Dr. Schlecht is an amazing doctor. She takes the time to listen and gives you the opportunity to ask questions. Her staff is friendly and caring. I have been a patient for over 20 years and highly recommend Dr. Schlecht/North Scottsdale Women’s Care.

Ive been seeing Dr Kerry since we moved to AZ in 2012. She’s amazing, knowledgeable and professional. Love this practice. The office staff is always amazing and helpful.

Dr. delivered my three children and now cares for all of our gyn needs. She is both compassionate and knowledgeable and I would recommend her and the office to anyone who is looking for an OB/ GYN.

If I could leave a zero I would. I have no words for my experience today during a very difficult time for myself. The front office lady & phlebotomist seemed kind and genuine. However, the medical assistant and Doctor were not. I highly recommend NOT going here.

I brought my wife in for a pregnancy checkup and made the appointment a few days ago stressing that’s why we were coming in for. Got there and the lady said it was for something else. Not sure if they actually listen or don’t care given the lady I talked to on the phone was confirming what I asked for. Needless to say we paid for the visit and didn’t get what we asked for. Just don’t waste your time here. It’s just a money making scam. Plus it’s in snotsdale which I should have known better.

Dr. Schlect performed open abdominal surgery on me to remove a 17cm cyst on my left ovary. I was completely petrified not only because ovarian cancer was a very real possibility but also because with a cyst of this size, surgeons aren’t always able to preserve the ovary. I had to make decisions about consenting to a full hysterectomy if cancer was present or trying to chemo it away to maintain my chance of having children one day. I have always wanted a family my whole life so this was both terrifying and devastating as a woman in her twenties. Dr Schlect scheduled all my tests and then surgery very quickly. I really felt prioritized. She also did a great job of explaining everything in medical terms as well as in non medical terms so that I knew exactly what my options were and she truly helped me make some really tough decisions at a young age. My surgery, performed by Dr Schlect, ultimately had the best results possible. Dr Schlect was able to preserve my ovary which really speaks to her surgical skill. Infact, my ovary was so minimally scared that I went on to have an unplanned pregnancy 4 years later! I immediately knew I wanted Dr Schlect to deliver my baby. I truly feel like if it weren’t for Dr Schlect then I might not have my son today. Thank you Dr. Schlect and I hope to bring you more babies of mine to deliver in the future!

During my first pregnancy I went to Dr Schlect. Every time I went in it was as if she was meeting me for the first time. Never remembered anything about me or my history. She was not personable at all. Always late. The staff is so unfriendly and rude. After I had my baby, I was complaining to the doctor about pelvic floor issues I was having and that she considered “not normal” (eye roll), and was quick to hurry me out of this office. Didn’t even give me any recommendations for what I should do or how to fix it. (Luckily my primary care doctor referred me to a physical therapist ) I also came into the office after my birth complaining of severe lower back pain. She just wrote it off didn’t check me or test for anything. After a couple of days I went to the ER because of it and a high fever, and ended up having a kidney infection!!! The doctors office didn’t even bother to do a urine test or anything. It could have been caught in the UTI stage if they had. They’re just completely negligent. Go literally anywhere else!! Surprised they’re still in business.

Dr. Kerry Schlecht and Ana Amato have provided me the very highest level of care for many years. I highly and only refer them to my friends and family. They are the highest caliber of professionals and I am blessed to have them as my doctors.

This place lost my wife’s blood doing a materniti21 test, we waited 2 weeks to have a gender test done. We called twice they said it takes while for the results to come in. After waiting three weeks we finally called again and they told us they lost our wife’s blood. And we could retake the test again. We decided not to take the test again and just wait three more weeks to get the results for free on the ultrasound.After getting the gender and seeing the ultrasound the weight and size, we explain to the doctor we think she has the wrong due date and wrong conception. We told her we believe conception was on June 26 and her last period was June 15, the doctor is still convinced we somehow conceived on June 5 and and that she is expected to give birth on march 13th however me and my wife believe she is expected to give birth on the 22nd or 23rd.After all that the doctor now wants to induce my wife at 37 weeks because she believes she is measuring small. We are getting a second opinion.

I’ve been seeing Dr Schlecht for about 19 years now and I’ve always had a pleasant experience with her and the staff there. She delivered both of my boys. My first pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage after doing fertility so I was a little neurotic during both pregnancies. She would let me come in to hear the heartbeat just to put me at ease and she even personally answered phone calls on the after hours line. I have nothing but great things to say about her and her staff and have even referred multiple people to her office.

I have been a patient at NSWC for 12 years and Ive always had a good experience. There will be times when you have to wait but that is normal for most physician visits. I highly recommend her as a gynecologist and an obstetrician! She will definitely handle care for the next pregnancy we have and future well checks.

I have been going to this office for 8 years. They used to have exceptional care whether it was calling and making an appointment or see the providers. Sydney was always a pleasure to talk to her. As of late its almost impossible to call their office without being sent to the answering machine. I think they are having constant phone issues because sometimes their line has a busy tone or it just rings an ring hangs up and not even give you the option to leave a message. I love Dr. Schlecht and Ana but I am consider leaving to an office with better service.

The staff was fine and ultrasound tech was wonderful. Dr. Schlecht never really gave me the time of day. I waited over an hour to see her on several occasions and then saw her for about 30 seconds to 2 minutes each time I was in the office. I think the schedule is mismanaged and having an untimely, unreliable and uninvolved OB is not ideal. I switched doctors at 20 weeks, after waiting over an hour and getting my results in the public waiting area in front of several other patients. I do not recommend this office for a positive OB experience.

If you plan on being taken seriously during your pregnancy, Dr. Kerry Schlect is not the doctor for you. During my 4th month of pregnancy I reported that I was having contractions, to which the doctor said it was just Braxton hicks. 5th month, a UTI was discovered by Mayo clinic, NOT by Dr. Schlect, and it was at this time I discovered that her staff had been throwing away my urine samples instead of testing for ANYTHING even though I had a uti in the beginning of pregnancy. At 6 months I went in to this office 5 times complaining that my daughter was moving less. Do you know what she told me?? She told me I was HEALTHY & YOUNG so I had nothing to worry about! Half a month later my daughter passed away. I had to hear the hospital tell me there was no heartbeat, only one day short day after dr schlect told me that Melanies heartbeat was at 120. I knew 120 was too low. It was normally high 150s. I ended up having to give birth to my sleeping daughter on the 4th of January, 2016.Please dont let this be you.Oh and she went back and added info to my file, info she had been slacking on during the pregnancy. There will be a medical investigation very shortly.Again, save yourself the time and heartbreak please and just go to a doctor that will take you seriously if you are pregnant

Worst Obgyn. rude front desk. horribly long wait. doctor is never ready on time. always an excessively long wait. last time took so long I left early. was emailed and told I was still due for my annual check up and when I called to reschedule the lady at the front desk said, “girl are you actually going yo show up?” have been a patient for about two years and the phone was only picked up on one of dozens of times I’ve called the office. disappointed.

Absolutely will never go back. Was left undressed on the table for 30+ min waiting. The dr walks in and says I was given the wrong paperwork. Doesnt say another word and walks out. I hear her tell the aid and then go straight into another room to see another patient. Mind you this is 1 hour already past my appointment time!! Do not go to this office they are incompetent and the Dr obviously doest care!!

Staff has been outstanding! Especially Leslie and Jill...I was having insurance issues, they listened and re-contacted my insurance. Thank You as everything is correct and updated now.

Overall Im about 50% okay with my experience with this office. My goal was to establish a new location and doctor. My first impression was not all that great, I was not greeted at the front office. I noticed other first and last names on the sign in which is not good. When I was meeting with the assistant I did not get a friendly feeling. I get everyone has bad days, still not impressed, when I was telling them about myself, feeling I was not being heard they just write down the info and move on. I felt I was just another number being pushed threw the door. The positive percentage would be from meeting the doctor, I feel she was pleasant and knows what she was doing... thats about it. That was the in house experience. I received a separate LabCorp bill afterwards and was not informed that would happen so I was surprised. I waited a month to go to this appointment because they were booked out and did not go to the competitor because the quote was lower and seemed pleasant over the phone. Turns out I paid the same price in the end. I do not have insurance so of course I had financial questions to begin with. I most likely will not be returning to this office.

I had read reviews which did not speak highly of Dr. Schlecht and her staff, so I was nervous, but she was covered under my insurance, so I went anyway. Im so happy that I did. Sydney in the front office is wonderful and very helpful, the medical staff is terrific, and Dr. Schlecht is kind and knowledgable.During my annual visit, the PAP was the quickest and least painful that Ive ever had, but still thorough. Dr. Schlecht was patient and willing to answer all my questions about IUDs and helped me choose the right one for me. She was great at explaining what she was doing during the insertion procedure and I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Schlecht and her staff at North Scottsdale Womens Care.

I have received great care thus far with Dr. Schlecht. I had a situation where I needed surgery and had a complex scheduling situation (due to my business) which made it difficult to work around. Dr. Schlecht Went to extra lengths to make it happen. I feel she is caring and listens. I have had a FAR better experience than I did with my last doctor. I am glad I made the switch.

The DR was asking all the right questions. She took her time and didn’t skip any test to be able to solve the problem. She was kind and thorough. I think I found my gynecologist after searching for six years.

From the start the receptionist makes your visit bad !!!!!! What happen to Sydney ??Dr.Schelct is awful tooo it is like you are a new patience every visit

What happen to the lady who used to work the front desk for years??? Cindy ? Sydney?New receptionist is awful. She’s laughing while trying to look for times available, takes about 9 mins to just re booked me!

Ive been going here for years! I absolutely adore Dr. Schlecht and her amazing bright staff!!!

This place is a joke. I arrived on time for my appointment wasn’t called back until 15 minutes after my appointment then was left on the table for another 15 to 20 waiting for her. I only came for my yearly but after this year I am not going back.

Dr. Karey Schlect is negligent and dangerous to womens health care. Id highly advise against using this office, even if it is close and for convenience

Do not allow her to perform any procedures or surgery.

Everyone is very kind and helpful. I usually see Ana Amato and I really like her. She’s very understanding and personable.

I have been a patient of Ana’s for 28 years. She provides excellent medical care with so much warmth and kindness.
