back within an hour or so. The attentiveness and care of the staff here is unprecedented. I highly recommend!

I relocated to the Scottsdale area at 7 months pregnant and had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. Mia Mowzoon. I cannot express enough how exceptional her care was throughout this crucial time. Dr. Mowzoons expertise, compassion, and attention to detail made me feel reassured and well-supported.She took the time to address my concerns, providing thorough explanations and guidance. Her professionalism and genuine interest in my well-being meant the absolute world to me. My entire experience with Dr. Mowzoon and her team was positive, making such a transitional period in my life as peaceful as possible!!I highly recommend Dr. Mia Mowzoon to anyone seeking excellent prenatal care in the Scottsdale area! She is the best!

Dr. Clarizio is a literal angel. My entire pregnancy she was so attentive and really listened to my concerns and needs. On the Day of my c section she held me during the epidural and kept me calm. She talked to me through the entire procedure. Her bedside manner went above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor!

Dr. Mia is fantastic. Having to go to the gyno is at the very list uncomfortable. She made several procedures as comfortable and easy as possible. Highly recommend. Also, everyone at her office was great.

Ive been able to schedule in a timely manner at every visit, and they are very efficient and organized.Dr. Clarizio is very informative. And the teams ultrasound technician was wonderful (I wish I remembered her name).

Without hesitation, I recommend Dr. Stadnick and this practice. Dr. Stadnick is a patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable practitioner. I have complete trust in her medical decision making and I have been impressed with how calmly she handles complex issues.Although the practice is busy, I have never felt rushed during appointments. In particular, I really appreciate her use of What questions do you have for me? instead of Do you have any questions? It is seemingly small details like this that make me feel listened to as a patient and makes the patient-doctor relationship feel like teamwork.

I cannot recommend Dr. Mia Mowzoon enough! I absolutely love the staff. She and the staff make you feel welcome. feel heard, and valued, and believe I am getting the utmost care during my pregnancy. She explains everything to me in a very clear manner and follows up after every lab.

I am a single woman who has been neglecting my yearly gynecologic care for longer than I want to admit. I was very nervous about having the necessary exam and answering questions. A friend recommended North Scottsdale Women’s Health, as she had a positive experience there. I saw Dr. Grade and her nurse, Debbie. Despite my nervousness, they quickly put me at ease. They were patient and caring, answering my questions, and showed a sensitivity that I really appreciated. In fact, all the staff I encountered were warm and kind. Their office is lovely. If you have been hesitating on having your regular gynecologic exams, I highly recommend Dr. Grade and her office.

Dr. Stadnick was my OB throughout pregnancy, and it was such a positive experience. She is personable and easy going and took great care of me and baby. I will definitely be a future patient when the time comes!

Dr. Mia Mowzoon was so amazing. I have never had a doctor make me feel so comfortable and relatable. I wanted to cry with relief when I saw her smiling happy face. She is so amazing and much needed in this field. She completely changed my outlook on going to the OBGYN,

I was lucky enough to see Dr. TiffanyStadnick for my whole (3rd) pregnancy aftermy first OB stopped delivering babies. Dr.Stadnick was incredibly smart, helpful, andgracious throughout the process, includinga planned C-section. I felt like I wasin super capable hands the whole time andliked her thoughtful, practical approach tomy (many) questions.Also, as a busy working mom, I appreciatedhow well the office was run - I rarely waitedmore than a few minutes for appointmentsand the staff were super kind, especiallytheir ultrasound person!

I am a patient of Dr. Katharine Clarizio and I had such a wonderful experience with her! She was always patient and honest with me which I appreciated. I nervous about going into labor at a weird time and not being able to have Dr. Clarizio there.. even though she had a full day with other patients, she made sure she was there for the big moment. So thankful to have her as a dr!! I started visiting this office because I knew I wanted to start a family. The office is extremely clean and you feel comfortable. The entire staff was wonderful. I enjoyed my nurse and the ultrasound tech too.

I don’t recommend this place for pregnancies. High intervention practice! 2 of my friends came here and both saw Dr. Stadnick and both had C-sections one of them had to go back in because there was still placenta left inside of her that needed to be removed and was causing heavy bleeding and cramping!! I saw Dr. McCauley who has since left and retired but she induced me at 38 weeks and wanted to schedule around her vacation. They do what’s easiest on them, not what’s best for the patient. The only good thing I can say about this place is there NP Darla is great but you would only see her for gynecological stuff not anything OB related. I’m pregnant with my 3rd now, I’ve learned a lot and had to advocate for myself a ton delivering in Scottsdale. I’ve been doing my research and unfortunately Scottsdale Shea and the providers in the area are very high intervention oriented. If you’re looking for something low intervention oriented look in the Phoenix downtown area.

Dr. Stadnik , Dazelle, and the ultra sound tech has been so amazing the last 8 months! They’ve field all my questions as this is my first pregnancy and always tried to make sure I’ve received the best care. Dr. Stadnik and Dazelle has been on top of every referral and every concern. I haven’t had an absolute smooth first pregnancy but my fiancé and I are grateful that we’re under such attentive care. Will highly recommend this team to everyone !

Absolutely would recommend Dr. Mia Mowzoon, she is amazing! I got my IUD removed and replaced and she was so quick and painless. I was terrified from my last experience with a different doctor in another state and she truly made me feel comfortable and relaxed! You can tell she loves her job and knows what she’s doing. The entire staff is also very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The office manager is incompetent and extremely rude, and the billing practice is very poor! Do not expect them to file insurance properly. Dr. Simone is probably losing thousands yearly and she has no idea! She may be an excellent Doctor but I do not recommend using her practice.

I transferred care to Dr Stadnick at 26 weeks, and she delivered my son in September of 2022. Both she and her staff (especially her nurse, Diselle) are wonderful. I had to be readmitted a day after discharge for some complications (just some weird issues, nothing that was her fault) and she came to see me and check on me, even though she was not consulted and didn’t have to. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is pregnant and will continue to see her, despite the drive, because she is so caring.

I have been seeing Dr. Clarizio since I have been experiencing discomfort and abnormal bleeding, which began the beginning of this year. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Clarizio was very attentive and caring. After the first ultrasound Dr. Clarizio and ultrasound technician identified a large cyst on my ovary and endometrial polyp. Dr. Clarizio presented the care options. I decided to move forward with surgery since the cyst was so large and possible torsion was a concern. Dr. Clarizio did an excellent job during the surgery and post surgery follow up. I’m so lucky I found Dr. Clarizio. I was so nervous about the procedure but the fact that Dr. Clarizio was very attentive and was there for me every step really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Clarizio and would recommend her to my family and friends!

I loved Dr.Chlorizio. I never had any issues having to get in last minute because of HG during my first trimester in pregnancy. I’m very thankful for the staff, nurses and doctor. Would go back there if i wasn’t moving out of the state!

I have been a patient of Dr Simones for almost 8 years. She is an excellent surgeon and always takes the time to listen. I really appreciate Sylvie (sonographer)...she is very knowledgeable and extremely caring. Also, Jen is a great medical assistant. Both Sylvie and Jen have been on staff a long time.

The office is nice, as well as the staff. I felt comfortable the entire time and felt that the doctor really listened to me. I am a new patient and so far I am happy to be at this practice.

I cannot recommend Dr. Clarizio enough!! I will spend a crazy amount of time reading reviews but I have never taken the time to write one myself. North Scottsdale Women’s Health and Dr. Clarizio have changed that! Dr. Clarizio is a remarkable doctor, I wish she was around during my two pregnancies. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, attentive, kind, and empathetic. She listens to everything I have to say, answers all my questions, and never makes me feel like I am taking up too much of her time. She thoroughly explained next steps and recommended a great oncologist. Every appointment I have had at this office has been on time, which we all know is not the norm! In addition, I have met with NP Mary and the lab techs – all were so kind and comfortable, they all communicated my needs to Dr. Clarizio in such a way that made my appointments truly valuable. I have received phone calls directly from Dr. Clarizio which helped to alleviate my concerns. The response rate on the patient portal when sending a message is unmatched to other offices. I always hate leaving doctor’s appointments feeling like I have unanswered questions but I have never left feeling that way from NSWH! I feel a sense of relief and look forward to having Dr. Clarizio and her staff care for me and my daughter in the future!

The WORST gynecologist in Scottsdale!!! Do not go with them!!! They do not know what they are doing. I went with them at my first signs of std symptoms within a few days of contacting the std. The Dr checked me and she clearly could have noticed the immense pain i was in while she checked me and still went to tell me i was fine!! They said they would give me my results within a week and they took two weeks!!! And that is crazy!! Any other place will give you results within 3 days but they took two weeks when they said 1. After two weeks my symptoms worsened so bad!! I called them nonstop to ask and get some sort of help on what was going on since they had my results and as doctors understood the disease!! But finally same day im given results bc i called like crazy desperately as i was in immense pain, they tell me that they cant even give me the treatment!!! This is pure neglect!!! I ended up in the emergency room to get treatment bc the symptoms were unbearable. I went through so much pain, extra bills in the ER and such horrible experience all because these doctors dont take their work serious enough. Dont have treatment available and they still have the nerve to charge me $400 for not giving me treatment, delaying my results and only seeing me once!!! Do not go here.

Love working with the women at North Scottsdale Womens Health. Dr. Clarizio is fabulous and was such a reassuring physician both during pregnancy and labor and delivery.

I saw doctor Mia for my prolapse surgery and i am very happy with my care. she really listened to me and made me feel important.the office was very professional and clean and HonorHealth is amazing and they treat you like a VIP person.

I had a wonderful experience with NSWH. Dr.Stadnick was my OB/GYN during both my pregnancies. The services I received were excellent. She has not only taken a great care of my health but she is also very lovely to speak with during all my appointments. She is a wonderful Doctor and her staff is great and kind too.. I would highly recommend to be her patient.

Ill never leave this practice after finding Dr. Mia Mowzoon! Dr. Mowzoon is incredibly empathetic and thorough. She leaves me with peace of mind and options after each visit. I appreciate her communication style and bedside manner!

Had a great experience with Dr. Simone and a fibroid she treated that was very large. I was severely anemic and had to get something done even though I was scared. Shes very caring and really sits and talks with you. Her staff is wonderful too and sometimes you find a good Dr but the staff is rough to deal with. Not here! Dr. Grade also great- saw her once before Dr. Simone did my surgery.

Dr. Grade is straight forward and matter of fact. She is kind and listens to your concerns. I had been at another practice for years and incredibly happy with my switch to her.

Had a rather unfortunate experience here. I went in to confirm that I was no longer pregnant. After arriving, I went in to the exam room and was very clearly crying, and the nurse continued with her questioning as if this were a perfectly normal appointment. Then I went to give a urine sample. I went to place my sample in the pass through, and there were several other samples in there with patient information on them. This violates patient privacy. Dr. Clarizio came in and it was clear she had not read my chart prior to entering the room. She introduced herself to me as a new client. I had just seen her less than a month before. The visit was brief and the nurse came in after to give me an injection, and was saying these are her least favorite types of appointments. When I left and was crying the woman at the reception desk checks me out and tells me to “have a good one.” All around a really unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I will not be returning to this office.

I have been seeing Dr Grade for over 15 years. She is absolutely wonderful and did a fantastic job with each of my 4 higher risk pregnancies, each resulting in healthy wonderful children! Her nurse Diselle is second to none! Wonderful friendly office! We drive over an hour to come here and will continue to do so! Highly recommend them!

Dr. Grade has been my OBGYN for over 14 years. She delivered my two children and Ive been seeing her since for my annual exam since. She is an amazing doctor - caring and a good communicator. Her staff is fantastic as well. Id highly recommend this practice.

While the doctors may be well qualified at North Scottsdale Womens Health, my wife and Is experience was that this clinic is run with a corporations mentality (profit before patient). If you are looking for personalized, white glove experience, and a Doctor who builds a true relationship with you, fights for you and your baby, sadly from our experience, this is not the place to receive that type of care.My wife suffered from a miscarriage for our first baby. She was initially thrilled with the experience at N. Scottsdale Womens Health and really enjoyed the Doctor she was working with. Our experience took a turn for the worse with all the follow-up after the appointment where she found out our baby had no heartbeat. Our Dr. would not prioritize her D & C procedure at the hospital, even after we called several times asking if we could get it expedited. The medical assistant told my wife that she could miscarry at home and it would simply be similar to having a period - taking absolutely NO consideration and sympathy for her feelings! How can you tell a woman who just lost her baby, this is no big deal, wait it out and it will be a similar experience to having a period?They treated us like a number and our personal experience was that it felt impossible to get a hold of the Doctors over the phone unless you beg and plead. While eventually the Dr. called us back, my wife and I felt like the Dr.s behavior and conversation toward us felt like she thought we were overreacting and being dramatic; we were told to wait it out for a week until we could get into the hospital, that my wifes situation was not an emergency, so they would do nothing to expedite the procedure (even though our baby was lifeless for possibly many weeks in her womb and my wife was suffering from panic attacks and extreme anxiety after finding out the news). My wife was also told if she started bleeding before her scheduled procedure to just go to the ER and be treated there- NO personalized attention and care from her OB??By the way, we did find a Doctor to expedite her D&C procedure. And, it turned out my wife had a partial molar pregnancy, and experienced such intense bleeding that she was hospitalized overnight and almost had to get a blood transfusion. We were told by the surgeon that if she had waited any longer for the procedure she definitely could have miscarried at home. Because this was a partial molar pregnancy, and because of the cysts that she had in her womb, it would have been very risky, bloody, painful, and just plain horrible for her to miscarry at home.Our experience was already traumatic emotionally, physically taxing, but the treatment and service we received was so disappointing and frustrating. Please reconsider the way you treat and follow-up with women after they miscarry.

I would recommend finding any other OB-GYN in Scottsdale. The staff and doctors seem to have no care for their patients. The office is not clean and severely outdated. I have not had any positive experiences with any of the doctors or nurse practitioners at N. Scottsdale Women’s Health. I felt like I was a burden every time I needed an annual check-up or god forbid I ask any simple questions, I was treated like a second class citizen. And then when I decided to cancel my annual (well in advance) and go to another practice, I was still charged for a visit that I had cancelled a month in advance. This is an Extremely unprofessional and rude practice that needs to evolve personally and professionally.

Love this gal Katharine Clarizio. I was forced to change GYNO after 25 years (due to insurance), and was extremely hesitant and found this gal. Even tho she is young (everyone is young when your 55. Lol) she seems to be in tune/in tune with needs of the older generation, compassionate, listens/understanding. She is great. Highly recommend!

Just awful! I can’t describe to you how careless these people are. I’ve been waiting for over a month to hear back from them to discuss my test results and can’t get a hold of anyone. I called, left VM, emailed and when I was able to get through they said they will us back. Never called back. The doctor is in a rush, medical assistants never answers or returns calls and front desk never picks up. I am a dentist and have patients of my own. I know what a good medical office should do in situations like that. After/if I ever get my results, I am changing providers immediately.

Dr.Stadnick and her staff are attentive and caring. The prenatal care is excellent. Dr.Stadnick and Diselle have helped me through all my pregnancies and postpartum care. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Stadnick. I amSo thankful that I found Dr.Stadnick and her staff.

The doctors are wonderful. Dr Giali is probably the kindest and least judgmental doctor I’ve ever met. I’m working until I pop in order to keep her (with my insurance). This is why I gave 4 stars. However, if you are wanting an office that answers the phone consistently, is always available to answer your emergency questions, and has office staff who are on top of things - this is NOT the place for you. As a first time mom, it’s been WAY too much stress.

I have been going to this office for my annual exams and everything in between since 2019. I was never crazy about the office, but also didn’t mind much since I was only ever in and out quickly for minor things. I found out I was pregnant, unplanned and first timer, and had no idea what to do next, so naturally I called my doctor. They gave me zero guidance other than making my first prenatal appt at 8 weeks out, which seemed pretty normal based on doing some research. About 2 wks before my first scheduled appt, I started spotting. Of course the anxious part of me called the office to ease my mind. They told me it was completely normal and they would not be concerned unless it began to resemble a regular period. A week later I ended up in emergency room with severe bleeding & cramping. It was a Friday night & office was closed until Monday. ER doctors could not give a definitive answer as to whether it was the start of miscarriage or just too early to detect heartbeat and sent me on my way with zero guidance on what to do next if I do happen to start miscarrying. I spent the rest of the weekend in bed with severe cramping and bleeding. Monday morning rolled around, I called the office immediately to tell them the events that had taken place over the weekend. They did not answer, left a voicemail & did not receive a call back for two+ hrs. Mentally, physically and emotionally I was completely worn out. Nurse finally called me back, I explained everything that happened & she simply asked me to come in for bloodwork to check hcg levels & would not have results back until tomorrow. She then advised that if the bleeding & pain continued, that I would just need to go back to the ER. Went in that afternoon to get blood drawn- no nurse no doctor- walked in and out. As my mind was racing and anxiety through the roof, the lack of concern and comfort was highly disappointing. Received my results the following day and had confirmed miscarriage. I had my first prenatal appt already scheduled for one week from that day. Nurse told me they were going to keep that same appt & evaluate me then. I felt fine physically at this point, but mentally I just wanted to know that I was okay and was not having any complications. A week later I went in for my miscarriage follow up appointment. When the ultrasound tech called me back, she had NO CLUE what happened & was under the impression I was there for my first ultrasound. She was excited & chipper, asking me if I am excited for my first ultrasound, etc. I sat there basically in tears & had to explain to her what happened, when I was under the impression it should have already been charted. Talk about insensitive & uncomfortable, as if my emotional and mental state wasn’t already a mess. I finally met Dr Stadnick for the first time. She was cold & insensitive. Did not have much to say other than going over results of ultrasound. Asked if I had any Qs, but her demeanor & attitude made me feel so uncomfortable and hesitant to ask anything, nor did I trust any of the providers guidance or word at this point. Two days later, receptionist calls with my latest bloodwork results stating my hcg levels & they want to see me next week for more bloodwork to make sure hcg continues to RISE normally. Incredibly confused, I tell her I don’t understand what she is talking about. She puts me on hold to review my notes and says I’m sorry I understand your confusion now.To say that this was THE WORST experience and care for a first time pregnancy and miscarriage is an understatement. I don’t have words to describe the lack of empathy this office and not just one, but several providers have here. If you do not care about your emotional and mental well being, then this is the place for you.Not only am I already dealing with an emotional and mental rollercoaster, which Dr Stadnick did not even inquire about, this office has made me feel completely uncared for during this entire process.Do yourself a favor and FIND A NEW PROVIDER.

Sad that I’m leaving the staff who’s been with me from the beginning. Dr Mia is amazing and she’s so inclusive to her patients. The tlc and everything more from the staff is beyond. Thank you for the constant support

The receptionist is very incredibly rude and condescending. She refuses to listen to patients and will only raise her voice to speak over you. Very disappointed to be treated that way on my very first appointment with them. Won’t be going back.

I only went to this place for one visit, and that was enough to determine what kind of care they show their patients. I scheduled my first obstetrics visit with them, but began having sharp pain and bleeding/cramping before the first visit. I called and explained these symptoms and was told to rest. The symptoms did not completely subside, and the bleeding continued. I called to let them know, and they stated they wanted to get me in to be checked out. Each call was curt, and I felt like I couldnt completely explain my concerns without being cut off.When I went in for my visit 7/24/19, I was told they would only do a physical examination and blood work to check my HCG levels and other routine tests. On that day I was told that my results might be ready for review by my next appointment 8/5. That was concerning because I was worried about the health of my pregnancy. I used to work for a lab and know that is a very long turn around time for results. I registered on LabCorps website and was able to see that my results were completed within 2 days of collection - but I was not able to see the results until 7/30 (they give 1 week to allow the provider to discuss results before they allow the patient to view). I thought they would be contacting me before then, but that did not happen. I finally viewed my own results on 7/30 and noticed some abnormal flags that concerned me. I called and let them know that I was able to view the results, and would appreciate a call back from the nurse to ease my mind. I was transferred to the nurse and left a detailed message early in the day of 7/30. I didnt receive a call back so I called again the next day, and explained to the receptionist that Im concerned. Again as soon as the call wasnt business as usual, her tone changed to being short. She said when we have the results back the nurse will call you - and I explained that the results were final and I was able to view them myself. She said that just because I can see the results, doesnt mean they are in her system, and she transferred me to the voicemail yet again. I left another detailed message in the morning and didnt receive a call back. I was so frustrated by how the receptionist spoke to me and the lack of response from the nurses, that I decided to transfer my care to another OBGYN. I picked up my chart from the office, and I could see that according to their records, they RECEIVED THE RESULTS on 7/26, and just continued to suggest that they hadnt gotten them yet. The nurse finally called me back after I picked up my records to transfer to the new office. She had the audacity to say that she never received a voicemail from me, when I know for a fact that I left two. If getting a hold of a nurse is this difficult to discuss a concern, there is no way I could trust this office to be organized enough to provide the care needed through my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. This is not my first pregnancy, and I know that this is not how a good office operates. Medical professions - including receptionists - should have more empathy and compassion with their clients.

Pretty practice, good staff, and my appointment was about 1 hour total which isnt bad for a doctors office. dr Mia M is fantastic and I will be seeing her again for my surgery.

I am always more than satisfied with my experiences each time I visit NSWH. Dr. Grade is the best and I will be keeping her as my lady doctor forever. She delivered my first child and she will definitely delivery my husband and Is second once we become pregnant. The staff is polite and always on top of things. The office atmosphere is very quaint and tidy.

I love Dr. Simone and Mary Meyer NP. I switched to Dr. Simone after two miserable years of hormone and fibroid issues with another doctor. Seriously who wants a period at age 55? Dr. Simone discussed all options for treatment and we both agreed on how to proceed so that problem was quickly corrected. I recommend her for older women with GYN issues. I have also seen Mary Meyer NP and appreciate her thoroughness. She caught a potential problem at my yearly exam, referred me for further testing, quickly called with test results and offered referrals for further treatment. I have never had a clash with office personnel nor insurance issues.

I loved Dr Mia! She is very knowledgable and kind. She has everything I would want in my Gynecologist. She went through my results with me and explained everything in a relatable way. I recommend seeing her.

Dr. Jennifer Simone is refreshingly honest, straightforward, kind, and gentle. Dr. Simone has helped me with many medical issues and referrals, and I respect her greatly. Her credentials are impeccable. She is intelligent and has great patient rapport. Both!!! Wish there were more doctors like her.

This office is horrible at communication.They NEVER call you back with your test results. This was my first pregnancy and I was not treated well at all. Every time I saw my doctor (Stadnick) she was not present, in a rush or on her computer. No genuine human connection. I got my blood taken about 4 times total from them and they never ONCE gave me the results. I ended up having a miscarriage and they didn’t even call me to tell me that my blood type is negative which is a high risk situation. We are paying for these tests why can’t we see the results. If you are looking for people that genuinely respect you I would go somewhere else.

This office is terrible. I came here because my dr switched to this office and I am regretting it. I likemy doctor but the staff/ operations at this place make it unbearable. they are late for appointments: they have terrible scheduling management causing long delays between appointments. They are not caring or friendly. I cancelled my last appointment 3 days in advance because I could not get through to someone at the office to ask a question about the appointment and no one called me to reschedule. The text said to cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid late fee which I was well in advance of this. I just got a bill today for late cancellation fee. Absolutely this office is ridiculous - the front desk worker is cold and has zero personality. They have a nice office decor and that is all this place has to offer.

Personable, caring and informative! 20 yrs ago I started with Dr. Snell, then PA Ashley was there, became a mom herself and left and I was hesitant initially because I dont like change however I LOVE the new PA Darla!! As a 15 yr breast cancer survivor (thank you Dr. Snell for discovering it!) and currently living with a rare cancer, Darla wanted to make sure that all my lady parts werent affected. She was extremely thorough and I left my exam and ultrasound with relief and extreme confidence! Whew! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!

Very poor communication! When you are pregnant its so so important to not be stressed, this place did not help that at all. Was told my care was being transferred and no details stating why. One response I finally got was Dr. Stadnick was on vacation and we had to wait. I was in limbo because the Dr was on vacation! Really!! Then the prepayment i paid took 2 and a half month to get returned to me. They were quick to take my money but didnt care to give it back as quick! Would never recommend this place to anyone! Stay away!!

Been coming here for many years. Started with the yearly check ups and now pregnancy check ups. Dr Grade is amazing and her nursing staff are equally great, plus their Sonographer is wonderful. Never had issues with the. In all the years coming here. Highly recommended.

I never got my result.I was in holiday and I had some problems..It’s been 5 months since I did a annual exam here and till this day I can’t get in contact with them for my result. The doctor that did my exam was very fast like she didnt wanted to be there. I talked more with the nurse than with the doctor.

Terrible experience from beginning to end. During my initial visit the front desk was rude and abrasive, the medical assistant did not take accurate notes and appeared to be in a hurry and then I sat in the exam room for 45 minutes waiting to meet the doctor who spent less than 10 minutes with me.I was told I need bloodwork and that I could stop by the office anytime for a blood draw. I stopped by the office as directed and checked in. I was told the wait to see the phlebotomist was about 10 minutes. 50 minutes later i asked when I would be seen and it turns out they forgot me and had gone to lunch!When I finally saw the phlebotomist she had to stick me 4 times before she could get a vein.The front desk person apologized and said she would have the manager get in touch with me but I never heard from them.

Amazing doctors! I highly recommend them because the are professionals as well as caring and understanding. They talk to the patients and it not just an in and out experience. They build a relationship with their patients.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Since I moved to Scottsdale I needed a new place to go as opposed to driving to East Mesa. Since day 1 I have had a horrible experience here. When I made my appointment I never got a call to confirm it since I made it online. Thank goodness I wrote it down. Then when I needed my test results back, no one called for 3 weeks and I had to call them to see if everything was okay! I also asked them to send my BC to a pharmacy that was right down the road from them and I waited to hear from that and never did. I had to call the pharmacy and turns out they dont do BC, but that wouldve been nice for this place to know that or inform me that when they tried to submit it they didnt accept it. I then had to call back 54 times to get it switched to a Walgreens and even then the BC they prescribed me was wrong! I have been continually trying to call back, so far 42 time, to get it fixed but I feel at this point its not even worth coming back here. The doctors didnt seem to care while I was there about me. The drive to Mesa will be worth it after how I have been treated here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

PATIENTS BEWARE! As a member of the health care community, I am appalled by the unacceptable, unprofessional, and substandard business practices at North Scottsdale Womens Health. Unfortunately, there is an ongoing (and unresolved) pattern of current and potential new patients that allege significant difficulty trying to communicate with staff due to their non-responsiveness to the phones and/or failure to return patient calls. Additionally, it appears that scheduling new or follow-up visits, rescheduling a current appointment, addressing questions and concerns specific to an upcoming exam, consultation, or healthcare needs, and leaving a message for their provider is highly problematic. Sadly, these negligent and disconcerting practice actions are due to unsatisfactory office management and the physicians failure to micromanage business operations. Thus, patients may want to weigh the cost and benefit of committing to a patient - physician relationship with this practice since quality customer service is a vital component of health care. Shame on North Scottsdale Womens Health management and providers for their failure to ensure patients are recipients of professional and quality customer service!!

I completely understand why my OBGYN left this facility.Ive been waiting (2) weeks for NSWH to transfer my medical records over to the GYN that left their office. Despite the fact that I have critical medication that I require that is dependent on this medical record release, I still have yet to have these records sent to my GYNs new location - 10 minutes from this office. I now have to drive across town to go myself and do the job that they dont seem able to do with the click of a button.While being treated at this office, I found it to have a terrible odor and had them call me to confirm an appointment to then drive 45 minutes and be told I wasnt on the schedule. Glad my GYN left, but Id love to move on with my life and have them release my medical records like a normal physicians office would and is required to do by law.

Dr. Simone is great, she even called me herself a couple times to discuss my concerns. However, the front desk staff are rude, never answer the phone or return calls. I will say my emails were always answered within a day or two. I have been in the office while the front desk sat there with phones ringing and no answering them. Your staff gives the first impression and should be welcoming and friendly.

Worst communication ever. Two separate occasions, never heard back from anyone which is absolutely not okay when it comes to refilling prescriptions that you need and can’t physically afford to stop taking. I loved the encounters I had with Dr. Simone but due to the lack of communication on their end, I have found another office.

Would not recommend going here. Had surgery to remove a cyst and when I showed up for my surgery they did not have my anesthesiologist scheduled. Went in for my follow up appointment today and did not have me scheduled for an ultra sound so I could not be seen and had to leave. When asked for a refund, scheduler said to me I dont know who you are so I cant give you a refund. Staff is sarcastic and does not make you feel welcome and like you are a burden.

Very comfortable, welcoming place. Ive been going there for a while due to following Dr. Simone from another practice. Shes fantastic! All staff there is though!

Dr. Laughead is extremely smart, no-nonsense, and exactly what I need in a doctor. She delivered my daughters (who are now in their 30s), and I have followed her from office to office. These days, given that my child-bearing years are over, I probably ask to see her Nurse Practitioner, Ashley Roman, more than I see Marilyn. Ashley is really well-educated in her field and has the perfect bed-side manner. You can talk to her about anything. Theyre the dynamic duo and I highly recommend them.

The most professional OBGYN office I have ever been to. Everyone on staff has a smile on their face. Dr Stadnick and Dissell are the sweetest. Most of all they actually care about the well being of their patients. I couldnt not have picked a better team with my 1st pregnancy.

Ive been going to NSWHC for about a year now. Dr. Giali is amazing and sooo sweet. She is not judgmental and made me feel comfortable when talking to her. As for the nurse practitioner Darla McKamey, i felt like i was being scolded for something that was out of my control. She made me feel ashamed and judged me as i told her about my situation. Not to mention test results take forever from them. I will only be making appointments with Dr.Giali from now on, i dont care how long i would need to be pushed back.

Jackie, the MA is amazing. She helps out so much and always makes my visit more comfortable. Even when there was a hiccup with insurance/blood labs - she connected the right chanells and got it all taken care of. Seriously so thankful. Shes a staple in the office alongside the the whole team. Really thankful for the care and attention i have at NSWH.

Dr. Clarizio was warm, calm and matter of fact. I felt very well cared for and would recommend her to others.

Despite me having given them all of the information requested from me, North Scottsdale Womens Health did not submit all the correct forms to my insurance agency, which is the providers responsibility. The billing manager then put my account in collections without notifying me. I only found out because months later I tried to book an appointment to get a prescription refill and was told I couldnt due to my account status. Because of that, my credit score has gone from very dependable to very risky in a matter of months. The billing manager did not apologize or express any regard for me as a customer.Update: The office manager was kind & helpful over the phone, apologized for the situation, and is writing a letter to the collections agency. Unfortunately, NSWH never provided a refund.

I have been going to this office to see Dr. Grade for 12 years. Her staff is always very helpful and accommodating. I recently had some changes to my insurance provider (and of course had a million questions), to which they were very patient and quick to get me answers.Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Grade is great. She is very knowledgeable and inspires much confidence in her ability. She and her staff listen well to their patients and are dedicated to providing the best care for mom and baby.

I came here during my last pregnancy and it is honestly the best pregnancy clinic Ive ever been to. I had such a hard time finding an obgyn that I liked and was comfortable with but Dr. Stadnick is the best! I had such an easy labor and delivery as well so that was the cherry on top. I cant explain how sad and frustrated I am as a new patient. I first got cancelled and then office said they called me abt my second cancellation but i dont have a missed call or voicemail. When arriving a Dr did see me, (Dr Tiffany Stadnick) however, i left feeling worse off! After rushing in and NOT knocking if i was ready This small thin lady comes in and complemented me on my writing...thanks i guess... But once she listened to my aches and pains she rushed my breast exam and pap and basically ran out before i even had a chance to say anything, i wasnt even sure if she was done with me!! I was left bewildered and Absolutely no reassurances on anything. This was not a Well Woman Exam....and will not be returning.

After years of battling my endometriosis symptoms and feeling crazy, Dr. Grade was able to help me get on the right track. The laparoscopic procedure was done beautifully and I am recovering well. Finally meeting someone who cares and takes the time to understand the pain I have been going through for years makes all the difference.

They were not very informative when I came in for a yearly checkup and asking general questions about planning for pregnancy a couple years from now. I felt like the doctor made me feel like I was being a burden for asking preventative questions about how to take care of my health and learn about my hormones.

Cannot get them to call me with my test results. Have been waiting over 6 weeks and left numerous messages but no one calls you back. Im hoping that Im fine because, if not, they are endangering my life by not returning my calls with my results. I do not recommend - it is ridiculous to have to beg your doctors office to share your test results

This place is the worst place to ever go to for health care. I have been going here for over a year now. Recently I found out I was pregnant, and it has been the worst experience at this gyn office.* I have had in correct info given to me by the nurse or doctor plenty of times.I was recently seen by a cvs doctor that found something weird on my ultrasound. Which is a sign of a major health issue with my baby and I. I have been having major symptoms of this health issue. I called NSWH to follow up with my GYN Tiffany Stadnick. I called 3 times in the matter of 5 minutes which I have phone records. Someone at the front desk transferred me to the nurse which I requested. I left a very detailed voicemail in the afternoon a few hours before they closed. I NEVER got a call back from the nurse or the doctor. I had to have someone else call for me to request for the nurse or the doctor to call me back, I NEVER received a call back after 3 days. I go for my appointment 3 days later, that was already scheduled a 3 weeks before, and I get the worse treatment i have ever recieved by any nurses or doctors.I was told that if I am having any symptoms to go to the ER, that they do not deal with this medical issue. because they do not do everything thereI was then told by the nurse to go back to my cvs doctor, so she can explain the health issue.I was told to follow up with MY OB-GYN TIFFANY S.* no one would discuss this health issue with me *So then the doctor TIFFANY S comes in and tells me that all this is the past and we need to focus on the futureand that if I have any symptoms to follow up with my primary care doctor OR THE ER, because she does not deal with this health issue.I then tell her to explain to me my results that were sent by the doctor , and she refuses too.She refuses to look at if something could be wrong with this pregnancy.She would not give me any advice, and refused care of my baby and I.* I can add more in this review but I will keep that for further discussion.This health issue is supposed to be monitored and treated by THE GYN!I have been refused care, and other legal matters that can not be ignored.

Going to this doctors office has been incredibly frustrating. The communication is terrible with patients and the time spent by the doctor feels rushed. Everytime I leave, I still have questions. Today was the last straw and I am switching doctors. I was told to come in for a blood test and upon arriving after sitting there waiting, I was told I didnt need one anymore. I left work early to take care of this and someone couldve called me. Also another time I was told to come in for blood work to be reviewed and after waiting and waiting, I finally met with the NP and she told me oh actually your blood work isnt back yet. What a waste of my time. I was then charged for that appointment and had to go through billing to be reimbursed. Avoid this practice at all costs.

We decided to choose another office after a clash with the office manager. Too bad, because the doctors seem great. Watch your bill closely! You are likely being overcharged! No customer service so we are having our baby through another doctor.

Warm and professional—I always feel supported and taken care of here. Excellent physicians, NPs, and I can always get an appointment when I need it.

Amazing place, amazing people. Renee and Dr. Giali were and are my favorite! Even though it was the worst news possible for me, they were kind and with me every step of the way. I highly recommend them and hope to have them as my OB once again soon.

I was supposed to meet with one NP however met with a different one. I explained what was going on and felt ignored. She didn’t examine me or even look at the area I was talking about. When I asked for an ultrasound she told me I could schedule one. I went in for an emergency appointment as the nurse line told me to go into the ER. I wish I would’ve because I got no help from this place. Front desk was very friendly but I will never go back or recommend to anyone.

This office has the absolute worst business practices. They committed fraud against my girlfriend. In December she went to the office to have surgery and was told that the insurance would not cover it so she paid about $800 to the office. Fast forward 6 months later and 4 more visits and we find out that this office ALSO put a claim to the insurance for $800. THEY WERE DOUBLE PAID! When we called in June the office refused to give us a refund because her newest visit had not closed out in the system. WHAT?!! You owe us money and WE have to wait for you to get paid by the insurance!?? I spoke to the billing manager and when I asked her why we were not notified of this overpayment her exact words were: Well you never asked. Seriously?? I have to ask every single business I deal with Hey do you owe me any money? Thats insane! We are still waiting for our refund 6 months after the overcharge. They did not let us know that we had overpaid, which is Illegal. Needless to say we will never be visiting this office again. WATCH YOUR BILLS CLOSELY, THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU!!

Whats the point in an online appt system if you still have to call to verify info and then cancel the appointment before Im able to provide my card.Also, this is simple etiquette which seems to be lacking these days: if you dont know how to pronounce a persons name, then call them by their last name.

This office was wa and inviting. Coming from a former doctors office that was loud and overcrowded his office was a much needed and welcomed change. The doctor and medical assistant were attentive and took the tome to get to know me a bit during my visit. Highly recommended!

If you can get a call back from them or if they answer the phone- they are great. It normally takes them over a week, if not more to return my calls and this has been ongoing for 4-5 months now- so I know this isn’t just a one time thing.

Everything was very timely and quick, I think I was expecting a little more time since it was a new patient visit not just a wellness exam, but the doctor was nice and Im sure Ill be able to discuss things more in depth if needed.

I thought I needed an appointment today to discuss my mammogram procedure because I have dense tissue. I was told that I didn’t and they ordered the proper test method and rescheduled me. Excellent care.

Dr. Simmone is amazing but can’t say the same thing about the front office personnel. They definitely need up training. They are extremely unorganized and rude.

My wife and I have always enjoyed the doctors. However the wait has always been terrible. Usually takes 2 hours to get in and out. That seems excessive to me.

Refers to out of network assistants who charge thousands for services which comparison shopping says should only cost hundreds. Received multiple surprise bills months after. Beware.

Review based on wait time. They are crazy long in this office. Waited almost and hour in the waiting room for a 10 min appointment. Expect to wait 20-30 min minimum to be called back.

They got me in very quickly for a lump I was concerned about and handled everything so professionally.
