This clinic is trash! The experience - from the moment you walk in - is like walking into a corner store in a dangerous neighborhood.Information is regularly mishandled and the staff are rarely aware of schedules, orders, or services. Front desk staff is so busy discussing relationship issues or workplace problems, they some don’t even notice patients waking in . Management or any leadership is always absent. They don’t even answer emails. This place has new staff every month because the competent ones leave and they can only keep the bad ones for a short time because they are horrible! DO NOT come here if you are dealing with real issues. I wouldn’t even recommend it for minor issues - sanitation, professionalism, and confidentially are questionable. I’ve already reported them to the health department.

Responsive - Caring - Consistency - Organized - Loving - Patient care is what they should be labeled as. What an amazing group of people to really be apart of. You really feel like a partner and not just a patient at this clinic. Ive never been to a clinic or hospital where synergy is the core value. The case management Team....Just Incredible

Do not go here for services. As a Drexel student it was great at first, but now they have no one to answer the phone. It’s nothing but a never ending game of phone tag and numerous unanswered emails/phone calls. I was told by my provider that messaging on the online patient portal is efficient if I can’t get a hold of anyone. Well, it’s been two weeks and no response to any of my messages.Their lunch hours are from 1145 to 215. So there’s absolutely no way to call, make and appointment or get any help if you are working full time.They have someone after hours to answer the phone and tell you “I’m just answering the phone. I can’t help you. You’ll have to call back”. That’s the only person I’m ever able to get ahold of.Save yourself the hassle and go to a real dr office.

BEST CARE IN THE CITY.DR. GOODENOUGH IS THE BEST. STAFF VERY PROFESSIONAL.
