Could not recommend more! Consults can be done virtually. Dr. Lang was very clear about our options for each step along the way. Never pressured into an option or to move forward before we were ready. Bloodwork and ultrasound appointments are available in the early morning so I rarely had to miss work. All the practitioners (and all employees) are so kind. We changed insurance mid-treatment and the financial department was very easy to work with to fix small errors. They were also very transparent about coverage/prices before you commit to treatments. We are so happy with our experience and happy to say we now have a beautiful baby boy 🥰

Every staff person at the Center City office is so incredibly kind. You can always reach someone regarding any concerns via their online portal. I’ve sent messages on the weekend and someone will always call me back or respond in the portal even if it’s not “urgent”. Cannot say enough good things about the physicians, particularly Drs Lange and Gutmann, and Crystal and Abby in the lab. I experienced a miscarriage and they went out of their way to come to the private room where I was to comfort me, which they absolutely did not have to do. Even though I haven’t finished my fertility journey yet I feel so lucky to be working with this clinic and would recommend it to anyone.

My experience with the medical team was okay. My doctor seemed very knowledgeable and experienced, but I didnt have all that much contact with her. Most of the communication came through a nurse whom I never actually met. The care I got didnt seem terribly personalized, but I got the results I wanted, so I cant complain too much about that.My experience with the financial side of things, on the other hand, was an absolute nightmare. The first bad sign came as soon as I signed up as a new patient. I was given an appointment at a specific time for a telephone financial consultation. My financial counselor didnt call me at the time of the appointment, and when I inquired she informed me that they werent doing phone calls anymore. She said I could email her any questions I had, which I did on a few occasions, but the answers she gave me were generally either incorrect, unhelpful, or nonexistent.My experience with RMAs billing department wasnt any better. When my insurance changed, I emailed them my new insurance information and confirmed at my next appointment that they had my new insurance information in their system. They confirmed that yes, they had the new information. Regardless, they billed my old, expired insurance and the claim was of course denied (and they tried to bill me for the full amount instead of resubmitting the claim to my current insurance). Inexplicably, they continued unsuccessfully billing my old insurance (and then billing me) for several appointments over several weeks, even though I informed them multiple times of the issue. It took weeks of going back and forth with their billing department until they finally started billing my correct, current insurance.Even after they started billing the correct insurance, the problems continued. Nearly every bill I received had an error on it (they generally tried to bill me for more than my Explanation of Benefits said I owed). Again, it took weeks of going back and forth with them to get all the billing errors resolved. My pregnancy was more than halfway over by the time I managed to get everything resolved (at least I think everything is resolved now). Fertility issues and pregnancy are stressful enough without having to spend months dealing with medical billing errors—please do better.

Absolutely amazing experience. RMA took a complicated and stressful process and made it as manageable and smooth as possible. We were successful in conceiving on our first try. Cant say enough good things. I feel incredibly blessed for having found RMA, having previously worked with another fertility center that was highly lacking.

Horrible experience. No results after many attempts. Doctor never diagnosed the problem. It was a complete money scam and waste of time. Followed all of Dr. Castelbaum suggestions of donor eggs, but not successful. The facility does not abide by patients wishes of implanting multiple embryos. Go elsewhere would be my suggestion. This place puts you in debt without any results.

So far so good! I met with Dr Gutman for a consultation and she was very honest and to point--which I sincerely appreciate! Im still going through the testing phases so cant speak on any procedures. My assigned nurse Jen, has been an absolute angel on earth answering all of my questions. I am always so anxious and she knows how to deal with my hundreds of questions and explains everything so carefully. She truly seems like she cares and wants to be helpful. As a nurse myself, I know how difficult it can be caring for others all day long- so her sincerity and patience is truly valued.

The care team at RMA has continually exceeded my expectations. When I speak with others who are on their infertility journey, I consistently wish that they could experience the care and attention we have gotten at RMA. I know other clinics can’t hold a candle to the work RMA does. We will be forever grateful to Dr. Lange and Arieanne for knowledge, support, and care.

RMA and Dr Gutmann were wonderful. They helped our family so much when we were going through multiple miscarriages and let us know there was always options and hope. They helped ease our mind when we got pregnant again by seeing us every week from the very beginning to ensure the baby was healthy and growing. Everyone was super friendly and the office is beautiful.

I was referred to RMA and Dr. Freedman from a friend and I couldn’t be more happy with my experience. After almost 4 years of infertility and 3 miscarriages, I knew I needed to have a fresh start and a different set of eyes reviewing my history and come up with a different plan than what I was doing. Dr. Freedman is a miracle worker! He always remained calm, positive, and hopeful for us. He only made slight changes to my protocol but I ended up having the best success from it! I just recently graduated from the clinic at 9 1/2 weeks and it was emotional leaving him but also felt so happy and grateful that he got me to where I haven’t been before. All of the staff at RMA KOP were so nice and make you feel comfortable. I already recommended Dr. Freedman to a few other friends who are struggling. Thank you RMA and Dr. Freedman!

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at RMA. Dr. Gutmann listened carefully to my goals and counseled me expertly on my options. She always made clear that what steps I took were ultimately my choice.At 40, I became pregnant on my first IVF attempt. I am so grateful for all of the help of the physicians and staff.Some of the staff was less helpful than others; but thats always going to be true at any place you visit/frequent, etc. Overall, I was pretty impressed with the knowledge and patient-centered care of the doctors and the staff.(And, as to staff, I have to say I was particularly impressed with kindness of both Margot (sp?) and Jen., as well as one of the more senior nurses named Jen).One HUGE area for improvement: their app that tracks your results, and e-mail. As to the app, it resets every single cycle so you dont have prior cycle information. Incredibly annoying! As to email, when they force you to use the app to communicate, its nearly impossible to read because the font is tiny and there is no way to improve it (even increasing phone settings for font size didnt help). Also, when they did have a separate, out-of-app e-mail system, it deleted emails that were just a couple months old, again making it really hard to track progress, find information provided previously, etc. Those things really really need to be fixed. But, in the end, Im on my way to being a mother so those problems didnt stop me.

I cant say enough wonderful things about everyone who is a part of the RMA team. I consistently get speedy and helpful responses (which is half the stress of this process, amiright?!) Whether its billing (Courtney Blair), my nurse (Arieanne Miller or Emily Fox when Im a crazy person who needs help when I get an out of office response), my physician (Dr. Lange), or some random insurance paperwork I need (Megan Butterbaugh just saved the day), everyone is ALWAYS on top of it. Ive had experiences with most of the physicians in the practice at this point, and they are all wonderful. Dont get me wrong, there can be hiccups, we are all human, and everyones situation is unique and nuanced, but they are thorough, kind, and thoughtful, and gentle and they want what is best for you! The McGowans are grateful for our RMA team.

Dr. Lange, Shannon, Dr. Gutmann and all the doctors and nurses at RMA are absolutely phenomenal! I received excellent personal treatment and felt incredibly safe and cared for. After a successful IUI, while I was incredibly excited to get a positive pregnancy test, I was so nervous to be discharged from this practice. If I ever decide to embark on this journey again, I would 100% return to RMA and would recommend anyone else to check them out.

Dr. Freedman is amazing! From our very first consultation i felt very comfortable with him. Hes very warm and has great bedside manner. and hes got jokes :) I looked forward to my appointments when they were with him :) We had a few failed cycles and he was very reassuring each time and helped me stay positive. His approach was different to each cycle which i was very happy about - it made me feel hopeful that a new game plan would give us the success we were hoping for. The staff at the willow grove office was also awesome to work with. The girls were always super nice and it was a pleasure to visit their office and chat with them. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone that is interested in fertility help. Dr. Freedman is the BEST and he will not let you down.

I do not have enough words of praise for Dr. Gutmann. Given a history of pregnancy loss, I felt completely at ease in her very, very knowledgeable hands. Her bedside manner is absolutely wonderful. She spends time with you and answers all questions. The office is clean, staff is friendly, its easy to get appointments (at various times) and visits are always right on time. It was very bitter-sweet when I graduated from her care at 10 weeks. I highly recommend RMA of Philadelphia!

Dr Kallen was great, he worked with me at every tumultuous turn of this crazy process and was always attentive to my concerns. He have great step by step instructions and explanations and worked around my difficult work schedule. The office staff was amazing! Thoughtful, thorough, sweet, accommodating, professional. The practice in generally is remarkably organized given the number of patients they see and I never felt like my care was compromised because of their patient volume. I will actually miss coming in for my regular visits.

Dr. Castelbaum being recognized as Top Doc makes total sense to us. We wouldn’t have either of our babies without him. He helped us have our son in 2018 through IUI and our daughter in December 2022 through IVF. He was so positive and committed to helping us build our family, and we will forever be grateful to him.

I’ve had one appointment so far but Dr. Guttman has been the most empathetic and comprehensive doctor I’ve seen in years. Her team follows up quickly and is kind and never rushes you along. I would recommend them to any person I care about, looking forward to working with their practice (:

I love RMA. Not only are they very responsive and kind, but they are thorough with their process. I switched over to RMA after 5 failed IUIs at Penn Fertility. I am now pregnant after ONE iui at RMA! They closely monitored me and were amazing at answering every single question i had.If anyone is struggling at a different clinic, please consider switching to RMA.

I recently graduated from RMA and it is truly bittersweet! Dr. Gutmann is direct, but caring, always following up after any procedure to ensure my questions were answered and that I was feeling positive. She is knowledgeable and non-judgmental, offering guidance but empowering me to make decisions on what was best for me and my husband. Im beyond grateful to her and even enjoyed our interactions! And the nurses (Bianca, Crystal, Shannon, Jenn) - the nurses are THE BEST. These nurses are the most compassionate, thoughtful, intelligent professionals in the business - always putting me at ease, making me laugh, offering comfort. I wish they could see this process through with me because they are just as much a part of the success story as the Drs. With fertility, there are many variables and levels of success. For me, I could not have imagined a better experience for a process that is filled with so many ups and downs. Would whole-heartedly recommend.

Dr. Gutmann and the entire staff of RMA is highly professional and comforting during what is an incredibly stressful time. They do everything they can to ensure your time is not wasted and that you are aware of all next steps and tests results. When we graduated from their care at 10 weeks pregnant, I was almost sad to stop seeing the staff because of how caring they are.

Dr. Freedman and the entire staff at RMA have been truly incredible through our journey. 4 years ago, we came to him after years of trying unsuccessfully to get pregnant. Our dreams finally came true when we gave birth to our beautiful baby boy in 2017. After a few years had passed, we decided we were ready to try again. We contacted RMA and are now pregnant with our second child. :) Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done for us. Dr. Freedman and the entire staff were patient, persistent, always positive and never gave up on us. It was not an easy journey to get here, but it was so worth it! I highly recommend RMA for all your fertility concerns.

Dr. Lang and the rest of the team at RMA were wonderful. The center city office was my favorite, but we also saw Dr. Castlebaum at St Mary and he was funny and helped ease my fears. We also went to the King of Prussia office once as well. The nurses are gentle and kind and the doctors are knowledgeable and understanding. My husband and I are so thankful to Dr Lang and the RMA team and Id highly recommend.

We transferred to Dr. Gutmann after a less than ideal experience at another care provider and Im so glad we decided to seek that second opinion! Our experience at Dr. Gutmanns office was excellent. Her entire team was warm, caring, efficient and extremely professional. We felt well informed of our options and progress throughout the entire process. When it was time for me to graduate back to my regular OB at 10 weeks, I was so sad to leave! Highly recommend!

My experience with Michelle on the phone this AM was rushed, condescending and not how I would expect to be explained something when looking for clarity. I am a past patient but still am making storage payments - I can understand the priority of caring for current patients but I would have hoped that would translate to past patients as well. Very upsetting phone call.

I had such an amazing experience at RMA with Dr. Gutmann! She was straightforward and honest throughout the whole process and I felt incredibly supported by her and the entire staff. Even through a loss last year, I felt confident and encouraged with this team that we would have a success in the future and I am now due with our first babe in December! We are so thankful for Dr. Gutmann and the RMA team for everything they have done for us and I cant wait to bring our little boy in to meet everyone.

I feel unsupported and uncomfortable in general. Nurse can be rude and abrasive. Why do I need to talk about trauma informed care? We come to the clinic feeling very vulnerable. I feel extremely stressed after hearing from nurse today. Yes I may ask you the same question due to anxiety and nurses sound very impatient, irritated and she said to me, “I’m sorry you feel that way” It feels dismissive. I’m stuck with my care due to insurance and timing but so far I am definitely nervous and don’t feel confident in thier care. Some people have said but it may be true they only care about revenues.

My husband and I have been so blessed by all the support from our RMA family. They were always so supportive and helpful through the whole IVF journey!!

My experience was nothing short of fabulous. Dr. Castelbaum made sure to take extra time to speak with my cardiologist to ensure I was healthy enough to undergo IVF, retrieval & preservation. Dr. Lang performed my procedure and made my naturally anxious self feel at ease. The entire King of Prussia staff was friendly, welcoming and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I would give this clinic a 6/5 if I could!

This place continues is terrible. Ive had terrible experience with my fiance and now they continually have me contacted by a collection agency for a $100 payment that paid months ago at visit. Ive contacted the billing department several times and nothing has been done. This seems to be a common theme. The receptionist gave my fiancé another womans file at one visit.. imagine that. Kept pushing us towards IVF without any sit down or explanation of the payment process. If I could give 0 stars I would.Update: the following month after stopping fertility treatment with this place we found out that we were pregnant on our own with no help. We are expecting a daughter this summer. Look elsewhere

Dr. Gutmann and all the staff at RMA are fantastic. They are kind, super responsive, persistent, and cheerful even at 7am. With one fairly fast pregnancy and another that involved quite the range of interventions and trials I feel that we go to see the breadth of RMAs work. We ALWAYS felt supported. Dr. Guttman in particular is a smart and sassy practitioner who is a strong advocate for families. and Ladies- youll be disappointed (strangely) when they finally release you to an OB.

I absolutely loved the services at the office in Center City Philadelphia. I truly felt like I was Dr. Guttmans only patient. I decided to go to RMA because my husband and I had been trying to conceive for a year and come to find out we just werent doing it at the right time. My ovulation was later than we calculated and after only being there for a month we are now expecting!! Thank you, Dr. Guttman and the RMA staff!! We miss you already! Wish you were an OBGYN as well... We didnt want to leave! :-)

There is no better place for your fertility needs. Dr Gutman and her team are unlike any one else. Together they helped create my family of almost 4 children! They are extremely knowledgable while also very emotionally supportive. We only have the best things to say about this dynamic team!

I had a wonderful experience at RMA. Dr. Gutmann was fabulous. She tells it like it is, she is realistic and encouraging at the same time. All of the nurses and staff are personable and caring.I would highly recommend this practice, especially Dr. Gutmann.

Dr Kallen was amazing from day one. He ran some tests, then he sat me down and we put together a plan. He was patient with me while my health insurance figured it out. When I was ready to give up, he didnt-and that was important to me. He called me himself with results, whether good or bad and he made time to answer all my questions. He showed a genuine concern for my well-being and no matter the outcome, he always told me what was going to happen next-and he was always right. That let me know Dr. Kallen knew his stuff-and mine too. He was recommended by one of my nurses at Jeff OBGYN, and it was probably the best thing Jeff ever did for me. Though the IVF process was hands down the most stressful thing Ive ever encountered in my life, Dr. Kallen and the the staff at RMA made even the hardest days seem like a walk in the park. Theyre like family after a while. It was an amazing experience, and Id recommend RMA and Dr. Kallen to anyone needing fertility services.

Initially had a really good experience with them. However, they charged us for a year of embryo freezing that we were not consulted about. I called to clear up what happened and they told us they would forgive the balance because of the mistake that no one spoke or discussed the options with us for that year. A year later they sent us to collections for that balance without any notice. When we asked them why it wasn’t resolved as discussed before, they told us we took too long to sign the paperwork. No one notified us before they sent us to collections, we just received paperwork from the collections agency. Upsetting we put out trust in a place who would send a family to collections without notice, after being told that we were not responsible for the payment, in the middle of this COVID pandemic when there are so many people struggling. Heartless.

We are beyond great ful for the excellent care and service we received through RMA! It made our journey feel as “smooth” as it could get. Highly recommended!

Theyre simply the best. Every one of the fertility doctors, staff and all employees are wonderful to work with. Theyre helpful, informative and friendly. The whole process is very scary and emotional but with the staff at RMA they made everything easy!Thanks Dr. Kallen, and evryone!

Dr. Gutmann, and the entire RMA team, are fantastic. During one of the most important and unpredictable times in your life, they are always there for you to make the journey a little less scary. Without them, my two beautiful kids may not be here today! Could not recommend them enough.

I feel like Im a number and a dollar sign here. Dismissive responses and being called darling by staff who never met me before doesnt make me feel better. At my last visit the doctor...whom id never met before...walked right in and wanted to begin my exam without even introducing himself!When I asked him questions, Im answered with blank stares. Whats next? Can we talk about my concerns? Can anyone actually listen to me? His response? the person will talk to you about the stuff. Really?!! Then told to go down the hall and someone will come talk with you .Im stuck here because of insurance....if you can go elsewhere...consider doing so.Response- Well isnt that nice. No empathy from office when I spoke on phone...in person..or emailed...but a canned make it better reply once I hit social media.

The staff/receptionists are AWESOME!everything else is rundown by a money grubbing institution that treats you like a bag of money than a person. Sometimes nurses are rude and unprofessional. It is not easy to get your lab results or even find someone to explain them to you. Avoid this place!

RMA is an excellent fertility clinic with knowledgeable staff and professional physicians. During one of the most stressful and uncertain times in life, for those deciding to have children, RMA was a major help. I recommend RMA if you are in the area.

Dr. Freedman deserves 5 stars. He is such a caring, empathetic and passionate doctor. Really cared about my experience and well being. Phlebotomists are also really nice, supportive and caring.

Love both locations. Willow grove and king of prussia. Amazing staff. I went in for my 1st consult on November 2018 and by January 2019 I was pregnant. Took me one treatment of IUI. Thank you RMA, my Leenah is now 15 months old.

This place is very unprofessional, didn’t get a real diagnosis of what the problem was and than told to take medicine. The staff said we would find out what the problem was than come back and pick a plan , Dr. Schlaff and his team took it upon themselves to bill me for a treatment plan I didn’t want. Than when I called I was told I couldn’t get treatment till I pay that bill. How do you do that to a person when it’s stressful enough having to do this process... still have no idea what my medical problem is . I had to put 1 star but it’s really 0 stars they have no compassion

I felt pushed along a covayerbelt. There was no diagnosis or treatment to any underlying cause just procedure. How are multiple cysts normal?Now they want me to pay to get my medical records.Edit: months have passed and no one has reached out.

Fabulous place, with beyond helpful nurses and drs. We can’t recommend the Center City site and the care they provide. Absolutely recommend x 1000.
