I came to urgent care because I just moved from out of state. The Nurse here was very pleasant and kind. The PA who attended to me was a bit rude and didn’t seem to know much of what she was talking about. She spoke over me, didn’t take much time to listen to what my symptoms were, and was rushing. When examining Black women in the healthcare field, this is generally something you should make note to not do. Given the recent publications on indifference and discrimination against these populations. See: PMID: 35651994; PMCID: PMC9148644.She stated that I had an UPPER respiratory infection even though I informed her of my persistent expectoration, which indicates a LOWER respiratory infection. In addition, she stated that I “didn’t need steroids” for my junky cough and tight chest, but then advised that I use flonase for my congestion—Flonase is a steroid.I am studying to be a physician and am a bit disappointed that this is the sort of care thats servicing the community. Theres room for improvement for sure, hopefully the practitioners here take that initiative.

Abrasive front desk. The website and front door indicated the urgent care was open until 8p and walk-ins were welcome. I arrived at 7:20p. The intake person said they were closed, despite the hours posted on the website and front door. I asked if there was another place to go and she continued to be rude and dismissive and told me they were closed, ultimately making me cry. I didn’t feel well, I’m not from the area and all I was looking for was help. The PA overheard the conversation and apologized and agreed to see me. Damage was already done. No one needs to feel hurt and humiliated and scared at an urgent care. The tech taking vitals was also rude and harsh. She asked for my selected pharmacy. I provided a location based on my google search and asked her if the area was safe for me to walk to. She responded that she didn’t understand what type of question that was, insinuating I was asking something insulting, when all I was trying to understand was if that was a place suitable to walk to at night as a woman alone in Philadelphia. When the PA finally saw me and apologized she seemed to acknowledge the poor behavior by her staff but dismissed it. I just think patients deserve better. It was a horrible experience.

The staff here was great. Friendly, genuinely listened to why I was there. They were compassionate and I was also in and out in a very reasonable time

After waiting 40 minutes after my appointment time, despite being the first appointment of the day, I was given a test that got sent to the lab. When the lab results came back today it said the test couldn’t be run because the test device used was expired. Ended up going to Jefferson who prescribed urgent medication and sent me to ER solely based on symptoms. My care instructions from Vybe was to take Benadryl.

I’m only in town for a couple months and I needed a place to go that was convenient. This is a great place. Very quick and easy. Friendly staff.

I have been here twice and they have been wonderful both times, s/o Jennifer and Nimir. I will go here even though there are other urgent cares easier for me to get to.

Love this office and my experience there. Staff was kind, courteous, and super quick to not only me but the patients before me! A+ service in my experience! Great job and keep up the good work.

The nurse made me cry. She went to take a throat swab even after I told her I got a strep test done a few days ago and it was negative. She said say ahh and i tried but bc i am so congested in my nose I couldnt say ahh for very long without struggling to breath. She goes to do a second swab and I couldnt say ahh cause it physically hurt and instead of stopping to give me a break she pushed the tongue depresser down and shoved the swab back so I gagged and started choking. She then tells me if you stop saying ahh your throat contracts and I cant get a swab while Im literally coughing and crying then says the doctor will be in shortly and leaves the room.The doctor was nice, polite and respectful but I will never come back after the way that nurse treated me so horribly. I left the office holding back tears.

This staff was polite and professional. I was in and out. Im very satisfied with my care! Thanks so very much

One of the best urgent care experiences Ive had! Lobby is very clean. Super easy check-in. I was taken back pretty much immediately after I finished my paperwork. I was seen by Baylee, the PA, pretty much immediately.Will definitely return!

They are always fast, professional, and clean. I appreciate how there is always availability for a walk in when I need one.

The staff was friendly and professional. I think the entire visit took 15 to 20 mins which was amazing. Im glad I took a suggestion and went.

Vybe Urgent care was very please and efficient with check in and my wait was quick to be seen . The clinic was very clean and the waiting area was comfortable.

It’s 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and I’m still in the waiting room. They make you pay upfront, so I paid $200 for a 3-minute appointment to get tested for strep that I haven’t had yet. I can’t leave now because I already paid. I’m sitting here with coughing people all around me. If I wasn’t sick, then I am now. Maybe this place is good if you break something but if you just want to make sure you don’t have strep throat I recommend anywhere else. I want to cry like the several crying babies around me. I regret coming here.Update: I went to the front desk to ask for a refund and they put me in a room so I wouldn’t cancel. Now I’m sitting in a room waiting for a doctor which is slightly nicer than being coughed on by every baby within a three-block radius. They only have one person on staff today and theyre trying their hardest. Its not the brightest managerial decision especially because the day after Christmas is usually the busiest days for hospitals in general. It’s too late for me, but save yourself.Its not the fault of the staff and they working their hardest. However next year I recommend putting more people on this shift and paying the staff extra. Its historically one of the busiest days of the year for health care and people in the waiting room were being as patient as they could.

Such sweet staff and so caring! Will definitely be back if I ever have another health emergency :)

Vybe urgent care: Market Street. GO THERE!!! The staff was very efficient, caring, knowledgeable and very attentive. The facility was very clean and easy to get to. I was seen almost immediately after signing in. When youre in medical need, these things matter.

Walked in for a physical for school for my child , everyone was nice and appt went quick . Would visit again

$30 for them to tell me to go see my primary care doctor or go to the ER. Couldn’t even do an x-ray for me because the person who does them wasn’t in. No treatment plan or anything was discussed. I was just sent on my way. Waste of time & money!

The PA seemed very knowledge and took the time to explain things. I was taken on time and spent minimal time waiting for work up and exam.

Very easy process, location was accessible and clean and staff was nice and reliable. The online appointment was easy just be aware they will not set up the appointment without you submitting front and back pictures of your insurance card and state ID. Easy enough but I didn’t have my insurance card at the time just the number. Luckily my insurance portal allows me to view my card virtually.

Super easy to book and very efficient to visit. If your time is valuable this is a great medical office to go to.

Really appreciated the care I received here. The front desk receptionist was so kind and patient and the doctor took the time to talk me through my Xray results. The facility was clean, quiet, and wait time was not long at all. Will definitely come back here if ever in need of urgent care again.

Left Jefferson ER and came to vybe urgent care to be seen. Was there for 15 minutes paid $100 co-pay, got a prescription and was sent on my way. The process was fast. The receptionist was lovely. The PA was nice definitely will come again.

It was a good service but they forget to put the stamp on my documents i had to come back from the penndot to them to get the stamp i lost my time to get back again and get my forms complete

I had to take my 5yr old in, And they were so incredible great with him, I know he felt comfortable, so did I and he said the doctor was so nice, and they all truly were! Update on my post, I actually had to go for myself today and I needed a breathing treatment, the doctor that took care of me, was very cautious to find the right medication that wouldnt interfere with my other medication Im currently taking, she was very, very helpful and I trusted her, she even called her supervisor to ask if it would be a good fit, and I appreciate that kind of care, when someone truly wants to help you, Always will be the best urgent care Ive been to, for me and my son!

Staff who treated me were thorough, polite and helpful. They tested me for Covid and strep. I never felt rushed this morning.

I wish there were a way to give half a star. The service at the actual urgent care center is fine. However, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. There is an automated message referring to their high patient and call volume that then hangs up. They have neither a high patient volume, nor a high call volume. They just arent doing their jobs. Heaven forbid you have an issue with your prescription once you leave. I have called no less than 12 times. My friend who is a physician also called a number of times. The pharmacist even tried calling. We have been trying to reach the urgent care center for for at least an hour to address the prescription issue to no avail. There is no separate provider line. Then we finally reached them for a prescription alternative, they sent a new antibiotic, but no steroid. All the while, the pain from the infection is increasing in severity and there is no way to reach the prescribing clinician without going back to the urgent care center. It is entirely unacceptable. Consumers who are sick and need prescriptions right away should avoid this place if at all possible.

All the staff was professional and pleasant. My issue was immediately address. Additional follow up information given. In and out in a timely manner. Scheduled my appointment the same day online, they do take walk-ins.

Kailih at the market street location was so great! I had my flu shot today and didn’t feel a thing. I was brought back right away and was treated with such kindness. I felt like a VIP!!

Came in and asked specifically for a strep test. I noticed on the price list at the check-in window that it was $35 out of pocket. I was also told that insurance would cover it fully.After waiting for about two hours, I finally got the test. To the staffs credit, the PA I met was very nice. Unfortunately, when I received the insurance bill, it was well over $100 (not to mention opportunity cost for the two hours I squandered waiting around).EDIT: They did reply to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, their idea of a resolution is to remind you that their policy is to gouge you and bill your insurance company unnecessarily, adding services you dont need. The front desk assured me I wouldnt have to pay anything out of pocket for a simple strep test. Instead, I now have to pay $150, and thats WITH insurance.

Everyone was kind and helpful and it was a quick and easy trip. No long wait to get back or once in the room and everyone I interacted with was wonderful. They were able to diagnose my issue and provided what I needed to start feeling better.

Pretty amazing! If anything, they understood the assignment. They anticipated in a way that Ive never seen other care centers do which caught me off guard. Very thorough, listened to my issues and we proceeded with a care plan that I feel comfortable will help me feel better. Thank you!

Came in to get rx for an infection, check in was painless, admitted quickly, had to wait a few minutes after initial assessment for the doc to get in, but nothing unreasonable, and the staff were knowledgable and courteous the entire time.

Excellent experience tryng to get a rapid test before a trip. Thought I booked a standard test, which has a longer turnaround. The receptionist was extremely helpful and understanding though supplies were tight and helped us get the right test, which saved our trip! Overall experience was clean, professional, and quick. Definitely come here and book the rapid for a quick turnaround time!!I

Great experience today at Vybe located at 6th and Market. I needed stitches in my finger. The place was clean and quick. The staff were super friendly and completely explained everything.

Dr Bailey was so wonderful and validating. I was having an awful day and being turned away from every doctor I was seeking helping with. Dr Bailey listened to my concerns and worries and made me feel so much better. We developed a treatment plan that worked for me and I walked away feeling so much better than I had walking in. Thanks Dr. Bailey and other staff for making me feel welcome and heard.

Scheduled an appointment online and filled out all required forms. Nevertheless I was still kept waiting for over an hour, and each time I inquired as to the wait I was told itd just be 15-20 minute, but not an hour wait. If you can avoid going to an urgent care like this, I would. I wouldnt say the level of care or medical knowledge of the staff were sufficient to overcome the long wait.

Wonderful Staff and Physician session was perfect

Today I required urgent care to address a deep puncture wound to my elbow. I was able to book an appointment promptly at the East Market location. It’s a modern.and pleasant space fully equipped with medical equipment and well trained professionals. I obtained X-Ray results on the spot, read by a radiologist. My excellent care team led by Baylee ( PA) and Adrian (RT) evaluated the injury, cleaned the site, and administered 4 stitches and dressed the area. That type of triage exemplifies the excellent service proposition that VYBE continues to deliver since I first visited a location during the crazy days of early Covid. I’m extremely grateful.

Staff was great when I visited, but I have been experiencing a nightmare with the billing department. They REFUSE to submit my claim for my visit to my insurance, and try to tell me I’m wrong when I inform them that my insurance provider has no record of the visit ever being submitted. Vybe says the claim was denied, though denials show up in my insurers database too and nothing of the sort is there. Feels like I’m trying to be scammed out of my money.

Very capable staff. I went for a Covid test and found out results promptly. Very little waiting around, which I appreciate.

Great and fast service, it was easy to do as far as paperwork and getting an appointment. 10/10 recommend for minor and easily treatable conditions that you can’t get to if you needed to be seen with your provider.

I walked in with a stye in my eye, I suffer from them throughout my life. I know what type of care does and does not work. Told the doctor, Curt Mullendore, what I typically get prescribed and what works and he blew me off. Told me those prescriptions dont’t do anything. When whenever I DO get a stye, with the proper suggested medication, it goes away within a day or two. He was completely dismissive of this information and was uninterested in hearing what experience as the patient and what care works best for me. Just decided he knew best. Horrible bedside manner and arrogant. Waste of time and money.

Started feeling really sick at 3am this morning and was able to make a appt for this morning with no issues. The check in staff was very nice, the medical assistant explained what tests they would run and the doctor explained all the possible diagnoses my issue could be. I still feel really sick but this is the first urgent care experience I’ve ever had that was so pleasant and transparent.

Very competent staff. My problem solved immediately. The woman at the desk is very kind but wears a mask and has a quiet voice, so her questions had to be repeated several times.

My examiner, Heather, was really nice. The service was fast and I got my physical in less than an hour. It was still plenty of time to return to take my permit!

Clean and comfortable, wait time was almost exactly what they said it would be (actually a little shorter).Service was great! My issue wasnt fixed but that wasnt their fault...I left with a game plan for my issue!

Nice, quiet, convenient, friendly atmosphere. Wait time wasn’t long at all…not even 10 minutes. Seen immediately, doctor, patient care person was friendly and not obnoxious like most people are when you visit ESPECIALLY ON THE WEEKEND with nice weather like today.I would recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! I have to go thank my “BOSS” on Monday because she mention to me to go to “ANY” URGENT CARE to obtain my TB SHOT. I was kinda leary at first but I’m glad I made the call to come to this place.

I was in town on vacation and happened to get a UTI the day before I was supposed to leave. I had scheduled an appt online after the location had closed but called as soon as they opened in the morning to see if it was not busy so I could walk in sooner. The staff was very kind when I talked to them over the phone and advised me that I could get in sooner if I walked in. I was taken back within 10 minutes of arrival and I was out with my prescription put in within an hour. PA Jaime was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location for travelers looking to be seen for urgent issues.

I was very satisfied with the care…quick and accurate. I quickly ran over from work I was seen as a walk in. No wait time, the staff was friendly and the office was very clean. I was back to work in less than an hour.

I went to a different urgent care closer to my apartment (not a vybe site) and was turned away because of a long wait which i found odd as there were 2 people in the waiting room...I had to scramble and found vybe 30 min before they closed and felt bad showing up that late - it sucks working somewhere and having customers come in last minute! Despite that, they checked me in right away and I didnt even wait 5 min before being seen. The front desk, xray tech, and Baylee the PA were all pleasant and quick. Thank you ladies!

These people are great, especially from a Canadian point of you. We landed on a Thursday night but because we were leaving on Sunday, required a rapid PCR test on Friday morning. We booked it online no problem a few days ago and then showed up an hour earlier and they had no problem putting us through quickly and sending us the results within a couple of hours. Good deal good attitude.

Making and confirming an appointment was easy. Unfortunately, there was a computer issue and I received a second confirmation request which meant I had to call the office and confirm that I was in fact on the schedule. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. My test results came quickly as promised. Overall I had a very good experience.

Back on 25 May, I had to have an x-ray taken. The person who took my x-ray was Adrian. She was one of the most kindest, professional people I have met. Urgent Care is so very lucky to have her as an employee. I dont always get to do reviews quickly, but Adrian stood out and I wanted to acknowledge her kindness. Thank you, Adrian!

Had to wait a while despite it only being 2 other people in the waiting area and I had an appt. I was only there for a vaccine as well. Also, the front desk person wasnt friendly or welcoming. Borderline rude. Would not return for any other services nor would I recommend this location.

I was visiting Philadelphia for the weekend when I became ill after taking a new medication. I decided to go to VYBE because I was concerned about what to do and how to control my symptoms when traveling home by train the next day. The PA who met with me was kind and empathetic and gave me the exact information that I needed in a thoughtful and professional manner. Needless to say, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome.

The best medical visit experience I have had in 50+ years. Each part of the process involved Less than 5 minutes of wait time - registration, triage, evaluation, X-rays, results, wrapping my foot, fitting boot and discharge. My total care took less than an hour. Not only was The process expedited, but it was performed with kindness and professionalism. My question to the staff was “Where have you been all my life?”

My Vybe experience was a 5 stars experience. I was taken early. The Technician was professional and pleasant. The facility is convenient to Public Transit,and clean. The staff is attentive,courteous and professional. I appreciated them doing their job free from texting and socializing with the other staff members. This was my first time going to vybe urgent care, I was in soo much pain so I went to the closest one I could get to!! Anyway, the dr & nurses were so nicevery understanding.. they actually listen to you, and treat you great.. The dr was also very very nice, basically everything went fantastic!!, I left so happy.. In saying all this, Vybe urgent care will be my go to urgent care from now on forsure!! My experience was awesome, I 100% recommend Vybe urgent care to everyone!! You definitely will not be disappointed!! Again, I just want to Thank you all once again at Vybe urgent care for taking care of me and just for being awesome like yall are!!

I did not have to wait long before bring seen - maybe 15 minutes. Examination went well. The PA - Ania - was very nice, explained everything clearly. All around good experience.

I was a walk-in patient but was able to see the doctor promptly. The examination and diagnosis were quick and the explanation and discharge instructions were clear and understandable

The staff was friendly and professional. It’s only three stars because it took about fifteen minutes to check in and I had to wait inside the relatively small lobby during that time with other people, at least one of whom was visibly sick. This would be five stars if I had been able to wait outside instead of having to wait inside.

I had a pleasant experience with Vybe Urgent Care. I had my Covid Rapid Test completed here and the staff was very helpful and professional. The test took less then 5 minutes to complete and I had my results back within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this facility and their services.

My visit the the vybe urgent care blew me away! I walked in, saw an employee cleaning up the lobby when I walked in (positive notes for cleanliness) and then the employee asked for my ID and payment, I filled out two quick forms, and then was almost immediately (10 seconds later) called back for my rapid COVID test, right at my appointment time! Quick nose swab and I was walking out at 6:51 (appointment time was 6:50)! Beyond pleased with the service, speediness, and kindness of staff!

Amazing staff. Bridget was great as was the whole staff. It isn’t easy to give a 7 year old stitches but they did it and my daughter left with a smile on her face.

Prompt and professional! Better than the emergency room where the CO pay is $100 vs. $40. Everyones attitude was perfect.

I went in for a covid test prior to traveling. It was easy & painless to schedule the test online. When I arrived for my appointment, I waited less than 5 minutes and was in & out in less than 10. The location was clean & easy to find. My o my complaint is that the covid test was $150, which I felt was way too expensive.

The facility was very clean, staff were helpful and answered all of my questions. Waiting room was small but I was the the only one there. I arrived early for my appointment and was signed in right away. I was out in 20 minutes. Hopefully I receive my PCR results in 48 hours as promised.

We got a phone call on the morning of our appointment saying that our scheduled location wouldnt be open (gas line issue) and they could accommodate us at a different location, same time, but expect it to be busier. It was. Parking was taken. We were a family of 3 with a young child and I ran in ahead to get everyone signed in and to pay. I was told we all had to sign in and pay separately and they had to come inside. We were also expecting to all have our rapid tests in succession because our appointments were scheduled that way. That wasnt the case. It was a difficult experience for a family. Would have been absolutely fine for an individual. My 3yo daughter was made to feel very comfortable though and at the end of the day thats all I care about.

Everyone was professional and thorough except Kim the physicians assistant. Ive never received worse care in my life. She literally took 3 seconds to examine my throat. She didnt explain what I needed to do to prepare for a procedure. She just left me in the room and the medical assistants came in expecting me to be disrobed. She was flippant and dismissive about my questions and concerns. I dont know if she treats all of her patients that way or just her patients of color. Going to Vybe Urgent Care was a big mistake.

Booked my rapid test covid appointment a week in advance. The registration process was really easy! Came in, paid, and was seen within 5 minutes. I probably spent about 10 minutes total there and got my results in half a hour! So appreciative this is available.

Kind, thorough, timely, gentle and assuring staff...from the front desk to the doctor. Also very clean inside with nice bright colors. I might have to switch to the one in the Northeast b/c its closer...but if so...I hope I have the same great experience as this location!

Wow! What an exceptional experience. My wait was minimal and both the nurse and nurse practitioner were warm, knowledgeable and efficient. This will be my go to urgent care in the future!

I walked in to be tested for Line disease after being bit by a tic. I walked 20 minutes when I felt tired and out of it since no one answered the phones, and I previously saw signs that appointments were needed fit COVID only. I get there, there are about 8 people working that I could see, and one patient waiting for about 5 minutes. I asked to be seen, but the woman at check in said it was appointment only because they were short staffed. I asked if she could speak with someone and explain my situation. They had me sit and wait 20 minutes before telling me I could try making an appointment online otherwise they wouldn’t help. I asked to speak to the supervisor which was also declined. I am starting a new job in 2 days, don’t know if I have lime disease, and won’t immediately have insurance. They just declined me 10 minutes of their time for a potential early diagnosis of what could become life threatening. This place clearly forgot their role and purpose to help people.

Excellent service and very quick and efficient. This was my second time coming in for proactive PCR testing. I was out in less than 15 minutes. Safety measures in place to secure clients. Front desk and clinical staff were friendly and professional.

I have always been impressed with the ease of booking an appointment through the website and the preregistration option makes checking in when you arrive very quick. With an appointment the wait is never long and the care is always strong and thorough. I would recommend Vybe Center City East for anyone looking for an urgent care!

I did not feel safe while going to get a Covid antigen test. There was no enforced social distancing or order to the line. Many people were just waiting around inside. When I asked to wait outside, several people went ahead of me until there was no one else left, even though I communicated what I was there for and that I’d be waiting outside. The main positive is that when I did go in it was extremely quick, everyone was masked, as well as having hand sanitizer and gloves available. Though having disposable masks available would’ve made me feel safer if I could’ve doubled up like I saw many staff members doing.

Went in there and asked to go to the restroom but got turned down because it was their policy that you cant use the restroom because your not a customer. Isnt this a facility to help people? I mean It takes a lot for a person to come and beg to use the bathroom at the local urgent care. I even offered to pay to use the facility but I guess being a customer is more important to these people. I guess following policies is more important then being decent human beings. I just moved to city of brotherly love and cant wait to tell people not to come to this facility.

All I wanted was a non-rapid PCR test, which is covered fully by my insurance. Unfortunately, I could ONLY get that kind of test if I did a clinician visit which was a $35 copay with my insurance. And even though the receptionist said it would only be a $35 copay I am 90% sure that they will bill my insurance more money (which I will then have to pay a portion of). Places like this SHOULD tell you what the TOTAL estimated cost is or at least what they will bill the insurance company. Needless to say, I will be disputing any bill that they send me. The only reason that I give more than one star is that the provider was courteous and I didnt have to wait long to see them. Guess you just have to pay extra dollars for the convenience vs. an in-network provider.

The staff was super nice!!! They were extremely helpful and very punctual.I am never a fan of anything going up my nose but I am appreciative for Sam who was was very gentle in her care and Laura was great!Thank you guys!

They were very friendly, but they didnt really do anything to handle my situation at all. They dont do referrals, they wont give any kind of diagnosis, and they wouldnt give me a pass to get out of an on foot job after a knee injury. They completely refused to ask any questions, and left me with a significant waste of time and less one copay. I will elaborate.I just moved here. I hurt my knee which has had prior injuries and oppositions. I went in to see if they could take a look to let me know what to do next. They said they cant do soft tissue scans but can do X-rays. I told them I didnt think it was broken, but whatever they needed to do to move the process along was fine.Then, they went through all the process of taking vitals, doing X-rays, and what not. They never bothered asking me how I injured it, what I was doing at the time or anything like that. The X-rays came back with no breaks. So I said great, what now? Well, then they let me know that they do not do referrals so Il need to contact my doctor who did my original surgery. They said stay off it, but then gave me a pass to return to work the next since they didnt ask what I do. They took my license and did not see any problems with sending my bill to a Nevada address and my prescription to a Michigan address.All in all, it was a long laborious waste of time. I dont really know what else I could have done? Besides clog up the emergency room with my obvious non-emergency.

I just want to thank two ladies who worked on Sunday evening shift for their kindness. It was very windy and cold, and I was lightly dressed, waiting for my bus to NYC at 8 pm outside the Urgent Care office. One of the ladies cleaning the Urgent Care office noticed me from the window, invited me inside to get warm and brought me a chair to rest my heavy backpack. This kind and thoughtful gesture once again reminded me how genuinely nice people in Philly are.

I had an appointment for a rapid RT-PCR COVID test, but showed up early! After checking in, I was immediately able to get tested. And within 1 hour got my results! They also provided printed documentation of my results to present to airline/airport authorities. All around quick, fast service!

I was very impressed with Vybe. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The check-in process was quick and painless. I was seen very quickly. The facilities were spotless. A definite 5-star experience. I highly recommend!

When I first entered the facilty the young lady at the desk didnt greet me just asked if I had an appointment and for my name then side it will be $150.00 and insert you card. Just rude she didnt confirm with me what my appointment was for. When I asked for detailed receipt she said she couldnt give me one just a visit summary and told me to email billing and wrote down a email on a sticky pad. The same young lady told.me to come to the back and before I could barely walk in the room she said are you ready. I immediately said no I hadnt sat down and she didnt tell me where I could put my bags. Just no courtesy. She didnt aske me any question to see If I was familiar with the procedure and proceded to ce towards me with the swab. When I pully mask down she said cover your mouth. Where do they do that and was very rude. When she completed she just said results will be in portal or I can come backnfor print out.She didnt say anything else or which me well. Just no customer and make you feel like a numbers not a person.

Update 1/14/22: I spoke with the manager (who contacted me after my review) who explained the staff did check my identity which was already in their system, but they just didn’t tell me that when I checked in.Also, I have to say I am quite pleased with their quick results for the standard (non rapid) covid test. I’ve been there 3 times over the past 4 months for a covid test for travel and I received the results within 48 hrs consistently.———————————————————————-Quick process for getting a routine covid test (with appointment). Surprised no one checked my ID or verified my identity for my test/appointment. Seems sloppy.

I had a very good experience. It was quick. No long waiting 2min. The receptionist and testing persons were very nice.

I like the efficiency of the clinic. I was seen 10 minutes after my appointment time. What I didn’t Appreciate was being sick and standing at the desk for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When they did they asked me what I was there for. I explained my symptoms and that I needed a covid rapid and a flu rapid. I was told no. That I couldn’t get both test within a 24 hour period due to insurance reasons. I don’t even have insurance! The test was quick but I now have to get to a different urgent care just to get the test that they could have administered there smh.

This was our first time in this office. 5 stars speek for its self. I brought my dauther for chek up. Everybody was very nice and proffesional, finished very fast and efficient. Very friendly and helpful staff and I have previously had several good visits here, but my visit today was less than ideal. I was there well over an hour to get a simple PCR test. The clinician apologized for the delay once she made it to me, but the lack of updates was the most frustrating. Dont leave someone who is feeling unwell and likely has COVID in a poorly ventilated room with no windows and no fans without updates. The only updates I got were when I requested them. That is just bad customer service. I get that things happen and clinics get busy... so just say so! I will be considering other options in the city next time I need an urgent care or a COVID test.

Went in for a PCR Covid test. Don’t forget to schedule online beforehand! I noticed a few people tried walking in but hadn’t scheduled online beforehand. The woman working the front desk was really friendly to not just me but everyone that came in and everyone on the phone, despite having a plethora of calls and wak ins happening. The nurse who took did my test was very calm, kind and professional, and another nurse came in to ensure my questions were answered and I knew how to view my results in a few days. Overall very positive experience.

All staff were quick, kind, and showed great service. MA - Harold especially stood out. I was watching him go from client to client and keeping a smile on his face.

Been to both Spring garden and Market (Philadelphia). Excellent service each time Ive gone. Facilities are modern and clean, medical people are very professional. I wish I could claim them as my PCP. Very recommended.

Lovely staff, but rather lengthy wait time. Everything clean & sanitized. Could use some background music over a sound system for ambiance; in the exam room I can hear nearly everything going on in the main hall. Not bad per se, just odd.

I had to get a same-day RT-PCR Covid test for travel because the accepted timeframe for negative results suddenly changed for my travel destination from 72 hours before departure to 48 hours, resulting in my prior test results no longer approved for the trip. I frantically looked up same-day PCR testing on Google and not only did most places cost around $300 for same day, they were also far from me and did not have any appointments available in time for my flight.The available appointment is luck I suppose, but it was also nice because the office was not crowded with people. In fact, there was only one person there whose appointment was before mine I guess, and they left before I got in the back for my swab. The front desk girl and the one who took the swab were both really nice. I was in and out in under 15 minutes.

Great staff, friendly, helpful, and fast. Scheduling is super simple I was in at 12:05 pm for a 12:00 appointment I made the day prior, and out by 12:35.

Quick and easy! Was disappointment in the South Philadelphia location when I called them but the staff in Center City was awesome! Also spoke with Denay (spelling) on the phone and she was so helpful and kind! I work as a supervisor in a call center and would take her as an employee in a minute!

Came to Vybe after feeling under the weather for a few days and couldn’t have had a better experience from start to finish! Adrian was a ray of light and such a pleasure to deal with. She was so attentive, never kept me waiting and answered all of my questions before the PA came in (I had a lot of questions). Brian was also super nice and knowledgeable about my symptoms. I have never been treated better at an urgent care and owe it all to them! Will definitely be back and recommend to others!

The female dr I saw today was rude af. You dont berate nor belittle a patient whos come in seeking help for a sinus infection. You dont tell your patients wat they did or did not say out of their own mouth. Im never going back there again despite all of the other staff being kind.

The actual COVID test was easy, got in and out no problem, staff was friendly but I never got an email to see my results, tried calling and leaving a message. I’m flying out tomorrow morning and it seems at this point the only way I can get the results is to drive back 45 mins and talk to someone in person because there is not a single phone number that you can get through to somebody- just leave a message and someone will get back to you in 3-4 days.Update- they called me back quickly and got me my results.

This place clearly does not take COVID testing seriously. As someone who had family affected by the virus, I proactively scheduled an appointment before seeing friends/family. When I got in for my appointment the waiting room was very crowded so no one could maintain 6ft. There was a person in the small waiting room without a mask, scheduling an appointment, and the staff said nothing, even when he spoke to them at the front desk face to face. Also, in the 20-minutes I was waiting 2 food delivery drivers came into the waiting room to drop off for the staff and they didn’t take any extra precaution. I would recommend going somewhere else for covid-testing; my other experiences with Vybe have been positive

Supposed to get covid test results in “1-2” days, but I’m still waiting more than 2 days later. Also, I sat in their office for over 30 minutes even though I had an appointment because “their system couldn’t verify my insurance.” I had to call my insurance company and hand them my phone to sort it out.

The place was very clean and quiet and professional. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and answered any questions. Overall a very nice experience and would recommend for anybody needing COVID testing or other urgent care.

I had an Antigen test performed. When I got home I realized there was no initials or signature of the person who collected the specimen or conducted the test.There was no Urgent Care stamp provided, either.I had to go back the next day to fix this. No airline would accept this document the way it was presented.The people at the front desk talk too fast thru their masks. I have problems understanding them.Paul

Testing was great my nurse was extremely accommodating and kind however there is an incredibly annoying metal clanging sound that was literally going on the entire time I was there, yall should get that fixed!! I’m sure your employees are sick of it lol, otherwise great experience!

Two visits, and neither time was a doctor available, only a green PA. Both of them missed the most important diagnoses despite it being pointed out. The second PA just kept talking over my partner and was very dismissive. One trip to a lower rated Jefferson Urgent Care and an MD diagnosed the problem in under a minute.Better not bill our insurance for a doctor visit when we NEVER saw a doctor!

Super easy and fast from start to finish. Booked online, showed up and was in and out in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later received an e-mail that results were ready for pick-up.

The team actually listened to me with no judgment and believed me. The radiologist was specific and smart. The doctor was reasonable and excellent at communicating. I love that I found a doctors office with caring humans!

I got an appointment for the afternoon that I called. The support staff got me right in because I filled my paperwork out online. I saw the nurse and the PA and was out of the office in about 30 minutes with prescriptions already sent to the pharmacy of my choice.

Slow to get someone to the front to check me in. Water dispenser doesnt work so maybe put an Out of Order sign on it. However, fast and friendly care from staff.

Scheduled a telemedecine appointment but after waiting for 20min - someone chatted with me via the vybe website to inform me that for a rapid test I could walk in. On arrival, I was informed that it was wrong information. While they kindly still let us do a test, a sympathetic and empathetic tone would have been appreciated when clarifying that the chat feature provided by vybe doesn’t work. This pandemic is already stressful confusing and unclear enough, it would be nice for the staff to take responsibility if procedures weren’t clear. Thank you for offering these tests.

They were so quick. I went in as a walk in, my job referred and paid for this testing. Hardly anything was explained because they read the paperwork I brought in. Amazing ! Lol I was in and out in 7 minutes

Ive been there for PCR test. My appointment was 11 and I arrived there at 10:45. After the test had been done, it was just 10:57! The person who did the test was kind and fast. And they said I can pick up the result after 90mins. I didnt get the result yet but I highly recommend this place for pcr test! (JFY It cost150$)

Lack of clarity for self pay customers, spent 125$ with absolutely no resolution to my problem, claimed over the phone and even during the visit that the treatment would be included, only to find out this was not true no treatment was given I was prescribed medicine that I then had to pay out of pocket for at pharmacy. In short I spent my money on to get to sit in a cold office for 15 mins and would have spent more had I opted for additional test they wanted to run which they themselves were unsure of the cost.

I needed a rapid test for work related travel and found Vybe through a Google search. The entire staff was very friendly and the office was clean and tidy. I was shocked to find out that I was Covid positive. The nurse called me a few minutes after I left and could not have been more helpful. Thank you Vybe for having these rapid tests available. You saved me from infecting all the passengers on Delta, my coworkers, everyone in the hotel. It would have been a disaster.
