Zero Stars! Worst experience ever! The ladies up front were fine, the fake doctor was very unprofessional, I wish I could have got his name but I was so thrown off on how unprofessional he was. When he first entered the room, I told him EXACTLY what I wanted, he couldnt even look me in my face while talking, there was no eye contact what so ever. I was already there for a sensitive topic and he made it no better and I was very uncomfortable. He then told me they couldnt help me and that he would refer me to another location. He gave me the contact information, I called today and made an appointment and they told me, they couldnt help with the procedure I wanted. HOW EMBARASSING , this fake doctor is referring me to these places that cant even help me. So now Im calling around trying to help myself because he did such a horrible job at helping. 0/10 stars. Would not recommend this location

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The front staff were welcoming and efficient, making check-in smooth and easy. The medical assistant was kind and attentive, and the doctor took the time to listen and provide excellent care. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of urgent medical attention!

Extremely, extremely poor. I had my annual physical exam here, which should be fully covered by insurance. However, three weeks later, I received a bill for the lab tests. After a series of phone calls, I discovered that the doctors office had not provided my insurance information to the lab, resulting in all the bills being sent to me! Even more frightening is that, in the past, I would get lab test results within 1-2 days after the physical exam, but now, its been three weeks and I havent received any lab result report. They keep saying its in processing. This is simply terrible!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Seems like this place hires anybody, both ladies in office this past weekend had no idea how to do their job. DON’T go here if you want your time and / or money wasted. Had to call them 4 times and make multiple trips to Kaiser because they didn’t know how to send over the prescription the right way, on top of that I was almost sent home without any prescription because the lady working didn’t know how to use a medical machine the right way to see the fungus on my scalp. She also refused to prescribe a shampoo for me because she was prescribing a pill, because “why would I need to prescribe shampoo if I’m doing the pill” was her reasoning. She proceeded to tell me the shampoo was over the counter come to find out it’s not. Moral of the story is these people are clueless and need to pick a different field of work asap!

The staff and doctor were friendly and helpful.They took their time with me and listened to me. Overall, a decent visit... for a plaza doctor office.Edit: There was some confusion with the front desk not knowing whether or not to charge me based on my insurance, but luckily, the doctor overheard us talking and was able to give me a refund.

For a quick visit this place worked great for me.For it being the location of my primary care and sending me to specialists. It has performed really bad imo. There seems to be a lack of communication between them and the specialists office which means I have not been able to see them.

My parents come here and it’s terrible. They have to make a monthly appointment just to get the prescription. The care depends on which doctor you see.. some are great and others are not. I don’t recommend this place as a regular doctors office.

Very kind staff!! I am a very anxious person and have been struggling to get myself to see a doctor after not going since pre-pandemic and moving to a new area. I was very nervous coming in here at first, but all of the staff: receptionists, nurses, and doctors, have all been so kind and understanding that I’m starting to grow very comfortable with checking on and speaking to my health. The only issues I’ve had have been with my insurance, and even then, the staff here has been understanding and giving. Very happy here!

Stay away! Ive made a visit to get rid of the prolonged cough after Covid to this urgent care. The doctor suggested to use humidifier and the cough will go away on its own, no treatment needed. The whole visit was 15 mins with 5 mins talking to the doctor. Two weeks after I received a bill for 293$ with 99203 code that states its level 3 visit that takes 30-45 mins with a doctor and involves moderate complexity diagnosis. I asked the receptionist to adjust the bill and she sent info to the billing office. Nothing changed. A month later I still have post-covid cough, no help from urgent care and 293$ bill. Thank you.

On May 24, 2024, I visited GETWELL Urgent Care for an ear check. During the visit, I was informed that the total cost would be $65, which I paid upfront.The doctor quickly examined my ear and determined it was healthy with minimal earwax buildup. They advised against using cotton swabs for ear cleaning. Note that, the entire doctor visit only took 5 mins.Approximately one month later, I received a bill stating I owe an additional $122.04 on top of the $65 I paid upfront. The bill also incorrectly lists the visit as a 45-49 minute new patient consultation, when it was actually a brief examination lasting 5 minutes. I would immediately cancel my appointment if I knew I needed to pay almost $200 for just a 5 mins ear check.I contacted GETWELL Urgent Care to clarify the charges and the billing discrepancy. They said they cannot help and I was directed to the billing department.On Monday, I contacted the billing department and they said they would contact the doctor to confirm the actual visit time and call me back. However, I never received a call. Today, I followed up with the billing department again and they said they sent the claim to GETWELL URGENT CARE, but no reponse. This experience is extremely frusting, they shouldnt have gotten the visit time wrong at the first place. I will not be returning there ever.

I had a good experience, the doctor helped me after hours when I needed assistance. They really took good care of me and really listened to my situation. I am happy I came here.

I was in as an urgent care patient. Very courteous and efficient staff. They took care of all prescriptions needed. No appointment needed. I would not hesitate to use this establishment again if needed.

Horrible experience at this clinic. I went for an ear appointment, and the doctor put peroxide in the ear to clean it without checking for perforated eardrum (which was found out by another ENT). In my second visit he just did a quick check in the ear, no treatment, and in the third one, he wasnt even available and some sub checked (again no treatment) and to my surprise I received a bill of $360+ dollars a month after my last visit! The billing department calls me to ask if I am willing to pay at least something. Cant believe the kind of service this clinic is looking to provide. They were transparent upfront and charged me $20 for every visit with no mention of ANY other bills that might come my way. Horrible patient treatment

This place is a joke. They deny care on a regular basis. Unprofessionally run, small, cramped clinic with little to no regard of their patients. They treat patients like revolving doors. The providers are decent and kind, but the receptionist is rude and de-legitimizes patients concerns. This place is singlehandedly run by her, its wild. Theres no one to supervise her! Ive never been to a medical facility that is run by an unqualified, unprofessional person who single-handedly denies patients legitimate care without even seeing them and their condition. I had a decent experience coming in the past, and get prescribed antibiotics when needed (seems thats all they can really do).She turned me away for a very simple appointment I made today by calling me an hour prior and saying she discussed the reason with that days provider and the provider felt uncomfortable performing a routine wound care procedure which she performed for me TWICE with no issues. Then she read off notes from a totally DIFFERENT doctor who looked at me for my sinus and oral pain, and said I was completely fine, she “trusts in her providers”; as noted, I went to see him for a completely different reason. I offered to email a photo to prove my need for the care that day. I asked for a logical reason why the provider present that day doesnt want to treat me and she just said she is uncomfortable - she had no legitimate reason and kept going in circles discussing what the OTHER provider wrote, about a totally different reason I went in for. She is completely unqualified to be making such a decision, without even seeing me.UPDATE: I was able to get the prompt care that I needed at a modern, professional urgent care clinic called AFC Urgent Care in Santa Clara. My request was validated and my concern was taken care of promptly in less than a second. Never looking back, and glad this happened.

Do not go there! !! Dr Gary Singh is extremely unprofessional and very poor attitude. He even yelling to us in front of my baby. They don’t even have basic medical materials and he used the one I bought from Target!

The office is fairly new, located right next to Wingstop & Ralph Gracie which makes it easy to find facing the main street. I just made the call over the phone and they were ready to see me right away. The forms to fill out while youre there are simple and fast, once I was done they room me right away. The front desk staff was extremely nice and professional. She took my vitals and asked about my symptoms and I can hear her relay it back in the same detail without shortening my needs. After doing lab work, I was introduced to Dr. Singh, and thank you so much, doctor. I couldve overlooked my symptom and considered I just had a long cold but he was very detailed in explaining to me using pictures visual of what is happening, from a simple cold that has to lead to something else and right away he prescribed me with medications and ensured me I will feel better in 48 hours. On the drive home I already received notifications of the medications and the pharmacy also notified me they were ready to pick up. Everything went extremely smoothly and fast, and it almost felt easier going here than to the actual family doctor itself. Thank you to the staff & Dr. Singh for all your guys help !!

The front desk lady was very nice and sweet. The nurse was accommodating and the doctor that saw me was fast and quick about hearing about my symptoms and getting me my prescriptions. Great experience throughout. I would come again for sure.

I had a really pleasing experience. The front desk staff is really nice and helpful. Walk-ins are more than welcome and almost no wait time.Dr Singh is very patient and goes out of his way to make the patient feel comfortable.

Maryam Sayage was the PA who did my video call and she was very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough when covering my treatment options. Booking to consultation process was very smooth through zocdoc.

I was seen at this Clinic couple days ago, the Doctor diagnosed me well and was in and out in timely manner . I didn’t know real doctors practice anymore because everywhere I go there are nurses or PAs . I have become their primary care patient. It was no wait and found doctor and the staff very helpful and caring which is actually that patient needs.

Dr Singh was so helpful and made me feel cared for and taken care of. The nurses were also super helpful and responsive on the phone - they were able to coordinate with the doctor to get me a referral to a specialist I needed to see. The best urgent care experience I’ve had!

These guys run an efficient and high quality operation. My wife and I both went in for sever cough and cold symptoms. Dr. Bedi listened to us and asked good questions. My wife had to take some injections which caused her some pain and nausea. Dr. Bedi hung around until those symptoms were resolved. That was very nice of him. Patient intake process was pretty smooth as well though my only critique was that the new patient sign in sheet should be minimized or sections I really have to fill in should be highlighted. If there isnt a need to fill in my SS number then dont list it.

I’m a new patient at this clinic. I was surprised at how well I was treated. Clean place. I got seen very soon and totally liked the female Doctor that saw me. Thank you

I had a last min urgent medical need today and it was almost 6pm where not many urgent care clinics were open. I walked into another nearby urgent care clinic and was turned away as they “are closing and have other appointments”. When I called Getwell Urgent Care, they told me to just come by to have my conditions checked out. They have pretty convenient portable equipments to be able to do an ultrasound and find a fracture on my thumb. Dr. Singh was really helpful with my condition. Highly recommended!

Without any doubt, this is the best urgent care available in Santa Clara for both adults and kids. Most recently, we have had 2 occasions when we had to take our 5 year old to this place for different reasons. The lil one was in a lot of pain and we found the staff as well as Dr.Gary to be highly knowledgeable, patient and caring. They did a thorough checkup, provided us the guidance we were looking for and helped our lil one get back on track with the prescribed medicine. At our last visit, we were actually arrived 5mins after their normal timing, they were already closed but Dr Gary was extremely kind to still let us in and help us with medication and on time treatment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

This was an overall positive experience. It felt like the MD really cared. I was seen in a decent amount of time as well. I kind of wish I got an ultrasound, but overall it was a positive experience and I’d go again

Booked the early AM appointment because my entire throat was suddenly raw. I have a strong suspicion that Dr. Gagan Deep Singh had not arrived yet. I met with a lovely nurse who took vitals. A woman who identified herself as a PA then blamed this on an allergy, agreed to swab my throat, then left me in the room so long that the lights shut off on me. When I then exited my room to ask when I would receive care, she then informed me that they wouldn’t be doing a swab because she didn’t see spots. She laughed that the lights had turned off. It was not funny. Extra not funny is the SCAM where you took my $55 copay without actually providing me any care, and without me ever seeing the billing provider Dr. Gagan Deep Singh. Avoid this place like the plague they don’t know what they’re doing.

I have been to Getwell urgent care a few times over the last few weeks because of one kiddo who got sick... And well, I have three kids... so, they all end up getting it! With that being said both the doctor and the front desk staff really go above and beyond. They were all so kind to me and all of my children at each visit, truly accommodating! I couldnt recommend them more! Such a pleasant experience, which makes all the difference when dealing with sick littles (3,4, and 6 y.o). All I have to say is thank you Getwell staff!

Go elsewhere. Save your time.Came in as a walk-in at 9:25 am. The waiting room was empty and it appeared that no other patients were on site. Waited in a room till 10 am then walked out. Seems like the primary caregiver wasn’t on site yet. Complete waste of time.

Can’t always expect to see a doctor very soon by walking in, I went there at 9:30 and the doc will only see patents after 11 am, go to the CVS mini clinic at 2700 homestead rd, at least you can book an immediate appointment with the dr, who is very friendly

I came in for some testing. I was told that prescription was sent to cvs but when I went there, the front desk person forgot to send it to them. Next day was Sunday and I couldn’t get the medication I needed. Then I went to quest diagnostic and they forgot to send the order to them as well. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care.
