I arrived at the scheduled appointment time, had already checked in online, was able to confirm check in using the check-in board, waited about 2 minutes to be called back, and the doctors assistant came in right away. She was very knowledgeable and comforting. My experience was quite pleasant.

We came for out of town. We felt really good the service was great. The staff was very courteous and caring. The on call doctor was amazing. Thank you!

I am proud to say that my entire experience with the urgent care center was outstanding. The staff is kind, professional and attentive to the needs of the clients.The team specialized in and displayed an attention to detail regarding privacy, time management and care. I was treated with respect and dignity, which is rare because I am a senior. From my initial telephone contact to the end of process I was provided with a standard of excellent care. I am very appreciative of the 58th and Market St. team members, and shall not forget such a valuable and rewarding experience..

I was kindly welcomed when I showed up for my appointment. The office is very clean and the team were very friendly. It was not too busy when I came in. The medical assistant and provider were really kind and understanding and very helpful. I was able to get the treatment and medicines that I needed. Great experience.

Went to VYBE Urgent Care for a family members non-life threatening issue. I was able to get a timely appointment. The staff was pleasant and curteous. Dr addressed my issues and answered our concerns.

Walked in and it only took about 1 hour to be seen and leave…as a walk in. Excellent! Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors and super convenient location and hours of operation. It’s better than going thru the emergency room at the hospital where you can wait for hours.

My nurse literally told me she didn’t want to be there and then the doctor came in saying I didn’t have strep throat but I got a second opinion and yes I do so yeah wouldn’t suggest this location to anyone.

I had a very unpleasant visit today when I was waiting one hour after my appointment time on top of that I waiting another hour and half to be seen and told I couldn’t be seen unless I pay out of pocket due to miscommunication on the staff behalf and was told it’s nothing they can do for me until I come back with a bunch of stuff they needed when involved with workers comp I can’t believe they had me sit there all that time just not to see me very unhappy with my service it won’t let me post with out giving them a star so if you wondering why I gave one I didn’t want to I wouldn’t give them any stars not even a half

Great service! I was treated with dignity and respect.

This place treats you more like a dollar sign than it does a human being and a patient. I had to come back because the medicine they gave me the first time didnt work, so I made an appointment online. I showed up for my appointment on time and first thing they did was charge me a copay, then told me it would be over an hour wait, even though I had made an appointment. Then I was told I couldnt leave to go across the street to the convenience store to grab a drink and a snack while I waited for an additional hour: If I left the office, my appointment would be cancelled and they would have to treat me as a walk-in when I came back. Ive had ATMs with more empathy.

Had bloodwork done and no one ever got back to me. I waited two weeks thinking maybe there was a delay in the lab, come to find out a receptionist tells me no one ran any tests! Nothing was posted in the portal either! What the heck happened to my urine and blood sample? Was my blood sold on the black market. I want answers and I will escalating this and reporting it!

Waited 1 hr for a 2min tb shot 2 ppl in the waiting room. Then the same worker that took my registration (after she came back off lunch or whatever) was the same one that gave me the shot. Gave me know alcohol wipes, no directions. I left & noticed I was bleeding n went back to ask for alcohol wipes 🤷🏾‍♀️ it started of great didnt no what I was in for 😭🙏🏾🤦🏾‍♀️

The only reason I am giving ANY stars is because of the receptionist Chanel. She was so polite and professional even with all the curveballs that were thrown at me during my visit. She still helped me with the utmost respect and gave me options. However, the overall experience was not quite pleasant. I had previously a couple weeks ago came to this Urgent Care for treatment and had no issues. However, I occurred a bill from them that apparently my insurance didn’t cover.Fast forward to a few days ago when I came back in to receive a DOT physical. I specifically addressed my concern with Chanel about the balance due and we had come to the conclusion that I will reach out to my insurance company to see if I need to take care of the co-pay myself or send them in the bill. (Which had nothing to do with what I was there to do on this day). Once I paid for my DOT Physical, I ended up waiting in the waiting room for about 30 minutes until Chanel told me that the physician that does DOT physicals hadn’t come in yet. So she offered me to go to another location or come back after 2pm. So I came back after 2pm and paid $130 as if I was about to get my physical completed. Waited another 30 mins until Chanel told me that the physician was still not there and that whomever it was would now be in after 3:30. However, during this process Chanel was extremely apologetic and actually showed that she cared to give me a solution to this and even offered to refund me right then (Give her a raise). So, I declined the refund for the DOT physical and decided that I will come back the next day (Saturday) because then the physician would sure to be in for the entire day.After leaving this center, I spoke with my company about the physical and found out that they would cover the expenses for the physical if I went to a provider from them. So that is was I chose to do, so I’d get no more of the run around. I came back to the center on Saturday and advised the receptionist that was there at the time that I will no longer need the service and that I would like my refund. She then emailed the manager and billing, requesting this and told me someone would get back to me. Monday comes around and I call to check on the status of my refund. I was told that the manager would reach out to me but it has been processed. Tuesday comes and I still hear nothing. So I call back and speak with billing. The guy from billing told me that I would receive a refund for the amount that I paid.Long story short, I DIDNT! I received a $5 refund and the rest was put toward the bill that I previously had from a couple weeks ago. Now while I can somewhat understand why this was done. The problem I have with it is that it was done without my knowledge or permission. The manager could have simply reached out to me and gave me the option to use that refund to put toward that bill or pay it on my own time. But I was stripped from that privilege. I believe that was EXTREMELY unprofessional to use my money that I used for another service to pay for a service previously provided without even giving me the option to give consent. That’s not how we do business and if it is, I’m okay with never doing business with this company again!This is my first time ever writing a review for ANY company. But I was really livid how they handled this situation. I will definitely not use their services again. Thank you but no thank you!

Was pleasantly surprised walking into this location. I typically go to one in Havertown but this location was close to my job. It was clean, all the workers that I encountered were nice and friendly, and check in was easy. My information was already filled in. I was called back into a room in less than 10 mins of me checking in. My tech that roomed me and did my EKG was so nice and gentle. The doctor explained everything and was funny as well. I have no complaints about this establishment.

Fast awesome service

A 4.8 review is misleading, going here felt like a tremendous waste of my much needed energy. Did not prescribe me all of the medications I need. Had to ask for a referral and received unnecessary push back on that. I read one review that said something about a HIPPA violation. Its true, everyone in the waiting room heard my first and last name. Felt rushed. Wont be returning to this specific vybe location ever again.

My experience at Urgent Care was absolutely fabulous I left happy and satisfied!! And also the staff was very friendly especially Demetrius the receptionist he was fabulous I love the place thank you for making an urgent care!!!!!

My visit was pleasant and quick. Friendly staff and a nicely decorated, clean facility!
