Zaher Merhi, MD, HCLD

I had an Ovarian PRP procedure done today with hopes to conceive naturally. I was so impressed with the clinical staff, Dr. Marco & his medical assistant Kesia L. I completed all diagnostic testing, genetic blood screenings, and the PRP in record time with a lot of care & empathy. I am so happy I chose RFC. Not to mention, I am working closely with Dr. Browne virtually to monitor my cycles and she is so sweet! Also, Dr. Browne gave me a reasoning for my infertility, which no doctor could discover in my 2+ year journey.

Sadly, I had a really bad experience at this facility. From the beginning there were a number of red flags and it was my mistake for not taking them more seriously. First, I called for a PRP ovarian rejuvenation consultation where the front desk sent me paperwork to complete. The paperwork emailed to me had the personal information including the social security number of a different patient. Second red flag, I was told I would get an ultrasound during my consultation appt with Dr. Merhi which never happened. Dr. Merhi was nice overall, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable enough to call the next day and make an appointment to do the procedure with him. I was told he would be gone for the next two months and was assigned a different doctor who will do the procedure. I decided to move forward and on the day of my procedure once I went to the back to the changing room, I noticed the nurses in the OR were touching their dirty phones with the same gloves they used during my procedure, the anesthesiologist, who I believe was a nurse and not a doctor, was unable to find my veins to administer the medication, he ended up putting the needle into my arm, missing my vein and administering into my arm, leaving my arm feeling numb and burning. He then tried to find different veins but was extremely rough with how he was tapping my arms and hands, was impatient and quite frankly, was hurting me to the point I told everyone to leave the room. The experience made me extremely uncomfortable and anxious that I needed time to decide if I even wanted to move forward at all with getting the procedure done there. The experience was awful and when I told the doctor and the front desk once I recovered - the response was “that’s a contractor and not an employee of ours.” They did apologize but this contractor was not someone I chose to use, RFC did, and this contractor represents their facility. A little more accountability and an effort to help me get reimbursed should have been taken. I am very disappointed in RFC and will not only never return but would never recommend anyone to go there.

Dr Merhi is a very nice doctor. Amazing everything is great . And he has help me a lot. He is the best fertility doctor and I would highly recommend him for everybody. Because for me I think he is the best fertility doctor in the world.

I want to say Dr. Merhi is the best fertility doctor to work with. His personality and professionalism are impeccable! He’s humorous, kind and loving. He cares about his patients and doesn’t make you feel like you’re just another statistic coming through his office. He makes you feel seen and heard, and the best of all he listens to all of your concerns whether it’s fertility, billing whatever it is that’s impacting your journey. He does not dismiss your humanity. His positive reinforcement makes you forget the challenges faced by your unique fertility obstacles. It’s like all obstacles melt away when working with Dr. Merhi. It’s hard to find these human gems and Dr. Merhi is one of them. He’s your advocate all the way. If more humans can evolve to this consciousness Dr. Merhi has, this world would be less daunting. On this journey, you want to feel seen and heard, and Dr. Merhi is your guy! Thank you for your keen understanding Dr. Merhi!

The worst place to go very stressful in many way from making appointments to billinging departments , dr merhi very friendly when you go first for consultation and he promise you the world after that if you need to ask a question they want you to booked and pay for separate while you in middle off the treatment this the worst place to go you not going to achieve anything don’t waste your time and money very disappointed 👎👎👎👎

Awful experience with Dr. Merhi and his clinic. I would recommend you to check the reviews on Fertility IQ as well. There is a huge difference between what he says and what he does. Not only that the half of his employees are incapable with their job. Everything is so slow. Watch out their mistake (Scheduling, dosage and time of the medications etc.) if you are his patient.

Dr Merhi is by far my favorite doctor on the planet. Anyone who gets to have him as their doctor is very lucky. He is such a charismatic and fun person to work with on your fertility journey and he takes traditional medicine and enhances it to new levels because he will suggest new ideas that other doctors may not be comfortable with. I was a patient and was on the IVF path and ended up getting pregnant naturally because of Dr Merhi and also lifestyle changes I made for myself. Its a team effort you have to meet the doctor halfway and do your part to get your body prepared for carrying a baby. I am now a proud mom and my baby is almost 5 months old. Cant say thank you enough to the Great Dr Merhi!!!

Dr. Merhi has been with me from day 1 when I started my IVF journey. Despite me having abnormal embryos from my retrievals. He never lost hope on me. He was always had faith in me. He was always positive and had hope for me. He was always enthusiastic and brought positivity in my care. Every time I met with dr Merhi he always seemed caring and willing to help me and my husband achieve our dream of becoming parents. Thanks to him after nearly 2 years we achieved our success of becoming parents.

Dr. Merhi Zaher is so great. I highly recommend him because he just knew how to make both me and my partner feel so comfortable. I had made an appointment at a different center for a consultation just in case it didn’t go well with Dr. Merhi Zaher and I ended up cancelling with them and sticking to Dr.Merhi at New Hope Fertility Center. He’s that good! ... This whole situation that my partner and I are experiencing Is very hard for us and I am so glad that we found a doctor that somehow made us hopeful and so excited for this journey!

Where do I start. I do not believe Google will give me enough space to write everything I want to write but, I must first say Dr. Merhi is truly God sent. I call him miracle hands. He has a spirit of an angel and knows how to make you feel hopeful when you are at your lowest of hours. He helps you remain faithful and positive because of his optimistic, encouraging and enthusiastic Ora and words. If I was only able to write one sentence about him it would be, The chosen One, by God to help do as the Bible says...Be fruitful May God continue blessing his hands to help bring a joyful monent into families lives.💜🙏🏽

I had been on an IVF journey for years and Dr. Merhi was the only one who was able to help me. He actually listened to me and never made me feel like I was not included in the plan. He always gave good advice and reassured me when I felt hopeless. I didnt have to waste time and we were able to get things moving fast. I, unfortunately, have DOR and am a poor responder to IVF medications. Dr. Merhi was able to correctly address my issue with the correct protocol. He also always kept in mind ways to keep costs down. He is an expert in his field. Thanks to him, I now have my second son. I would STRONGLY recommend anyone to go to Dr. Merhi for any fertility issues!!!!

Dr.Merhi is the best of the best! His empathetic nature, positive spirit, and love for his profession shine through, and it’s truly infectious. I’m so happy I was referred to him and will continue to sped the love to everyone I know. Dr. Merhi makes you feel like family instantly, and it’s much appreciated! Thank you for being you.

Dr Merhi is the best fertility doctor!! He listens to his patients and he is very compassionate. I had LOW OVARIAN RESERVE and while all other fertility clinics told me that I needed donor eggs, Dr Merhi was able to get me pregnant from 1 IVF cycle... he was always positive throughout the process and his energy made it happen! Don’t waste your time with other doctors... go to DR MERHI...

One of the most kind, caring souls, Ive ever met. He made hard things seem bearable. He helped me to keep trying even when things seemed hopeless. I absolutely love him and would highly recommend him to anyone ttc.

Dr. Merhi helped us to have our miracle baby! When multiple clinics gave up hope, he never did. His positivity helped us to keep pushing through and we are forever grateful!

Amazing doctor! So loving and caring. Thinks outside the box and gives you hope when other clinics won’t/can’t. I would trust him and his staff with my life.

If I had not gone to see Dr. Merhi and listened to all the other REs I had seen, I would not have my family. He is truly the best doctor out there. Dont waste your time going anywhere else.

On Thanksgiving Day, I am thankful to Dr Merhi for helping my family realize our dream to have a healthy baby... BEST DOCTOR
