I can’t say enough great things about Shamrock! From the moment you arrive, the environment is perfectly calming. Dr. Kelly and the entire staff (special shoutout to Nurse Jenny too) are incredibly attentive and empathetic. The care you receive feels genuinely personal, which is rare in most offices.I’m so grateful to have found such a dedicated and compassionate team.

I had an initial meeting with Dr Kelly and I had high hopes for this practice, and so far aside from a communication mishap I have yet to be disappointed. Everyone is very friendly and kind; it’s nice to have a doctor that treats you like a person and not just a bunch of symptoms. They have a really nice way of making you feel like their only patient.

Dr. Kelly is the best! I have been looking for a doctor that I can easily get in touch with without having to jump through a million hoops and constantly play phone tag. He is extremely responsive and actually cares about your health, couldnt recommend more!!

Dr.Jenny and the whole staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel rushed at all like I often do at other offices throughout the city, and my concerns and questions were answered in the most professional, and light hearted manner. I’ll continue to come down to Shamrock from Fishtown as long as I’m in Philadelphia.

Really appreciate Jenny! This office is great, I love that its very homey feeling and not clinical/cold at all. My husband and I went (finally) for just an annual check up and enjoyed the experience. We appreciate only having to be in an office for 30 minutes with practically no wait time. Jenny was incredibly nice and very helpful. We mostly went because we wanted to have our bloodwork done and make sure everything was normal on that end. It was quick, personal, very chill, and helped me address some of my health concerns.

Love it here! Jenny Pak, NP is amazing! She is very competent and kind, always going above and beyond! Dr. Kelly is down to earth and patient, answering every question in detail while crafting an accurate approach to your health concerns/needs.

Convenient practice to visit. Dr.Kelly was great. There was no sense of being rushed - very genuine experience.Initial set up was no more painful than any medical onboarding. Great support team. Really easy to communicate with.

Dr. Kelly and his team are really great. They make sure the scheduling process is quick and easy. I believe since joining them my health has been much better and I feel like I am in great hands.

Horrible experience. They requested twice to change my appt bc of scheduling issues. I confirmed the new time worked then a few hours later they cancelled and are now not picking up the phone!
