Planned Parenthood - Far Northeast Surgical Center

My 1st appointment here was pretty good, nurses are super nice and the process goes by smooth & fast. be sure to get a early appointment as the lobby does fill up by late afternoon. going for my 2 week follow up today to make sure everything well. 👍🏽

I had a great experience. I arrived 8:45am and was done by 12:30am. The staff after my procedure was GREAT GREAT GREAT I should have took their names bc of how friendly they were. I was scared but it was quick and I didnt have no pain.

The team is so respectful and protective! They truly cared about my safety and everyone is so nice. Also, God bless the man who guards the door to make sure we’re safe, it was so comforting to see.I felt concerned about the amount of bleeding I had been experiencing 2 weeks after I took the pill. They didn’t dismiss my concern at all and gave me a few options. I chose to monitor it a little longer before taking another pill. They told me if it got worse or continues they would get me an appointment that day/ASAP to take care of it.

Go somewhere else, even if you have to drive more than an hour, trust me. The worst place ever. To check blood pressure, check temperature and take some blood 5 minutes, talk to the doctor 15 minutes. But I spent there almost 6 HOURS. It’s not an emergency room, everyone has an appointment and they know exactly for what reason each person is there! It shouldn’t take that long!!!

Staff was super friendly. I was worried after i saw some of these reviews but i can’t see them to be true. Place was clean (not a 5 star resort but clean). All the nurses and staff were really nice. Doc was not creepy at all and he was also very nice. One old man protestor out front but the nice lady escorted me to my car. I was there about an hour and a half (first appointment of the day). definitely would return.

Staff was amazing and made the experience so comfortable. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me. Seeing how busy it was, the wait was a bit long. I arrived at 8AM - 11 PM. I was getting a specific prodcedure that takes longer. Luckily the protesters weren’t rowdy as I’ve seen at other places but there is security outside the building. The building is smaller but I didn’t mind. Everyone is there for simillar reasons so wasn’t bothered by the different rooms with patients. Thank you guys for a comfortable experience.

I went here in November 2017. The building itself was dirty. Front desk staff unfriendly and dismissive. Long wait (45 mins after scheduled appt time). Friendly lab techs. Doctor was creepy, unprofessional, no bedside manner. When I asked how long his exam would take I was told as long as it takes for me to stick my finger in your vagina. I feel like a doctor could have phrased that more appropriately. Additionally, although he did fully address my questions, he spoke more to my boyfriend than to me, spoke very condescendingly, and was extremely dismissive of and casual about my concerns. I asked for my medical records to be forwarded to my obgyn, had to come in again to fill out the paper work for that since apparently they do not just fax it to the doctor I needed to be mailed a copy. Has been months and still havent gotten anything in the mail. Thanks a lot.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Benjamin and the nurse practitioner Maryann Horn ! All the staff was wonderful and so helpful to all my needs ! I will definitely be referring all my family and friends !

DO NOT GO FOR SURGICAL ABORTION! Doctor was unprofessional and he gave me an INCOMPLETE ABORTION! Remnants of fetus and placenta still inside me 6 days post-operation! Bleeding profusely and grapefruit sized blood clots!

The lady on the phone was nasty and rude I dont understand why they hire ppl with nasty attitudes to answer the phone

First of all, your representative hung up on me twice and didn’t answer after that!

Worst place go somewhere else
