Anyhting dealing with fertility is so nerve wrecking but I really appreciate how amazing repro lab is. The front desk woman is so kind and helpful and they were very fast and for out pocket it was an affordable option. I really appreciate some smiling faces and reassurance in this process.

Worked with this place for internal ultrasound for egg freezing. They were fast, reliable and affordable. 5 stars!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, they accidentally destroyed all my vials and I had to re-do the entire process. They also switched my vials around without any permission. They were incredibly rude as well making me feel like I am inconveniencing them instead other way around. I am shocked by how they are even open. AVOID!!!! The only nice person in that company is Shontay at the front desk.

When my wifes doctor told us we may need IVF I was terrified. He instructed me to schedule an appointment @ Repro Lab for a semen analysis. The receptionist was so sweet and made me feel at ease. She scheduled an appointment for me right away, other places I called only had available appointments weeks away. When I went there they ask for my ID and handed me a form to complete and then very professionally showed me where to produce the sample. They made the process easy for me. I could not thank them enough. They are great.

Excellent service, my husband had his Sperm stored for years, we started fertility and requested for our vials to be transept. They handle it very professionally.

I called this place 2 times to confirm hours and that it was walk in only. Upon walk in, I came upon an empty receptionist desk, cabinet files open. NO ONE WAS WATCHING THE PATIENT FILES. This is a HIPAA violation.After sitting there for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to come up, I walked into the back and asked if anyone was around. The receptionist came forward, was quite rude, and said they were only available by appointments. The hours they told me differed from what was on the printed out sign stuck to the outside door, which also differed from what I was told on the phone last time I called.The space was pretty gross, and honestly, if youre going to set up shop in the basement of an apartment, the interior needs to really be conveying some confidence.

Highly recommended! The office was extremely professional and accommodating. From the receptionist to the incredibly caring staff, everyone there went above and beyond to help. I am so grateful for all you have done for me.

Nobody here really cares, the staff is rather unfriendly and unwelcoming. Have to follow up several times for results… you’ve been warned. ‘The room’ is gross, not inviting at all, didn’t feel sanitary

It was great! Of all of the sperm banks Ive used, this one was by far the best! I walked in just asking for information, but the receptionist told me that I could donate now. I asked if I could go synthesize from sperm cells, and she said, Right this way. She then proceeded to help me make it. Lovely lady.

They don,t even send to my doctor my evidence

If I could give then NEGATIVE 5 STARS, I would!My significant other went to REPROLAB to freeze a sample for my IVF cycle. They assured us that the sample will be at our doctors office within a few days. After a few weeks and multiple phone calls with promises to follow up, I had to interrupt my cycle since no one including Awilda (who claims to be in charge but would not give her full name and position) could tell me when we will have the vials with the sperm released.They dont return phone calls, their staff is totally incompetent and dont know what they are doing and on top of that they tried to overcharge us when my partner came there to freeze. We had our blood work for genetics done at our doctors office but they insisted they need to do blood work again and charged his credit card without asking. I had to call back and insist they dont send blood work out and refund the money and discard the blood they collected for tests that are not needed.What a mess!!! My advice: STAY AWAY from REPROLAB and use someone else! They are INCOMPETENT and MONEY HUNGRY, two worst qualities in a healthcare provider!!!

I used them several times and I had a pleasant experience, the staff were very friendly, I would use them again if I have to.
