We came here a few months ago, as a first resort and I’m so glad we did! Dr. Gleicher ordered several tests at our first appointment and received a diagnosis within a few weeks of doing our lab work. I am currently following my treatment plan so will update in a few months. The clinic is lovely and all the staff are accommodating, warm and professional. The FD staff represent the clinic so well, Maria was thorough in explaining my treatment steps and promptly answered my many, many questions along the way. Ludmilla is the best nurse ever. She was so gentle and always put my nerves at ease.I would recommend this clinic to anybody for infertility treatment.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place! Dr. Gleicher was so thorough with me and did not accept the “easy” answer regarding my infertility like all of the other fertility specialist I seen prior to him did. I cannot thank him enough for giving us our miracle baby! My nurse, Aliyah, was the most kind and compassionate nurse I have ever experienced. My entire experience was amazing. I felt so comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. THANK YOU to the entire CHR staff!

I love the people that work at this facility. Dr. Gleicher was so nice and kind and helped me with my fertility issues. He helped me with complications that I had that my regular obgyns did not notice for years. The front desk staff and my nurse Ms Aliyah was so friendly and willing to work with me and my appointments. This facility gets 5 stars from me hands down.

Dr. Barad helped us every step of the way to our miracle love of our lives daughter. I give him my highest recommendation. He was patient with me through it all ( and I was quite emotional and nervous ) with my very difficult diagnosis of premature ovarian insufficiency. His bedside manner got me through every step of the journey. I truly love Dr. Barad and can’t thank him enough for all the kindness, patience, and professionalism he’s given to me and my now family of 3. He is the best Doctor in the universe!!! This was my first IVF experience and it sure was a special experience. Dr. Barad, Dr. Gleicher, Sonya, Maria and the rest of the staff were beyond amazing and attentive every step of the way. They genuinely wanted the best for me and I never felt overlooked. My first egg retrieval and transfer were a success and I’m so grateful for this healthy pregnancy! They are truly the best.

Unfortunately, I have had to deal with infertility for 7+ years and have been with 4 different clinics. CHR, Drs Barad and Gleicher, and the entire staff have been nothing short of kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. This clinic is 2.5 hours from us, so it was a big decision to travel out of state for care; but I am so glad we made the decision. We’re still in the thick of it, but I feel comfortable and confident with my treatment plan.

I am confused by all the positive feedback, which was my main reason for coming to this clinic. My experience was not great. During both of my virtual calls, I had to wait over 30 minutes before the doctor joined. Additionally, getting lab work done was a hassle. The amount of tests they asked me to do was very overwhelming, and they didn’t offer any guidance. I had to call multiple LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics locations, as not all of them performed the specific tests I needed. Ultimately, I ended up changing to a different fertility clinic that has its own laboratory. If youre over 40, do yourself a favor and look for a fertility clinic that does their own lab work.

Dr. Gleicher is fantastic. He’s the most cognitively flexible doctor who has ever treated me. If one thing doesn’t work, he tries something else until he finds the solution and right fit. He never minimizes anything I communicate about my body- he may not have an explanation immediately, but that doesn’t stop him trying to address my issue. Dr. Barad is also wonderful, has a great bedside manner and is incredibly knowledgeable. I trust them both completely. They already helped me have one baby and now I’m back for transfers of the embryos they so insightfully recommended I freeze 5 years ago. I’m very thankful for what Drs. Gleicher and Barad and the rest of their team have done for my family.

Dr Gleicher and Dr Barad are amazing! They have helped me with a successful pregnancy in the past and I’m seeking them out again for help with a sibling for my son. I’ve been to numerous fertility offices and CHR is the only one to actually search for a reason for my infertility. I highly recommend them!!

TheCHR Physicians & Nurses offer a very warm atmosphere at theCHR Townhouse on Manhattans upper east side. It is respectful and practices Good Medicine individually tailored .

Dr. Gleicher is not only a leading expert in his field but also an extremely kind and evolved human being. He is a God sent and is truly interested in what is best for his patients and in providing them the best chance of success.

Avoid if you are in the age range of 38-41 as the doctors dont know how to deal such patients. You will be treated as a data point at a hefty cost. We wasted 40K on the cycle including International travel and stay at New York. Both Dr Gleicher and Dr Barad are past their prime and quite rusty in execution. Dr Gleicher botched up my treatment cycle with something as basic as the right protocol and timing the meds. There was little coordination between the front desk, nursing and embryology. Try to find a local clinic and spare yourself from the mental, physical and financial trauma CHR can inflict on you.

Id recommend traveling from whatever state or country you live in to receive care here. The level of expertise, care, tact, kindness and professionalism is just that high. I personally did and Ive been extremely happy with the care Ive received from Dr. Barad and the nurses. Wish I had found their office first before wasting time at other fertility clinics.

Dr. Barad is patient and caring and takes his time explaining all processes. He is very thorough in his practice and the medical practitioners such as Huina are also very helpful.

I came to the center for human reproduction for a semen analysis as an outside patient. I was informed that i can go through the process, but there would be a cost of $385-which was totally fine for me. After completing the process and the center seamlessly charging me $385, the staff failed to follow up with me regarding my results. I was told the results would be updated within 24hrs and if I had any questions regarding the results to call in. If I did not follow up (4days later), I would have never received my results. After going through that hurdle, I attempted to speak with a nurse to address a quick question I had regarding my results and I was immediately shut down by a manager named Monica. Monica was extremely rude and condescending during our entire conversation. She did not allow me to talk and was also yelling. As a manager your job is to mitigate any issues and convey your words professionally-she did the total opposite. I am also new to this process (which I mentioned to the entire staff upfront) and if I was asking for something that wasnt possible, why not explain that in professional and courteous way? It was easy to charge me $385, but after I was charged, I was treated like chopped meat. I will never return to this center for anything ever again!

My time at CHR has been nothing but harmful to my mental, emotional and physical health. The management is terrible and the environment they create is toxic. I’ve dealt with insults and hostile behavior from the COO Jolanta Taper. She speaks to people of different color as if you’re scum of the earth. If you’re not polish or someone close to her she doesn’t care about you. She and the doctor wanted diversity to make the company look better. They hired some diverse employees, but treat them terribly, we were told how incompetent we are on a daily basis and put down any chance she got. The 4th floor, which is where she is located in the building is highly favored to her. Why? Because they help her with her foundation, the majority of the work they do is not even work related, but for that foundation. She used them for her advantage, not for the company. We were harassed on a daily basis about why they don’t have patients. The answer is that the doctors would have patients waiting 30-1hr because he was busy reading a newspaper or watering their plants. Or charging ridiculous amounts of money for things that were not done properly. Jolanta is a very evil person, she is not a leader, she is a bully and a dictator. No one can make mistakes there, it is not a learning experience because you must know everything and do everything correctly or your job will be threatened. I saw they recently put an add for front desk that they are willing to pay $22-$27 which is complete lies. They will pay the bare minimum. The workers that worked their behind off never even got a raise. They put that range so that they can get many applications. So please don’t be fooled! This clinic is full of money hungry people who only care about their wallets while treating its employees like complete garbage, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Those two doctors dr. Gleacher and dr.Barad are THE BEST!!!! High level professionals, smart, care. God bless this two doctors!!!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 For me was important after two IVF fail, transfers to find someone who really wants to help me to get result and care. I would like to find this clinick in the beging of my fertylity jorney. I found a lot of difference from another place. and Its day and night. Also team of this clinick is amazing. I had a great experience in CHR.I am grateful for the kind of services and treatment that I received in CHR. My medical plan was so organized, and all the people in this clinic from the financial department (Monica), secretaries, nurses and medical team were nice, kind, and professional. They were so helpful, and answered any questions and concerns I had regarding my medical treatment. Although it was tough coordinating from another state to come NYC for this medical treatment, my nurse Huian helped me a lot. I am really satisfied with my medical plan. There wasnt any hope said from other fertility doctors for my case, but Dr. Gleicher was such a knowledgeable doctor in this field and proposed a new plan that increases my chance to 20%. I appreciate Dr.Gleicher. Im also thankful of the help of my nurse, Huina, other nurses, Ilayda, and Maria in my treatment plan.

It was my first time when I met Dr. Gleicher and I felt so comfortable and so special. His words of experience , knowledge mean a lot for me. I definitely recommend Dr Gleicher to everyone who looking for great and honest doctor!

Dr. David Barad is AWESOME! I am on my journey to become a surrogate and its all new to me so it can be overwhelming BUT Dr. Barad was so nice and humble. He made me feel comfortable and you can tell he is genuine with his patients! Loved him and I am grateful that I will be in this journey with CHR. Thank you.

Like a previous review, I sought out CHR for the virtual second opinion. Sadly, i feel like a fool paying $350 for frankly nothing. It appears that they are comfortable with reviewing records before they are complete and providing incomplete information. The experience eliminated any desire to proceed with a consultation. I do not recommend this provider and advise others to look elsewhere for a thoughtful and thorough 2nd opinion.My Experience:My efforts to be proactive and speak to someone about the 2nd opinion program and process beforehand were pointless. The intake form oddly allows a max of three JPEG image files (not a PDF file) of records. I had to call to ask how to send more than three files. After providing what I had in my possession, I informed the representative that I was waiting for official records from my doctor office. Most hear this and hold off on reviewing your file until they have necessary information. Instead I received a report that was obviously incomplete-- and documents I provided were listed as missing. This signaled: either information was overlooked or someone in-between dropped the ball and failed to pass my files to Dr. Gleicher. The representative that I spoke with and sent the records to offered to get clarification about missing documents but never followed through on that. When I sent her my official records from my doctor a week later, I got more pushback about reviewing anymore docs (even though I informed her that these were coming). 4 weeks later...still no follow-up. I would advise others to look elsewhere for a professional 2nd opinion.

Dr Barad was very kind and gentle. My retrieval was only my second time meeting him and he instantly made me feel comfortable. Dr Christy the anesthesiologist was so funny and talkative. She explained what she was going to do every step of the way but also was definitely trying to ease my kid with distractions talking about vacay places etc. Sherry was great too, very focused on the prep and getting everything right. The team was efficient and professional. Overall great experience since I just switched from another clinic and was nervous about the change. The other piece I really appreciated was the transparency and communication. During my sonogram they had a screen up so I could see what my follicles looked like. Directly after retrieval both Sherry and then Dr Barnard told me how many eggs were retrieved , which was a huge relief since I was nervous about them collecting far less eggs than my old clinic given they pull so much earlier. I also got a great update through the portal this afternoon but fertilization and growth of the eggs.I appreciate the regular communication for sure.

I am an established patient. Unfortunately, I had an unforeseen life changing event that occurred to me late last year, so I was unable to start my very first IVF Cycle. I advised the nurse that I would have to put the IVF Cycle on hold, as I was not sure if or when I would return. I really hate that I had completed all the blood work, test required and couldnt even start the Cycle (wasnt my fault) - felt like giving up and a waste of my energy, time and money. Just know we may not understand why, but everything happens for a reason. God had a better plan for me!!! 🙏So, Im not going to give up on my dream of having a baby...Im back and ready to continue the process and IVF Cycle with my new partner! We just recently had a consultation with Dr. Gleicher (whom I follow on YouTube) and it went well. I am interested in trying the HIER method at CHR. One of his videos talks about the HIER method - never before seen or heard of I believe at any other Fertility clinic in the US and after watching it, I was sold as it gave me hope! 🤞

I have been with CHR since 2018. I came in for a second opinion when my last fertility Dr advised I would need to consider egg donation. I was devastated. When I consulted with Dr. Gleicher on 12/5/2018 he told me you will get pregnant with your own egg. I left positive that I was going to get pregnant. He got to the root of my infertility which the previous Dr did not and managed my treatment to my need. 2/3/2019 I went in for retrieval 2/7/2019, transfer on 2/19/2019. I was pronounced pregnant & on 10/19/2019 my baby girl made me a mommy. Because of Dr Barad & Dr. Gleicher I have been blessed. I am now back for my second & the experience has been the same even with a bit more complications now that I’m a bit older. Dr Barad is a gem he makes you feel so secure & makes you feel like everything will be ok. I have referred 2 friends who also had success with CHR & I will continue referring all woman who want to be a mommy but just need a little help & specific treatment to their need. CHR does not give up on you!

When I was 27, after several miscarriages, I went to the CHR. Staff very professional, friendly, very nice ladies on registration, very helpful nurses. Dr. Barad was taking care of me. He was very kind, patient. He always was specific with large experience, very gentle and considerate. The clinic is so clean and cozy. I felt comfortable, everything was always on time. Information immediately provided by phone, always answers to questions. After 2 transfers, I will come back for another one. I recommend it with all my heart.

My husband and I met with Dr. Gleicher for consultation, and we couldnt be happier with his professionalism and how thorough he was in assessing our situation. I like his approach of not all size fits all, he seems to treat each patient as an individual not a statistic. Even though I am advanced in age, we are confident that God Has placed us in the right hands of Dr. Gleicher and his team. We are still early in the process, but we are very hopeful.

There’s no better hands to be in and there’s no better team to be behind you and your fertility journey. Always specifically catered to you and your own needs, which when dealing with infertility is exactly what you need and want! Friendly faces always greet you which helps facilitate a warm and inviting environment which keeps the anxiety at bay! Can’t say enough good things….

This is the best facility. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are amazing. They are caring and understanding and as hard as the process is they make it so much better. I cannot say enough of how special this practice is. I’m so thankful I found them.

I spent $200k and received nothing. The arrogance of the billing department makes them act as if they are kings, canceling your operation in the middle of operation due to their own mistake. Trust me, the lab is even worse than your worst nightmare. Its a complete waste of money.

Its impossible to heap enough praises on Dr. Barad. He practices thorough, thoughtful, individualized and evidenced-based cutting edge medicine plus loads of kindness and care.......and we have a large, lovely family to show for it. This was after 2 years of cookie-cutter pricey failures at a different place I was first referred to. Being a physician-scientist myself, and in light of the first 2 years of failure, I searched for the people that were publishing the best high-quality research for my demographic. Although we live several hours flight away, this was the place we chose, and are forever grateful for that decision. Throughout our duration with CHR, the nurses were uniformly outstanding at promptly responding and communicating---again in tremendously superior contrast to our initial clinic. We had no insurance coverage for any of this, but costs were absolutely very fair.

Both Dr.Gleicher & Dr.Barad are wonderful doctors. Even more so, the entire team of nurses care for you like you’re family. You will always be greeted with smiles from the administrative team, and the overall environment is warm and welcoming. I always appreciate the honesty yet decorum the doctors use when communicating with you... Because of this amazing team, we now have hope that we will one day in the near future become parents.

CHR is the best and the only reason why I am pregnant!! Before coming to the Center for Human Reproduction, my husband and I had been to two fertility clinics in NJ. We did a total of 6 IUIs, two completely failed IVF cycles including one failed fresh transfer. From those clinics we were diagnosed with male factor infertility. But the reason why the cycles were failing came down to my egg quality. The doctors at these clinics told us an array of heartbreaking things, for example, that probably one of us has a genetic disorder that hasn’t been discovered and we can try again, changing absolutely nothing and if it did not work, we wouldn’t be able to have children of our own. What those doctors really meant was that they had no idea how to diagnose me, no less how to treat me. My mother and sister decided to do some research after my failed cycle and came across CHR’s website and it was life changing! I sent CHR all my medical records for the second opinion program and within a week I received a report from Dr. Gleicher - diagnosing me with lean PCOS. I couldn’t believe that after a year and a half, at two major fertility clinics in NJ, I sent my records to CHR and I had a real diagnosis. I couldn’t have been more thrilled. I set up a consultation with Dr. Gleicher as soon as I could so I could get started at their office. I also have Lupus Nephritis SLE and Dr. Gleicher was very knowledgeable about that condition and what risks it poses to pregnancy. Dr. Gleicher was great during the consultation going over everything and wanted me to start a specific dosage of DHEA. I will never forget that before hanging up from our virtual call Dr. Gleicher said, “Don’t worry, you’ll be fine.” After all the failed treatments, I couldn’t believe a doctor was telling me not to worry. I breathed a sigh of relief - I knew he was confident in my treatment and therefore I was confident in him. After six weeks of DHEA I was ready for my IVF cycle. During the monitoring I mostly saw Dr. Barad. He is such a caring doctor who treats his patients with dignity. I felt that he truly took into account how difficult having to go through infertility is and it showed. He was patient and always took his time for my questions or to just explain where I was in the process. I was finally ready for my egg retrieval. Now in the past, my embryos did not make it to freeze so I was left with none. The egg retrieval results at CHR were beyond my expectation. I had 12 mature eggs, two of them were put in for a fresh transfer and four made it to five day blastocysts to freeze!! Unfortunately the fresh transfer did not work but I met with Dr. Gleicher and he and my nurse were very caring and supportive throughout that time. Next month I went in for a frozen transfer and I am so happy to say I am pregnant with twins! I cannot thank Dr. Gleicher enough for my diagnosis and Dr. Barad for his care! I graduated from CHR a little over a month ago and what I realized is that CHR is truly a step above the rest in terms of doctors. Not only did they diagnose me, treat me, they gave me my dream of becoming pregnant! I believe with all my heart the reason I am pregnant is because of CHR. Dr. Gleicher and Dr. Barad have the knowledge to be successful as well as the compassion to make the patients feel comfortable. The office as a whole is truly amazing! And it goes beyond the doctors. The nurses were all wonderful, Huina was the nurse assigned to me and she was great. The front desk staff were always welcoming and nice. I felt like everyone there was really rooting for me and that means so much when you are going through something this difficult. I am so thrilled to have graduated and on my way but I was sad to leave CHR and all the amazing people there! Truly, the doctors, nurses and all of the staff are such blessings! I cannot wait to meet my twin girls this spring!!

I just had my initial consultation with Dr. Norbert Gleicher last week. It went really well. He was very patient to answer all my questions and concerns. More importantly, he is digging deeper on my overall health to find out or exclude any health issues that prevents me from achieving my family expansion goal. Thats what I have been looking for. I believe in Dr. Gleicher, and I also believe with his help I will succeed in the near future. My confidence in him started me viewing all his Youtube videos. They are very helpful. I already liked him since then. Strongly recommend Dr. Gleicher to anyone who hasnt found out the reasons and corresponding solutions. He provides customized plans, just for you!

When I started this journey over 3 years ago, I knew I would have good days and bad days, but nothing can ease the difficult days more than a compassionate team, that’s CHR.I was seeing a doctor at a center in Chicago and completed 4 awful cycles that left me heartbroken. My former doctor was obsessed with me using an egg donor and gave me almost no hope of having a child with my own eggs. I have DOR and unfortunately, I am considered a poor responder to ovarian stimulations. Thankfully, after a much-needed break from her, I found CHR!They are group of phenomenal human beings, knowledgeable, professional, caring, honest, approachable, kind, and compassionate. Dr. Gleicher, Dr. Barad and Dr. Benor are skilled, experienced, and honest physicians that keep communication as one of the key elements in their relationship with the patient. Even when things did not go as expected, they made sure to comfort me and maintained a positive attitude without being unrealistic. The day I had my first Skype consultation with Dr. Gleicher, I knew they were the ones, and that they will give me my so desired baby.The embryologists are also outstanding, they made sure I understood the process in detail and kept my precious embryos safe.My nurse Maria is someone I will always remember with special affection. Maria was always so caring, she made sure I felt comfortable, and that all the instructions were clear. She was always so easy to reach and always went beyond expectations during my cycles. Even if she had to call with not-so-good news, she found ways to keep my spirit positive.But words are not enough to describe how wonderful CHR is, and what they mean to me. They made my dream of becoming a mother a reality! The valued each of my precious eggs as unique and worth the effort and made the magic of giving me my perfect baby girl. I trusted them throughout the whole process and would do it all over again. I will never forget the day Dr. Barad did my embryo transfer and held my hand, I could imagine his smile through his face mask, and his eyes told me “Everything is going to be ok”.Everyone in CHR is friendly, kind and considered, from the front desk ladies to the nurses, labs techs, etc., you don’t’ have to talk to answering machines or leave messages that no one ever responds, you don’t feel that you are just a number like in other centers. They all make sure you have a great experience since day one.Thank you CHR for not letting me give up on my dream!

CHR is the absolute best! I live in Florida and have made Dr. Barad my official RE after going through a clinical study with him. He is the kindest, most knowledgeable RE I have yet to meet. Ive pretty much exhausted all options in FL because I visited the top two REs in my area (Orlando) and they were terrible and my experiences were traumatic. I then moved on to another RE in Winter Park but the clinic (and doctor) are nothing like CHR. From the front desk staff to the nurses, all the way upstairs to the Phlebotomist who took my blood. They were ALL soooo amazing. I was just absolutely stunned. But, of course, my favorite person there is Dr. Barad. He treats you like youre family. He looks at you in the eyes like youre a real human being. He treats you like youre competent and doesnt explain simple concepts to you as if you were a child. I had absolutely no negative feelings about my entire experience. I am actually going back next Friday and my husband and I are both excited. Can you imagine being excited to travel to NY during a pandemic to have sharp needles stuck in your arms and to have another procedure? Yes, excited! THAT is how wonderful CHR is. Oh and also I wanted to mention that Lori (Lorenis) has been incredibly communicative and helpful the entire 2+ months that Ive been working with her. I cant imagine going anywhere else for this. I have found my RE and I couldnt be more grateful.

I reached out to CHR because I’m 45 and after 8 months of trying, was looking for assistance in getting pregnant. After my phone consultation with Dr. Gleicher, I was sent a list of lab appointments, (via their portal), I had to complete extensive blood tests and other requested information to determine the next steps. This is all VERY normal. Most healthcare offices have their portal as a way of communicating. I read someone’s review complaining about having to “take computer classes” to be able to communicate with CHR??? People will complain about anything if they didn’t get their expected outcome.Anyway, once my blood tests came back, Dr. Geicher notified me that my FSH numbers were really good and started me on his recommended supplements to improve egg quality/quantity, in preparation for IVF. After 3 months of being on his supplements, I got pregnant naturally. Dr. Barad and Dr. G closely monitored me for the first 10-12 weeks, (with weekly ultrasounds), making sure everything was going as it should, and Marijana, (who assisted Dr. G and Barad), would constantly check-up on me when I would forget to send my weekly updates in the portal. Not once did I feel like I was “just another patient,” even though I was. With each visit and every interaction, I felt I was not only working with very intelligent people but also that they cared. Once they confirmed my pregnancy was going well, they helped me decide on an OBGYN in my network and released me. TBH, I was very scared to leave because I became dependent on them, and their knowledge and wasnt sure if my next Dr. would be on their level.My experience couldn’t have been a better one, not because I got the outcome I wanted, but because I felt extremely confident, from the initial phone call with Dr. G to the very end, that I was dealing with the “experts” in this field.They don’t tell you on the first call that you need an egg donor, which most Dr’s would do. They assess your situation and decide the best course of action for you. I’m now 4 months pregnant and even though it happened naturally, I don’t think it could have ever happened without the guidance of CHR. More people need to know about this place. Period.

My husband and I are based in PA and ended up coming to CHR after our local clinic told us we had no other options besides egg donation. Dr. Barad changed our lives - CHR listened, and tailored my treatments to my specific issues. They also monitored me much closer than my previous clinic, and the results speak for themselves. After 3 tries (with adjustments after each) we retrieved 4 eggs, got 2 embryos, and I am now 8.5 months pregnant with a baby girl. This would NOT have happened at my old clinics, CHR respected our plans and worked with us to achieve our goals. Well worth the trips to NY from PA, and I will be always eternally thankful.

We happened upon CHR via our extensive research process, following a failed attempt at another clinic in FL. We were told by IVFMD of Florida that we couldnt have a baby without an egg donor; refusing to accept that heartbreaking news as reality, we thankfully sought a second opinion. At our first consultation via telephone, Dr Gleicher expressed utmost confidence in his ability to manage our case, and in his ability to succeed in helping us have a family. Dr G seems to specialize in difficult cases like ours, and has perfected his approach to maximizing success with same. His staff is incredibly talented, knowledgeable and kind, putting us at ease and walking us thru each step of the way. Having the benefit of perspective of multiple clinics and experiences (and outcomes!), we unabashedly recommend CHR to ANYBODY facing this stressful and agonizing process, and wish them all the best in making their dreams come true. We welcomed our little girl into the world in Dec 2020, and are forever grateful to God and the exceptional team at CHR that made it possible.

My husband and i are doing eco ivf with Dr Kushnir. I have to say that from our very first appointment the staff and the doctors have been so kind and sweet and caring. We had our transfer the other day and are praying for our miracle. No matter what the out come at this point I have to say that the people in this office truly care about each and every patient.

I spent $500 on a consultation to have Dr. Barad take down my medical history, pretty much say Ive wasted my time and money elsewhere, and should just try on my own for a while (which ok, I like the idea of).. but Oh, let me take a quick blood test to see your levels before you leave. Mind you, I had not signed on for a cycle or any treatment, and had informed the doctor I would share a copy of my file from the cycle I just completed as soon as I receive it. Well, I received a bill for --> $3,376

I had the most horrible experience here. Let me make it clear it is not because my efforts here didnt work. I was offered fresh eggs that I dont even think existed and had a procedure that Im not even sure an egg was used... The billing system was off until I had a huge bill then reminders everyday AFTER I complained. The billing department is rude and honestly regardless if this works or not for you this place is so cold and horrible. Definitely go elsewhere. And to add to the list my records were taken by a doctor that left so now my private information is gone .

Dr.Barad made a really great impression on us not only as a very knowledgeable doctor but also as a very compassionate person.

The worst embriologyst ever . She hates to work for weekends and the result is 1 bad quality embrio on day 3 from 5 eggs. My question is , are the donor eggs that I purchase from their frozen egg bank were bad quality or the embryologist was bad quality?! No excuse , no refund . Dont waste your time and money there.

We needed IVFEnd up taking computer classes because nothing will be done unless it’s in PORTAL and You need to know how to PORTAL ( no phone calls emails text PORTAL )now you make your own test appointments to yourself find doctors to perfume tests cuz they dont know any and have all test sent to portalnurse took 6 months to give us list to do tests My wife was the football from one Clinc to the others home visits those could be done one shootAfter six months start seeing nurse become rude more and more like its unconvincedwe end up complaining to supervisor of course like every bad office they team up and and after agree of either giving me new nurse or We will have our files transferred to other Doctor office with in few days we were block on Portaluse the word threatening on my portal and blocked us for our medical records because we did not wanna collect anymore apologies and we told her we are going to transfer the file to others and leave on googleIf they don’t Provide us new Nurseat this timewe still blockedim sure they will give me my medical records soonbut point is office like thispeople should not have these memories

Had issues with logging into the portal and one of the receptionists was rude; but all the other receptionists were helpful and the doctor and nurse were very thorough and not pushy.

Dr Barad was great. Easy to talk to and caring.

Not worth the hype any other fertility clinic will provide same service. No magic here. Remember all medical services are businesses first then you are second!

Highly recommend, wish I found them sooner. Came to them as a second opinion. They did tests which two other reputable well known IVF clinics in the north east did not check for. Start here if you need answers.
