Such an amazing place! Made me feel so comfortable and safe. Gave me great tips for symptoms as well. Though they are Christian there was no judgment or push to make any specifics choice. They are very upfront from the moment you walk through the door. Before we left they asked to pray over us, and I thought that was so nice to offer even to patients who are not Christian. They really just want the best for their clients. Couldn’t recommend them enough, such lovely people and an amazing and clean facility

Love this clinic! The girls at the front are awesome, super nice and welcoming, the nurse is pure delight. Helped me confirm my pregnancy for my first and second baby and were super helpful with loads of information regarding, hospital, insurance, anything questions really you might have, they’ll make sure you leave with answers. Love everything about their clinic. And everything is free which is great.

The kindest people, they take the time to explain everything and are very organized with the appointments. They definitely took the time to make me feel listened, and reminded me for my appointment. They made sure that I could get all my questions answered and even gave me some informative little booklets. I am so appreciative with this place, they are so nice. They were so welcoming, respected my religion which is ☪️ islam, they sweetly prayed for me. Thank you so much for helping me. 💜

I am so grateful to have found this place! I had the sweetest staff who answered all my questions and explained everything we accomplished during my appointment. I felt comfortable and relaxed during my ultrasound, seeing my little one was amazing. I got to go home with photos and the cutest little onesie. I recently went to AlphaCare for a pregnancy test and sonogram. I was very nervous, but I must say I had a great experience! The office is very clean and organized. The nurses made me feel very comfortable and gave me a lot of helpful info regarding where I could receive follow up care at a low cost. Overall my appointment went well! Id recommend anyone interested to go ahead and schedule an appointment.

I’ve been meaning to post a review for Alphacare for a while now. I came in December 2021 after finding out that I was pregnant. According to my period tracking app I was 2 weeks ahead of what the ultrasound actually showed. The staff was very comforting as it was too early to see the baby, and was gracious enough to allow me to come back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound to see if we could see a heartbeat. They even prayed for me and my husband which gave me a huge sense of comfort. When I came back for the follow up appointment, we were able to see the baby and a heartbeat. They gave me a lot of information to go home with and even a cute onesie for my baby. Now, I’m the mother of an almost 6 month old healthy baby boy. I am so grateful to Alphacare for being so kind and reassuring in the beginning of my pregnancy. I’ll always remember the kind staff and will tell my baby boy this story when he’s older.

One of the kindest, cleanest, friendliest, most professional establishments I’ve been to. They brought my wife in to get prepared and then I was welcomed in with loving arms. You can tell they care. It truly shows. We watched our little baby’s heart beat. They explained every process about pregnancy and offered any advice. They didn’t ask for anything or try to sell anything. If you are pregnant, think you’re pregnant, worried, have questions, scared or nervous, please come to Alpha Care and get your questions answered and put your mind at ease. I promise you that you will not regret it.Regarding a few of the negative reviews I read: One, they didn’t need our insurance card and weren’t trying to push any facility to go to. If a woman doesn’t have insurance or they do, they explain what to do or offer any additional services.Regarding the other negative review where the guy wasn’t allowed to go in with the girl: That is completely normal and part of the procedure. They took my wife back and put her in the gown and got her all prepared and then I was welcomed in. Of course the guy is allowed in. They just have to get the girl ready first.This establishment is professional beyond words and every negative comment on here was beyond false.

Best place ever. Everyone was very welcoming. They explained the program and what they stand for very thoroughly. They have so many resources that can help you and your baby from programs, baby items and even items from you. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. And your allowed to have a support person. I cant wait to start the support groups.

This is a wonderful organization that immediately set itself apart from any hospital care I received. I felt cared for as well as heard and seen. They also gave me a wealth of resources. To the person who said there is no diversity, the person who assisted with my appointment (possibly a medical assistant) was a black woman and was very sweet and professional. I also didnt feel discriminated against as a woman of color, which is so often a concern with this kind of care.

Im so grateful Alpha Care especially Kim who helped me with my initial care for my baby. She rescued me from paying a huge fee, emailed me additional resources and took time even after they were closed to help update me on what I needed to know as a first time mother. I got the chance to meet her and other members of the team the Next Day for an ultrasound! The nurses and other workers are so professional and so nice!! They stayed open later than normal for me so i could come after work. They knew how nervous I was about this pregnancy and took such great care of me and gave me the best peace of mind .After looking at my perfectly healthy baby, they gave me a cute onesie and soooo many other resources, all free! 10/10 recommend!!! AlphaCare is a wonderful place for women and families to receive health and social services for mama and baby - now- but also for the months and years to come. They truly care about the community of Philadelphia and want families to thrive. The nurses and social workers are so professional and the services are free! The new space is so clean and the receptionist is really welcoming too. Would recommend to anyone!

Incredible blessing to this city! Alpha does more than provide free pregnancy tests and ultra sounds, they take love to a whole new level by providing mothers with clothing for both mom and baby, diapers, job search info, financial advice, domestic help, prayer, guidance and much much more. Thank God for them, the volunteers and the hope they bring to families!

What can I say about this place. It was heaven sent to me, Especially because I’m without insurance right now! I love these woman they are so kind, patient understanding and sweet. Huge shout out to SUE she was like an angel sent to me. Helping me with my pregnancy. She made me feel so much better. Also GABE and HELLEN were so kind and helpful! I called on a Tuesday Hellen got me in the next day! Gabe helped me finding hospitals did all the research, wrote how far they were from me and etc. I’m so happy I found this wonderful place and the amazing women that work there! Enjoy your donuts on me ladies! I will definitely be back ❤️❤️

2016-2020 I was about of alpha family they really helped me with a lot of things and so really did appreciate everyone from the work place in there from the time my daughter was pregnant even when I was pregnant they was like a second home to me everyone is sweet and understanding. It’s was a blessing to have extra support

Highly recommend. I had a great experience here and they offer a variety of services helpful to expectant mothers. The staff is very warm and welcoming as well. The facility is clean and well kept. Definitely 5 stars and I’m very picky when giving reviews!

I was surprised to find out that Alpha Care is actually deeply religious and isn’t a comprehensive healthcare location. They won’t discuss all pregnancy options and is blatantly anti-abortion. I looked more into it and it seems they’re part of the anti-abortion center community rather than a women’s health clinic location like I thought they were. If you’re pregnant and looking to discuss options, please don’t go here.

If I could give this place negative stars I would my fiance was told she couldnt have me in the room during a screening. This is completely sexist. Pregnancy should be something she should be able to feel supported through not separated from her loved ones especially by doing something that will effect nobody there. I recommend finding somewhere else. I find these peoples main goals are not to help you.

I made an appointment for there mobile unit down on Kensington Avenue. The two ladies that helped me out there were fantastic. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place for anyone who may need there services. Everything was completely free and I didnt need to worry about anything.

Very Helpful I Appreciate You Guyz For The Prayer

Cancelled my appointment due to rising covid cases. I had to pay out of pocket to my primary care doctor due to them leaving me high and dry. They said they were cancelling my appointment because they don’t have access to covid testing. Normal doctors are not covid testing for appointments. They asked me about my career and mentioned me working with the public and I feel like they chose not to see me because I work in a health care office. Extremely upset by this decision and I do not recommend them.

Alphacare has a team that works hard to ensure you are supported throughout your pregnancy. Kim and her medical team are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Thankful for places like this in the community.

This place is incredible! I went expecting a free pregnancy test and ultrasound, but got so much more. I highly recommend AlphaCare to anyone best of all their services are free.

AlphaCare is an amazing organization. They have done so much for the city of Philadelphia. They have a mobile medical unit that travels around the city so more women have access to them. If you need an ultrasound or pregnancy services you should contact them!

AlphaCare is an incredible clinic serving the city of Philadelphia. Not only do they offer free ultrasounds and pregnancy services, but they do it all in love and in the most nonjudgemental way. May Philadelphia see more and more people like those at AlphaCare.

Super friendly staff , very welcoming I am now about to become a mom for the second time and thanks to alpha care I am excited with the right amount of resources and prayers!

The staff is very professional but resecources are limited. And there is NO I repeat NO diversity. the only black woman working for the company is the receptionist. Literally answers phone all day and schedules people for appointments.
