This is such a wonderful practice, I highly recommend it! I started at RMA but found that the doctors weren’t acknowledging any of my concerns or incorporating my other health issues into their treatment plans, it felt more like a cookie cutter factory. I wasn’t having success at RMA, so I transferred over to SHRM. Dr. Kelly personalizes her treatment plans for you and listens to what your concerns and preferences are. She also carefully considered my other health issues and discussed how we could deal with them to improve the outcomes. If you have any other health issues or aren’t the most basic case, I’d highly recommend seeing Dr Kelly.Also, her staff are simply amazing. The nurses are responsive over phone and the messaging portal, the office is run efficiently with little to no wait times, and it’s incredibly easy to schedule anything. I had to switch from an egg retrieval to an embryo transfer on the first day of the cycle and Beth took care of everything immediately and completely removed any stress on my end.Now that I’m pregnant, I wish SHRM could be my OBGYN because this is really the most supportive and effective doctors office I’ve ever been to. Definitely recommend them!

After going to another ivf dr and being treated awful we were referred to Dr Kelly. From the moment we walked into the door we were treated with compassion and kindness. It’s was reassuring to know that if you had a question there was always someone to answer it wether it was the front desk or her nurses. It’s so hard to believe how much our life has changed for the better. We never thought this would be possible. Without Dr Kelly we wouldn’t have our pride and Joy. We look forward to seeing Dr Kelly in the future. There are no words to describe what she and her staff have done for us.

Dr. Kelly and her team are amazing! They helped me conceive my first daughter naturally through diagnosing and managing my pcos. Few years later we were trying for baby 2 without success on our own. I went to a different fertility clinic that was closer to home. They were awful and hurt me soo bad during one of the fertility tests. I left and went back to Dr Kelly. She did the same test painlessly and gave me a diagnosis immediately. She truly cares and tries all holistic routes and non invasive routes first. After several failed attempts with ovulation meds she gave me the option to continue to try them or go the ivf route. I decided to continue with the ovulation meds and timed intercourse. Despite only having one good ovary it worked in the 6th attempt. I now have two beautiful daughters thanks to Dr. Kelly and her team.

I was repeatedly let down by this practice. When my wife and I finally decided to switch over to another practice, it quickly became clear how unequipped they were to handle the IVF process. Just to compare to another practice:Society Hill: Limited monitoring of IVF process, a set dose and frequency of medications that was significantly overestimated and caused great pain before, during, and after retrieval, incorrect insurance billing, phlebologists that need at 2-3 tries to get a vein, each monitoring appointment conducted by a nurse, not open every day, tons of physical paperwork that needed to be filled out, and most importantly... 0 blastocysts successfully matured for implantation.Current practice: An app that allows for paperwork processing, messaging nurses/doctors, tracking of hormone levels, etc., competent staff (including phlebologists and financial advisor), each monitoring appointment conducted by a doctor, open every day, careful monitoring and titration of medication that led to a comfortable retrieval and 8 successfully matured blastocysts, and an overall pleasant experience.

Dr. Kelly and her team was amazing with the consultation! You could tell she was well versed, kind, and empathetic. I look forward to my journey with her!

Any infertility diagnosis and treatment is overwhelming and scary. As a patient of Dr. Kellys I am forever grateful not only for Dr. Kellys vast of knowledge on treatments and courses of action but also for the compassion and empathy she and her team have extended to me for the past several years. I appreciate the tenure of her team, seeing the same nurses throughout my process, making me feel comfortable and confident in their care. Dr. Kelly was always accessable to me. In a time of large fertility centers, the personal and custom care I received from Dr. Kelly and her team was invaluable.

I love Dr Kelly and her whole staff! They are so kind and patient with me and my husband. Always answering all our questions thoroughly. I love them and always feel a sense of calm going there. Dr Kelly always listens to everything you say and practices with the assumption you, as an adult women, know and understand your body, so believes everything you say about it. I have recommended her to numberous people, all with similarly fantastic experiences with her. My only complaint is I wish she could be my doctor for everything not just my uterus!

I have been going to Dr. Kellys office for months, and I feel comfortable and taken care of. The nurses there are wonderful (Beth is always so responsive to my calls or emails), and Dr. Kelly makes me feel at ease before big procedures like my egg retrieval. She even personally called me back on a weekend when I was having discomfort from an antibiotic and got me a quick prescription for relief. Everyone takes the time to explain everything to me when I ask, and I can make appointments easily here. Highly recommend!

I can not thank Dr. Kelly and the nurses and staff at SHRM enough. There are not enough words to even express how thankful and blessed me and my husband are for the priceless gifts that Dr. Kelly and her team have given. us. We now have 2 beautiful and healthy children thanks to Dr. Kelly and her wonderful team. Their time and dedication to each patient is extraordinary and we will never be able to repay them for helping us start the family we always wanted.

We cannot express our gratitude for the care we received at SHRM enough. Dr. Kelly, Beth and Stephanie are amazing to work with and helped to minimize some of the stress during this incredibly exhausting experience. Dr. Kelly, Beth and Stephanie always took the time to thoroughly discuss our options and always made sure to take our wishes into the medical decision making. I greatly appreciated the fact that this was a small practice and did not feel like I was just another number. We were overjoyed to welcome our daughter into the world a couple of weeks ago. My partner and I reached out to SHRM in October 2020. We were facing unexplained infertility and recurrent miscarriages and had sought care in two other places previously. Dr Kelly never made us feel rushed, and we always felt she was on top of all the current research. The staff were efficient, friendly, and compassionate. What I valued most was that they were willing to hear my preferences and accommodate them when possible, whether it was regarding treatment or scheduling. I also felt comforted knowing that I could call the office and talk to the front desk immediately almost all the time rather than waiting for a callback. Nurses were also very responsive on the online portal. Anyway, we did some testing and two IUIs with SHRM and were mentally preparing for IVF. On December 31st 2020, I got the call saying I was pregnant from our second IUI. I now have 6 week old baby girl who is perfect. It is my deep hope that I never have to return to SHRM, but if we find ourselves in need of a fertility clinic again we will be choosing them.

There are not enough words to describe my gratitude for Dr. Kelly and her entire staff. We had great guidance along the scary and emotional IVF road and its accompanying detours, speed bumps and beautiful vistas. I appreciated how I was given as much information as I felt comfortable with and had all medical procedures explained to me in an approachable way. I will always be grateful to this practice for not only allowing me to experience motherhood, but having a safe place to process our infertility.

I was a patient of Dr. Kellys for 2 years and ultimately needed to do IVF for multiple miscarriages. Everyones fertility journey is different, but the compassion, flexibility, and professionalism of Dr. Kelly, Stephanie, Beth and all other staff, was amazing. This is not a cookie-cutter, big box medical system clinic. They have a personal touch. I really felt like they were family. They helped to make me a mom and for that, I will be forever grateful. I would recommend Dr. Kelly and all the other lovely ladies there, to anyone who needs help growing her family.

All I can say is Dr. Kelly is amazing!!! After going to Dr. Glassner for 3 years at Main line fertility and them telling me my only option is donor eggs and IVF, I decided to get a second opinion and saw Dr. Kelly and by her adding in DHEA to my vitamins and her recommending acupuncture I fell pregnant 3 months into her care. I love her she is amazing, knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend her 1000 times. THANK YOU THANK YOU 😊

Dr. Kelly and the wonderful staff at SHRM have made a really tough experience so much more bearable. They treat each patient as an individual and with so much compassion. They are incredibly responsive to every single question or comment we have, they patiently sit with us during consults and we never feel rushed, and we know they are pulling for us every step of the way. It has taken me years and years to find someone to listen to me about my own body or take me serious to get the testing and answers I’ve needed and Dr.Kelly did just that and more! I recommend her to anyone who even thinks they have fertility issues. So thankful I found her, wish I did sooner.

I worked with the staff at Society Hill Reproductive Medicine for a little over a year. First, to confirm my diagnosis of PCOS and then to help my partner and I get pregnant.We became very close with everyone there. They were always kind and empathetic towards our experience. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is trying to conceive.We plan on returning to visit everyone with our baby once we deliver because we could not have begun to grow our little family without their help.

I had a virtual appointment with the doctor. So while filling out the forms they require online before the visit I also had the option of attaching any documents. I attached an pelvic ultra sound and a list of blood work and tests that I had received from my prior specialist. First she was a half hour to the virtual appointment late and told me she thought it was at a different time then she started to inform me of things I needed to get done such as blood work. I asked her why would I need that if I already supplied all of what she was asking, she never bothered looking then told me that file was hidden and she couldn’t see it at first which let me know she never bothered looking at anything before the appointment. She had me come in the following week to then add extra tests and tell me she couldn’t use my prior blood work. Why would you have someone come all the way down to an appointment and decide to inform them at that moment “oh by the way we’re running all of these tests” very unprofessional.

I had my first visit with Dr. Kelly recently and found her to be sensitive to my numerous medical issues. She spent a considerable amount of time with me to answer all my questions and made helpful recommendations for further treatments.

I am so grateful for the whole team at Society Hill Reproductive Medicine. Every single person who works there is professional, kind, and incredible at what they do. They make tough moments easier and provide ongoing guidance and support.

Difficult to work with. I have embryos and just needed prices for embryo transfer without insurance and they refused to give a price.
