Maureen Kelly, M.D.

Dr Kelly is simply the best doctor i have seen in my past 1.5 years journey. At first I went to Mainline fertility, spent over 30K, while my hormones were perfect and we had 7 healthy high rating embryos. 2 doctors at mainline failed with the 2 transfer which is quite technique sensitive.Dr Kelly accepted me as a patient while i was at my lowest. She is knowledgeable, experienced, up to date, caring, nice, personable and she is honest and so after 1.5 years I am now 8 weeks pregnant.Cannot say enough about how well rounded she is. I recommend her over any other doctor in our area.Her staff are also personable and nice, they make you feel comfortable and welcome throughout the whole process. I wish I had gone to her from the start.

After going to two other infertility practices and trying to work with multiple providers at each, I moved on to Dr. Kellys office and it was a breath of fresh air. This is a small office, with two (?) NP (or PA)s and one doctor. I really appreciated having a smaller team for something that can be a truly traumatic experience. Also, the provider who draws blood was so good at it and I can be a hard stick - this makes a huge difference when youre having blood drawn weekly or more. Dr. Kelly was always approachable and comforting, even during scary moments like the egg retrieval. Our work together felt collaborative and empowering in a way that working with other providers did not. Finding this office and working with their team was the perfect fit for me. Im SO grateful to them!

Dr. Kelly gave me a second opinion before I decided to go through with a surgery. She was extraordinarily patient with me (which is saying a lot since I was on some heavy medications at the time), extremely thorough in taking my medical history, and explained things to me in a way that was very easy to understand. I left her office feeling confident that I knew what was happening with my body and that I was making the right decisions. She even put some puzzle pieces together for me that shed light on some issues Ive been dealing with for almost 20 years that other doctors have brushed off or shrugged about. Everyone at this office was so helpful and kind.

Dr. Kelly are her staff were amazing at every step of our journey at Society Hill. The reception staff, billing, nurses, and other medical staff were so receptive and helpful with any and all questions along the way. I cant thank Dr. Kelly, Beth, Jamie, Stephanie, and Sharonne for everything they did to help grow my family . Highly recommended fertility practice.

My entire experience with Dr Kelly, her billing department and staff were atrocious. Dr Kelly told me I would never have my own biological children, which caused me to spiral into a state of horrible depression. Thank goodness I got a second opinion. I now have a 6 month old son. The practice that I switched to, Shady Grove Fertility, said I had a wonderful chance of becoming a mother immediately. Dr Kelly seems to be stuck in her ways and not on the top of her game anymore. Please steer clear of here or get a second opinion before committing to treatment.

Dr Kelly was an exceptional provider and support to my family and me. She and her team were loving and incredibly knowledgeable. Providing comfort through the many ups and downs that came with getting our child here. We now have a delightful 2 year old and feel so grateful to the team at Society Hill. We would highly recommend Dr Kelly to any family or individual in need of support in this process.

I worked with Dr. Kelly from 2016-2017. She is absolutely wonderful! Her staff are extremely patient and kind! Dr. Kelly performed surgery on me twice, and I am now 6 months pregnant with a healthy baby girl after trying for over 1 year and one miscarriage. I recommend her to anyone who needs help and is hesitant. Go see Dr. Kelly you wont regret it! Her bedside manner is amazing, she truly cares, and will do everything in her power to help!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Kellys for about a year and I cant say enough great things about her and her staff. Dr. Kelly was very thorough, always explained the situation and our options and was always available for our questions. She made us feel comfortable with the uncomfortable. The nurses are fantastic and very responsive with results and answers to any and all your questions. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly and her team!

Staff is amazing. Especially Grace. Always made you feel comfortable and welcomed. Now I wasted so much time and energy there. I had a consult with Dr. Kelly and explained why I wanted to travel out of state and how a previous physician didn’t want to help me due to my weight. But I have PCOS and have been struggling with my weight for years and tried everything with no results. I felt as thought dr. Kelly understood. Told me she wasn’t concerned and that we would be able to continue...but after weeks of traveling back and forth sometimes 2x a week. A nurse then tells me nonchalantly that I need to lose 25-30 pounds before I could begin ivf. All my time wasted and was showed no remorse. I would Never go back!

I’ll actually never forget this memory and it happened so long ago, I don’t know why I didn’t write a review sooner. I started birth control for the first time in about 2016- after a few months of taking it, I felt so anxious and weird. I called the office crying while I was at work in the bathroom. Dr. Maureen Kelly got on the phone (not an assistant) actually her and calmed me down and reassured me that I’d feel better once I stopped taking it and to stop asap.I haven’t seen her in years due to the location of the practice being far from me, but this is a key memory. You’re amazing Dr Kelly!

My advice to anyone who has an appointment here with Dr. Kelly, is to please rescheldue and go to RMA of Phildadelphia. I was very disappointed with my services here. The staff are not friendly and lack bedside manners. Staff do not call you back with results, rather you have to chase them down. I was only able to talk to the actually doctor once.... she too was not very friendly, or supportive of what I wanted. Dr. Kelly diagnosed me with block tubes. She will push IVF without even weighing other options. My experience at Pine Street was awful, and Im glad I received a second opinion!

When we thought all hope was lost after several miscarriages and years of specialist visits until my daughter saw Dr.Kelly. Dr. Kelly was able to accurately diagnose the issue immediately and today my daughter is the mother of 2 healthy, beautiful children.

I started with Dr. Kelly three years ago. After bad experiences with doctors in New Jersey I took a leap of faith traveling to Philadelphia numerous times a week. Today I have a healthy two year old daughter and recently returned back to her office for baby number two!!!

The staff here are extremely rude, especially the woman answering the phone. I have never been treated so poorly by a receptionist in my life. Tests were ordered for me without any discussion of costs or coverage with my insurance. It seems like this office is out to get money. All the blood work came back normal and I received a voicemail to discuss options for IVF. Why would I need IVF if there is nothing wrong?If I were you I would consider another place for treatment. You would think that an office that deals with fertility would be considerate and accommodating to their patients. This is not the case here at all.

I loved working with Dr.Maureen Kelly her an her staff they were so nice an respectful an answered all questions that I had. I donated my eggs to her office about 4 years ago everything went smoothly. They made sure every visit was great. If I could have the chance to work with them again I would without a doubt!

Dr. Kelly and her staff couldnt have been more helpful and patient. They took the time to go over all my options and made us feel comfortable. We cannot recommend her enough!

Terrible doctor! I am filing complaint with PA state. She illegaly without my convent performed exams on me that I did nit even need! Please all women stay away this is a horrible experience!

Horrible. the staff does not tell you when you schedule an appointment that you must be 21 not 18. My daughter goes, doesnt get an exam because shes 19 BUT i am billed non the less. REALLY!
