AFC Urgent Care Santa Clara

Once again, I am very pleased with the service that was provided to me today. There was no wait and the staff are super friendly & efficient. I was seen by Jenna, the Nurse Practitioner & I must say that she was more knowledgeable, more thorough and quite frankly, more friendly than my own family doctor. Im looking for a new doctor and now I know why! My situation is somewhat complex but she took the time to explain things to me and recommended tests I should get( and other information) that was very useful to me. Thank you for your friendliness & compassion towards your patients and our community!!! We need more like you around!! 💜

This was the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care. I came in on a Monday with back pain. All of the staff were kind, attentive, respectful and helpful. The PA I saw, Mr. Alvarez, took the time to perform a thorough & efficient assessment and listened to my concerns & my ideas for treatment. The MA did an excellent job checking vitals & administering an injection. I was in & out in less than an hour. The facility is clean and modern. The street level garage parking made it easy for me to go right in without a long walk. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to be seen quickly!

My experience was great. I called in beforehand to see if my treatment could be addressed. When the lady at the line wasnt sure, she checked directly with the doctor in duty who gave me clear info. I went in, and everything progressed as expected from a process standpoint. My procedure ended up being slightly more complicated, but the doc did a wonderful job and got everything resolved for me.So glad theres a reliable trustworthy urgent care service.

Hope you have an online site can see a whole the visit history and data whenever we need. And do not have to put whole personal & insurance information again after first registration.

Modern, clean facility with friendly, professional front desk receptionists. I didnt make an appointment on Zocdoc but the front receptionist was able to check me in with no issues. The overall waiting area is spacious, modern, and clean with a cooking show playing in the front and plenty of seats with very little wait. The interior area has many care rooms with all the medical needs a hospital would provide. The doctor was able to provide the care I needed and I was out in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be coming here for all my urgent care needs!

I came in about a week ago with my mother. She had cut leg pretty bad. Everyone in the front office was so helpful in getting her checked in. There was almost no wait time. We were put in a room and within 5 mins where a PA (Daniel) saw her. He was knowledgeable and kind. He assisted her injures and provided care. She received stitches and antibiotics. Daniel really made the visit quick and easy. I will come back again!

I love the swift, efficient, professional, gentle, and very nice work ethics of the staff. Thank you for giving me a lovely experience being someone whos terrified of doctors! (White coat syndrome 🤷‍♂️)

I came in the other day and had a wonderful experience. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Christina, one of the MAs, made me feel very comfortable in my urgent situation. I highly recommend this clinic, they will make you a priority and provide great service!

Cut my finger with a pocket knife and came here to get three stitches. They accept anthem Blue Cross, probably the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Thanks team!

Took a serious fall in which my left ear was lacerated and needed stitches to be put back together. I received immediate attention and they were working on my ear within 15 minutes of my arrival. The care provider did an excellent job and there is virtually no scaring at all. Very pleased. My PCP was also very impressed with the results.

I came in after a grain of dirt blew into my eye that I couldn’t get out and it was causing me pain. This urgent care did not have any eyewash and the doctor looked in my eye, telling me that he could not see anything, and sent me away, still in pain.I then went to the hospital where the doctor easily and immediately removed the dirt that had been trapped under my eyelid, using a simple cotton swab. Even the hospital doctor agreed that this is a very standard, easy procedure that the urgent care doctor should have attempted.The worst part? I was billed $400 for the urgent care visit, where the doctor did not even do the bare minimum. This is on top of the hospital bills, which I could have avoided had urgent care properly treated me.The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and I did not have to wait to be seen. But at the end of the day, I’m stuck paying hundreds of dollars for not actually receiving any treatment and that feels like a scam.

The staff was great and the doctor knew what she was talking about and was very professional. I barely had to wait to be seen by the doctor and they didn’t overcharge. Overall, I had a really good experience Here.

I received incredibly unprofessional treatment from a male physician on Saturday (August 31). I went to get a cough checked. When he was taking my vitals, I had a big puffy jacket on and when listening to my breathing, he listened to it over my puffy jacket and acted like he could hear something. Then he took a covid test after I already told him I had taken a covid test which then came back negative. After that he essentially just threw antibiotics at me and sent me on my way without helping me figure out what was wrong with me in the first place. I tried asking questions about what could be going on and he just told me random mumbo jumbo.It really seems like they don’t know what they’re talking about and after even taking the antibiotics, my cough has progressively gotten worse. The assistants though were very kind.

I recommend this place please come! The medical assistant named CHRISTINA was very helpful and nice. She made my experience here welcoming and I will be returning. Thank you Christina :)

I am from out of state. The service from every staff member here was wonderful. Service was also very quick and efficient. I hate to say it, but I received better service here than in my own state. :).

AFC Urgent care is very clean, well appointed clinic with extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff, they go out of their way to ensure that anyone at their clinic gets timely and best care, great end to end experience

Staff was very friendly, from when I walked through the door, to having the appointment! They were attentive and helpful, and was able to finish the appointment a lot quicker than I expected, with great help!

This place is the real deal. Excellent, efficient service in a clean, professional facility. I headed there on a Saturday evening with flu symptoms. I parked right outside their door and was seen by their friendly nurse within a minute of finishing my paperwork. The paperwork is all done from your phone, so no actual paper is wasted either. The nurse checked my vitals and then ushered in the doc. I got good and friendly advice for dealing with my symptoms. I was done in 20 minutes and didnt find anything to complain or worry about. This is a great URL to keep in your Contacts for times when you need to see a doc right away. So glad I found it! Hopefully never have to return, but if I do I know it will be a pleasant experience. Thank you guys!

This place, the staff, the doctors, the office are ALL TOP NOTCH!I have NEVER in my life seen or had such Urgent care that is fast, attentive, and amazing such as this!They close early, it is not a 24/7 place, but besides that they have my utmost respect and appreciation for being so awesome!!

Horrible experience with “Provider,” which bordered on abuse. Came in with sinusitis (had it many times,)and asked for antibiotics. She said I’m not giving you antibiotics, adamantly. Telltale green production in my nose that I reported was ignored, a sure sign of infection. Her assistant seemed to be ignorant about medications, insisting that statins were for high blood pressure. stay away

Clean and smells good. Front staff is awesome and nice (they just need more knowledge about what insurance they take there) The PA was great. I was seen right away. Not a lot of patients maybe cause it’s still new. But I loved it .

Everyone was friendly. The registration process is done through your phone. It’s quick and pretty efficient. I was there on a day with no one else in to be seen and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The provider I saw was incredibly pleasant and didn’t make me feel rushed/ pressured to talk over her for fear of not being heard. A big thanks to everyone there.

Amazing clinic. Wow. I’ve been to many urgent cares in my life. But this one has been the absolute best. The staff was so kind and they have amazing nurse practitioners who love their job and care about their patients. I felt like I was in really good hands. The clinic itself is just beautiful and clean too. I am definitely only coming here when I need to go to urgent care. Don’t go anywhere else!

I have been to this place 2 times and both times the providers were very patient and were able to provide appropriate treatment .

This is the best urgent care clinic Ive ever been to! I arrived at opening time on Sunday morning (not many clinics are even open on Sundays to begin with) as a walk-in, and I was able to get the care I needed promptly. I felt comfortable discussing my symptoms with the team here, and the treatments/prescriptions were sent to my local pharmacy.

This was as good of an experience as I think anyone could anticipate for a healthcare visit. The staff was very welcoming and proficient. They definitely made me feel this was a safe space. From the cleanliness to the ease of registration and check in to the time that was invested in the one on one portions of the visit, it was all a 10! The provider was very informative and offered me more than one treatment plan option for my issue. I actually just cant say enough good things about my experience! I definitely will be using this location for all of my general healthcare needs moving forward.

I recently needed to visit this new clinic, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! The staff was genuinely willing to help and really took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I felt heard and informed throughout the entire visit. Im confident Ill be coming here from now on for any urgent care needs. Highly recommend this place

They got me in quick to see My Daughter right away. This place is awesome. They are very clean. The staff was very loving and caring with my daughter and they did everything they could to make her feel better.

The staff were really nice and empathetic. But I found out the nurse practitioner misdiagnosed me after seeing a specialist physician 4 days later. The physician found out I had an infection and ended up prescribing antibiotics. Could’ve saved me an extra 4 days of bed ridden pain if diagnosed properly to begin with.

I had made an appointment online and when I got there I was taken back immediately. Everyone there was extremely nice. The doctor that was there listened to me and gave me the proper medication and information that I needed for my recovery. She even told me I could call back in if I was still not getting any better. This place is a wonderful urgent care to go to for sure!!!!

Had a great experience at this urgent care center, appointment was easy to book and you can pre-checkin online to upload documents in advance to save time at the clinic. The nurse and provider that took care of me were very professional and efficient, asked me all the right question to diagnose what I was experiencing, and were very reassuring and calm and warmly answered any questions I had. Great experience overall, highly recommend!

I came in on Monday with flu symptoms. They tested me for covid, which came back negative. Then without any other tests, they gave me antibiotics and a steroid and sent me home. The next day my roommate tested positive for the flu, and we have the exact same symptoms. I dont know why I was given this course of treatment for the symptoms I presented, but I dont feel like I was adequately heard or treated. This place is clean, has a very nice staff, and minimal wait time, but unfortunately I cant say I got anything useful out of my visit.

When I first came here I would have said they were very quick and very helpful, but THEN I GOT THE BILL. Came in for a covid and flu test. $594.00. Luckily my insurance covered a little over half, but that is insane and greedy. I’m not coming back.

This is a very nice urgent care facility with great staff. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online and the appointment only took 15 minutes with only a couple minutes of wait time. Plus they are open on weekends unlike many other urgent care facilities.

The MA was extraordinary. The blood draw for the TB test went smoothly. Excellent customer service. I already posted on FB your office. 👍🏽

Amazing experience here. The Staff and doctor I saw were all so welcoming and helpful. It was a really quick process and I felt very safe and comfortable. I will definitely be back in the future for medical needs.

Everyone I met today was so kind. Angel was so welcoming and friendly throughout the check in process and getting me situated. Prateek was amazing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the bloodwork process. Bloodwork makes me very nervous but Prateek and Dr. Rizz (Good Dude) were so supportive and reassuring throughout the whole process. They were very patient and tried all of the methods they could to get blood out of me. They were successful and that was the least stressful bloodwork process Ive been through. I felt comfortable and not the slightest bit anxious. Thank you for all of your help! I will be back if I ever need urgent care and I hope to receive the same experience as I did today!

Doctor Mandeep is very nice. Listen to all of my concern. The staff was wonderful. I would definitely go back and take my kids there as well. I am happy i found good doctor for me and my kids. I like how the service is 7 days, i can go any time, in need. Thank you doctor Mandeep.

Easy experience to get my flu shot. Walked in, filled out my information, waited a few minutes, got called back and roomed quickly and then I was out. Very comfortable and clean.

Went there for bad cough. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. As an out of towner it was good to find a place that was welcoming, especially when you feel so cruddy. Highly recommend!

Avoid avoid avoid - they dont have a DOCTOR. They only staff NPs who are USELESS.

They were very nice, I recieved care quickly, and they accept Medi-Cal. Absolutely wonderful experience all around.

Their website said they were open until 4pm on Christmas Eve. No one was answering the phones from 2:30-2:45 and when I arrived at 3:03pm, i was told they closed at 3pm. Horrendous service and incorrect information for people that are sick and need medication.Location: valley Forge Rd Lansdale PA
