Choosing NCFMC was the best decision my husband and I made. We tried to have a baby on our own together for about 4 years after our miscarriage in 2019 I didn’t think we’d ever have one. We contacted NCFMC and they were so helpful from the beginning. NP Brooks made me feel at ease at our first visit. Coordinator Sandie took all my questions and helped me get all my testing in line. It took about 4 months to get us to the iui day after all the testing. and bam it worked on the first try! We are so excited to finally be on this journey that I never thought I’d be able to experience with my husband. When I started to have some bleeding I called the clinic right away and they got me in. NP Brooks was right there holding my hands as I cried worrying something was wrong. Luckily baby was fine. And we graduated that day. The treatments were affordable and reasonable. I highly recommend NCFMC and can’t thank them enough.

Going to NCFMC was one of the best decisions my husband and I ever made. After doing research, NCFMC was the best fertility clinic in the area. Trust me, I am type A and did my research! Yes, they have a lengthy waitlist, but it’s because they are the best! Make sure to ask to be put on the cancelation list. Call often and advocate for yourself to see if there are any openings. After two egg retrievals, we were able to freeze 5 beautiful genetic tested embryos. I really encourage people to do genetic testing if they can. We are so glad we did. We had our first and only embryo transfer and I am so grateful to say I am currently 13 weeks pregnant!!I want to thank everyone who played a role in making this possible. DR. MURRAY IS AWESOME! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, and funny. Trust him, he knows what he is doing! Dr. Doblado did my first egg retrieval on Christmas Eve at 7 am! He made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Lovely did my second egg retrieval and embryo transfer. She is absolutely so sweet and caring. Nurse Danielle took amazing care of me in the operating room for both egg retrievals. She was so genuine and kind. Annika, Anya, and David from the embryology team are absolutely wonderful. They communicated and informed me how my embryos were developing. Thank you so much for taking excellent care of my embryos. WENDY was my nurse and she is heaven sent. She took care of me as if I was her own daughter. She was patient and answered all of my questions. She would demonstrate how to inject shots and how to mix medication. She was always great at communicating. She made me feel at ease and familiarized me with the IVF process to the point where I was so comfortable with it.Thank you, Grace and Rayven, for taking great care of me when I came in for my ultrasound appointments and blood work, your positive energy was always appreciated. Thank you, Misty, our financial coordinator, for making the financial aspect of this journey as smooth as possible.Seriously, everyone treats you like family here. Infertility is a sensitive hardship that not many people talk about. The NCFMC family gave us hope and made our dreams of becoming parents a reality. I came to this clinic because of my insurance. But even before that, I had heard wonderful things about the service here and I just got lucky enough to pursue fertility treatment with this group. I’m a nurse and I’m also a very anxious patient. My providers and care here was beyond exceptional. My primary doctor was Dr. lovely and she absolutely lives up to her name. I had some complications after my egg retrieval that were unrelated, and she took the time to bring me in to make sure everything was good on the reproductive end and was able to settle My nerves. I have to give two special shout outs to my nurses, Alissa and Danielle. Alyssa was my nurse coordinator and the amount of questions she had to put up with from me is impressive lol! She was the perfect person to walk me through my treatment. And Danielle was with me from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left my retreat and she made all the difference in my experience If you are able to pursue treatment with this clinic, I highly recommend doing so because you will be so satisfied with the care you’re receiving. Such a wonderful group of nurses!

After being advised, incorrectly, by another fertility clinic closer to us on how to approach our particular fertility issue, we instead sought fertility treatment at NCFMC. It was the best decision we made! We received care from NCFMC from Fall of 2023 through March 2024.All the doctors at NCFMC are excellent. They are caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled in their discipline. Special thanks to Dr. Lovely who is amazing! Dr. Sahar is also awesome, and very skilled with egg retrieval. Dr. Generao, who specializes in male fertility issues, is also great! Most of the cycle coordinators are great too, especially Wendy who was/is ours. She is very pleasant, caring and compassionate, experienced, and is a good listener. We also loved how she kept an open mind throughout our journey and took the time to answer our many questions (my husband and I are veterinarians and we are very data-driven/literature-driven people; our fertility issue was also a rather unique/uncommon one), or if she did not know the answer, she would promptly reach out to the doctors who could answer our questions. She also never made us feel rushed or like are questions/concerns didnt matter. Thank you so much Wendy, you are amazing and we are so grateful for you! The NCFMC embryo lab team is also amazing! Their team worked very hard, was very meticulous and thorough, and are wonderful people. We really appreciated how the embryo lab staff went above and beyond for us given our very challenging fertility issue, and their excellent and timely communication was much appreciated. Thank you guys so much!We are truly grateful for the level of care we received from the NCFMC team. You guys gave us an opportunity to fulfill our biggest dream of having a child, which with 100% certainty would not be possible without your guys help. I can happily say that I am currently 30 weeks pregnant with our first child, and my husband and I are so grateful. You guys have given us hope and joy for a future that we thought we could never have, and really helped lift us out of a dark place. We will continue to hope for good outcomes!The only constructive thing we have to share is that the insurance/financial department could bet better with communication and maybe more training of staff. Maybe its different now, but during the beginning of our fertility journey we were being told things that were either not true or were miscommunicated, or we were left out of the loop on some important things. Had we not been so on top of things, some mistakes could have unnecessarily delayed our treatment or possibly left out some key aspects of our treatment. Its definitely a hard job, but being a bit more on top of things in that department would make it less stressful for the people going through the fertility issues.Thank you again for everything NCFMC!

Called and left messages multiple times after my first to ask what the next steps were. Never received a call back. Just found out one of my family members, who had he first appointment months after mine is going through the IVF process with no issue. Communication is either so great or nonexistent.

This clinic is the best clinic in Northern California seriously. I did so much research prior to choosing a clinic and this one kept coming up with great reviews and treatment options. Their providers are world class with so much experience and knowledge in reproductive endocrinology. Luckily I was able to get an appointment right away and started on this journey of secondary unexplained infertility. NP Saffron Hackett was there to guide me my entire journey and she came up with a customized treatment plan that fit my situation. From the moment you walk into the clinic you feel comfortable and like family. The receptionists know my name, the MA’s are kind and wished me luck each procedure, Grace the sonographer was there from 2 IUI’s to my first FET (which was successful!!), Courtney my cycle coordinator and nurse was the kindest soul and made me feel comfortable with all my messaging and questions. She replied quickly and kept me up to date with things. The embryologist are also BEYOND kind. During my egg retrieval cycle they were kind enough to ease my mind of all my worries and give me updates. Annika and Anya were their names and I appreciate them so much.I was able to get pregnant my first FET cycle (still currently pregnant) and just “graduated” the fertility clinic. I’m so thankful to everyone who made this journey better and for all the kind staff and providers for their support. This is not an easy process but NCFMC makes it as smooth as possible. I finally got my clinic onesie! Can’t wait to have a healthy baby and send update pics.If you’re trying to decide between clinics, this is your choice!!!

My husband and I were trying to conceive for over a year and a half with no luck. We found NCFMC and were so happy to find out they were contracted with our medical insurance. After 2 IUI’s we got pregnant with our precious baby girl. The staff there was so kind and compassionate. Thanks so much NCFMC!

Honestly couldn’t refer NCFMC more to anyone seeking fertility options. I have never felt so well taken care of by a medical facility. From initial consultation, I have had the best experience. All of the doctors are outstanding! I felt completely taken care of by my nurse as well. She was not only helpful and super responsive, but nurturing and comforting at the time I needed to be comforted. My doctor was Michael Murray and my Nurse was Wendy. If you’re so lucky to have Wendy, she is a breath of fresh air and treats you as if you’re family. I was lucky enough to have a successful pregnancy and I’m now currently pregnant with my 2nd child. Prior to coming here I never thought I was going to have 1 and they have exceeding all my dreams by also giving me the opportunity to have a 2nd child. I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff here. I did have an experience elsewhere to have something to compare to, I won’t say names, but I never once felt like they were looking at me like a price tag but looking to have a successful outcome. NCFMC treats you more like a family member than a patient. And I couldn’t be happier!!!

My extensive experience spanning over five years at NCFMC has compelled me to offer insights aimed at preventing others from facing similar challenges. My hope is to help individuals, particularly women of advanced maternal age, in avoiding the same pitfalls, given the critical nature of time and the declining success rates associated with each passing cycle.A primary concern at NCFMC lies in its standardized one size fits all approach to treatment, which fails to account for the unique needs of individuals, particularly those with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR). Customized treatment plans tailored to specific circumstances are essential for optimal outcomes. Furthermore, the clinics reluctance to embrace the latest advancements in new research and reproductive technology presents a significant obstacle, particularly for patients with complex conditions such as DOR, where personalized and specialized approaches are paramount. Despite my specific needs, I was placed on the same protocol as a much younger individual with normal ovarian reserve, resulting in prolonged and unsuccessful IVF attempts. Consequently, I had to seek second opinions and undergo procedures out of state, incurring additional time and financial burdens. My personal experience further highlights the clinics failure to tailor treatment protocols accordingly.Moreover, interactions with the billing and insurance department revealed alarming levels of inefficiency and rudeness. I mainly dealt with Jessica Berman- who was not only a bully, but she also had no understanding of my insurance benefits. Despite having insurance coverage for certain procedures, I was forced to make cash payments due to the clinics inability to navigate insurance processes competently. This not only added undue financial strain but also highlighted a disregard for patient well-being in favor of financial considerations. I felt like they taking advantage of a highly vulnerable population that is desperate to have a baby and all they really care about is their bottom line at the end of the day. For example, NCFMC canceled an upcoming FET because they had not been paid on some insurance claims. This was devastating since I had gone through so much to prepare for this transfer, including laparoscopic surgery to remove endometriosis and 3 months of harsh hormonal down regulation with Depot Lupron. It turned out that my insurance company had denied the claims because they were submitted too late or had inaccurate service dates- therefore said I was not responsible for the amount due since it was in fact due to NCFMC errors.In contrast, my experience with Cal IVF showcased a markedly different standard of care. Their commitment to personalized treatment plans and attentive customer service provided a stark contrast to the frustrations encountered at NCFMC. Dr. Kings expertise in addressing the needs of DOR patients and the seamless handling of insurance matters demonstrated a level of professionalism and patient-centric care that is sorely lacking at NCFMC.Ultimately, my goal in sharing these experiences is to empower individuals facing similar decisions to prioritize their well-being and seek the highest quality of care available. No one should have to navigate fertility challenges alone or settle for subpar treatment when better alternatives exist that can maximize their personal needs and success.

We’ve been patients at NCFMC for more than 5 years. The doctors, nurses and staff are wonderful. They are caring, listen and help throughout the process of starting a family. We’ve been seen by almost every single doctor and practitioner. They are amazing, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly kind. We’re so grateful to have an 18 month old daughter and to be expecting another baby this June. We’re beyond grateful and appreciative of NCFMC. This is the best place!

I don’t even know where to start! My spouse and I could not be more thrilled with our first (and certainly not last) experience at NCFMC. Our nurse coordinator Leslie was absolutely fantastic and answered every single one of our questions along the way, no matter how small. From each nurse to our doctor (Dr. Stephens), we were treated with respect and understanding at every single appointment.The ONLY feedback I would provide would be to provide a clearer financial breakdown. There is a ton of information provided at the initial appointment, and we felt it could have been broken down much better and tailored to each individual’s experience and saved a lot of confusion.As we welcome our son in less than three months, we could not be more thankful to each and every one of the staff for making our dream of starting a family possible.

I have been going here for a couple months. The communications is horrible. No one seems to know what is going on with my treatment. You can never speak to the doctor. I have left so many voicemails without a return call back.I have honestly wasted so much money here, one it so expensive for every little thing they do, and they charge you more then they say. One person tells you something and you end up paying a different amount.They seem as if they dont care. The front desk is unprofessional. Bad enough that I have to have treatments then I have to deal with attitudes with the staff. No one seems to take the time to explain anything. You ask questions and they seem as if you a bother for asking the question.I am done with getting treatments at this facility. From the lack of communication, to the unprofessionalism, to the dishonesty. I am honestly just sick and tired of it all.

Could be a great place but dont think Ill ever know since no one will call you back from voicemail or referrals

We had an amazing experience with NCFMC and their staff! Dr. Lovely was so great to work with and was very thorough with our work up. The front office staff, medical assistants, nurses, and ultrasound techs were all so helpful and patient with my questions and emotions. We are so grateful to them and excited to say we’re expecting our little boy in October after our first round of IUI. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone struggling with infertility! We love NCFMC!

My partner and I had an amazing experience with NCFMC! They were professional, thorough and kind every step of the way. They answered any and all questions/concerns that I had in a timely manner throughout the process. We only had to go through one round for both egg removal and embryo transfer. Our little embryo is now almost a month old. ❤️ I would highly recommend this clinic.

I am sure not every fertility treatment comes with a miracle. I have been doing treatments with this clinic since 2020 and have had 4 genetically tested embryos that all came out as good. Tranferred 3 and not a single successful transfer and now I am down to only 1. In the middle of treatments, they have stopped cycles just to do other testings that they should have done prior to even starting. I am very upset with how long this process has taken and the people here are just really there to dig into your wallet.

We struggled to conceive on our own, we tried for several moneys and had no luck which is when we decided to see someone. At our first appointment we saw a doctor and he explained everything to us. He told us what we should try which he recommended us to try IUI, I won’t lie there was A LOT of testing but we finally went through the process. It took on our first try and at the moment i am 5 months pregnant. We are so grateful for the doctors and staff!

I was the lucky winner of the 2022 Giveaway! All of the doctors, staff and especially my nurse, Wendy, were the best medical professionals I could have ever imagined. They took great care of me, extremely attentive and were always there to answer and help with anything I needed. I cannot recommend this clinic enough! I had a successful first transfer and currently 19 weeks right now! Will be going back for baby #2!

LOVE my fertility clinic !!! Thanks to NCFMC I got my baby boy 10/2022!! Staff is so sweet & amazing, never had a bad experience with anyone there only positive ones!! My nurse was Wendy she was the sweetest person, & I had Dr.Doblado who created a great plan for me to get pregnant I’m glad I trusted in him and his recommendations on how to go about things!! The infertility journey is one that isnt talked about much. No one tells you how hard it can be to become pregnant and as a woman of advanced maternal age with unknown factors, I was thrown into a very confusing path that had me struggling to understand what my options were.After a disappointing experience at Kaiser, my husband and I found NCFMC back in late 2019. Setting up an appointment was really easy, and we were seen quickly within a few weeks. I would recommend getting all of your records and health information in order to have the most thorough conversation. Just a reminder that you have to be an advocate for yourself! So call back and check to see if they have any cancellations if your wait time to be seen is a bit longer.We met with Dr.Stephens who was amazing! She was sensitive, funny, patient and informative when it came to answering all of our questions. There was no selling of promises-it was a real conversation about what we wanted out of the experience and what was realistic given my health and age.Naturally all of this happened during COVID but NCFMC handled all of their patient needs really well and communicated expectations and prioritized the health of their patients over everything else.Fast forward 3 years from our first visit and I am happy to be 6 months along with our first baby! We started with multiple cycles of IUI and decided to move to IVF after a miscarriage. We had a few rounds of retrievals and our first embryo transfer was a success! During my time at NCFMC I met with all of the providers and really enjoyed their care. All of the staff there is really helpful and treat their patients with respect and kindness. They have through financial coordination and the embryology lab is great.But I have to give a special shout out to Dr.Stephens and Dr.Doblado who were both AMAZING in providing most of my care. They were both very kind, funny and supportive throughout my journey.I also have to give high praise to my nurse Christina who was such a bright presence during my IVF visits, and always took the time to check in with me and answer all of my questions.Infertility can feel like youre lost at sea, but it doesnt have to be. I highly recommend NCFMC for your needs and encourage you to reach out to get the information and help you need to start a family.

I consulter at NCFMC in 2018 and am now 22 weeks into my second IVF pregnancy through their doctors. They are professsional, easily accessible, communicative, compassionate, and they understand the work they are doing and make sure prospective patients understand all the ins and outs and expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to say how much my husband and I are so grateful for the NCFMC. All of the Doctors are so special and talented! My Nurse Leslie was amazing!! Without this amazing team I wouldn’t be pregnant! Today I’m in my second trimester, 18 weeks to be exact and pregnant for the first time ever! I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking to have a family!

At first I was unsure of the entire process as I had dealt with so much uncertainty, disappointment and heartache before I even got to NCFMC. My first appointment was difficult for me, but once I met Dr. Lovely and Nurse Wendy, I felt heard, comforted and confident that NCFMC had my and my husband’s best interests at heart. I didn’t know all that I would have to endure throughout the process, but I was determined that my dream of having a baby would come true. Despite the long journey, the many tests and procedures, and even multiple setbacks, my husband and I finally welcomed our beautiful rainbow baby Nora Elliana in May 2022. While I would not wish this kind of pain on anyone, I would not have done it any other way because it gave me my beautiful daughter, who I am thankful for every single day thanks to NCFMC.

Really grateful for NCFC! Their thoroughness, quick responses, and kindness during a time that we felt so hopeless is something you’ll feel too by choosing their facility. We appreciated that our assigned doctor didn’t pressure us into procedures we didn’t feel comfortable with. We absolutely love NCFMC! Our Son is 2 1/2 and we got pregnant with him after 3 IUI cycles! We are currently 23 weeks pregnant with a girl after one successful ivf transfer! We did 4 IUI cycles before the ivf venture. The entire staff is so professional and informative! They help with questions and scenarios through the entire process! They have Excellent communication and get back to you always within a reasonable timeframe! We love every doctor and nurse, They all start to feel like family and you can just tell, they love what they do! Not every part of this journey is easy and everyone’s road is different but, they sure make it easier! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us make our family! It’s truly a blessing and science is also a magical thing!

We received the best care from all the doctors here and Nurse Wendy is the sweetest and most encouraging! We cant wait to meet our little one in April and we are so thrilled that IVF with NCFMC was successful for us. We will be coming back to continue growing our family.

As a two women trying to conceive we did a lot of research to find the fertility clinic we felt would serve us best and NCFMC was wonderful. From the caring doctors who allowed plenty of time to answer questions and the nurses and admin who worked together as a cohesive team - we were always empowered to make informed choices rather than being reactive - together with our care team we made a plan to try IUIs before moving to IVF and we got pregnant with our baby on the third try!! This was by far the best medical experience Ive ever had and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Dr Stephens!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Came to NCFMC after needing extra support in the fertility department (surgery, etc) and had Dr. Murray as our primary doctor, who is excellent! I also had appointments with all the other providers, who were amazing as well. Evey staff member was friendly, professional, super helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. I couldnt give any higher praise to this wonderful facility and staff if I tried! Highly recommend!!

The staff and service at Northern California Fertility Medical Center are absolutely amazing. Dr. Murray was extremely thorough and professional, his nurse Courtney was the absolute best. Courtney was always there to answer all of my questions and kept me sane throughout our process. Because of NCFMC we are finally having our 1st baby boy after years of trying. I will definitely be back for more :) babies, and would recommend NCFMC without hesitation.

After 3 years of unexplained infertility, 3 IUIs, 1 egg retrieval, and 2 FETs I am finally almost 10 weeks pregnant thanks to NCFMC! Everyone at NCFMC is amazing in their own way. We couldn’t be more excited or more thankful for NCFMC.

Dr Doblado and his staff are hands down amazing! They were quick to get us in and always very fast at communicating with us. He was quick to find some issues that had somehow gone unseen by other doctors. Quick to run tests, as well as come up with a plan. Quick to schedule and do a surgery nobody expected to take place and was there every step of the way through the healing process. I managed to get pregnant right after and he was there for me immediately and getting me in fast for ultrasounds with my history of already having four miscarriages. I even got as far as graduating from the office then unfortunately the following week I found out the babies heart had stopped and even though I had graduated he didn’t stop checking in with me and ensuring I was getting the quick care I needed. Now here we are a few months since then and have been communicating about the results of the loss and making a plan for our journey again. He has such amazing bedside manner and is so kind hearted. I am forever grateful for him as y doctor and the entire NCFMC staff for being part of our care team while we are #TryingForBabyMader

Doctors are very professional and follow latest research and guidelines. Their support personnel is compassionate and ready to help. IVF is not for the fain hearted but it makes the process easier with health care professionals like those in Northern California Fertility Medical Center.

I highly recommend Northern California Fertility. The staff was phenomenal. Dr. Lovely did my extraction, and she was always so nice and caring. I also saw Dr. Doblado and Dr. Murray who were both great. And Dr. Stephens did my transfer, which was fast and went as smooth as I could have hoped. The staff was also always really wonderful. Courtney was fabulous, as was Wendy during visits and online communication. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I really appreciated how I always felt taken care of and safe at NCFM, even during a lengthy process thats not the easiest. I am now 24-weeks pregnant with a baby boy on the way, and am so grateful for having had a great experience!

My husband and I spent several years working with NCFMC to start our family. They helped us work our way through various protocols, numerous losses and complications. Best fertility center around ! The doctors and nurses are so attentive, they make sure everything is perfect for you & that you are very comfortable. I’m a big baby when it comes to anything needles & they made sure I was at ease through every blood draw and procedure. Which is very hard to do with me ! Our nurse coordinator Wendy was perfect , so friendly and comforting. With their combined expertise we were able to get pregnant on our first try with IVF ! Baby boy coming 2021 thanks to these awesome people !

This was an amazing experience, we had gone through fertility treatment at a different hospital and was offered no information on why we kept having miscarriages. At Northern California, everyone one was welcoming and helped us navigate the ivf process. Doctors were able to find out that I had a Uterine Septum which was causing the miscarriages. After the surgery to remove the septum, we were able to transfer an embryo on 12/13/20, we are now 22 weeks as of 4/26/21 with our miracle and will recommend Northern California to anyone who needs support with infertility.

We love NCFMC! Our first daughter is now 2 years old and had a wonderful IVF experience! Now we’re are pregnant with our second baby girl and can not say enough how easy the process was this time! We are so thankful for NCFMC for making our family and hearts full!!!

I had the best experience from the very first visit until my last one I was released with my precious 8 week 👶 ❤️ I want to specially thank Dr. Murray for being the dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor who helped us getting pregnant. He always went above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. My IVF nurse was sweet Alyssa, amazing, thoughtful and exceptionally knowledgeable , she helped me throughout my 2 IVF cycles. She was always there to answer my questions and concerns. I can’t tell you enough how positive and great was my experience at this clinic. Exceptionally great Doctors, nurses, embryologists, MA s are all gathered in this great fertility clinic. Facility, surgery room, embryo labs are all top notch . I have nothing but amazing things to say about NCFMC. The staff is so nice and sweet and all of the Drs are AMAZING!!! They are so nice and truely want to help you succeed in making your family dreams come true!!!! We couldn’t have had a better experience with them and are excited to be almost 25 weeks pregnant with our little boy thanks to them!

I definitely did not have a good experience here. At first, it did start out fine. But, my husband and I felt the only thing they wanted us to try was IVS. Clearly that was not for us. Spent tons of money on tests and appointments. My last appointment, which was earlier this year, was my last straw. Last minute they had me see another doctor - and this doctor did not even listen to us, but was trying to be a comedian the whole 2 minutes of our appointment. And we live an hour away. And yes, I did file a complaint, and I was told I would hear from someone in less than 2 weeks, its been over 4 months now and still nothing. My OBGYN did refer me here and I told him how I was treated. Horrible services!

My husband had a consult with Dr. Gould for male infertility. Dr. Gould is absolutely amazing! If you are struggling with male infertility please make an appointment with Dr. Gould! He is extremely nice and personable! He is very good at explaining things in terms you can understand. He is very easy to talk to and not judgmental. 10/10 recommend him!

After 7 years of my husband having a vasectomy we were referred to Dr. Gould to continue growing our family. Not only was Dr Gould very reassuring, honest and kind, the reversal worked and our miracle bundle is now 7 weeks old. Thank you to Dr. Gould and all of his staff for making dreams come true!

Our experience at NCFMC has been great. We are always contacted promptly when we have questions. The group of Doctors all work together to serve the needs of patients. The Nurses and office staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We found out in May 2018 that we needed to do ivf to get pregnant. Once we decided to go with NCFMC, we were able to get a consultation within a couple of weeks. We are currently expecting our little one in October of 2019. We will be returning when we are ready to grow our family.

NCFMC is an amazing office full of people who care! I worked with Dr Stephens for 2 years to help resolve several issues I had that my OB had no desire to help with. I am currently 22 weeks pregnant with a little boy and I owe him to Dr. Stephens and the staff at NCFMC. Calling them was the best thing I did!

I turned to NCFMC when my local OBs in Shasta County refused to address my recurrent pregnancy loss and subfertility/infertility. I was assigned to Dr. Murray and am so grateful, he immediately laid out our options, ordered tests, was able to determine the underlying cause of our infertility, and did help us achieve one successful pregnancy with a second going well so far. In between those we had several losses and the entire team was compassionate and empathetic without being pitying or condescending. If we did opt for a 3rd I would bypass these local docs and go straight by to Dr. Murray and the NCFMC team knowing Id be in the best possible hands. Thank you all for everything you do, truly.

This place is amazing. My wife and I came to NCFMC after a couple of years of trying to conceive naturally with no success. Dr. Doblado and Nurse Susan took phenomenal care of us and supported us through the emotional rollercoaster of this journey. Our daughter and first child will arrive soon and NCFMC made this moment possible. Highly recommended.

We got pregnant during our first IVF cycle with only 3 eggs retrieved.We had 3 embryos, but only 2 made it to day five and we had to freeze them because my progesterone levels were a little high. Although we were sad about not having a fresh transfer, we followed the doctors recommendations and we did a frozen transfer a month and a half later.They transferred our only 2 embryos we had, and only one successfully implanted. After 5 years of trying to conceive via different methods, we are very happy and thankful for having opted for this clinic.The doctors and staff are very nice, in particular our AMAZING nurse, DOTTIE. She made the whole experience extremely pleasant for my husband and I.I am 11 weeks pregnant now and all is looking great for us.We highly recommend Northern California Fertility Medical Clinic!!!

My wife and I read great things about this place but unfortunately we didn’t get very good service. The main issues we have is lack of communication. I would send an email and not hear back for many weeks. Some with phone calls, I would call multiple times and leave voice mails with the person assigned to us. She rarely got back to us on anything. When I have a question about a donor specimen I would get mixed answers or just a generic answer on a question leaving me open to ask another question which would take days/weeks on a response. After about 9 months in they tell me I need to start using the messaging app thru the website and we should of been using that the entire time. Didn’t know that because no one told us. So we started doing that and it’s the same kind of responses we wait weeks for any response. We have decided to not use the service anymore. I’m giving this 1 star because they wasted 1 year of our time because of the very poor communication.

My husband and i couldnt have chosen a better place than NCFMC to start our family. Dr Doblado and his team are amazing. We did 1 round of IVF and thank god we got pregnant on our 1st embryo transfer. We are currently 6 months pregnant and we couldnt be any happier thanks to NCFMC. We 100% recommend NCFMC

I went through IVF with this center, but my first IVF failed. i not have a good luck this time but i am okay.i caming back soon .i later try one more time .maybe other time my good luck good. my doctor murray ,Docter Doblado is good.all doctors is good .my English not good but all staff understand and help full . my nurse Courtney is very good job is doing and all times help me .she is good person thank you Courtney.all staff is helpful. . Were so grateful and blessed to have our IVF son born last week. We didnt think we were ever going to be parents while going through this hard process. We had to do two rounds of egr retrieval but thank God the first transfer was a success! Our son is healthy and beyond adorable! Big thanks to the entire team! Especially Dr. Stephens and nurse Dottie. They were the ones that I saw the most and made this miracle happen. Also thanks to Dr. Murry, who did the egg transfer and Dr. Lovely had a great and friendly personality. Were so happy and cant wait to come back in about a year for our second baby!

Overall, my experience was very positive as I did conceive and I am currently 17 weeks along. The staff was friendly, however the only thing that I would say the may be less than positive was that I felt as though the communication I was receiving along the way was inconsistent. In a nutshell I felt like this is the first time I have done this so I dont really know what Im doing, what the process is all about let alone what questions to ask? On more than a few occasions, I would say to myself and my husband that it sometimes felt like the staff was either on auto pilot or just overwhelmed. There were times where things were either not communicated, communicated at the last minute or even after the fact. With that being said, I would definitely recommend NCFMC, just go into it with as many questions as you can think of and be persistent on making sure you have all of the information up front. On a side note, Dr. Sahar and Dr. Lovely were wonderful!!!

We went to NCFMC for two years, first due to a lack of sperm (two women trying to conceive) and then continued because of unknown infertility. We mainly saw Dr. Lovely but ALL of the doctors were rather amazing. We always felt comfortable with every doctor and that they were truly taking an individualized approach. I was 27 when we started, and now 29 and 24 weeks pregnant with our IVF created (and lots of love) baby boy due November 10th. When it took us two years to get pregnant, the doctors (and our nurse Jamie) were just as frustrated as us because everything on paper looked great for me but sometimes, you need a little extra. Would 100% go again for 2nd kiddo and we have embryos in storage.

We did 1 round of IVF and are blessed beyond belief with a healthy growing baby boy! The process was worth every penny and pretty quick once it all got started. We appreciate you all and look forward to coming back for a 2nd round next year to implant our baby girl! Thank you!

My husband and I had our consultation in August of 2019 and we were pregnant by December 2019. After struggling with infertility for many years, I fully planned on having to do IVF. I loved how the doctors ran thorough tests and recommended trying other methods before jumping to IVF. I am now 6 months pregnant! We did 3 timed cycles with letrozole/ovidrel. They provided ultrasounds to confirm ovulation and I got pregnant on the third cycle! We had Dr. Doblado and he was AMAZING! I am forever grateful for NCFMC making our dream come true.

Weve been patients at NCFMC for almost 5 years and the staff there has been amazing throughout our journey toward parenthood. They are professional, friendly, and compassionate and have helped us become parents of two boys. They are incredibly up to date on IVF procedures and continue to practice the latest advances within the field. I have recommended NCFMC multiple times for those who need extra help in becoming a family.

Great experience with NCFMC! Nice facilities, easy scheduling. My insurance didnt cover fertility treatments so I paid out-of-pocket for one successful round of IUI, which was approximately $1500 for the treatment and 3 ultrasounds.

I went through IVF with this center, and I absolutely recommend them. Everyone is very friendly and the doctors try their best to make you achieve your goal of having a baby. It’s great to have a high standards fertility center in the Sacramento area!

I only have positive things to say about NCFMC. All staff, including, physicians, nurses, medical assistants and front staff, have been professional, kind and accommodating. Every question was answered in a timely manner. I had a surgical procedure performed by one of the physicians followed by two successful pregnancies. I have referred many friends who also struggled with infertility. All have had positive experiences and pregnancies!!

I cant say enough about Northern California Fertility Medical Center. I am blessed with my first pregnancy because of the amazing team and doctors at NCFMC. Highly recommend them to anyone facing and seeking infertility treatment.

This place will get the job done but dont Rely on them to do things on time. We experienced a lack of the communication. We had to push them to get things done the entire step of the way. They gave us half an hour to get them $5000 To Get my fertility medications. I would have had to wait till my next cycle If I didnt get it done in the half an hour. they had plenty of time to notify us they just simply forgot. they also forgot to charge me for my Surrogate Insemination visit. And of course they contacted me as she was sitting in the doctors office. saying will go ahead and see her we apologize for forgetting but will need you to pay that now Now that I have my baby they are claiming I did not sign paperwork for my eggs to be disposed of and are trying to charge me for it.Warning: Get copies of all your paperwork from these people and dont trust them to do their job on time.

I had a wonderful experience at NCFMC. My physician, Dr. Doblado, was professional, trustworthy, and patient. He answered all my husband and I’s questions and explained my diagnosis clearly. Before I came to the fertility center, I was puzzled as to what type of uterus I had and why I was having recurrent miscarriages. Dr. Doblado was able to diagnose me and treat in a timely manner. He ordered tests to reassure nothing else was causing fertility problems. It was a scary procedure for me, but he reassured multiple times everything will be fine after my surgery. After my first cycle post surgery, I got pregnant. Dr. Doblado was able to see me weekly for ultrasounds in the very beginning to reassure me that baby is healthy and there is nothing else to worry about. I was taking care of here and was sad to leave this great of service. I’m happy to have made it to 18 weeks pregnant!! Thank you! I will highly recommend NCMFC to anyone I know that might be dealing with infertility in the future.

Every time I have interacted with this facility they have failed me in some way. It was incredibly difficult to reach someone to give my information to become a new patient. When I arrived I checked in for my appointment and was told to sit down, I was then asked if I could provide my photo ID after sitting down, so I went to the desk to comply and asked if there was anything else they might need. I was told “No, you can sit down” and then was asked soon after to come back up to pay my copay. This was stressful and not what I needed during a delicate medical appointment. When I asked questions about specifics of providing a sample they were brushed off as “not important” When I left I was given information to review my results on a website and was given instructions on how to login to that site with a username and password. This was also a failure and I have to this day not been able to review the results via the website. When I called to ask if I could have someone share the results I was told that they were not able to because testing was “inconclusive” and that I now needed to make an appointment with a Urologist.Please, be aware of my experience and know I waited many months to write this in order to not be too emotional. Maybe this is because I am male and treated differently but I would have liked to have had a better experience like the many female reviewers here. My experience with Northern California Fertility Medical Clinic has been my worst experience with a clinic, business, or professional that I can recall.Update: as a reply to NCFMC’s reply: Any or all of that information would have been much more helpful to know before, during, or immediately after interacting with your facility. I disagree with your statement that NCFMC is happy to help with login information to the portal as I called multiple times asking for help and was what I consider to be brushed off. When I called asking for results and was audibly perturbed on the phone, an explanation, or any amount of effort to inform me of your role as a lab would have helped rather than saying that NCFMC was not able to provide results because of the sample I provided. Please initially assume that First Time patients are not already familiar with your processes and provide them with information.

Dr. Doblado performed my laparoscopic procedure and acted as my main Dr. for fertility treatments. Never did I once feel pressured to immediately seek unnecessary and pricy ivf (like another office I had the misfortune of visiting). I’m happy to say after 2 rounds of non invasive iui cycles mixed with Letrozole and hcg trigger, we’re pregnant!! Over two years and one devastating miscarriage later and it’s all thanks to the amazing staff at NCFMC.

I had a wonderful experience at NCFMC! The staff were wonderful and I was always able to get an appointment when needed. The physicians are amazing and truly care about their patients, they never made me feel rushed during my appointments and always answered my questions. I highly recommend NCFMC to anyone needing a little extra help to start their family!

My husband and I underwent infertility work up, followed by IUI, and finally proceeded to IVF with Nothern California Fertility. It is a very daunting process with a lot of steps, a lot of time and a lot of questions. The physicians here are very knowledgable and capable, and I always felt we were taking the correct next steps medically. One weaker aspect to this practice is the system for contacting the clinic staff regarding questions/concerns; although to be fair when you leave a message the nurse usually does get back to you within 1-2 days (but this wait period can sometimes seem a bit long). Overall, medically, a positive experience for us and would recommend for those looking for fertility care.

As painful of a process it has been to get pregnant and STAY pregnant, ncfmc has been the best decision we have made to have our baby. Dr Murray and dr lovely are AMAZING, and i can not wait to introduce our little boy on the way to them. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and always answered my questions.

I have now had 2 excellent experiences with NCFMC. They explain every procedure and make you feel comfortable with everything that they are doing. It is easy to make appointments, and are fast at answering emails. I recommend NCFMC over any other fertility clinic in the area.

We had our first consultation over a year ago with Dr. Manuel Doblado. During our consult we discussed our medical history and our previous attempts at IUI. After discussing all we had, Dr. Doblado shared with us that he was pretty sure he could help us. He did ask that we understand it may take multiple tries due to not knowing right away which medication and dosage would work. We were confident we wanted to move forward after speaking with him. He was as honest as he could be and after what wed been through previously we really appreciated that.After our consult we had some testing done and to our surprise things were not at all what theyd been previously. We decided to wait to start the process until I recovered from my sinus surgery that was planned.Prior to starting treatment, we were given our treatment plan. This plan laid out exactly when to take medications, what vitamins needed to be taken and important things to be aware of. There was no lack of communication during our process, their office is also staffed on the weekend so you dont skip a beat during your cycle!Our first treatment began on February 23,2018 and I began medications for ovulation induction on March 12,2018. We were so optimistic and excited to start on this journey again., as wed been many times over the last 13 years, we will be married 14 years this December.March 22, 2018, it was time to go in for the first check to see if my ovaries had responded to the medication...they had!!!! We had 3 follicles, they just hadnt grown to where they needed to be. We praised GOD anyhow, theyd NEVER responded in our prior treatments.March 24, 2018, we went in to check the size of the follicles and of the 3, one had reached 16mm, close but no cigar. The Dr. said that a the follicle may reach the 18mm over the weekend and we were to follow the directions of treatment so we did. We also were told we needed to give the follicles a few more days before we went back in to have them checked.March 26, 2018, I returned to the Dr. to have my follicles checked and..... the dominant follicle had reached 22mm!!!!! Today was the day I received my trigger shot. I was overjoyed and moved with emotion, I cried as if hed told me I was pregnant already. Id waited so long to make it this far and it was the first time it had happened. The Dr. let me know that this was a great step but he also wanted me to understand that it may not work the first time around. I knew that, but in my heart, I knew that this was it. We would be adding a little one to our family by years end.The days between the trigger shot and the day I was given to take my first pregnancy test we went through all kinds of emotions. Prayer helped us get through it. Then the day arrived April 9, 2018.April 9, 2018, at 3:06 am I awoke to test. As I was so excited the day had arrived. It was the happiest day of my life when I read the Clearblue Digital test that said Pregnant the words Id been waiting a lifetime to tell my husband.NCFMC is the best! Ive already reccommended them to family and friends.Thank you NCFMC and Dr. Doblado for all you have done to assist in making the dreams of my husband and I come true. We cant wait to bring you a picture of our little one once he is born. May GOD continue to work through you all to bless other families as youve blessed us.

From the moment I stepped into the waiting room to the time I left, my entire experience was pleasant, professional, well cared for and always done with a smile on everyones face. This experience was not an easy one and I felt that the staff understood that completely. The front desk staff knew who I was, asked me about my day, helped with any questions I had and if they couldnt tell me right then and there, they found someone who could help me get those questions answered.The medical staff is second to none. They just got it from all the blood draws to the education given by the nursing staff, the embryologists, surgical team and of course, the doctors. I have to give a huge shout of gratitude to my NCM Suzan! She is simply the best and she completely made me feel informed, educated me, but most of all, she genuinely cared about my experience with this entire process. She encouraged me, always stayed positive with me even when I was having difficulty doing so, and she answered all 1000 questions with patience and grace, even the ones I asked more than once because this process can be completely overwhelming at times. She just knows her stuff! So to you Suzan, thank you will never be enough to show my appreciation.Lastly, the doctors. I saw everyone of them on staff and I can not say enough about each and everyone of them. They truly cared about my wants and my needs during this process. They went above and beyond when this process did not take the first time. Yes, it isnt full proof. They believed in me and what I wanted as far as a family and not one time did they ever judge me for doing this process solo and being a 41 y/o gay woman. I felt like they listened and their treatment plan reflected that.Would I recommend NCFMC, a screaming YES!!!, a thousand times over. And for those of you wondering, second time round it worked!! Im 7.5 months along and cant wait to bring the little one in to meet the people that made it all happen for me and the beginning of my family! Thank you just scratches the surface of how much gratitude I feel for this amazing facility.

After an unsuccessful first cycle, we opted for a self-funded second cycle. Initially, we consulted with their finance department to understand the costs and determine affordability. They provided a quote, explaining the costs of all items. However, once we began the cycle, we were charged an additional $2000 beyond the initially promised amount. Their explanation? Sorry, the quote was not right. Now, in the midst of the cycle with medicines ordered, were uncertain about what steps to take.

We had a great experience at NCFM. From diagnosis to our happy ending the staff and doctors were so great and communicated clearly. I appreciated the time that was spent with us and not being made to feel like I was “broken.”

Thoroughly disappointed with this place. My wife and I have struggled with infertility for several years and came here hoping for answers since no other doctors could. But all we received was a long wait time, after already driving from out of town, and a doctor who brushed us off, saying our only option was to continue with pointless IUIs which havent worked in the past, or the obvious OFF route, costing $20K, plus butloads of toxic medications, and still no guarantee. The cause of our infertility still remains to be explained, despite all semen tests being positive and ultrasound showing several viable eggs still. Dye tests were positive too. We were hoping an RE would be more knowledgeable but this one seemed no better than a run of the mill OB-GYN.

The doctor was great and medical assistance staff was helpful as well. We were able to do a sperm analysis and ovary check on the first appointment which made it worth the visit. We are just getting started with the process but so far...

I had a wonderful experience with the first doctor I saw at ncfm. But its a teaching hospital, and the replacement dr. made me go without my thyroid meds until I either saw her or came in for a blood draw, even though it hadnt been a year yet. Because I work late at my job, I had to leave early from work, my results were jacked and she upped my dosage, which is fine, except now, six weeks later, the pharmacy wouldnt fill my prescription again because they want another blood draw. Now Im without my meds again and every time I come in, I have to pay for the lab test. I cant afford it. So frustrating. Its not worth it.

Terrible. Lets start off with the fact that when I went to give my sperm sample several of the nurses/assistants were a couple doors down the hall just chilling, talking loud, giggling... Not a professional setting and unnerving. Then there was the incorrect instruction as to where to inject the $6k worth of shots/drugs into my wife. I was there when the nurse showed us where to do the injection. Come to find out from the doctor at a subsequental appointment it was the incorrect placement. Then during the egg retrieval the doctor nicked my wifes intestine, giving her internal bleeding, and an infection. She had to go to the ER and was hospitalized overnight. Definitely would not recommend. Id give zero stars if it were possible. If you have the ability Id try to go to San Francisco. Hindsight 20/20.

The team at NCFC are absolutely amazing!! All the Physians and staff are great. They are very well organized and it was always a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I did not feel like just a number coming here. They made sure I understood exactly what was happening and was able to answer every questions I had asked. With their help I am now 27 weeks pregnant!

Very rude and crappy service at front desk. Bunch of CNAs. $200 for an initial talk with dr. Soto for 20 mins of very basic information you can research on youtube. The off you go to take to done CNA.You can never get a call back from the nurses station. They do not return calls. This place is a straight rip off. Front desk is a joke, how can thus place stay in business if they do not return calls? The took my $200 and that was it. Save your money and go to your personal doctor and get a better referral.

Although our treatment didnt work through them, their doctors & nurses were caring, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. I felt well taken care of, and more than just a name in a chart.

Dr. Stephens was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I felt so informed and cared for by all the staff. We appreciate all your hard work and could not have had a better experience.
