You can make appointments online or over the phone and it’s always been quick and easy for me! I was seen immediately and everyone I saw was nice, professional, and helpful! Katharine is great. Be aware you probably will see a single pro-life protestor handing out literature and candy outside but he’s not aggressive.

I do not of course want to negate anyone elses experience or invalidate their reviews, but I wanted to drop mine because I had an abortion here this week and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very sweet and comforting and walked me through everything, yes a lot of time was spent in waiting rooms but they warned me of that online and multiple times in person and thats typical of doctors offices. My procedure itself was quick and they walked me upstairs to my ride. Overall always do research about places before you go but I have not a single bad thing to say. ( also dont call, just make the appointment online its so easy and painless )

This clinic is beyond just an abortion clinic, I’ve been for both services such as normal health clinic/check ups & abortion clinic. Always provides good services inside; normally, idk about phone appointments. Wait time isn’t always the best. But today i’ve had the most terrible experience w/ the abortion clinic and front desk representative. I want to single her out so I’ll leave her name later. It isn’t fair to effect them as a whole when she’s the one being unprofessional. She was very rude, over talked, didn’t listen & told me the average wait was at least 1hr and I shouldn’t expect to be seen soon as I come in. Yeah right, is that just for today ? Or always lol & even if it was 1hr that’s fine. But what happens to customer/client/patient satisfaction & they’re always right. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. If she had sympathize, empathized or faked it & told me she understood, it wasn’t her behalf, it’s nothing she could do & she’ll try her best to help or see what she can do. But I guess she’d rather lack professionalism & be very rude as to which she showed me.

Ive been going to planned parenthood since I was 12 and its never been for an abortion. This particular location has been my go to for over 10 years. Never ONCE have I ever have had a bad experience. This place is more than an abortion clinic and its sad to see people so ignorant and willingly uneducated. Thanks for providing top tier service to the forgotten.

They never pick up the phone. Very hard to set an appointment with them. You’d be lucky to get someone to answer the phone. I’ve been calling for the past week and I am always put on hold. I wait about 30 minutes and no one ever answers the phone. BAD service.

I’ve been coming here for years, and no matter what I’m coming for, no matter what time of day, the wait is very long. If I’m not in the waiting room for at least an hour, I’m in my room waiting for a provider for at LEAST an hour. No one pops in to say “hey there’s this many patients ahead of you, sorry about the wait,” nothing. It’s very frustrating.

They never answered the phone I had to get different number from a doctor to try and get a hold of these people and they still never answered don’t waste your time here try somewhere else because this is just unprofessional and then you can’t book online appointment without having a conformation call they leave you stuck and give you the run around I’m warning you don’t waste your time here

Horrible the doctor over the phone hung up on me and when I called back they told me I had to reschedule all because he made a mistake on his part I already waited two weeks to even be able to get my phone appointment in mind you super ignorant

I would never go here again a couple people have died here this is the worst place in Philly to go to !!!!
