I literally hate this place and would not go here if not for the proximity to my house and necessity! I have a reproductive condition that requires regular medication and there is regularly a problem. The doctor never responds to the pharmacy requests and takes forever to respond to internal messages that I’m told are being sent on my behalf. I guess because I’m not pregnant she doesn’t care. The nurses are usually great but anytime I have to deal with the doctor it’s a stressful headache where nothing is done to help my issue. They should just say they’re an obstetrician and not an ob/gyn. I shouldn’t feel like my health problem is an inconvenience to my doctor!

This place is horrible the worst obgyn ever I was 18 at the time I came here and at that time there was a a male doctor with long hair who I saw.He was seeing me for a check up he said may god be with me because he asked me about condoms and I told him I didn’t use them every time he basically made it seem like I was going to get a STD and made it seem like I was sleeping around he didn’t even bother to ask me if I was in a monogamous relationship he just said well may god be with you like who says that to a 18 year old if anything if you wanna educate me or give me information fine but it basically just to assume I’m sleeping with the world when I only had one partner is disrespectful and ignorant smh I would never ever ever ever ever go back here or recommend anyone to go here it’s a terrible place and the staff if the worst in the city they should have closed this place or get new staff who actually cares about the community!!!!!!!

Scheduled an appointment for hysterectomy consult. They put me in to see an NP. NP cannot do that. So I waited 2 months, to take off work to make the correct appointment in another month. While there, they tried to coax me into getting a culpo done, I refused. They were talking to me about cysts on my ovaries which I do not have, here they were reading off another patients chart to me. I called into the office to make sure they were going to charge me or my insurance for the visit, and the woman started talking about me and calling me names on the phone THINKING she hung up. I called back to cancel the appointment for next month as I wont be going back. And they will not answer my calls now. I had to call into the call center for them to leave a message to cancel the appointment for me. Very rude and unprofessional to talk about your patients when you think you hung up the phone.

The first time I came front desk was so nonchalant and rude. I have pcos and the doctor wasn’t really concerned in helping with the problems I been having around that. And then I had to wait another 6 months for an appointment just for them to call and cancel my appointment to reschedule me another 5 months out as if I was the one who canceled my appointment. Couldn’t even accommodate me after I told them over the phone I been having problems like I’m good off this place will definitely not be going back. And if I was reading these comments I wouldn’t have gone in the first place.

The medical assistants and ultrasound tech were very nice, so are the doctors!The one lady who stood out to me (July 28th at around 2:45 pm) was a young-middle aged lady with blonde shoulder length hair and I think she had glasses, not sure if she works the whole place but I know she was in the ultrasound side. She took my blood pressure, drew my blood for testing and got me in touch to speak with another nice doctor through telehealth. She was VERY funny, good sense of humor, personable, very informative and knowledgeable. Told me everything step by step and how long lab results would take. that I would know the gender of my baby through this test, and basically answered all of my questions before I had to ask! Even when she took my blood you could barely tell blood was drawn even days later! I feel terrible I didn’t catch her name but she was great and I wanted to give her a good review! If I ever see her again I will find out her name and try to comment or rewrite a review. But you can tell she just loves what she does and she made me feel very comfortable and at home when generally I am very uncomfortable in drs settings.

The doctors here are truly wonderful however you will wait way to long to be actually seen, no matter what you appointment time it and how early you arrive. I always try to arrive 15 minutes early and once I came for a follow up post hysterectomy , so still uncomfortable physically, after waiting and hour and watching people who arrived AFTER me being called to the back I asked why was I still waiting and they are calling people who came after me. The lady atThe desk has the nerve to say someOf the other patients where see a different doctor and my doctor was running behind. Now that first part was a complete lie because I even heard two of the women say they were seeing the SAME doctor I was seeing and the came at least 30 minutes after I had been checked already. I waited a other 49 minutes all for me to wait another 30 minutes in the room and to see the doctor for a 10 to 15 minute visit! I hate going there , again the doctors are great but who wants to spend HOURS just sitting there

If I can give this place a zero I would. The two ladies at the front are rude and ignorant & need to be replaced ASAP, First off, the waiting room is packed she yelled out my whole social security number asking me to confirm!!! Then they told me i have to bring my 4 year old son in a stroller next appointment I have, I said what 4 year old fit in a baby stroller??? she said then dont bring him, I dont have a baby sitter so I have my son with me. They never answer the phones but when your in the office they all on the phones with they friends or man all day. The doctor that read my results after my ultrasound said that my baby heart rate was good and I said what was the rate he said he doesnt know because it wasnt in the paper work! OKAY SO HOW DO YOU KNOW IF MY BABY HEART RATE WAS GOOD 🤨🧐 he straight lied to my faceThis place is just a mess overall I hate it here just because of the two ladies in the front mostly and the fact that the doctor lied to my face

Let me start by saying the Nurses and Receptionist are very sweet and respectful. The doctor Hema Dwatina is very HOSTILE, IMPATIENT, UNCOMPREHENDING, AND BIAS.I guess anybody can call themselves a doctor, now a days.

I have been coming to this practice for over 3 years for my normal annual check up. I had good experiences overall during that time. Then I got pregnant - and they have been amazing. The staff and doctors are nice to me and my husband. Dr. Stephanie Almeida answers all our questions. We also have been lucky; we have never had to wait more than 30 mins to be seen.

I literally hate this place they are so unprofessional and and organized they scheduled me an appointment for 9:45 I literally walked in at 9:43 in the system in must have said 8:45 so I over here the receptionist and the tech discussing the situation which made me aware the appointment time they told me was not the correct time. So the reception called me to the desk and said she can see you but you a hour late so she don’t know what time she can get to you so you would have to wait around, which was no problem at all. My issue did arrive when I realized that I’m sitting in the waiting room and heard the conversation between the two

I love going to this beautiful place they are really friendly and really helpful:) all your questions are aswer and they allway there wen you need them the most and they are so sweet and kind:) I can’t wait to be bck in June

The 2 receptionists need to be fired asap. Why work here if you obviously hate dealing with people. A simple question gets met with disgusting attitudes. I’m sure being pregnant is stressful enough, no one needs to deal with people like this. Mgmt has to be out of touch with their employees for these little girls to continue working here. It sucks because the physicians here are great.

I normally go to office in Mayfair but TWICE I was scheduled to be seen at this location and TWICE I was given a time of my appointment and when I arrive the receptionist who by the way are RUDE, tells me I was scheduled an hour before the time I arrive. Then followed up by “if you don’t have proof for the time you say was scheduled for there’s nothing we can do. You just going to have to reschedule.” Rudest comment ever.

Dont waste your time!!!!! I transferred from my long time doctors office to this doctors office due to distance. You would think that they would treat their patients with Respect also act as if they are concerned for their Health. But No !!!!! This office is ignorant, rude, and unorganized! I rather travel far than near then to ever consider this location for my Health. Also Everytime I call I get an appointment for a month damn near two months away matter what the circumstances are. Beware !!!!!!!!

The wait time is average. I waited 30 mins or less.Staff was friendly (some).I didnt really like my doctor (Stephanie) because she didnt really assure me and answered all my questions like that.Only gave one star because I called in for emergency request and to have immediate attention (which you can do if you think its serious and you dont have to wait one month to see your doctor- at that time, my doctor wasnt available until the next month in half ) and they told me they would get back to me next day or the next 1-3 buissness day. Never happened. I kid you not, I called 6 times and they all never got back to me.

My first appointment was on the 22nd, mind you I am a new patient, so I sign in and am the first one there on the ultrasound side. The receptionist was talking to another one the whole time and knew I was sitting there my appointment was for 9:00 I was there at 8:30 and every patient who came in did not sign in because they where regulars and they signed them in themselves. Now each one of the girls were asked what time was their appointment and it was for 10, 9:30 9:45 etc after mine. So they all got called back and left before me. So I get up and look at the sign in sheet which once again I am the only one on that sheet, I say, excuse me are you ever going to look at he sign in sheet? Im not just sitting here for nothing. She didnt apologize and I guess she felt stupid so she got another girl to come to me with papers to fill out. Like pay more attention and thats exactly why you have these sheets so you dont forget people. I didnt get out of there until 11. Really thinking about changing.

Scheduled appointment 2 months ago , no reminder call. ( Had my own reminder) appt at 8:30 I get there and the doors are locked . I live across the street . Went home to call to passed around for 20 minutes. this rude no customer service girl named Tasha is going to tell me that the doors been open since 8:30 and I wasnt there. I said you must have unlocked your door at 8:35 because I was there , she still arguing with me trying to tell me that I should have been waiting outside the door. She still talking like we outside at the the club or something , telling me we open the doors at 8:30 .. this is Einstein when do they do anything on time 🙄 sat down to be told me that they cant see me because its 9:00.. I will take my health business somewhere else this place and this whole organization SUCKS . Low budget no money having hospital. And retrain Tasha and send her back to Wendys.

Our appointment was at 1:00 and we were at time but they were at break and they refused to open the door until 1:15 and we stayed in very cold weather outside.When they opened the door there was very bad smell. ... The front desk was dealing with customers in attitude and she was rude.

The staff in this practice is very disrespectful. I called in to sched an emergency appointment. The staff had me on hold for 19min. Finally I get a person and they say wrong department transfer me without asking if its ok.. to the main office to sched. Wait another 15min get a person and the say I have to wait 48 hours to get a call back for an appointment. Keep in mind Im in pain and asked to be seen soon. 1wk and no call. I did the call back process of holding to speak to people and transferring finally I get a person and they say I have an appointment in Jan.17..its Dec.8th Im in pain...its had to take the appointment because my insurance said I had to be seen there for what I was getting done. Also everytime I go there I have to wait close to 2hrs to go in the back. The front desk is not polite. To sched an appointment here you have to take the day off because trust me you will be there almost your whole work shift. As soon as Im done with what I have to do Im switching my practice.

(Ultrasound side) Tara is great and so is the Spanish lady who does the ultrasounds. I saw Dr. Cohen for the first time today and he really helped me out with a scheduling conflict, while making sure I understood all changes and safety measures...They have been there since day one of my first pregnancy and I will always remember that. I would Definitely recommend them!!!

LOVE my doctor (thank GOD she has another practice)....LOATHE the office staff. They are incompetent at best. The one horse faced girl that works the sign in window looks lost all the time like she has wind between her ears.If you dont mind waiting for HOURS and arguing through the office staffs mistakes, then be my guest. But honestly, you can find these doctors elsewhere. EVEN THEY DONT WANNA WORK THERE!!!

Everyone was very nice and told me everything I needed to know. I felt very welcomed and felt at ease with the women working there. I’m so excited for my next appointment.

Been with Einstein for 5 years now. They are a bunch of sweet hearts and doctors are always doing their job. Have never had an issue with them. Highly recommend😊

They scheduled an unessary appointment for a consult. Waited for 40 minutes, saw the Dr for exactly 2 minutes. I will have my insurance refuse the invoice for this visit!!!

Dr Myers was excellent, He took his time to explain things to me in detail. He is indeed professional.

I had the same doctor for all my children. The staff always nice. When in a mess the doctor always calls me right back. I love my doctor.

VERY DISORGANIZED They called me like 10 hours before my appointment (mind you, I had to wait 2 MONTHS for this appointment)saying it was cancelled, then when I called back to ask why tf they canceled it they said it wasn’t cancelled, so I went to my scheduled appointment when I got there they said it was cancelled because the doctor called out, like what type unprofessional shot is that?

The worst my appt was at 3:45 got there early at 2:50 was take back to the room only to wait until 4:40 to b seen the worst experience I have ever had doctor Myers is the best doctor there by far if he isnt there dont go it is the worst

Out of all doctors and hospitals Ive been to I love the way I was getting treated here. I recommend it.
